Description

搁物架系统及其控制方法 技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种搁物架系统及其控制方法。
背景技术
目前冰箱冷藏室的空间结构通常包括一个或多个搁物架,不同种类的物品可同时存放于一层搁物架上,然而搁物架上存放的物品重量无法直观的获得,用户需打开冰箱通过观察搁物架上的物品进行观察和预估,无法精确获取物品的数量和重量。
另外,冰箱中存放的物品的种类不同,其保质期通常不同,目前用户只能通过记忆放入物品的时间和其保质期推断物品状态,但通过记忆容易出错形成误判。现有技术中也有通过手工记录放入物品的时间,但该方法较为繁琐,同时也无法直观地提示用于物品处于何种状态。
鉴于上述问题,有必要一种搁物架系统及其控制方法,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种搁物架系统及其控制方法,其能够有效监控冰箱内搁物架上存放物品的重力信息和物品状态。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种搁物架系统,所述搁物架系统包括:
搁物架主体,用于存放物品;
重力感应装置,位于所述搁物架主体上;
处理器,所述处理器与重力感应装置相连,用于记录重力感应装置上记录的物品存放的重力信息、以及物品存放的时间信息,并将时间信息与预设时间区间进行比较判断物品状态;
显示器,所述显示器与所述处理器相连,用于显示搁物架主体上存放物品的重力信息及物品状态。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述搁物架主体包括若干搁物区间,每个搁物区间上对应设有一个重力感应装置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述显示器包括若干显示区域,所述显示区域与搁物区间一一对应设置,分别用于显示每个搁物区间上存放物品的重力信息及物品状态。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述预设时间区间为[T1,T2],物品存放的时间信息为T, 所述物品状态包括:
第一状态,物品存放的时间信息为T<T1;
第二状态,物品存放的时间信息为T≥T1且T≤T2;
第三状态,物品存放的时间信息为T>T2。

作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤S3中“根据预设时间区间判断物品存放的物品状态”具体为:
预设时间区间为[T1,T2],物品存放的时间信息为T,比较T与T1和T2,若T<T1,则物品状态为第一状态,若T≥T1且T≤T2,则物品状态为第二状态,若T>T2,则物品状态为第三状态。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤S4中包括:通过在显示器上显示不同的颜色,以区分物品为第一状态、第二状态或第三状态。
本发明的有益效果是:

处理器13,处理器13与重力感应装置12相连,用于记录重力感应装置上记录的物品存放的重力信息。同时,处理器13中还设有时钟单元(未图示),结合该时钟单元可以记录物品存放的时间信息,处理器中还设定了预设时间区间,处理器将时间信息与预设时间区间进行比较即可判断物品状态;
显示器14,显示器14与处理器13相连,用于显示搁物架主体11上存放物品的重力信息及物品状态。
相应地,参图2所示为本实施方式中搁物架系统的控制方法,该控制方法具体包括:
S1、获取搁物架主体上物品存放的重力信息;
S2、记录搁物架主体上物品存放的时间信息;
S3、获取物品存放的重力信息和时间信息,并根据预设时间区间判断物品存放的物品状态;
S4、通过显示器显示搁物架主体上存放物品的重力信息及物品状态。
具体地,本实施方式中物品状态的判断及显示方法具体为:
定义处理器中设定的预设时间区间为[T1,T2],而处理器记录物品存放的时间信息为T,处理器将时间信息与预设时间区间进行比较即可判断物品状态具体包括:
第一状态,物品存放的时间信息为T<T1;
第二状态,物品存放的时间信息为T≥T1且T≤T2;
第三状态,物品存放的时间信息为T>T2。
对应地,在显示器上第一状态、第二状态、第三状态在显示的颜色分别为第一颜色、第二颜色和第三颜色。
如针对某一物品,预设时间区间可以为[5天,10天],处理器实时更新物品存放的时间信息T,若存放的时间信息T<5天,则判定该物品为新鲜状态,显示器上对应显示为绿色,若存放的时间信息T≥5天且T≤10天,则判定该物品为不新鲜状态,显示器上对应显示为橙色,若存放的时间信息T≥10天,则判定该物品为过期状态,显示器上对应显示为红色。用户可以根据显示器上显示的颜色及时对搁物架上存放的物品进行监控,及时取出过期物品以免发霉腐败。
同时,该显示器上还可以实时显示搁物架上存放物品的重力信息,方便用户实时监控搁物架上物品的重力信息,防止搁物架上存放的物品过多造成的不利影响。
参图3所示,在本发明第二实施方式中的一种搁物架系统200,该搁物架系统包括:
搁物架主体21,用于存放物品。
与第一实施方式不同的是本实施方式中搁物架主体21包括若干搁物区间,优选地,本实施方式中以3个搁物区间进行说明,搁物架主体21包括第一搁物区间211、第二搁物区间212和第三搁物区间213;
重力感应装置,位于搁物架主体21上,该重力感应装置可以为压力传感器等检测重力的装置。
对应地,本实施方式中每个搁物区间上对应设有一个重力感应装置,分别包括位于第一搁物区间211、第二搁物区间212和第三搁物区间213上的第一重力感应装置221、第二重力感应装置222和第三重力感应装置223,第一重力感应装置221、第二重力感应装置222和第三重力感应装置223分别用于检测第一搁物区间211、第二搁物区间212和第三搁物区间213上存放物品的重力信息;

S1、获取搁物架主体各个搁物区间上物品存放的重力信息;
S2、记录搁物架主体各个搁物区间上物品存放的时间信息;
S3、获取搁物架主体各个搁物区间上物品存放的重力信息和时间信息,并根据预设时间区间判断物品存放的物品状态;
S4、通过显示器各个显示区域分别显示搁物架主体各个搁物区间上存放物品的重力信息及物品状态。
同样地,本实施方式中可以针对第一搁物区间定义处理器中设定的预设时间区间为[T1,T2],而处理器记录物品存放的时间信息为T,处理器将时间信息与预设时间区间进行比较判断第一搁物区间上物品状态具体包括:
第一状态,第一搁物区间上物品存放的时间信息为T<T1;
第二状态,第一搁物区间上物品存放的时间信息为T≥T1且T≤T2;
第三状态,第一搁物区间上物品存放的时间信息为T>T2。
对应地,在显示器的第一显示区域上第一状态、第二状态、第三状态在显示的颜色分别为第一颜色、第二颜色和第三颜色。
同样地,第二搁物区间、第三搁物区间在第二显示区域和第三显示区域上显示的物品状态也与第一搁物区间在第一显示区域上显示的物品状态相同,在此不再进行赘述。
进一步地,用户可以在不同的搁物区间上存放不同种类的物品,而不同种类的物品其保质期通常不同,如此便需要针对不同的搁物区间设置不同的预设时间区间,如第一搁物区间上可以存放保质期较短的物品,该预设时间区间可以设置为[1天,2天],第二搁物区间上可以存放保质期正常的物品,该预设时间区间可以设置为[5天,10天],第三搁物区间上可以存放保质期长的物品,该预设时间区间可以设置为[30天,50天],如此可以更方便地对搁物架上的物品进行监控。
应当理解的是,本实施方式中以搁物架主体上3个搁物区间、显示器上3个显示区域为例进行说明,在其他实施方式中搁物架主体上搁物区间和显示器上显示区域的数量可以根据用户需求设置为其他数量,在此不再一一举例进行说明。
相较于现有技术,本发明通过重力感应装置获取物品重力信息,并记录物品存放的时间信息,处理器进行处理后将物品的重力信息和物品状态实时显示在显示器上,提醒用户物品的放置信息,以免物品发霉腐败。

    处理器,所述处理器与重力感应装置相连,用于记录重力感应装置上记录的物品存放的重力信息、以及物品存放的时间信息,并将时间信息与预设时间区间进行比较判断物品状态;
    显示器,所述显示器与所述处理器相连,用于显示搁物架主体上存放物品的重力信息及物品状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的搁物架系统,其特征在于,所述搁物架主体包括若干搁物区间,每个搁物区间上对应设有一个重力感应装置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的搁物架系统,其特征在于,所述显示器包括若干显示区域,所述显示区域与搁物区间一一对应设置,分别用于显示每个搁物区间上存放物品的重力信息及物品状态。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的搁物架系统,其特征在于,所述预设时间区间为[T1,T2],物品存放的时间信息为T,所述物品状态包括:
    第一状态,物品存放的时间信息为T<T1;
    第二状态,物品存放的时间信息为T≥T1且T≤T2;
    第三状态,物品存放的时间信息为T>T2。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的搁物架系统,其特征在于,所述第一状态、第二状态、第三状态在显示区域上显示的颜色分别为第一颜色、第二颜色和第三颜色。
  6. 一种搁物架系统的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法包括:
    S1、获取搁物架主体上物品存放的重力信息;
    S2、记录搁物架主体上物品存放的时间信息;
    S3、获取物品存放的重力信息和时间信息,并根据预设时间区间判断物品存放的物品状态;
    S4、通过显示器显示搁物架主体上存放物品的重力信息及物品状态。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述搁物架主体包括若干搁物区间,所述步骤S1具体为:获取搁物架主体各个搁物区间上物品存放的重力信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2具体为:记录搁物架主体 各个搁物区间上物品存放的时间信息。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中“根据预设时间区间判断物品存放的物品状态”具体为:
    预设时间区间为[T1,T2],物品存放的时间信息为T,比较T与T1和T2,若T<T1,则物品状态为第一状态,若T≥T1且T≤T2,则物品状态为第二状态,若T>T2,则物品状态为第三状态。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中包括:通过在显示器上显示不同的颜色,以区分物品为第一状态、第二状态或第三状态。
