Abstract
脱硝用触媒の触媒活性金属としてのビスマスを均一に担体上に担持させることができ、これにより、十分な脱硝性能が得られてかつ硫黄酸化物(SOx)に対する耐久性に優れた排ガス浄化用触媒を提供する。本発明の排ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法は、ゼオライトが担持された排ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法であって、ビスマス(Bi)を前記ゼオライトに担持する工程を含み、当該工程においてビスマス(Bi)は溶媒に溶解され、該溶媒として、1分子当たりアルコキシ基1つ以上とヒドロキシ基1つ以上とを含む化合物、あるいはヒドロキシ基を2つ以上含む化合物、あるいは酸を用いることを特徴とする。
Description
本発明は、排ガス浄化用触媒、例えば、燃焼排ガスから窒素酸化物(NOx)を除去する浄化方法に使用される排ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法およびそのような製造方法により製造された排ガス浄化用触媒に関するものである。
燃焼排ガス中に含まれているNOxを除去するために、従来から、アンモニアを還元剤として燃焼排ガスに添加し、バナジウムやチタニアを主成分とする脱硝触媒に、このような還元剤が添加された燃焼排ガスを接触させることでNOxを還元分解・除去するアンモニア選択的接触還元法(以下、アンモニアSCR法と記す)が主流の方法として知られていた。
しかし、このようなアンモニアSCR法では、還元剤として添加されるアンモニアに起因する問題が生じていた。すなわち、例えば船舶用機関では、燃料として硫黄および窒素化合物の含有量が高いC重油を用いているため、そのような機関から排出される排ガスには、高濃度の硫黄酸化物(SOx)および窒素酸化物(NOx)が含まれることとなる。このため、還元剤として添加されかつ未反応物として残留しているアンモニア(NH3)が硫黄酸化物(SOx)と反応して硫安が生じるおそれがある。
また、排ガス中に硫黄酸化物が含まれていると、脱硝用触媒はその触媒脱硝性能を維持することができないことが知られている。
一方で、下記の特許文献1には、硫黄酸化物を含む排ガスにおいても窒素酸化物(NOx)を除去する脱硝性能を有する触媒を用いた排ガス浄化方法が開示されており、このような性能を有する脱硝触媒として、鉄、コバルト、銀、モリブデンまたはタングステンを担持させたβゼオライトが挙げられている。また、特許文献1では、還元剤としてアンモニアの代わりにエタノールおよび/またはイソプロピルアルコールを用いており、この点からも硫安の析出の防止を図っている。特許文献1では、酸素過剰の排ガスを上記の触媒と接触させることにより、排ガス中の窒素酸化物NOxを還元除去している。
下記の特許文献2にも窒素酸化物NOxを還元除去する排ガス浄化方法が記載されている。特許文献2では、触媒としてプロトン型βゼオライトを用い、還元剤としてアンモニアではなくエタノールおよび/またはイソプロピルアルコールが存在する中で、酸素過剰の排ガスを上記の触媒と接触させ、これにより窒素酸化物NOxが還元除去される。
下記の特許文献3には、触媒担体としてSiO2/Al2O3比が27~100であるNa-ZSM-5型ゼオライトまたはH-ZSM-5型ゼオライトを用いて、前記触媒担体をコバルト塩水溶液(コバルトの硝酸塩、酢酸塩、塩化物等)に浸し、この触媒担体のNa(またはH)部分をCoに、イオン交換率40~100%でイオン交換して、コバルトを担持したZSM-5型ゼオライトを脱硝触媒として用い、還元剤には、プロパン、ブタンを組成にもつ液化石油ガスを用いる排ガス浄化方法が記載されている。
しかしながら、これらの特許文献1~3に記載の脱硝触媒を用いた還元除去法による排ガスの浄化方法でも、排ガス浄化の反応温度が船舶用排ガス温度(約250℃)よりも高い300℃~500℃程度でなければ、十分な脱硝性能が得られないという問題があった。また、燃料油中に含まれる硫黄分が脱硝触媒を被毒させるため、実用化が困難であるという問題があった。
他方で、シート状の支持体にゼオライトや触媒活性金属等を担持させてなる触媒の形態の方が排ガス中に微量に含まれる窒素酸化物NOxを触媒により除去するためには便宜であるので、このような形態の触媒の作製方法が提案されている(例えば、特許文献4)。

本発明の目的は、これまで検討していなかった金属を用いて、性能が良好となる排ガス浄化用触媒を提供することにある。
加えて、これまで未検討な脱硝用触媒の触媒活性金属であるビスマスを適用しようとした場合、ビスマスは、水やアルコールにも酢酸エチル等の一般的な有機溶媒にも溶解しないことが知られており、担体に担持させようとしても均一に担持させることが困難であった。
さらには、均一に担持させることができないことにより、耐久性に問題が生じていた。
本発明の目的は、脱硝用触媒の触媒活性金属としてのビスマスを均一に担体上に担持させることができ、これにより、十分な脱硝性能が得られてかつ硫黄酸化物(SOx)に対する耐久性に優れた排ガス浄化用触媒を提供することにある。
本発明者らは、上記の事情に鑑みて鋭意検討を重ねた結果、特定の溶媒を用いることによりビスマスを溶解させることができ、このような溶液を用いて担体に担持させるようにすれば、ビスマスを均一に担持させることができ、そのために、十分な脱硝性能が得られてかつ硫黄酸化物(SOx)に対する耐久性に優れた排ガス浄化用触媒を得ることができることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至ったものである。
すなわち、本発明の排ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法は、ゼオライトが担持された排ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法であって、ビスマス(Bi)を前記ゼオライトに担持する工程を含み、当該工程においてビスマス(Bi)は溶媒に溶解され、該溶媒として、1分子当たりアルコキシ基1つ以上とヒドロキシ基1つ以上とを含む化合物、または酸を用いる、ものである。また、溶媒は、水と混合されている混合溶媒であっても良い。特に、溶媒は、酢酸、硝酸またはエチレングリコールのいずれか一つであることが好ましい。
また、本発明は、ゼオライトが担持された排ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法であって、ビスマス(Bi)を前記ゼオライトに担持する工程を含み、当該工程においてビスマス(Bi)は溶媒に溶解され、該溶媒として、1分子当たりヒドロキシ基を2つ以上含む化合物に水を加えてなる混合溶媒を用いる、ものである。
上記方法において、好ましくは、前記ゼオライトの粒子径(中心粒子径、D50)が、0.5~10.0μmである。
また、本発明は、無機繊維シートにゼオライトが担持されてなり、該ゼオライトにビスマス(Bi)を担持した排ガス浄化用触媒であって、無機繊維シートの両表面のビスマスの担持量(wt%)について、ビスマス担持量が多い方の面の担持量が他方の面の担持量の1.00~1.60倍の範囲内にあることを特徴とする排ガス浄化用触媒である。
本発明の排ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法によれば、均一に触媒活性成分であるビスマスを担持させることができるので、排ガス温度が300℃以下と低い、例えば船舶用機関の過給器後段の燃焼排ガスから、窒素酸化物を効果的に低減することができると共に、SOx耐久性に優れた脱硝触媒とすることができる。
また、上記の所定の粒子径を持つゼオライトを用いることで、脱硝触媒のハニカム構造の強度が充分に大きく、振動等の外的要因に対しても耐用性が高い状態での使用が確保される。
以下、本発明の実施の形態について詳細に説明する。
本発明による排ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法は、ゼオライトが担持された排ガス浄化用触媒を製造する方法に関するものである。
本方法では、脱硝触媒成分(触媒金属)であるビスマス(Bi)を前記ゼオライトに担持する工程を含む。
この工程においてビスマス(Bi)は溶媒に溶解される。このような溶媒としては、1分子当たりアルコキシ基1つ以上とヒドロキシ基1つ以上とを含む化合物、あるいはヒドロキシ基を2つ以上含む化合物、あるいは酸が用いられる。触媒金属であるビスマス(Bi)をゼオライトに担持する工程の詳細については後述する。
ビスマス(Bi)を担持したゼオライトが、無機繊維シートに担持されていることが好ましい。そして、前記無機繊維シートは、ガラス繊維シートまたはセラミック繊維シートであることが好ましい。
そして、無機繊維シートにより、無機バインダーおよびゼオライトが担持された平板状無機繊維シートと、同無機バインダーおよびゼオライトが担持された波板状無機繊維シートとを作製し、平板状の無機繊維シートと波板状の無機繊維シートとを交互に組合わせられてなるよにしてハニカム構造体としたものであることが好ましい。
ここで、ハニカム(蜂の巣)構造体とは、一般的には、隔壁により区画されかつ排ガスが流通可能な複数の貫通孔(セル)と当該隔壁とからなる一体形の構造体のことをいい、上記貫通孔の断面形状(セルの断面形状)は特に限定されず、例えば円形、円弧形、正方形、長方形、六角形が挙げられる。上記のような平板状の無機繊維シートと波板状の無機繊維シートとを交互に組み合わせることにより、排ガスが流通可能な貫通孔が形成されるので、このような繊維シートの組合せはハニカム構造体を構成する。
また、無機バインダーは、ジルコニア、アルミナ、シリカ、シリカアルミナ、チタニアから選択される少なくとも1種からなるものであることが好ましく、特に、無機バインダーは、ジルコニア、またはアルミナであることが好ましい。例えば無機バインダーとしてシリカを用いる場合には、シリカゾルが出発物質として用いられる。このようなシリカゾルとしては、シリカを20重量%程度含む酸性タイプ(中性、塩基性タイプでも使用可能)のものを用いることができる。また、ゼオライト、水、および無機バインダーとしてのシリカゾルの重量比は、例えば100:75:46であり、これらを混合し撹拌することによりスラリーに調整される。
そして、上記のスラリーをガラス繊維シートに塗布する。塗布する際には、従来公知の任意の方法を用いてよいが、例えば、いわゆるどぶ漬け方法、刷毛塗り方法、スプレー塗り方法、滴下塗布方法などが挙げられる。
なお、排ガス浄化用触媒は、上記のようなハニカム構造体とは異なる他の形態であってもよく、例えば、ハニカム構造体の基材のセンチメートルオーダーの四角小片(ハニカム(蜂の巣)構造体の平板状基材または波板状基材のみからなる)、ペレット状からなる排ガス浄化用触媒(脱硝触媒)であっても良い。
前記ゼオライトは、MFI型ゼオライト、またはFER型ゼオライトであることが好ましいが、ゼオライトとしては、その他、MOR型ゼオライト、またはBEA型ゼオライト等を使用することができる。
ゼオライトの粒子径(中心粒子径、D50)は、0.5~10.0μm、好ましくは3.0~7.0μmであることが好ましい。ここで、ゼオライトの粒子径は、レーザー回折法により測定される体積基準の累積百分率50%相当粒径(中心粒径、D50)を意味する。
粒子径0.5~10.0μmのゼオライトは、後述するハニカム構造体に強度を持たせることが出来る。ここで、ゼオライト粒子が、上記の範囲を超える大粒子径であると、ゼオライト粒子と無機バインダーの接点が減少し、成型保持が困難となる。また、上記の範囲未満の小さい粒子径を有するゼオライト粒子は、工業的に製造するには手間がかかり現実的でない。上記の範囲の粒子径を有するゼオライト粒子を用いることで、無機バインダーとの接点を増加させ、成型保持に適した強度を確保できるようになる。
本発明による排ガス浄化用触媒は、脱硝触媒成分として、ゼオライトにビスマス(Bi)よりなる金属元素を担持する。担持する金属元素の前駆体化合物としては、溶液に溶解したときにビスマスがイオン状になっているようなものであればよく、例えば、無機酸塩(例えば硝酸塩、塩化物など)や有機酸塩(例えば酢酸塩など)を用いることができる。
触媒金属の担持方法は、担持後に脱硝性能が発揮できるようになっていればよく、イオン交換法や含浸担持法などが挙げられる。例えばイオン交換法としては、ビスマス(Bi)の前駆体化合物を含む溶液に、ゼオライトを懸濁させ、イオン交換により触媒金属が結合したゼオライトを溶液から取り出して乾燥した後、焼成する方法がある。
ここで、上記のビスマスの前駆体化合物を溶解させるための溶媒としては、ビスマスを溶解することが可能な溶媒であることが好ましい。そして、当該溶媒としては、1分子当たりアルコキシ基1つ以上とヒドロキシ基1つ以上とを含む化合物、あるいはヒドロキシ基を2つ以上含む化合物、あるいは酸からなるものが挙げられる。
1分子あたりアルコキシ基1つ以上とヒドロキシ基1つ以上とを含む化合物としては、メトキシメタノール、2-エトキシエタノール、1-エトキシ-2-プロパノール、2-ブトキシエタノール等が挙げられるが、特に、2-メトキシエタノールを用いることが好ましい。
ヒドロキシ基を2つ以上含む化合物としては、プロピレングリコール、1,3-プロパンジオール、1,2-ブタンジオール、1,3-ブタンジオール、2,3-ブタンジオール、テトラメチレングリコール、ペンタメチレングリコール、へキシレングリコール、オクチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、テトラエチレングリコールが挙げられるが、特に、エチレングリコールを用いることが好ましい。
また、酸としては、塩酸、リン酸、硫酸、ホウ酸、フッ化水素酸等の無機酸またはギ酸、クエン酸、シュウ酸等の有機酸が挙げられるが、特に、硝酸、あるいは酢酸を用いることが好ましい。
以上のように、1分子当たりアルコキシ基1つ以上とヒドロキシ基1つ以上とを含む化合物、あるいはヒドロキシ基を2つ以上含む化合物、例えば、ジオール化合物、あるいは酸からなるものを溶媒として用いることにより、触媒スラリー中でビスマスがイオンとして存在することができ、このため、ビスマスがゼオライトに均一に担持される。
なお、上記のような溶媒は、ビスマスがイオンとして存在することができれば十分であるので、水等の汎用される媒体との混合溶媒の形態であってもよい。
加えて、各溶媒は、水と混合して混合溶媒として使用することが可能である。しかし、各溶媒を水と混合して使用する場合、水の量を一定以上にすると、混合溶媒中にビスマスが析出する。そのため、溶媒に水のみを使用した場合と同様の状態となり、触媒の硫黄に対する耐久性が低下する可能性がある。従って、本発明に係る混合溶媒は、全重量に対して45%以上を上記の溶媒にすることにより、ビスマスを混合溶媒に溶解した状態とすることが好ましい。
本発明の無機繊維シートを用いた排ガス浄化用触媒によれば、上記の所定の粒子径を持つゼオライトを用いることで、充分に強度が大きく、振動等の外的要因に対しても耐用性が高い状態での使用が確保される、耐用性に優れた無機繊維シートを用いた排ガス浄化用触媒を得ることができる。
また、特に、無機バインダーが、ジルコニアまたはアルミナである本発明の排ガス浄化用触媒によれば、高濃度の窒素酸化物(NOx)および硫黄酸化物(SOx)が存在し、しかも排ガス温度が300℃以下と低い、例えば船舶用機関すなわち船舶用大型ディーゼルエンジン、工場や発電所、地域冷暖房などの大規模ボイラー等から排出される燃焼排ガスから、窒素酸化物を効果的に低減することができる。
上記のビスマス化合物をゼオライトに担持させようとした場合、ガラスペーパーからハニカム構造体を製造した後に、別工程として担持させる工程を行ってもよいが、ガラスペーパーからハニカム構造体に至る途中の段階で担持させる工程を行ってもよく、あるいは、ゼオライト、溶媒および無機バインダーからなるスラリーに上記のビスマス溶液を混合し、ハニカム構造体の基材を調製する工程と同時に行うようにしてもよい。
なお、本発明による燃焼排ガス浄化用触媒において、還元剤は、燃焼排ガスの還元処理時の温度において還元力を有するものであれば特に制限されるものではないが、ただし、硫黄酸化物と結合して硫安を生じさせるという問題があるので、アンモニアは除かれる。好ましい還元剤としては、炭素数の少ないアルコールであるメタノール、エタノールが挙げられる。
以下に、本発明の実施例を比較例と共に説明するが、本発明の範囲は実施例に限定されるものではない。
下記実施例1~4では、ビスマスを溶解させるための溶媒を種々変更し、脱硝触媒を製造した場合についてそれぞれ説明する。
(実施例1A:ヒドロキシ基を2つ以上含む化合物)
本実施例1Aでは、ビスマスを溶解させる溶媒として、1分子中にヒドロキシ基を2つ以上含む化合物であるエチレングリコールを用いてハニカム構造体の脱硝触媒を製造した場合について説明する。
本実施例1Aでは、ビスマスを溶解させる溶媒として、1分子中にヒドロキシ基を2つ以上含む化合物であるエチレングリコールを用いてハニカム構造体の脱硝触媒を製造した場合について説明する。
硝酸ビスマス(商品名:硝酸ビスマス(III)・5水和物、キシダ化学製)をエチレングリコール(商品名:エチレングリコール、キシダ化学製)に溶かし、そこに粒子径(D50)が7.0μmのFER型ゼオライト(商品名:CP914C、ゼオリスト社製)を加え、スラリーとした。このスラリーを60℃で3時間撹拌し、室温に冷ました後、無機バインダーとしてジルコニアゾル(商品名:ジルコゾールAC-20、第一稀元素社製)を加えた。
この触媒スラリー18gを100mm×150mmに切り出したガラス繊維ペーパーに塗布して、平板状のスラリー塗布ガラスペーパーとした後、この平板状のスラリー塗布ガラスペーパーを110℃で1時間乾燥した。
一方、上記のスラリーのうち、27.6gを100mm×230mmのガラスペーパーに塗布し、スラリー塗布ガラスペーパーを波形付与金型と押さえ治具により形付けし、形付けされた波板状のスラリー塗布ガラスペーパーを110℃で1時間乾燥し、金型から剥離した。
その後、平板状のスラリー塗布ガラスペーパーおよび波板状のスラリー塗布ガラスペーパーを、500℃で3時間焼成した。こうして得られた平板状ガラスペーパーと波板状ガラスペーパーとを交互に組み合わせて、ハニカム構造体を作製した。
(実施例1B:ヒドロキシ基を2つ以上含む化合物および水)
本実施例1Bは、エチレングリコールが45重量%になるように水を加えた以外は、実施例1Aと同様にしてハニカム構造体の脱硝触媒を作製した。

(実施例2A:酸)
本実施例2Aでは、ビスマスを溶解させる溶媒として、酸である酢酸を用いてハニカム構造体の脱硝触媒を製造した場合について説明する。

本実施例2Aは、エチレングリコールを酢酸に代えた以外は、実施例1Aと同様にしてハニカム構造体の脱硝触媒を作製した。
(実施例2B:酸および水)
本実施例2Bは、酢酸が45重量%になるように水を加えた以外は、実施例2Aと同様にしてハニカム構造体の脱硝触媒を作製した。
本実施例2Bは、酢酸が45重量%になるように水を加えた以外は、実施例2Aと同様にしてハニカム構造体の脱硝触媒を作製した。
(実施例3:酸)
本実施例3では、ビスマスを溶解させる溶媒として、酸である硝酸を用いてハニカム構造体の脱硝触媒を製造した場合について説明する。

本実施例3は、エチレングリコールを硝酸に代えた以外は、実施例1Aと同様にしてハニカム構造体の脱硝触媒を作製した。
(実施例4:アルコキシ基1つ以上とヒドロキシ基1つ以上とを含む化合物)
本実施例4では、ビスマスを溶解させる溶媒として、アルコキシ基1つ以上とヒドロキシ基1つ以上とを含む化合物である2-メトキシエタノールを用いてハニカム構造体の脱硝触媒を製造した場合について説明する。
本実施例4では、ビスマスを溶解させる溶媒として、アルコキシ基1つ以上とヒドロキシ基1つ以上とを含む化合物である2-メトキシエタノールを用いてハニカム構造体の脱硝触媒を製造した場合について説明する。
本実施例4は、エチレングリコールを、2-メトキシエタノールに代えた以外は、実施例1Aと同様にしてハニカム構造体を作製した。
(比較例1:水)
本比較例1では、ビスマスを溶解させる溶媒として、水であるイオン交換水を用いてハニカム構造体の脱硝触媒を製造した場合について説明する。

本比較例1は、エチレングリコールを、イオン交換水に代えた以外は、実施例1Aと同様にしてハニカム構造体を作製した。
(分散度評価)
つぎに、本発明による実施例1~3および比較例1で得られたハニカム構造体の平板状ガラス繊維シートの両表面のビスマスの担持量を蛍光X線分析装置で測定した。また、ビスマスがゼオライト成分中のカチオン成分とイオン交換するかたちで担持すると、得られた繊維シートに黄色の着色が見られないのに対して、イオン交換ではない態様で担持した場合には、ビスマスは酸化物の形態で担持しているので、黄色に着色する。比較例1では、裏側が黄色になっていることが確認された。これに対して、実施例1~4では、着色は確認されなかった。
つぎに、本発明による実施例1~3および比較例1で得られたハニカム構造体の平板状ガラス繊維シートの両表面のビスマスの担持量を蛍光X線分析装置で測定した。また、ビスマスがゼオライト成分中のカチオン成分とイオン交換するかたちで担持すると、得られた繊維シートに黄色の着色が見られないのに対して、イオン交換ではない態様で担持した場合には、ビスマスは酸化物の形態で担持しているので、黄色に着色する。比較例1では、裏側が黄色になっていることが確認された。これに対して、実施例1~4では、着色は確認されなかった。
得られた結果を、下記の表1Aに示す。
表1および表2の結果から明らかなように、本発明による実施例1~3で得られた平板状ガラス繊維シートの両表面では、表側及び裏側ともに脱硝触媒成分であるビスマスの量が均一に担持されている。それぞれの触媒担持量について、触媒担持量が多い面は、他方の面の担持量の1.00~1.60倍の範囲内にあることが分かる。
また、実施例1~実施例3が比較例1よりも担持ビスマス量が多くなることが実証された。
(脱硝性能評価試験)
つぎに、本発明による実施例1A、および比較例1で得られたハニカム構造体を用いた燃焼排ガス浄化用の脱硝触媒について、表2に示す条件で脱硝性能評価試験を実施した。
つぎに、本発明による実施例1A、および比較例1で得られたハニカム構造体を用いた燃焼排ガス浄化用の脱硝触媒について、表2に示す条件で脱硝性能評価試験を実施した。
さらに、表3に示す条件で250時間の硫黄酸化物(SOx)に対する耐性をテストした。
その後、硫黄酸化物(SO2およびSO3)晒し後の脱硝触媒を用いて表2に示す条件で再び脱硝性能評価試験を実施した。下記表4にその結果を示す。
表4から明らかなように、初期脱硝率は、実施例1~3と比較例1とで同等であるが、耐久試験後脱硝率および脱硝性能維持率において、実施例1~3の方が顕著な差が示されている。
これは、硝酸ビスマスはイオン交換水にほとんど溶けないのでイオン交換率が低く、また、イオン交換水にビスマスを溶解させた場合、ビスマスはゼオライトに比べ重いためイオン交換されなかったビスマスは、触媒調整時に裏側表面に溜まり、そのまま触媒化されるためだと考えられる。そして、イオン交換水にビスマスを溶解させて作製した脱硝触媒では、SOxと反応しやすく耐久性が低くなると考えられる。
また、ヒドロキシ基を2つ以上含む化合物のみを溶媒として用いた実施例1Aと同化合物に水を加えて混合したものを溶媒として用いた実施例1Bとを比較すると、水との混合溶媒とすることで、初期脱硝率において、有意な向上が見られた。
Claims (4)
- ゼオライトが担持された排ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法であって、
ビスマス(Bi)を前記ゼオライトに担持する工程を含み、
当該工程においてビスマス(Bi)は溶媒に溶解され、
該溶媒として、1分子当たりアルコキシ基1つ以上とヒドロキシ基1つ以上とを含む化合物、または酸を用いることを特徴とする排ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法。 - 前記溶媒が、水と混合されている混合溶媒であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の排ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法。 - ゼオライトが担持された排ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法であって、
ビスマス(Bi)を前記ゼオライトに担持する工程を含み、
当該工程においてビスマス(Bi)は溶媒に溶解され、
該溶媒として、1分子当たりヒドロキシ基を2つ以上含む化合物に水を加えてなる混合溶媒を用いることを特徴とする排ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法。 - 前記溶媒が、酢酸、硝酸またはエチレングリコールのいずれか1種であること
を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の排ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法。
