Claims (14)
- 一种彩膜基板,包括衬底基板以及设置在所述衬底基板上的彩色滤光层和相位反转图案,其中,所述相位反转图案包括多个开口,所述多个开口对应于所述彩色滤光层的多个滤光单元,所述相位反转图案界定各所述滤光单元的边界;所述相位反转图案在所述衬底基板上的投影至少部分覆盖相邻所述滤光单元之间的区域在所述衬底基板上的投影;所述相位反转图案被配置来使通过该相位反转图案的光线产生相位反转。
- 根据权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,其中,所述光线的相位反转角度是180°。
- 根据权利要求1所述的彩膜基板,还包括黑矩阵图案,其中,所述黑矩阵图案对应设置在相邻的滤光单元之间,且所述黑矩阵图案的宽度小于对应位置处的相邻的所述滤光单元之间的宽度。
- 根据权利要求3所述的彩膜基板,其中,所述相位反转图案在对应设置所述黑矩阵图案的位置处镂空。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的彩膜基板,其中,所述相位反转图案的材料包括铬的氧化物(CrOx)、铬的氮氧化物(CrOxNy)、钼硅的氧化物(MoSiOx)、钽硅的氧化物(TaSiOx)和钛的氮氧化物(TiOxNy)中的任意一种。
- 一种显示面板,包括阵列基板和如权利要求1-5任一项所述的彩膜基板。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示面板,其中,所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板相对设置以构成液晶盒,在成盒后的所述彩膜基板远离所述阵列基板的表面上设置偏光板,且所述相位反转图案设置在所述偏光板远离所述彩膜基板的表面上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示面板,其中,所述阵列基板包括多条第一信号线和多条第二信号线,所述多条第一信号线和所述多条第二信号线交叉限定多个子像素单元,所述子像素单元与所述彩膜基板的滤光单元彼此对应, 所述相位反转图案对应于所述多条第一信号线和多条第二信号线设置。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一信号线和第二信号线的材料包括不透光导电材料,所述第一信号线和所述第二信号线的宽度小于或等于对应位置处的相邻的所述滤光单元之间的宽度。
- 根据权利要求6-9任一项所述的显示面板,其中,所述显示面板包括平板显示面板或曲面显示面板。
- 一种显示装置,包括权利要求6-10任一项所述的显示面板。
- 一种显示面板的制备方法,包括形成阵列基板和彩膜基板,其中,形成所述彩膜基板包括在衬底基板上形成彩色滤光层和相位反转图案,所述相位反转图案包括多个开口,所述多个开口对应于所述彩色滤光层的多个滤光单元,所述相位反转图案界定各所述滤光单元的边界;所述相位反转图案在所述衬底基板上的投影至少部分覆盖相邻所述滤光单元之间的区域在所述衬底基板上的投影;所述相位反转图案被配置来使通过该相位反转图案的光线产生相位反转。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示面板的制备方法,还包括将所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板相对设置以形成液晶盒,其中,在成盒后的所述彩膜基板远离所述阵列基板的表面上设置偏光板,且所述相位反转图案形成在所述偏光板远离所述彩膜基板的表面上。
- 根据权利要求12或13所述的显示面板的制备方法,还包括将所述显示面板弯曲成曲面显示面板。
