Description

一种上置式搅拌炒菜机
本申请要求于2015年10月12日提交中国专利局、申请号为201520785376.8、发明名称为“一种使用方便的炒菜机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及厨房烹饪电器领域,尤其涉及一种上置式搅拌炒菜机。
背景技术
炒菜机是一种可以实现自动化烹饪过程的智能化设备,相比传统的炒菜锅具,炒菜机具有自动热油、自动翻炒,自动控制火候等功能,因此受到广大消费者的喜爱。炒菜机为实现自动翻炒功能,通常是在锅内设置搅拌装置,锅盖上设置电机和由电机驱动的输出轴,搅拌装置具有搅拌轴,输出轴与搅拌轴连接,电机通过输出轴驱动搅拌装置旋转,达到搅拌锅内食材使其调味均匀、受热均匀的目的。现有技术中,输出轴与搅拌轴采用六角轴和内六角孔的配合或者D形轴和D形孔的配合,实现可拆式连接的同时能传递扭矩,并且输出轴与搅拌轴插接后通过搅拌轴的弹性钢球或卡位结构定位,这种连接定位方式存在结构复杂、拆装不便的问题。
此外,在搅拌器领域中,出现了磁传动实现搅拌的结构,其原理是利用磁吸实现分体的传动结构,这种结构适合奶昔或一些液体的搅拌打泡,对于炒菜负载较大,该结构无法使用。
发明内容
本发明提供方便拆卸,且能可靠旋转的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,包括上盖、机体,所述机体内放置有用于盛放食物和辅料的内胆,所述上盖用于扣合在机体上,所述上盖设有驱 动电机以及用于伸入内胆中的翻炒装置,驱动电机连接有驱动轴,驱动轴用于驱动翻炒装置旋转,所述翻炒装置包括搅拌叶,所述搅拌叶设有连接驱动轴的连接部,驱动轴与连接部可拆卸连接。
所述搅拌轴设有安装盲孔,驱动轴设有与安装盲孔配合的安装部,安装盲孔内嵌装有永磁块,安装部插入安装盲孔内,永磁块吸附连接安装部,所述永磁块朝向安装部的面积为0.5平方厘米至4平方厘米。
所述安装盲孔包括底壁和侧壁,永磁块抵顶底壁固定,侧壁设有与安装部匹配的周向限位结构;所述周向限位结构为侧壁上设置的凸起或凹槽,或者,所述安装盲孔的截面为五边形或六边形,五边形或六边形的拐角形成所述周向限位结构。
所述侧壁包括限位永磁块的第一侧壁,以及限位安装部的第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁的高度为0.5cm至2cm。
所述永磁块的厚度为0.5cm至2cm,侧壁与永磁块过盈配合;或者,所述侧壁设有定位永磁块的卡簧或凸起。
所述第二侧壁围成的孔大于第一侧壁围成的孔。
所述搅拌轴包括设置安装盲孔的端部和连接搅拌叶的底部,底部的截面积小于端部,所述底面与端部的连接面为锥形斜面或锥形弧面。(增加防油污)
所述上盖包括可拆盖和固定盖,固定盖上设有供驱动轴穿过的第一通孔,可拆盖对应第一通孔设有第二通孔,第一通孔紧固有与驱动轴配合的第一密封圈,第二通孔设有第二密封圈,第二密封圈背离内胆的一侧设有唇边,唇边位于第一密封圈外周或与第一密封圈的外沿部分重叠。
所述可拆盖外周设有第三密封圈,第三密封圈密封内胆,第三密封圈与第二密封圈的唇边形成固定盖的防油密封。
所述固定盖朝向内胆的一侧设有围绕第一通孔的沉槽,第一密封圈位于沉槽内,所述唇边抵顶沉槽的外周或位于沉槽内。
所述驱动轴与搅拌轴通过连轴套连接,所述连轴套内设有浮动弹性件以及永磁块,驱动轴和搅拌轴均设有连接连轴套的安装部,永磁块吸附其中一个安装部,另外一个安装部与连轴套连接,永磁块抵顶浮动弹性件以上下浮动,或者与连轴套连接的安装部抵顶浮动弹性件以上下浮动。
所述安装盲孔内还设有浮动弹性件,永磁块抵顶浮动弹性件以上下浮动。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,包括上盖、机体,所述机体内放置有用于盛放食物和辅料的内胆,所述上盖用于扣合在机体上所述上盖设有驱动电机以及用于伸入内胆中的翻炒装置,驱动电机连接有驱动轴,驱动轴用于驱动翻炒装置旋转,所述翻炒装置包括搅拌叶,工作中,搅拌叶位于内胆中,所述搅拌叶设有连接驱动轴的连接部,驱动轴与连接部可拆卸连接。如此,可以方便用户拆卸清洗翻炒装置,也可以将其拆卸下来之后,实现炒菜机的多功能。
进一步地,所述连接部为搅拌轴,搅拌轴设有安装盲孔,驱动轴设有与安装盲孔配合的安装部,安装盲孔内嵌装有永磁块,安装部插入安装盲孔内,永磁块吸附连接安装部,所述永磁块朝向安装部的面积为0.5平方厘米至4平方厘米。如此,通过设置安装盲孔将永磁块固定在其内,可以有效保护永磁块,避免拆卸或碰撞损坏的概率,提升使用寿命。并且安装盲孔可以保证驱动力,保证炒菜机的可靠负载输出。所述永磁块朝向安装部的面积为0.5平方厘米至4平方厘米,如此,以保证永磁块对安装部的吸力,又避免吸力过大拆卸困难。且可以避免安装盲孔过大,导致对外观的影响。当然,所述的永磁块的吸力还与其磁通量有关,具体的磁通量范围与拆卸手感匹配,本领域技术人员可以根据上述面积范围通过实验获取磁通量的范围或具体的数值。
进一步地,所述安装盲孔包括底壁和侧壁,永磁块抵顶底壁固定,侧壁设有与安装部匹配的周向限位结构。如此,可以避免二者的周向转动,避免减少永磁块与安装部的磨损,保证吸合的效果。
进一步地,所述安装盲孔包括限位永磁块的第一侧壁,以及限位安装部的第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁的高度为0.5cm至2cm。若第二侧壁高度高于2cm,安装盲孔内若有污渍不易清洗;若第二侧壁高度低于0.5cm,为保证其强度,需增加壁厚,导致轴外观难看。进一步地,本发明第二侧壁的高度优选为0.8cm、1cm或1.5cm。
进一步地,所述永磁块的厚度为0.5cm至2cm,第一侧壁与永磁块过盈配合;或者,所述第一侧壁设有定位永磁块的卡簧或凸起。如此,拆卸时,既能避免永磁块受吸力被拉出或拉坏的危险,又能避免厚度过大导致盲孔整体太长,污渍不好清洗的弊端。
进一步地,所述安装盲孔设置在搅拌轴端部,安装部设置在驱动轴端部。如此,永磁块设置在搅拌轴上,搅拌轴的材质可以选择非磁性材质,降低制造成本,而驱动轴多与驱动电机一体,为磁性金属轴,可以直接被永磁块吸附,这种设计结构简单,方便生产制造。
进一步地,所述上盖还设有电机,驱动轴为电机轴或与电机轴连接,所述驱动轴的转速为30r/min-180r/min。所述转速在上述范围内,可以保证炒菜效果的同时又能避免由于转速过快,在炒菜初期负载过大而使得永磁块吸附力不够而脱落的危险。
进一步地,所述永磁块与所述搅拌轴端部之间具有隔热间隙。如此,避免炒菜时搅拌轴温度过高,影响永磁块的使用寿命。
进一步地,所述第二侧壁围成的孔大于第一侧壁围成的孔。以方便永磁块的安装。
进一步地,所述限位结构为侧壁上设置的凸起或凹槽,或者所述安装盲孔的截面为五边形或六边形,五边形或六边形的拐角形成限位结构。 该限位结构简单,生产时脱模容易,成本低且不会对外观影响较小。
进一步地,所述搅拌轴包括设置安装盲孔的端部和连接搅拌叶的底部,底部的截面积小于端部,所述底面与端部的连接面为锥形斜面或锥形弧面。如此,可以方便拆卸时人手的握持,拆卸更加便捷。
进一步地,所述上盖包括可拆盖和固定盖,固定盖上设有供驱动轴穿过的第一通孔,可拆盖对应第一通孔设有第二通孔,第一通孔紧固有与驱动轴配合的第一密封圈,第二通孔设有第二密封圈,第二密封圈背离内胆的一侧设有唇边,唇边位于第一密封圈外周或与第一密封圈的外沿部分重叠。如此,在第一通孔周围形成双重密封结构,既避免油、水汽进入上盖内,又避免油、水等污染固定盖,方便用户清理。
进一步地,所述可拆盖外周设有第三密封圈,第三密封圈密封内胆,第三密封圈与第二密封圈的唇边形成固定盖的防油密封。如此,用户需要清理的范围更小,更加方便。
更进一步,所述固定盖朝向内胆的一侧设有围绕第一通孔的沉槽,第一密封圈位于沉槽内,所述唇边抵顶沉槽的外周或位于沉槽内。将需清理区域限定在沉槽范围内,更加方便、快捷。
除此以外,所述驱动轴与搅拌轴通过连轴套连接,所述连轴套内设有浮动弹性件以及永磁块,驱动轴和搅拌轴均设有连接连轴套的安装部,永磁块吸附其中一个安装部,另外一个安装部与连轴套连接,永磁块抵顶浮动弹性件以上下浮动,或者与连轴套连接的安装部抵顶浮动弹性件上下浮动。如此在炒菜开始时,内胆内食物较多,使得搅拌轴有相对运动的空间,避免产生干涉,导致无法合盖的问题。

下面结合本发明实施例的附图对本发明实施例的技术方案进行解释和说明,但下述实施例仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其他实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
参照图1-3,本发明实施例一的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,包括上盖1、机体(图省略),所述机体内放置有用于盛放食物和辅料的内胆(图省略),工作中,所述上盖扣合在机体上,所述上盖设有驱动电机3以及用于伸入内胆中的翻炒装置,驱动电机连接有驱动轴22,驱动轴22用于驱动翻炒装置旋转,所述翻炒装置包括搅拌叶21,工作中,搅拌叶21位于内胆中,所述搅拌叶21设有连接驱动轴23的连接部,驱动轴22与连接部可拆卸连接。本实施例中所述的连接部为搅拌轴23。如此,可以方便用户清洗,并且该搅拌轴23拆卸之后,本发明的炒菜机还可以作为其它烹饪器具使用,实现多功能。
作为改进,所述搅拌轴23设有安装盲孔24,驱动轴22设有与安装盲孔24配合的安装部25,安装盲孔24内嵌装有永磁块26,安装部25插入安装盲孔24内,永磁块26吸附连接安装部25,所述永磁块26朝向安装部25的面积为0.5平方厘米至4平方厘米。利用安装盲孔24固 定永磁块26,可以较好的保护永磁块26,避免拆卸过程中的损伤。进一步地,安装部25插入安装盲孔24由永磁块26吸附连接,提供了轴向可靠吸力,方便拆卸,也能保证搅拌轴23和驱动轴22的同心度。
在本实施例中,所述永磁块26朝向安装部25的面积为0.5平方厘米至4平方厘米。如此,可以提供足够吸附安装部25的吸力,又能避免安装盲孔24过大,影响整体的美观。若该面积小于0.5平方厘米,则为保证吸附力,需要较大的磁通量,进而导致磁块的成本增加,永磁块26整体较小,安装操作不方便。若该面积大于4平方厘米,会导致安装盲孔24的直径较大,进而导致搅拌轴23的直径大,导致美观度下降,且安装盲孔24由于直径过大容易进入污渍,影响炒菜效果。最为优选,本实用新型可以采用0.5、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.5、2.0、2.4、3.0、3.6、4平方厘米,当然,也考虑搅拌轴23的钢性问题,本实施例选用最佳的1.0平方厘米。
在本实施例中,所述安装盲孔24包括底壁和侧壁,永磁块26抵顶底壁固定,侧壁设有与安装部25匹配的周向限位结构。所述周向限位结构为侧壁上设置的凸起27,安装部25设有与凸起27匹配的槽,以避免炒菜过程中,搅拌轴23与驱动轴22的相对转动或晃动,造成对永磁块26的磨损。
请参阅图4,本实施例中,所述安装盲孔24包括限位永磁块26的第一侧壁241,以及限位安装部25的第二侧壁242,所述第二侧壁242的高度为0.5cm至2cm。若第二侧壁242的高度小于0.5cm时,会导致搅拌轴23与驱动轴22的连接强度不高,炒菜时可能会出现脱落或折损的风险。若该高度大于2cm,安装盲孔24太深,进入异物不易清洗,存在污染的风险。作为优选,本实施例可以采用0.8cm、1.0cm、1.5cm或2cm。最佳为1.5cm。
进一步地,所述永磁块26的厚度为0.5cm至2cm,所述第一侧壁241设有定位永磁块26的卡簧。通过卡簧定位永磁块26,避免拆卸时永磁块26被拉出的风险。而永磁块26的厚度设置为0.5cm至2cm,既可 以方便生产安装,又具有适当的强度,安装时成品率较高。此外,该范围内又能避免安装盲孔24过深,导致清洗的困难。作为优选,本实施例可以采用0.5cm、0.8cm、1.0cm、1.2cm、1.5cm、1.8cm或2cm。最佳为1.2cm。
本实施例中,所述上盖1还设有电机3,驱动轴22为电机轴或与电机轴连接,所述驱动轴22的转速为30r/min-180r/min。该转速范围内炒菜效果好,对菜的粉碎损伤小。并且对驱动轴22与搅拌轴23连接处的扭力作用小,进一步地提升安全。本实施例中,所述驱动轴22的转速可以为45、50、60、70、80、90、110、120、130、140、150、160、180r/min,只要在30r/min-180r/min范围内即可。最佳为80至150r/min。
此外,作为改进,所述永磁块26与所述安装盲孔24底部之间具有隔热间隙。如此,在炒菜过程中,搅拌轴23会热,通过隔热间隙,避免热量传递给永磁块26,从而增加永磁块26的寿命。
本实施例中,所述搅拌轴23包括用于设置安装盲孔24的端部和用于连接搅拌叶21的底部,底部的截面积小于端部,所述底面与端部的连接面为锥形斜面或锥形弧面。如此,通过该结构设计,可以形成在搅拌轴23表面的导向作用,避免油、水汽上升,减小密封组件的压力,并且拆卸时可以方便人手的握持,也更加美观。
更进一步,为方便永磁块26的安装,本实施例中,所述第二侧壁242围成的孔大于第一侧壁241围成的孔。如此,可以方便的将永磁块26沉入安装盲孔24的底部固定。
可以理解,所述的第一侧壁241也可以与永磁块26过盈配合,或者设置凸起,以实现对永磁块26的限位。
可以理解,所述周向限位结构为侧壁上设置的凹槽,安装部设有与凹槽匹配的凸起,以实现周向限位。
可以理解,所述的安装盲孔24也可以设置在驱动轴22上,对应的安装部25设置在搅拌轴23上。
可以理解,所述连接部也可以是设置在搅拌叶21中部用于连接搅拌 叶21的柄或圆环。
本发明采用永磁块26吸附安装部25,方便了用户拆卸清洗,提升了用户体验感。且通过安装盲孔24的结构设计,保证了永磁块26的可靠性,提升了使用寿命。
实施例二:
参照图5,本发明的实施例二,其与实施例一的不同在于:所述安装盲孔24的截面为六边形,六边形的拐角形成所述周向限位结构。对应的,安装部25也设置为六边形结构。本实施例通过六边形的安装盲孔24,可以更加方便的实现对于安装部25的周向定位,形状规则,无需对位安装,更加方便。
可以理解,所述的安装盲孔24的截面也可以是五边形或正方形,这种形状的简单变化也在本发明保护范围内。
实施例三:
请参照图6所示,本发明的实施例三,所述上盖1包括可拆盖11和固定盖12,固定盖12上设有供驱动轴22穿过的第一通孔121,可拆盖11对应第一通孔121设有第二通孔111,第一通孔121紧固有与驱动轴22配合的第一密封圈122,第二通孔111设有第二密封圈112,第二密封圈112背离内胆的一侧设有唇边113,唇边113位于第一密封圈122外周。本实施例采用固定盖12使得驱动轴22具有支撑结构。并且驱动轴22穿过第一通孔121与搅拌轴23可拆卸连接。第一密封圈122避免炒菜的油烟或水进入固定盖12内部,避免固定盖12内部电器件短路或油污清洗困难。
进一步地,本实施例中,所述固定盖12朝向内胆的一侧设有围绕第一通孔的沉槽123,第一密封圈122位于沉槽123内,所述唇边113抵顶沉槽123的外周。通过沉槽123将第一通孔121和第一密封圈122限定在其内,唇边113抵顶沉槽123的外周,使得在沉槽123的范围内,形成双重密封,第一密封圈122密封驱动轴22与第一通孔121,第二密封圈112密封第二通孔111,保证了密封效果。并且,沉槽123的壁为 圆弧状或平滑的弧,以实现对水或油的引导效果。此外,第二通孔111的面积不小于沉槽123的面积,以方便拆卸搅拌轴。
更进一步,本实施例中,所述可拆盖11外周设有第三密封圈114,第三密封圈114密封内胆,第三密封圈114与第二密封圈112的唇边113形成固定盖12的防油密封。如此,在炒菜过程中,内胆内的水、油汽可能接触的区域限定在沉槽123和第二密封圈112限定的很小范围内,拆下可拆盖11用户清理起来非常方便。
本发明所述的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机的上盖组装顺序如下:首先,将第一密封圈122紧固在第一通孔121内,驱动轴22穿过第一通孔121和第一密封圈122;然后,将带有第二密封圈112和第三密封圈114的可拆盖11固定在固定盖12上,驱动轴22穿过第二通孔111和第二密封圈112,第二密封圈112的唇边113抵顶在第一密封圈122外周以实现密封。本实施例中,所述的可拆盖11与固定盖12的固定方式可以是卡接或通过可拆螺母等成熟的技术实现。
可以理解,所述的第二密封圈112的唇边113也可以与第一密封圈122的外沿部分重叠。
可以理解,所述的第二密封圈112的唇边113也可以位于沉槽123内。
可以理解,本实施例中的可拆盖11为可拆的金属内盖或玻璃盖。
可以理解,本实施例中的固定盖12可以覆盖在可拆盖11上的整个盖,也可以是位于可拆盖11上的局部盖或柄状盖。
本发明所述的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,用户在炒菜结束后,需要清洗时,将搅拌轴23和可拆盖11拆卸清洗,而固定盖12由于被可拆盖11上的密封结构密封,无须清洗,用户清理方便简单。

请参照图7所示,本发明的实施例四,所述驱动轴22与搅拌轴23通过连轴套4连接,所述连轴套4内设有浮动弹性件41以及永磁块26,驱动轴23和搅拌轴22均设有连接连轴套4的安装部,永磁块26吸附其 中一个安装部,另外一个安装部与连轴套3连接,永磁块26抵顶浮动弹性件41以上下浮动。驱动轴23的安装部可以是其朝向连轴套4的端部,搅拌轴22的安装部同样也可以是其朝向连轴套4的端部。如此,通过浮动弹性件41的浮动作用,带动永磁块26及其吸附的安装部一起相对于连轴套4上下浮动,以实现搅拌轴23相对位置的上下浮动。如此在炒菜开始时,内胆内食物较多,使得搅拌轴23有相对运动的空间,避免产生干涉,导致无法合盖问题。
可以理解,所述的浮动弹性件也可以抵顶与连轴套连接的安装部,只要能实现搅拌轴的上下浮动即可。
可以理解,所述的浮动弹性件可以是能实现弹性和复位的任意元件,如弹簧或硅胶垫等。
本发明采用连轴套4实现了方便可拆卸的同时,应用弹性浮动结构,保证了炒菜时无法合盖的问题,更加安全可靠。
实施例五:
请参照图8所示,本发明的实施例五,所述安装盲孔24内还设有浮动弹性件41,永磁块26抵顶浮动弹性件41以上下浮动。
所述的浮动弹性件41固定设置在永磁块26与安装盲孔24的底壁之间。如此,由于永磁块26吸附安装部,安装部为固定结构,进而实现了搅拌轴23相对永磁块26和驱动轴23上下浮动。
本实施例的有益效果与实施例四一致,不再赘述。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,包括上盖、机体,所述机体内放置有用于盛放食物和辅料的内胆,所述上盖用于扣合在机体上,其特征在于,所述上盖设有驱动电机以及用于伸入内胆中的翻炒装置,驱动电机连接有驱动轴,驱动轴用于驱动翻炒装置旋转,所述翻炒装置包括搅拌叶,所述搅拌叶设有连接驱动轴的连接部,驱动轴与连接部可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,其特征在于:所述连接部为搅拌轴,搅拌轴设有安装盲孔,驱动轴设有与安装盲孔配合的安装部,安装盲孔内嵌装有永磁块,安装部插入安装盲孔内,永磁块吸附连接安装部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,其特征在于:所述永磁块朝向安装部的面积为0.5平方厘米至4平方厘米。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,其特征在于:所述安装盲孔包括底壁和侧壁,永磁块抵顶底壁固定,侧壁设有与安装部匹配的周向限位结构;所述周向限位结构为侧壁上设置的凸起或凹槽,或者,所述安装盲孔的截面为五边形或六边形,五边形或六边形的拐角形成所述周向限位结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,其特征在于:所述侧壁包括限位永磁块的第一侧壁,以及限位安装部的第二侧壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,其特征在于:所述第二侧壁的高度为0.5cm至2cm。
  7. 根据权利要求4至6任意一项所述的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,其特征在于:所述永磁块的厚度为0.5cm至2cm,侧壁与永磁块过盈配合;或者,所述侧壁设有定位永磁块的卡簧或凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,其特征在于:所述第二侧壁围成的孔大于第一侧壁围成的孔。
  9. 根据权利要求2至6任意一项所述的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,其特征在于:所述搅拌轴包括设置安装盲孔的端部和连接搅拌叶的底部, 底部的截面积小于端部,所述底面与端部的连接面为锥形斜面或锥形弧面。
  10. 根据权利要求2至6任意一项所述的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,其特征在于:所述安装盲孔内还设有浮动弹性件,永磁块抵顶浮动弹性件以上下浮动。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,其特征在于:所述连接部为搅拌轴,驱动轴与搅拌轴通过连轴套连接,所述连轴套内设有浮动弹性件以及永磁块,驱动轴和搅拌轴均设有连接连轴套的安装部,永磁块吸附其中一个安装部,另外一个安装部与连轴套连接,永磁块抵顶浮动弹性件以上下浮动,或者与连轴套连接的安装部抵顶浮动弹性件以上下浮动。
  12. 根据权利要求1至6任意一项所述的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,其特征在于:所述上盖包括可拆盖和固定盖,固定盖上设有供驱动轴穿过的第一通孔,可拆盖对应第一通孔设有第二通孔,第一通孔紧固有与驱动轴配合的第一密封圈,第二通孔设有第二密封圈,第二密封圈背离内胆的一侧设有唇边,唇边位于第一密封圈外周或与第一密封圈的外沿部分重叠。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,其特征在于:所述可拆盖外周设有第三密封圈,第三密封圈密封内胆,第三密封圈与第二密封圈的唇边形成固定盖的防油密封。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的一种上置式搅拌炒菜机,其特征在于:所述固定盖朝向内胆的一侧设有围绕第一通孔的沉槽,第一密封圈位于沉槽内,所述唇边抵顶沉槽的外周或位于沉槽内。
