一种包装箱以及使用该包装箱的包装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及产品包装技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种适合包装板状物(例如,显示面板)的包装箱以及使用该包装箱的包装方法。
背景技术
现今制造业竞争越来越激烈,降低成本已成为提高产品竞争力的主要手段。
产品的包装成本由于不直接影响产品的性能,因而成为每个企业降低成本的重要考虑因素之一。在一种现有的包装方式中,一种产品对应一种包装箱。在另一种现有的包装方式中,箱体是通用的,在箱体内壁与产品之间插入不同的垫块来调节箱体内部的空间的尺寸,以使同一箱体满足对不同尺寸的产品的包装。
以上两种包装方式均会导致企业库存管理不便、生产使用不便、回收利用不便等问题。最终,导致生产成本的增加。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供一种包装箱以及使用该包装箱的包装方法。该包装箱能够适合不同尺寸的产品,从而降低了产品的包装成本和生产管理成本,同方便了企业对包装箱的存储管理和回收利用。
本发明提供一种包装箱,包括箱体。所述包装箱还包括:卡槽结构,所述卡槽结构设置在所述箱体的内侧壁上;以及挡块结构,所述挡块结构用于与所述卡槽结构相互啮合并且所述挡块结构在所述卡槽结构中的位置是可改变的,以调节所述箱体的内部空间。
可选的是,所述卡槽结构包括一对平行并且间隔设置的卡槽本体,所述一对卡槽本体的内侧分别设置有齿状物;并且所述挡 块结构包括挡块本体和设置在所述挡块本体相对两侧的齿状物,使得所述挡块本体的齿状物能够与所述卡槽本体的齿状物啮合。
可选的是,所述卡槽本体的相邻两个齿状物之间的间距相等。

为使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明所提供的一种包装箱及其包装方法作进一步详细描述。
本发明的实施例提供了一种包装箱。如图1所示,所述包装箱包括用于放置待包装板状物4(例如,显示面板)的箱体1。所述包装箱还包括卡槽结构2和挡块结构3,卡槽结构2设置在箱体1的内侧壁上,挡块结构3用于与卡槽结构2相互卡合,并且挡块结构3在卡槽结构2中的位置是可改变的,以调节箱体1的内部空间。
在本发明的一种优选实施例中,如图1所示,箱体1的每一个内侧壁上均包括两个挡块结构3和两个卡槽结构2。这样,可以在长度方向和宽度方向上调节箱体1的内部空间,同时待包装板状物4可以更加稳固地固定在箱体1中。

在本实施例中,卡槽结构2包括一对平行并且间隔设置的卡槽本体21。一对卡槽本体21的内侧分别设置有齿状物22。相应的是,挡块结构3包括挡块本体31和设置在挡块本体31相对两侧的齿状物32。挡块本体31的齿状物32能够与卡槽本体21的齿状物22啮合,以调节箱体1的内部空间。。

在本发明的优选实施例中,卡槽本体21的相邻两个齿状物22之间的间距相等并且较小。相应的是,挡块本体31的相邻两个齿状物32之间的间距相等并且较小。如此设置,可以更精确地确定挡块结构3在卡槽结构2中的位置,从而更精确地调节箱体1的内部空间。
在一个实例中,如图2所示,挡块本体31的相对两侧均包括多个齿状物32。如此设置,当挡块本体31的齿状物32与卡槽本体21的齿状物22啮合时,可以更稳定地固定挡块结构3。
在另一实例中,如图3所示,挡块本体31的相对两侧均包括一个齿状物32。该齿状物32同样可以与卡槽本体21的齿状物22啮合,从而调节箱体1的内部空间。
可选的是,在所述挡块本体31的两侧分别包括多个齿状物的情况下,所述挡块本体31的相邻两个齿状物之间的间距容纳所述卡槽本体21的一个齿状物,或者,所述挡块本体31的相邻两个齿状物之间的间距容纳所述卡槽本体21的n个齿状物,其中n≥2,且n为整数。
在本实施例中,卡槽本体21的齿状物22和挡块本体31的齿状物32可以为三角形、矩形、梯形、半圆形或其他任何适当形状,只要挡块结构3能够与卡槽结构2稳固地啮合即可。
在本实施例中,如图2和图3所示,挡块结构3的底部形成有凹部33,使得操作人员容易用手或者借助其他工具拆卸挡块结构3或者调节挡块结构3的位置。
在本实施例中,如图2和图3所示,挡块结构3的底部形成有凸部34。相应的是,如图4所示,箱体1底部的与挡块结构3对应的位置设置有凹槽11,使得挡块结构3的凸部34能够嵌入 到凹槽11中。这样,当使用箱体1包装较薄的板状物4时,较薄的板状物4不会插入到箱体1底部与挡块结构3之间的缝隙中,从而防止包装在箱体1中的板状物4受到损坏。
优选的是,凹槽11沿远离箱体1内侧壁的方向延伸出卡槽结构2,并且延伸出卡槽结构2的距离大致上等于挡块结构3的长度。如此设置,可以保证挡块结构3凸部34始终嵌入到箱体1底部的凹槽11中。因此,当使用箱体1包装较薄的板状物4时,较薄的板状物4不会插入到箱体1底部与挡块结构3之间的缝隙中,从而防止包装在箱体1中的板状物4受到损坏。
在本实施例中,卡槽结构2与箱体1为一体结构。优选的是,箱体1的四个内侧壁上均设置有一个或多个卡槽结构2。当箱体1的各个内侧壁上设置有多个卡槽结构2时,多个卡槽结构2优选具有相同的构造并且在箱体1的内侧壁上均匀排列。优选的是,箱体1的四个内侧壁上分别设置有2-4个卡槽结构2。在本实施例中,箱体1的四个内侧壁上均设置有两个卡槽结构2和两个挡块结构3。如此设置,可以在长度方向和宽度方向上调节箱体1的内部空间,同时待包装板状物4可以更加稳固地固定在箱体1中。
基于上述包装箱,本发明还提供了一种使用该包装箱的包装方法,包括:
步骤S1:根据将要放置在箱体1中的板状物4(例如,显示面板)的尺寸,调节挡块结构3在卡槽结构2中的位置。
在该步骤中,改变挡块结构3的齿状物32与卡槽结构2的齿状物22相互啮合的齿数,以调节挡块结构3在卡槽结构2中的位置。具体地说,当挡块结构3被固定在靠近箱体1的内侧壁的位置上时(例如,当挡块结构3的齿状物32与卡槽结构2的齿状物22相互啮合的齿数较多时),如图5所示,箱体1的内部空间较大。当挡块结构3被固定在远离箱体1的内侧壁的位置上时(例如,当挡块结构3的齿状物32与卡槽结构2的齿状物22相互啮合的齿数较少时),如图6所示,箱体1的内部空间 较小。
另外,需要说明的是,还可以通过改变挡块本体31从卡槽结构2伸出来的长度来调整箱体1的内部空间。
步骤S2:将挡块结构3与卡槽结构2相互啮合。
在该步骤中,将挡块结构3上的齿状物32与卡槽结构2上的齿状物22相互配合,使得挡块结构3固定在卡槽结构2中的适当位置。
步骤S3:将板状物4放置在箱体1内的由挡块结构3限定的空间中。
可以理解的是,箱体1的内部空间可以由一个或多个挡块结构3限定。
在该包装方法中,可以通过改变挡块结构3在卡槽结构2中的位置,方便地调节箱体1的内部空间。因此,可以使用相同的包装箱包装不同尺寸的产品,大大提高了包装效率,同时还节约了包装成本。
本发明的实施方式的有益效果在于:本发明所提供的包装箱的箱体内设置卡槽结构和挡块结构,并且可以通过改变挡块结构在卡槽结构中的位置,调节箱体的内部空间,使箱体实现对不同尺寸的产品进行包装。因此,根据本发明的包装箱能够适合不同尺寸的产品,从而降低了产品的包装成本和生产管理成本,同时方便了企业对包装箱的存储管理和回收利用。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种包装箱,包括箱体,其特征在于,所述包装箱还包括:
    卡槽结构,所述卡槽结构设置在所述箱体的内侧壁上;以及
    挡块结构,所述挡块结构用于与所述卡槽结构相互啮合并且所述挡块结构在所述卡槽结构中的位置是可改变的,以调节所述箱体的内部空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其特征在于,
    所述卡槽结构包括一对平行并且间隔设置的卡槽本体,所述一对卡槽本体的内侧分别设置有齿状物;并且
    所述挡块结构包括挡块本体和设置在所述挡块本体相对两侧的齿状物,使得所述挡块本体的齿状物能够与所述卡槽本体的齿状物啮合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装箱,其特征在于,
    所述卡槽本体的相邻两个齿状物之间的间距相等。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装箱,其特征在于,
    所述挡块本体的两侧分别包括一个或多个齿状物;并且
    在所述挡块本体的两侧分别包括多个齿状物的情况下,相邻两个所述齿状物之间的间距相等。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的包装箱,其特征在于,
    在所述挡块本体的两侧分别包括多个齿状物的情况下,所述挡块本体的相邻两个齿状物之间的间距容纳所述卡槽本体的一个齿状物,或者,所述挡块本体的相邻两个齿状物之间的间距容纳所述卡槽本体的n个齿状物,其中n≥2,且n为整数。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的包装箱,其特征在于,
    所述卡槽本体的齿状物为三角形、矩形、梯形、半圆形或其他任何适当形状。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的包装箱,其特征在于,
    所述挡块本体的齿状物为三角形、矩形、梯形、半圆形或其他任何适当形状。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的包装箱,其特征在于,
    所述挡块结构的底部形成有凸部;并且
    所述箱体底部的与所述挡块结构对应的位置设置有凹槽,使得所述挡块结构的凸部能够嵌入到所述凹槽中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的包装箱,其特征在于,
    所述凹槽沿远离所述箱体的内侧壁的方向延伸出所述卡槽结构,并且延伸出所述卡槽结构的距离等于所述挡块结构的长度。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其特征在于,
    所述挡块结构的底部形成有凹部。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其特征在于,
    所述卡槽结构与所述箱体为一体结构。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其特征在于,
    所述箱体的四个内侧壁上均设置有一个或多个所述卡槽结构;并且
    在所述箱体的各个内侧壁上设置有多个所述卡槽结构的情况下,多个所述卡槽结构具有相同的构造并且在所述箱体的内侧 壁上均匀排列。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的包装箱,其特征在于,
    所述箱体的四个内侧壁上分别设置有2-4个所述卡槽结构。
  14. 一种使用如权利要求1-13任意一项所述的包装箱进行包装的包装方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    根据将要放置在所述箱体中的板状物的尺寸,调节所述挡块结构在所述卡槽结构中的位置;
    将所述挡块结构与所述卡槽结构相互啮合;以及
    将所述板状物放置在所述箱体内的由所述挡块结构限定的空间中。
