Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of household appliances, and in particular, to a rack system and a control method thereof.
- the space structure of the refrigerator freezer usually includes one or more racks, and different kinds of items can be stored on one shelf at the same time.
- the weight of the items stored on the rack cannot be obtained intuitively, and the user needs to open the refrigerator. By observing and predicting the items on the rack, it is impossible to accurately obtain the quantity and weight of the items.
- the types of articles stored in the refrigerator are different, and the shelf life is usually different.
- the user can only infer the state of the article by remembering the time of putting the article and its shelf life, but the error is easily caused by the error of the memory.
- there is also a time to manually record the placed items but the method is cumbersome and it is not possible to visually indicate what state the article is in.
- the technical problem solved by the present invention is to provide a rack system and a control method thereof, which can effectively monitor the gravity information and the state of the articles stored on the rack in the refrigerator.
- a rack system comprising:
- a shelf body for storing items
- a gravity sensing device located on the main body of the rack
- the processor is connected to the gravity sensing device, and is configured to record gravity information stored in the gravity sensing device and time information stored in the article, and compare the time information with the preset time interval to determine the state of the article;
- a display coupled to the processor for displaying gravity information and item status of items stored on the shelf body.
- the rack main body includes a plurality of shelf sections, and each of the shelf sections is correspondingly provided with a gravity sensing device.
- the display comprises a plurality of display areas, the display areas being arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the shelf sections for respectively displaying gravity information and item status of the articles stored on each shelf section.
- the preset time interval is [T1, T2], and the time information for storing the item is T.
- the item status includes:
- the time information for storing the item is T ⁇ T1;
- the time information of the item storage is T ⁇ T1 and T ⁇ T2;
- the time information for storing the item is T>T2.
- the colors displayed on the display area by the first state, the second state, and the third state are a first color, a second color, and a third color, respectively.
- a control method of a rack system comprising:
- the rack main body includes a plurality of shelf sections
- the step S1 is specifically: acquiring gravity information of the articles stored on the respective shelf sections of the rack main body.
- the step S2 is specifically: recording time information of storage of articles on each shelf section of the shelf main body.
- step S3 "determining the state of the article stored by the article according to the preset time interval" is specifically:
- the preset time interval is [T1, T2], the time information of the item storage is T, and T is compared with T1 and T2. If T ⁇ T1, the item state is the first state. If T ⁇ T1 and T ⁇ T2, the item The state is the second state, and if T>T2, the article state is the third state.
- the step S4 includes: distinguishing the article into the first state, the second state, or the third state by displaying different colors on the display.
- the gravity sensing device acquires the gravity information of the article, and records the time information of the storage of the article. After processing, the processor displays the gravity information and the state of the article on the display in real time to remind the user of the placement information of the article, so as to prevent the article from being moldy and corrupt.

The interval can be compared to determine the status of the item;
- the display 14 is connected to the processor 13 for displaying the gravity information of the articles stored on the shelf main body 11 and the state of the articles.
- control method of the rack system in the embodiment is shown in FIG. 2, and the control method specifically includes:
- the method for determining and displaying the state of the article in the embodiment is specifically:
- the preset time interval set in the processor is defined as [T1, T2], and the time information stored by the processor for storing the item is T.
- the processor compares the time information with the preset time interval to determine the status of the item, including:
- the time information for storing the item is T ⁇ T1;
- the time information of the item storage is T ⁇ T1 and T ⁇ T2;
- the time information for storing the item is T>T2.
- the colors displayed in the first state, the second state, and the third state on the display are the first color, the second color, and the third color, respectively.
- the preset time interval may be [5 days, 10 days], and the processor updates the time information T of the item storage in real time. If the stored time information T ⁇ 5 days, the item is determined to be in a fresh state, and the display is The corresponding display is green. If the stored time information T ⁇ 5 days and T ⁇ 10 days, it is determined that the item is not fresh, the corresponding display on the display is orange, and if the stored time information T ⁇ 10 days, it is determined. The item is in an expired state and the corresponding display on the display is red. The user can monitor the items stored on the shelf in time according to the color displayed on the display, and timely remove the expired items to avoid mold and corruption.
- the display can also display the gravity information of the items stored on the rack in real time, so that the user can monitor the gravity information of the items on the rack in real time, and prevent the adverse effects caused by too many items stored on the rack.
