进一步地,该每个支撑环的中心均固定设置有法兰盘,两个的法 兰盘通过第一转轴分别连接至加热炉的上下两端,或两个的法兰盘通过第二转轴分别连接至冷却炉的上下两端,两个的转轴还连接有转子传动机构,转子传动机构用于带动对应的第一转子/第二转子转动。
进一步地,该加热炉还包括外壳体、保温层及设置在炉体内壁的加热装置。
进一步地,该冷却炉还包括外壳体,所述外壳体与腔体内壁间形成用于使冷媒通过的冷媒腔室。
进一步地,该垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备用于机械制造域、石油、化工、航空航天、制冷、电子、汽车、矿山机械、食品加工等技术领域。
本发明一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备具有如下优点:1.节能高效又节约设备占地面积,不局限于生产场地的限制。2.在同等占地面积及能耗下,可大大提高产能。3.保持生产的连续性。4.提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
本发明一种垂直螺旋输送工件的输送设备,如图1所示,包括沿竖直方向螺旋盘绕的输送装置,所述输送装置用于设置于加热炉1的炉腔内,且所述输送装置用于传输沿其螺旋方向的输送带3。输送装置包括沿竖直方向螺旋盘旋的第一支撑装置2。第一支撑装置2为支撑板、支撑辊或支撑带。还包括竖直设置于第一支撑装置2所围成的空间内的绕其竖直轴线旋转的第一转子9,所述第一转子为圆柱体框架结构,所述第一转子9的圆周面外壁紧贴位于所述支撑板上的输送带3的内侧侧边,所述第一转子9用于为与其同向转动的所述输送带3提供辅助动力。
本发明一种垂直螺旋输送工件的输送设备,还包括支撑架8,支撑架8用于固定上述的第一支撑装置2。该支撑架8可根据实际情况 进行选择,可以是竖直间隔设置的两根柱子,也可以根据实际情况进行选择。
本发明公开了一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,如图1、图2和图5所示,包含上述的垂直螺旋输送工件的输送设备,还包括加热炉1,所述输送装置设置于加热炉1的炉腔内,所述输送装置带动输送带3传输,靠近所述加热炉1的底部和顶部分别设置有第一开口5和第二开口6,所述第一开口5和第二开口6用于输送带3的输出和输入。加热炉1外还设置有物料输送系统,所述物料输送系统包括输送带3,以及用于驱动输送带3的输送带传动机构4,所述输送带3经所述第一开口5进入所述加热炉1内,再经所述第二开口6处引出所述加热炉1。输送带3经所述第二开口6处引出所述加热炉1,并回到所述第一开口5形成用于输送物料的第一循环回路。
如图3、图5和图6所示,还包括冷却炉10,冷却炉10与加热炉1并列设置,且通过输送带3相互连通;冷却炉10内竖直方向上设置有螺旋式的第二支撑装置11,第二支撑装置11上设置有与其螺旋方向相一致的输送带3;靠近冷却炉10的顶部和底部分别设置有第三开口12和第四开口13;输送带3经第一开口5进入加热炉1再经第二开口6处引出,由第三开口12进入冷却炉10,经第四开口13处引出冷却炉10并回到第一开口5形成用于输送物料的第二循环回路。
如图4所示,为适应不同车间的生产条件,第一支撑装置2为多个,且多个第一支撑装置2并列间隔设置。优选地,第一支撑装置2 为2个。
本发明的垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备中,第一支撑装置2和第二支撑装置11均为多个,且多个第一支撑装置2和第二支撑装置11分别并列间隔设置。优选地,第一支撑装置2和第二支撑装置11均为2个。在生产时,待处理的产品可同时多路或者两路进入加热炉1,并由冷却炉10输送出,增大了单位时间内的处理量,提高了工作效率。多个第一支撑装置2上可同时放置同一种产品,也可以放置不同的产品,在加热炉1内调控不同的温度区,满足不同产品的生产需要。也可以根据生产需要,只运行其中的一路。
为适应不同的生产条件,加热炉1炉体上开设有一个或者多个用于向炉体内通入大气或保护气体的加热炉进气口7;通入加热炉的保护气体为氮气、氢气、氮氢混合气、氩气、氦气、甲醇裂解气、吸热式保护气AX气、放热式保护气DX气、氨分解气等中的一种。冷却炉10上开设有一个或者多个用于向炉体内通入大气或保护气体的冷却炉进气口14;通入冷却炉的保护气体为氮气、氢气、氮氢混合气、氩气、氦气、甲醇裂解气、吸热式保护气AX气、放热式保护气DX气、氨分解气等中的一种。实际使用过程中,依具体情况进行选择。实际生产中,根据工艺要求进行气体的选择。可用于在保护气氛下进行一般的加热;或者在保护气氛下进行钎焊加热;或者在保护气氛下进行其它的加热热处理。加热炉1的内壁上设置有加热装置。
本发明中的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,第一转子和第二转子均包括上下设置的两个支撑环16,两个支撑环16通过竖直设置 的若干根支架固定连接。每个支撑环16的中心均固定设置有法兰盘17,两个的法兰盘17通过第一转轴分别连接至加热炉1的上下两端,或两个的法兰盘17通过第二转轴分别连接至所述冷却炉10的上下两端,两个所述的转轴还连接有转子传动机构18,所述转子传动机构18用于带动第一转子9/第二转子15转动。
本发明一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,加热炉1还包括外壳体、保温层及设置在炉体内壁的加热装置。冷却炉10还包括外壳体,所述外壳体与腔体内壁间形成用以使冷媒通过的冷媒腔室。传动机构包含用于给输送带导向的多个导向轮。
本发明一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,该传动机构可根据企业自身的情况选择确定,以满足生产需要。该工件垂直螺旋输送的加热设备用于机械制造域、石油、化工、航空航天、制冷、电子、汽车、矿山机械、食品加工等技术领域。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种垂直螺旋输送工件的输送设备,其特征在于,包括沿竖直方向螺旋盘绕的输送装置,所述输送装置用于设置于加热炉(1)的炉腔内,且所述输送装置用于传输沿其螺旋方向的输送带(3)。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的输送设备,其特征在于,所述输送装置包括沿竖直方向螺旋盘旋的第一支撑装置(2)。
  3. 按照权利要求2所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的输送设备,其特征在于,所述第一支撑装置(2)为支撑板、支撑辊或支撑带。
  4. 按照权利要求2或3所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的输送设备,其特征在于,还包括竖直设置于第一支撑装置(2)所围成的空间内的绕其竖直轴线旋转的第一转子(9),所述第一转子为圆柱体框架结构,所述第一转子(9)的圆周面外壁紧贴位于所述支撑板上的输送带(3)的内侧侧边,所述第一转子(9)用于为与其同向转动的所述输送带(3)提供辅助动力。
  5. 一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其特征在于,包含权利要求1、2、3或4中任一项所述的垂直螺旋输送工件的输送设备,还包括加热炉(1),所述输送装置设置于加热炉(1)的炉腔内,所述输送装置带动输送带(3)传输,靠近所述加热炉(1)的底部和顶部分别设置有第一开口(5)和第二开口(6),所述第一开口(5)和第二开口(6)用于输送带(3)的输入和输出。
  6. 按照权利要求5所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其 特征在于,所述加热炉(1)外还设置有物料输送系统,所述物料输送系统包括输送带(3),以及用于驱动输送带(3)的输送带传动机构(4),所述输送带(3)经所述第一开口(5)进入所述加热炉(1)内,再经所述第二开口(6)处引出所述加热炉(1)。
  7. 按照权利要求5所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其特征在于,所述输送带(3)经所述第二开口(6)处引出所述加热炉(1),并回到所述第一开口(5)形成用于输送物料的第一循环回路。
  8. 按照权利要求6所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其特征在于,还包括冷却炉(10),所述冷却炉(10)与加热炉(1)并列设置,且通过输送带(3)相互连通。
  9. 按照权利要求8所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其特征在于,所述冷却炉(10)内沿竖直方向上设置有螺旋式的第二支撑装置(11),所述第二支撑装置(11)上设置有与其螺旋方向相一致的输送带(3);靠近所述冷却炉(10)的顶部和底部分别设置有第三开口(12)和第四开口(13);
    所述输送带(3)经所述第一开口(5)进入所述加热炉(1)再经所述第二开口(6)处引出,由第三开口(12)进入所述冷却炉(10),经所述第四开口(13)处引出所述冷却炉(10)并回到所述第一开口(5)形成用于输送物料的第二循环回路。
  10. 按照权利要求9所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其特征在于,所述第二支撑装置(11)为为支撑板、支撑辊或支撑带;所述冷却炉内,且位于所述第二支撑装置(11)围成的空间内竖直设 置有用于给输送带(3)提供辅助动力的第二转子(15),所述第二转子(15)为圆柱体框架结构,所述第二转子(15)的圆周面外壁紧贴位于所述第二支撑板(11)上的输送带(3)的内侧侧边,所述第二转子(15)用于为与其同向转动的所述输送带(3)提供辅助动力。
  11. 按照权利要求6~10任一项所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其特征在于,所述第一支撑装置(2)为多个,且多个所述第一支撑装置(2)并列间隔设置。
  12. 按照权利要求11所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其特征在于,所述第一支撑装置(2)为2个。
  13. 按照权利要求9~11所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其特征在于,所述第一支撑装置(2)和第二支撑装置(11)均为多个,且多个所述第一支撑装置(2)和第二支撑装置(11)分别并列间隔设置。
  14. 按照权利要求15所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其特征在于,所述第一支撑装置(2)和第二支撑装置(11)均为2个。
  15. 按照权利要求11所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其特征在于,所述加热炉(1)炉体上开设有一个或者多个用于向炉体内通入大气或其他保护气体的加热炉进气口(7);所述保护气体为氮气、氢气、氮氢混合气、氩气、氦气、甲醇裂解气、吸热式保护气(AX气)、放热式保护气(DX气)、氨分解气中的一种。
  16. 按照权利要求13所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备, 其特征在于,所述加热炉(1)炉体上开设有一个或者多个用于向炉体内通入保护气体的加热炉进气口(7);所述冷却炉(10)上开设有一个或者多个用于向炉体内通入大气或其他保护气体的冷却炉进气口(14);
    所述其他保护气体为氮气、氢气、氮氢混合气、氩气、氦气、甲醇裂解气、吸热式保护气(AX气)、放热式保护气(DX气)、氨分解气中的一种。
  17. 按照权利要求10所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其特征在于,所述第一转子和第二转子均包括上下设置的两个支撑环(16),两个所述支撑环(16)通过竖直设置的若干根支架固定连接。
  18. 按照权利要求17所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其特征在于,每个所述支撑环(16)的中心均固定设置有法兰盘(17),两个所述的法兰盘(17)通过第一转轴分别连接至所述加热炉(1)的上下两端,或两个所述的法兰盘(17)通过第二转轴分别连接至所述冷却炉(10)的上下两端,两个所述的转轴还连接有转子传动机构(18),所述转子传动机构(18)用于带动第一转子(9)/第二转子(15)转动。
  19. 按照权利要求5、6、7、8或9所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其特征在于,所述加热炉(1)还包括外壳体、保温层及设置在炉体内壁的加热装置。
  20. 按照权利要求9、10、11或12所述的一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其特征在于,所述冷却炉(10)还包括外壳体,所述外 壳体与腔体内壁间形成用于使冷媒通过的冷媒腔室。
  21. 一种垂直螺旋输送工件的加热设备,其特征在于,所述工件垂直螺旋输送的加热设备用于机械制造域、石油、化工、航空航天、制冷、电子、汽车、矿山机械、食品加工等技术领域。
