本发明涉及于家用电器领域,更具体而言,涉及一种微波炉。
目前,微波炉由于使用上的便利性而被广泛地用于作为加热食物的家用电器。微波炉的腔体内放置被加热的食物,微波炉产生微波对腔体内的被加热的食物进行加热。
但是,在上述加热过程中,被加热的食物会因受到加热而释放出油烟或蒸汽等污染物,如果此类污染物不及时排出微波炉的腔体的话,这会对腔体造成负面影响,使得微波炉的使用寿命降低。
发明内容
本发明实施例旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明实施例需要提供一种微波炉。
一种微波炉,包括:
腔体,该腔体开设有与该腔本内部相通的通气孔;
设置在该腔体上的风扇组件,该风扇组件具有送风口;
设置在该腔体侧边的导风罩,该导风罩包括文丘里效应腔体,该文丘里效应腔体包括进风口及出风口,该进风口与该送风口相通,该出风口与该通气孔相通。
上述微波炉中,由于导风罩包括文丘里效应腔体,风扇组件经送风口所吹出的气流可进入文丘里效应腔体,使文丘里效应腔体的出风口产生负压,进而可通过通气孔吸出腔体内部的气流。因此,腔体内部的污染物能被及时地排出,保证了微波炉的使用寿命。
在一个实施例中,该导风罩包括与该文丘里效应腔体连接的吸气腔体,该吸气腔体罩设在该通气孔上,该吸气腔体连通该通气孔及该出风口。
在一个实施例中,该导风罩包括与该文丘里效应腔体及该吸气腔体连接的出气腔体,该出气腔体用于将气流导向该微波炉的底部出气口。
在一个实施例中,该吸气腔体包括罩设在该通气孔上的进气部及与该出风口连通的出气部。该进气部呈长方体状,该出气部呈沿该进气部向该出风口方向逐渐变小的漏斗状。

具体地,文丘里效应腔体112的进风口114较大,出风口116较小。风扇组件104经送风口110吹出的气流由较大的进风口114进入,由较小的出风口116吹出。
因此,在出风口116吹出的气流的流速比进风口114进入的气流的流速要大,出风口116附近产生负压,对出风口116附近的气流产生吸附作用。
进一步地,设置在腔体102侧边的文丘里效应腔体112与腔体102侧边形成更为密封
的通风管,进一步增强了文丘里效应。
该腔体102是用于放置被加热食物。微波炉100工作时,产生的微波被导入至腔体102内对被加热食物进行加热。加热时,被加热食物可能会释放出油烟及/或蒸汽等污染物。
在微波炉100工作的同时,一方面,风扇组件104可对微波炉100的电气件进行冷却。另一方面,风扇组件104的送风口110吹出的气流也可进入文丘里效应腔体112,使文丘里效应腔体112的出风口116产生负压,进而可通过通气孔108吸出腔体102内部的气流。
更进一步地,由于在加热食物的过程中,腔体102内的温度会升高,因此,腔体102内的气体会因温度升高而膨胀,进而通过通气孔108向腔体102外排出。也就是说,腔体102内的气体因腔体102内外的温差,自身也产生向腔体102外流动的趋势。
因此,腔体102内部的污染物在多重作用下能被及时地排出,不会停留或较少停留在腔体102内部,从而保证了微波炉100的使用寿命。
较佳地,在本实施例中,为了增强文丘里效应腔体112的出风口116的吸力,该导风罩106包括与该文丘里效应腔体112连接的吸气腔体118,该吸气腔体118罩设在该通气孔108上,该吸气腔体118连通该通气孔108及该出风口116。
请参图3及图4,具体地,吸气腔体118包括罩设在通气孔108上的进气部120及与出风口116连通的出气部122。
该进气部120呈长方体状,该出气部122呈沿进气部120向出风口116方向逐渐变小的漏斗状。因此,罩设在通气孔108上的进气部120能够最大限度地让腔体102内部的气流经通气孔108全部进入至导风罩106内,同时,呈漏斗状的出气部122也能增加从腔体102内向腔体102外的气流流速,更快地带出腔体102内部的油烟及/或蒸汽等污染物。
较佳地,在本实施例中,为了将导风罩106及腔体102内的气流导向微波炉100的底部出气口123,该导风罩106包括与该文丘里效应腔体112及该吸气腔体118连接的出气腔体124,该出气腔体124用于将气流导向该微波炉100的底部出气口123。
具体地,出气腔体124呈沿远离文丘里效应腔体112的方向逐渐变大的形状,出气腔体124的出气开口126朝向微波炉100的底部。因此,导风罩106及腔体102内的气流能够较快地被导向微波炉100的底部出气口123。
较佳地,在本实施例中,为了将导风罩106固定至腔体102侧边,该导风罩106包括第一固定部128,该第一固定部128设置在该文丘里效应腔体112的侧边。
该腔体102侧边设置有第二固定部130,该第二固定部130与该第一固定部128固接而将该导风罩106固定在该腔体102侧边。
具体地,在本实施例中,第二固定部130与第一固定部128通过螺合的方式固接,第
二固定部130与第一固定部128均开设有螺孔。
可以理解,在其它实施例中,第二固定部与第一固定部也可以通过焊接的方式固接,或通过卡合的方式固接等合适的方式。
另外,微波炉100的微波可由磁控管132产生,磁控管132由供电装置134供电。
具体地,磁控管132及供电装置134均设置该腔体102上,磁控管132电连接供电装置134,由供电装置134向磁控管132提供工作的电压。供电装置134可为变压器或变频器。
对应地,风扇组件104的送风口110包括第一子送风口136及第二子送风口138。该磁控管132位于该第一子送风口136的出风侧。该供电装置134位于该第二子送风口138与该进风口114之间,该第二子送风口138与该进风口114对应设置。
因此,在本实施例中,经第二子送风口138吹出的气流先经过供电装置134,对供电装置134冷却,之后再经进风口114进入导风罩106。
气流在经过供电装置134时,温度升高,温度升高后的气流再进入导风罩106,这使得进入导风罩106的气流流速更快,进而增强了文丘里效应,提高了吸出腔体102内的气流的吸力。
另外,该风扇组件104包括电机140、转动地设置在该电机140相背两侧的第一风扇(图未示)及第二风扇(图未示)。
该第一风扇与该第一子送风口136相对。该第二风扇与该第二子送风口138相对。
因此,分开设置的第一风扇与第二风扇可分别独立地对第一子送风口136及第二子送风口138吹风,相互不影响。
进一步地,为方便用户观察腔体102内被加热食物的状况,该微波炉100包括设置在该腔体102侧边的照明装置142,该照明装置142与该导风罩106间隔设置。
具体地,照明装置142包括炉灯144及反射罩146,炉灯144固定在反射罩146中,反射罩146固定在腔体102侧边。在一种示例中,反射罩146呈U型。
对应于炉灯144的腔体102侧边的位置设有透光部,炉灯144发光的光线能够通过透光部并进入腔体102内部,为用户提供照明。
在本实施例中,该微波炉100包括设置在该腔体102上的控制面板148,该控制面板148通过位于该控制面板148两端的支撑件150稳固在该腔体102上。控制面板148设置有控制按键及控制板,用户通过操作控制按键控制微波炉100的运行。
支撑件150的设置能够避免用户在操作控制面板148时,控制面板148晃动的问题。
具体地,该支撑件150包括第一端部152、第二端部154及连接该第一端部152与该
第二端部154的连接部156。
该第一端部152与该第二端部154相对于该连接部156倾斜设置。该第一端部152沿该连接部156延伸的方向与该第二端部154沿该连接部156延伸的方向相反。
本实施例中,第一端部152与控制面板148通过螺合的方式固接,第二端部154与腔体102通过螺合的方式固接。可以理解,在其它实施例中,第一端部152与控制面板148可通过卡合、铆接或焊接等其它方式固接,第二端部154与腔体102可通过卡合、铆接或焊接等其它方式固接。
综上所述,上述微波炉100中,由于导风罩106包括文丘里效应腔体112,风扇组件104经送风口110所吹出的气流可进入文丘里效应腔体112,使文丘里效应腔体112的出风口116产生负压,进而可通过通气孔108吸出腔体102内部的气流。因此,腔体102内部的油烟及/或蒸汽等污染物能被及时地排出,保证了微波炉100的使用寿命。

Claims (10)
- 一种微波炉,其特征在于,包括:腔体,该腔体开设有与该腔本内部相通的通气孔;设置在该腔体上的风扇组件,该风扇组件具有送风口;设置在该腔体侧边的导风罩,该导风罩包括文丘里效应腔体,该文丘里效应腔体包括进风口及出风口,该进风口与该送风口相通,该出风口与该通气孔相通。
- 如权利要求1所述的微波炉,其特征在于,该导风罩包括与该文丘里效应腔体连接的吸气腔体,该吸气腔体罩设在该通气孔上,该吸气腔体连通该通气孔及该出风口。
- 如权利要求2所述的微波炉,其特征在于,该导风罩包括与该文丘里效应腔体及该吸气腔体连接的出气腔体,该出气腔体用于将气流导向该微波炉的底部出气口。
- 如权利要求2所述的微波炉,其特征在于,该吸气腔体包括罩设在该通气孔上的进气部及与该出风口连通的出气部;该进气部呈长方体状,该出气部呈沿该进气部向该出风口方向逐渐变小的漏斗状。
- 如权利要求1所述的微波炉,其特征在于,该导风罩包括第一固定部,该第一固定部设置在该文丘里效应腔体的侧边;该腔体侧边设置有第二固定部,该第二固定部与该第一固定部固接而将该导风罩固定在该腔体侧边。
- 如权利要求1所述的微波炉,其特征在于,该微波炉包括设置在该腔体上的磁控管及供电装置,该送风口包括第一子送风口及第二子送风口;该磁控管位于该第一子送风口的出风侧;该供电装置位于该第二子送风口与该进风口之间,该第二子送风口与该进风口对应设置。
- 如权利要求6所述的微波炉,其特征在于,该风扇组件包括电机、转动地设置在该电机相背两侧的第一风扇及第二风扇;该第一风扇与该第一子送风口相对;该第二风扇与该第二子送风口相对。
- 如权利要求1所述的微波炉,其特征在于,该微波炉包括设置在该腔体侧边的照明装置,该照明装置与该导风罩间隔设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的微波炉,其特征在于,该微波炉包括设置在该腔体上的控制面板,该控制面板通过位于该控制面板两端的支撑件稳固在该腔体上。
- 如权利要求9所述的微波炉,其特征在于,该支撑件包括第一端部、第二端部及连接该第一端部与该第二端部的连接部;该第一端部与该第二端部相对于该连接部倾斜设置;该第一端部沿该连接部延伸的方向与该第二端部沿该连接部延伸的方向相反。
