Description
本发明涉及一扬声器领域,特别涉及一扬声器及其鼓纸、限位机构、制造方法和发声方法。本发明还涉及一音效装置,其中所述音效装置包括所述扬声器和能够响应所述扬声器的振动而振动发声的一被动振动器,以通过所述被动振动器增强所述音效装置的低频音效。
诸如扬声器等声音装置,一般由一扬声器框架、一鼓纸、一音圈以及一磁回系统构成,该鼓纸的外侧边缘延伸至并被连接于该扬声器框架,该鼓纸的内侧边缘延伸至并被连接于该音圈,该音圈与该磁回系统电磁感应地连接,从而当音频信号被输入该磁回系统时,该磁回系统响应该音频信号的输入而电磁地驱动该音圈做往复运动,并且在该音圈运动的过程中,该音圈带动该鼓纸同步地做往复运动,从而藉由该鼓纸鼓动空气而产生声音。为了使得该声音装置得到更好的音效,该声音装置还提供一弹波,该弹波的内侧边被连接于该音圈,该弹波的外侧边被连接于该扬声器框架,该弹波将该音圈的运动限定在一个方向从而避免该音圈在运动的过程中出现晃动的现象,从而减少甚至避免该声音装置出现杂音。
现有技术的该声音装置为了保证其音效,该鼓纸被设计和提供为圆形,并且藉由该音圈在该鼓纸的中部位置驱动该鼓纸运动,从而尽可能地使该鼓纸在周向方向的每个位置的运动同步且幅度一致。如果该鼓纸被设计和提供为非圆形,例如该鼓纸被设计和提供为跑道形时,该跑道形鼓纸会具有一长轴方向和一短轴方向,如果该音圈仍旧被设置在该鼓纸的中部位置驱动该鼓纸运动,由于力的传导原理,该鼓纸的该长轴方向和该短轴方向的受力不平均,例如在该长轴方向,越是远离该鼓纸的中部位置的部分受到的该音圈驱动的力越小,甚至在极端的情况下,尤其是在该鼓纸的长度方向,当该音圈第一次产生驱动力驱动该鼓纸向远离该磁回系统的方向驱动该鼓纸运动时,根据力的传导原理,该驱动力会首先驱动该鼓纸的中部位置的部分向远离该磁回系统的方向运动,然后当该驱动力被传导
至该鼓纸的边缘位置的部分时再驱动该鼓纸的边缘位置的部分向远离该磁回系统的方向运动,当该音圈第二次产生驱动力驱动该鼓纸向靠近该磁回系统的方向驱动该鼓纸运动时,该驱动力同样会首先驱动该鼓纸的中部位置的部分先向靠近该磁性系统的方向运动,此时,会出现一种情况是:该音圈第一次产生的驱动力被传导至该鼓纸的边缘位置的部分与该音圈第二次产生驱动力被作用于该鼓纸的中部位置的部分的时间相同而造成该鼓纸的不同位置的运动方向相反,这样一方面会严重地抵消掉该鼓纸鼓动空气的量,另一方面会造成该鼓纸的周向方向的运动不均匀甚至出现波浪形变形而造成音质严重下降。可以理解的是,该鼓纸的该长轴方向与该短轴方向的差异越大,上述不良效果越明显。也就是说,受限于该鼓纸的结构和圆形的形状,现有技术的该声音装置只能够被设计为圆形或者大致的圆形,这样的形状限制了该声音装置的设计思路和应用思路的拓展,从而导致该声音装置无法满足市场上日益个性化的设计需要。
另外,该声音装置的声音大小与该鼓纸鼓动的空气量有关,而该鼓纸鼓动的空气量与被输入该磁回系统的音频信号的功率和该鼓纸的面积都相关,例如在该鼓纸的面积固定的前提下,通过增加被输入该磁回系统的音频信号的功率可以使该鼓纸具有更大的冲程,以增加该鼓纸鼓动的空气量,从而提高该声音装置的音效。由于现有技术的该声音装置的该鼓纸只能够被设计成圆形或者大致的圆形,从而现有技术中只有通过控制被输入该磁回系统的音频信号的功率来达到增大该声音装置的声音的效果,这不仅对于搭配该声音装置的功放的要求越来越高,而且还会极大地增加该声音装置以及搭配该声音装置的功放的成本,显然,这种做法并不能够被市场接受和认可。更为重要的是,由于该声音装置的冲程需要被增加才可能增加该鼓纸鼓动的空气量,从而使得该声音装置的尺寸变得更大,不利于该声音装置朝向轻薄化的方向发展,也不利于该声音装置被应用于追求轻薄化的电子设备。例如,近年来诸如智能手机等便携式电子设备越来越朝向轻薄化的方向发展,而该声音装置的这种发展趋势导致该声音装置和该便携式电子设备的发展方向背道而驰。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一鼓纸,其中由所述鼓纸组成的扬声器允许在不被增加被输入的音频信号的功率的前提下通过增加所述鼓纸鼓动的空气量来提
高所述扬声器的音量。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸在被驱动时,所述鼓纸的周向的每个位置的运动同步且幅度一致,以使所述扬声器的音效更纯粹。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸被从俯视的角度来看时,所述鼓纸的形状为非圆形,相对于现有技术的圆形鼓纸来说,通过增加所述鼓纸的面积能够增加所述鼓纸被驱动时鼓动的空气量。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一鼓纸,其中由所述鼓纸组成的所述扬声器允许在不增加所述鼓纸的冲程的前提下,通过增加所述鼓纸的面积的方式来增加所述鼓纸鼓动的空气量,以使所述扬声器能够朝向轻薄化的方向发展。也就是说,即便是当所述扬声器的所述鼓纸的冲程被限制在有限范围时,所述扬声器的音量也能够被增加。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸具有一第一轴向和一第二轴向,所述第一轴向的延伸方向和所述第二轴向的延伸方向相互垂直,并且所述鼓纸在所述第一轴向的方向的尺寸大于所述鼓纸在所述第二轴向的方向的尺寸,以使所述鼓纸呈非圆形,从而相对于圆形的鼓纸来说,本发明的所述鼓纸可以具有更大的面积。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸包括在所述第一轴向具有相反延伸方向的一对第一部分和在所述第二轴向具有相反延伸方向的一对第二部分,并且每个所述第一部分和每个所述第二部分被相互间隔地设置,即,任何一个所述第一部分的两侧均为所述第二部分,任何一个所述第二部分的两侧均为所述第一部分。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸的所述第一部分的尺寸被设置能够超过所述第二部分的尺寸的两倍或以上,例如在本发明的一个实施例中,所述鼓纸的所述第一部分的尺寸和所述第二部分的尺寸的比例是7:3,甚至达到3:1。

本发明的一个目的在于提供一鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸的所述筋元件所在的位置低于所述第一部分和所述第二部分的高度。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸包括两个加强元件,每个所述加强元件分别被一体地设置于所述鼓纸的所述第一轴向的两端,以藉由所述加强元件补强所述鼓纸在所述第一轴向的端部的强度,从而在所述鼓纸被驱动时防止所述鼓纸在所述第一轴向的端部出现塌陷,以保证所述鼓纸的可靠性。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一限位机构,其中由所述限位机构组成的所述扬声器能够限定所述鼓纸在被驱动时仅在一个方向做往复运动而避免所述鼓纸出现左右晃动的现象,以保证所述扬声器的音效。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一限位机构,其中所述限位机构包括一内支架、一外支架以及两对限定元件,每对所述限定元件的两端分别延伸以被连接于所述内支架和所述外支架,其中每对所述限定元件用于保证所述外支架的每个位置的运动同步且幅度一致。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一限位机构,其中每对所述限定元件分别弯曲地延伸于所述内支架和所述外支架之间,以在所述限位机构被驱动时通过增加每对所述限定元件的形变量来增大所述扬声器的冲程,从而所述扬声器的音效能够被增加。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一限位机构,其中位于所述限位机构的端部的两个所述限定元件相互对称。

本发明的一个目的在于提供一扬声器,相对于现有技术的具有相同(或者等同)规格的扬声器,本发明的所述扬声器的效率被提升,例如所述扬声器的效率能够被提升10db,并且所述扬声器的声压能够被提升三倍或以上。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一扬声器,其中所述扬声器允许搭配具有小功率的功放单元,并能够保证所述扬声器的音量和音质,通过这样的方式,能够降低所述扬声器的制造成本以及所述扬声器的应用成本。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一音效装置,其中所述音效装置的低频音效能够被有效地增加。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一音效装置,其中所述音效装置包括所述扬声器和与所述扬声器共用一振动腔的一被动振动器,当所述扬声器响应音频信号的输入而产生主动音效时,所述被动振动器响应所述扬声器的振动而振动产生辅助音效,从而增加所述音效装置的低频音效。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一音效装置,其中所述扬声器通过增加所述鼓纸鼓动的空气量来增加所述扬声器的音量而不是单纯地增加所述扬声器的冲程,通过这样的方式,使得所述音效装置的厚度更薄,从而使得所述音效装置能够被应用于追求轻薄化的家电设备中,例如所述音效装置能够被集成到超薄的电视机。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一扬声器,所述扬声器包括一支承单元、一磁回单元、一音圈以及一鼓纸,所述音圈在所述磁回单元的驱动下往复地运动,所述鼓纸的内侧部和外侧部分别被连接于所述音圈和所述支承单元,其中所述鼓纸具有延伸方向相互垂直的一第一轴向和一第二轴向以及包括在所述第一轴向具有相反延伸方向的一第一部分和在所述第二轴向具有相反延伸方向的一第二部分,并且所述第一部分的尺寸大于所述第二部分的尺寸,通过这样的方式,相对于现有技术的圆形鼓纸,所述扬声器的所述鼓纸的面积被有效地增加,从而在所述鼓纸被所述音圈驱动时能够通过增加鼓动的空气量提高所述扬声器的音量。
进一步地,在所述鼓纸的所述第一部分和所述第二部分的连接处,所述第一部分和所述第二部分具有相反的曲率,通过这样的方式,所述鼓纸在被所述音圈
驱动时在所述鼓纸的周向的每个位置的运动同步且幅度一致,以保证所述扬声器的音效。所述支承单元进一步包括一扬声器框架和一悬边,所述悬边弯曲地延伸以连接于所述扬声器框架和所述鼓纸的所述外侧部,从而所述悬边在保证所述扬声器具有更大的冲程的同时增加所述扬声器的低频音效。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明还提供一鼓纸,其被设置在一支承单元和一音圈之间以被所述音圈驱动而鼓动空气,其中所述鼓纸具有延伸方向相互垂直的一第一轴向和一第二轴向以及包括在所述第一轴向具有相反延伸方向的一第一部分和在所述第二轴向具有相反延伸方向的一第二部分,并且所述鼓纸的所述第一部分的尺寸大于所述第二部分的尺寸,通过这样的方式,所述鼓纸的面积大于现有技术的圆形鼓纸的面积,从而当所述鼓纸被所述音圈驱动时能够有效地增加所述鼓纸鼓动的空气量。优选地,所述鼓纸的所述第一部分的尺寸与所述第二部分的尺寸比例至少为7:3。
根据本发明的另一方面,本发明还提供一限位机构,其被设置在一支承单元和一音圈之间以限定所述音圈的运动方向,其中所述限位机构包括被设置于所述音圈的一内支架、被设置于所述支承单元的一外支架以及两对限定元件,其中每对所述限定元件被对称设置以使每个所述限定元件的两端分别连接于所述内支架和所述外支架,通过这样的方式,所述限位机构可以被设置为非圆形以能够匹配本发明的另一个方面提供的所述鼓纸。另外,每个所述限定元件分别弯曲地延伸于所述内支架和所述外支架之间以通过增加所述限位机构的形变量增加由所述限位机构组成的所述扬声器的冲程,从而提高所述扬声器的低频音质。
根据本发明的另一方面,本发明还提供一音效装置,其包括一扬声器和一被动振动器以及具有一振动腔,所述扬声器和所述被动振动器共用所述振动腔,其中所述扬声器能够响应音频信号的输入而驱动所述鼓纸鼓动空气产生音效,所述被动振动器能够响应所述扬声器的振动而振动以产生辅助音效,通过这样的方式,所述音效装置能够产生更好的低频音效。优选地,所述音效装置特别适于被制造成长条形的音效装置,例如横式音效装置或者立式音效装置,以满足市场对于所述音效装置的不同需求。

根据本发明的一个实施例,在上述方法中,进一步包括步骤:
(c)使一限位机构的内侧部连接于所述音圈和使所述限位机构的外侧部连接于所述支承单元,以在所述磁回系统驱动所述音圈时,藉由所述限位机构限制所述音圈在垂直轴向方向往复运动。
依本发明的另一个方面,本发明进一步提供一具有非圆形鼓纸的扬声器的发声方法,其中所述发声方法包括如下步骤:
(A)在一音圈被一磁回系统驱动时,所述音圈带动所述鼓纸做同步地往复运动,以使所述鼓纸鼓动空气而发声;和
(B)当所述鼓纸具有向任一方向倾斜的趋势时,藉由形成于所述鼓纸的多个筋元件阻止所述鼓纸产生向该侧的位移,以使所述鼓纸保持在垂直轴向方向做往复运动,从而改善所述扬声器的音效。

参考说明书附图之附图1至附图6,依据本发明的一个优选实施例的扬声器100将被阐明。所述扬声器100能够响应音频信号的输入而鼓动空气产生声音,其中所述扬声器100包括一支承单元10、一磁回单元20、一音圈30以及一鼓纸40。所述磁回单元20和所述音圈30耦接,例如所述磁回单元20和所述音圈30电磁感应地连接在一起,所述鼓纸40被设置于所述支承单元10和所述音圈30之间,其中所述鼓纸40能够被所述音圈30驱动以鼓动空气而使所述扬声器100产生声音,所述支承单元10用于限制所述鼓纸40被驱动时的冲程。可以理解的是,所述鼓纸40单次鼓动的空气量越大,所述扬声器100的音量越大。
所述鼓纸40具有一内侧部41和一外侧部42,其中所述鼓纸40的所述内侧部41向内延伸以被连接于所述音圈30,所述外侧部42向外延伸以被连接于所述支承单元10,从而使所述鼓纸40位于所述音圈30和所述支承单元10之间,其中所述音圈30用于驱动所述鼓纸40鼓动空气,所述支承元件10限制所述鼓纸40的冲程。
优选地,所述鼓纸40的中部是中空的,以使所述鼓纸40的所述内侧部41能够沿着所述音圈30的外周侧和所述音圈30的外周侧连接在一起,即,所述鼓纸40可以有一个中心穿孔。
所述磁回单元20适于被连接于一音频信号源,例如手机、音乐播放器等电子设备形成的所述音频信号源,当所述磁回单元20响应来自所述音频信号源的音频信号的输入时,依据电磁感应原理,所述磁回单元20能够驱动所述音圈30沿着垂直轴向方向来回运动,例如附图1所示的z轴方向是本发明所界定的垂直轴向方向,所述音圈30进一步带动所述鼓纸40沿着所述z轴向方向往复地运动,以使所述鼓纸40能够在垂直轴向方向鼓动空气而产生声音。
值得一提的是,所述磁回系统20和所述音频信号源的连接方式不限,例如所述磁回系统20和所述音频信号源能够通过有线或者无线的连接方式被连接,以使所述磁回系统20能够接收和响应所述音频信号源辐射的音频信号。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述鼓纸40的所述内侧部41向内延伸以被连接于所述音圈30,所述鼓纸40的所述外侧部42可以形成自由侧,即所述鼓纸40的所述外侧部42没有被连接于所述支承单元10。
进一步地,依据附图2和图3,所述扬声器100进一步包括一限位机构50,所述限位机构50被设置于所述支承单元10和所述音圈30之间,所述限位机构50能够产生形变,并且所述限位机构50用于限定所述音圈30在垂直轴向方向运动,而不出现偏斜,通过这样的方式,可以保证所述扬声器100的音效。在附图3示出的这个实施例中,所述限位机构50可以是褶皱状的由软性材料制成的片体,并且因为所述限位机构50的褶皱而使所述限位机构50具有形变的能力。在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述限位机构50还可以被实施为一个光滑的片体或者具有镂空的片体,以具备形变的能力。
参考附图1和附图2,所述支承单元10包括一扬声器框架11和一悬边12,所述磁回单元20和所述限位机构50分别被设置于所述扬声器框架11,所述悬边12的两侧分别弯曲地延伸以被连接于所述扬声器框架11和所述鼓纸40的所述外侧部42。
在本发明中,所述悬边12由弹性材料制成,并且所述悬边12用于将所述鼓纸40的运动限定在垂直轴向方向而不产生晃动和倾斜。当所述鼓纸40被所述音圈30驱动沿着垂直轴向方向产生向上的位移时,所述悬边12拉扯所述鼓纸40的所述外侧部42以使所述鼓纸40产生向下的趋势和位移;类似地,当所述鼓纸40被所述音圈30驱动沿着垂直轴向方向产生向下的运动和位移时,所述悬边12拉扯所述鼓纸40的所述外侧部42以使所述鼓纸40产生向上的趋势和位移。
本领域的技术人员可以理解的是,所述音圈30能够主动地驱动所述鼓纸40沿着垂直轴向方向产生向上或者向下的趋势和位移,所述悬边12能够被动地拉扯所述鼓纸40沿着垂直轴向方向具有返回初始位置的运动和位移。值得一提的是,所述悬边12的横截面的形状可以是拱形、波浪形、S形、倒U形或者褶皱形以及其他的形状,尽管在附图3A和图3B中示出的所述悬边12的横截面是拱形,但领域的技术人员可以理解的是,附图3A和图3B示出的横截面呈拱形的所
述悬边12仅为一个示例,其并不限制本发明的内容和范围。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述悬边12和所述鼓纸40分别形成,然后再被组装在一起,例如可以通过胶水将所述悬边12和所述鼓纸40的所述外侧部42粘在一起。而在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述悬边12和所述鼓纸40也能够被实施为一体地成型,例如在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,所述悬边12和所述鼓纸40能够采用嵌入射出的工艺一体地形成,通过这样的方式,一方面使所述悬边12和所述鼓纸40的连接处能够更加均匀地过渡,从而在后续使所述鼓纸40在周向的每个位置的运动同步且幅度一致,以保证所述扬声器100产生的声音的音效,另一方面当所述鼓纸40被所述音圈30驱动沿着垂直轴向方向运动时,所述悬边12和所述鼓纸40的连接处不容易因为相互拉扯而损坏,从而确保所述扬声器100在发生时的可靠性和稳定性。
相对于现有技术的圆形鼓纸,本发明的所述扬声器100的所述鼓纸40的形状从俯视的角度看呈非圆形,例如依据附图4,所述鼓纸40的形状从俯视的角度看呈跑道形,依据附图6所示,所述鼓纸40的形状从俯视的角度看呈椭圆形,从而本发明的所述鼓纸40与现有技术的圆形鼓纸相比,本发明的所述鼓纸40的鼓动空气的表面积被有效地增加。本领域的技术人员可以理解的是,所述鼓纸40的鼓动空气的表面积的增加能够通过增加所述鼓纸40鼓动的空气量来增加所述扬声器100的音量。也就是说,相同规格(例如相等或者相似的功率和尺寸)的本发明的所述扬声器100与现有技术的具有圆形的扬声器100相比,本发明的所述扬声器100在没有增加功率的情况下具有更大的音量,即本发明通过增加所述鼓纸40鼓动的空气量的方式来提高效率,例如在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,本发明的所述鼓纸40的效率能够被提升10db,从而使得所述扬声器100能够增加3倍声压。
另外,本发明的所述扬声器100不需要增加所述鼓纸40的冲程,而是通过增加所述鼓纸40的面积的方式来增加所述鼓纸40被驱动时鼓动的空气量,以提高所述扬声器100的音量,从而使所述扬声器100能够朝向轻薄化的方向发展。与现有技术的带有圆形鼓纸的扬声器相比,当本发明的所述扬声器100和现有技术的扬声器具有相同的音量时,本发明的所述扬声器100的所述鼓纸40被鼓动的距离小于现有技术的扬声器的鼓纸被鼓动的距离,即,本发明的所述扬声器100的所述鼓纸40的冲程更小,以利于本发明的所述扬声器100朝向轻薄化的
方向发展,这是现有技术的扬声器意料不到的,而本发明的所述扬声器100提供的这种方式对于控制所述扬声器100的尺寸,尤其是控制所述扬声器100的厚度尺寸来说特别的有效。所述音圈30被设置于所述鼓纸40的中部,以使所述音圈30作用于所述鼓纸40的驱动力能够从所述鼓纸40的中部位置向边缘位置传导,从而避免所述鼓纸40在被所述音圈30驱动沿着垂直轴向方向来回运动时使所述鼓纸40出现倾斜和晃动的不良现象。对于圆形鼓纸来说,所述音圈30和所述鼓纸40的匹配位置能够达到很好的效果,而对于被本发明的非圆形的所述鼓纸40来说,例如本发明在附图4和附图6中分别揭露的跑道形鼓纸和椭圆形鼓纸,所述鼓纸40提供的光滑表面使其在被音圈30驱动在轴向垂直方向来回运动时容易出现偏差和晃动,而这种情况一旦出现必然会使所述扬声器100的音质产生不良的影响。
为了克服这个技术缺陷,本发明的所述鼓纸40具有一第一轴向401和一第二轴向402,所述第一轴向401和所述第二轴向402分别如在附图1中所示的x轴方向和y轴方向,所述第一轴向401的延伸方向和所述第二轴向402的延伸方向相互垂直,所述鼓纸40在所述第一轴向401的尺寸大于所述鼓纸40在所述第二轴向402的尺寸。例如在本发明的这个实施例中,所述鼓纸40在所述第一轴向401的长度尺寸大于所述鼓纸40在所述第二轴向402的长度尺寸,从而使所述鼓纸40在所述第一轴向401形成两个鼓纸端部403和在所述第二轴向402形成两个鼓纸侧部404。也就是说,所述鼓纸40具有两个鼓纸端部403和两个鼓纸侧部404。
设所述鼓纸40的两个所述鼓纸端部403之间的距离尺寸参数为L,设所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸侧部404之间的距离尺寸参数为W,其中所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸端部403之间的距离L和两个所述鼓纸侧部404的距离W的比例范围是L:W大于或者等于2:1。在一个具体示例中,所述鼓纸40的两个所述鼓纸端部403之间的距离L和两个所述鼓纸侧部404的距离W的比例是L:W为7:3。在另一个具体示例中,所述鼓纸40的两个所述鼓纸端部403之间的距离L和两个所述鼓纸侧部404的距离W的比例是L:W为3:1。
本领域的技术人员可以理解的是,相对于现有技术的圆形鼓纸,本发明的所述鼓纸40的用于鼓动空气的表面积被有效地增加,从而当所述鼓纸40被所述音圈30驱动时所述鼓纸40能够鼓动的空气量被有效地增加,依此来提高所述扬声
器100的音量。因此,本领域的技术人员可以理解,本发明不是通过增加所述鼓纸40的冲程来增加所述扬声器100的音量,而是通过增加所述鼓纸40的用于鼓动的空气量来增加所述扬声器100的音量,通过这样的方式,即便是所述鼓纸40具有更小的冲程,所述扬声器100的音量也能够得到保证,从而使得所述扬声器100的厚度能够被设计的更薄,以增加所述扬声器100的适用范围。
所述鼓纸40包括相互连接的一对第一部分43和一对第二部分44,其中每个所述第一部分43相互对称地形成于所述鼓纸40的所述第一轴向401,即,每个所述第一部分43分别位于所述鼓纸40的每个所述鼓纸端部403,其中每个所述第二部分44相互对称地形成于所述鼓纸40的所述第二轴向402,即,每个所述第二部分44分别位于所述鼓纸40的每个所述鼓纸侧部404。
所述鼓纸40的每个所述第一部分43和每个所述第二部分44分别从所述鼓纸40的中部位置延伸至边缘位置,即,所述鼓纸40的每个所述第一部分43和每个所述第二部分44分别从所述鼓纸40的所述内侧部41延伸至所述鼓纸40的所述外侧部42,并且所述第一部分43从所述鼓纸40的中部位置延伸至边缘位置的距离大于所述第二部分44从所述鼓纸40的中部位置延伸至边缘位置的距离,从而使所述鼓纸40形成非圆形鼓纸。
优选地,所述鼓纸40的每个所述第一部分43和每个所述第二部分44一体地形成,通过这样的方式,所述鼓纸40的周向方向的每个位置的过渡均匀,以在后续保证所述扬声器100在发生时的音效。在所述鼓纸40的所述第一部分43和所述第二部分44的连接处,所述第一部分43和所述第二部分44具有相反的曲率,从而使得所述鼓纸40的所述第一部分43和所述第二部分44的连接处形成一个凹槽或者一个凸起,例如在本发明的这个实施例中,所述鼓纸40在所述第一部分43和所述第二部分44的连接处形成凹槽,以增加所述鼓纸40的强度,通过这样的方式,当所述音圈30被所述磁回单元20作用以在所述鼓纸40的所述内侧部41驱动所述鼓纸40沿着垂直方向来回运动时,所述鼓纸40的这种结构使所述音圈30作用于所述鼓纸40的所述内侧部41时产生的驱动力从所述内侧部41向所述外侧部42均匀地传导,从而所述鼓纸40在垂直轴向方向来回运动时不会出现倾斜和晃动的现象,以保证所述扬声器100产生的音效的纯粹性。依据附图5A和附图5B,所述鼓纸40的所述第一部分43和所述第二部分44分别向上拱起。
所述鼓纸40设有两对筋元件45,每对所述筋元件45从所述鼓纸40的所述内侧部41向所述外侧部42辐射地延伸以用于阻止所述鼓纸40在被驱动而沿着垂直轴向方向运动的过程中出现倾斜和偏移。具体地说,当所述鼓纸40被所述音圈30驱动沿着垂直轴向方向产生位移时,如果所述鼓纸40具有向一侧倾斜的趋势,则设于该侧的所述筋元件45会阻止所述鼓纸40产生向该侧倾斜的位移,以确保所述鼓纸40只能够沿着一个方向产生位移。例如当所述鼓纸40被所述音圈30驱动沿着垂直轴向方向产生位移时,如果所述鼓纸40产生向所述扬声器100的右侧倾斜的趋势,则被设于所述鼓纸40的右侧的所述筋元件45能够阻止所述鼓纸40产生向所述扬声器100的右侧倾斜的位移,同样地,如果所述鼓纸40产生向所述扬声器100的左侧倾斜的趋势,则被设于所述鼓纸40的左侧的所述筋元件45能够阻止所述鼓纸40产生向所述扬声器100的右侧倾斜的位移,通过这样的方式,所述鼓纸40的位移方向被限定在仅在垂直轴向方向运动,从而能够确保所述扬声器100的音效的纯粹性。
优选地,每个所述筋元件45分别形成于所述第一部分43和所述第二部分44之间,并且每个所述筋元件45与每个所述第一部分43和每个所述第二部分44一体地成型,从而使得音圈30作用于所述鼓纸40时产生的驱动力能够从所述鼓纸40的所述内侧部41向所述外侧部42均匀地传导。
进一步地,所述鼓纸40包括两个加强元件46,其中每个所述加强元件46分别被一体地设置于所述鼓纸40的所述第一轴向401的两端,即,每个所述加强元件46分别一体地形成于每个所述鼓纸端部403,通过这样的方式,藉由所述加强元件46补强所述鼓纸40在所述第一轴向401的端部的强度,从而在所述鼓纸40被驱动时防止所述鼓纸40在所述第一轴向401的两端出现塌陷,以保证所述鼓纸40的可靠性,并改善所述扬声器100的音质。
参考附图7至图9B,本发明的第二个优选实施例的扬声器100与上述在附图1至图6中揭露的扬声器类似,其区别在于所述限位机构50。具体地说,所述扬声器100包括一支承单元10、一磁回单元20、一音圈30、一鼓纸40以及一限位机构50。
所述磁回单元20和所述音圈30电磁感应地连接,所述鼓纸40被设置于所述支承单元10和所述音圈30之间,所述限位机构50也被设置于所述支承单元10和所述音圈30之间,其中所述鼓纸40和所述限位机构50分别与所述音圈30
的两个端部连接在一起,例如所述鼓纸40被连接于所述音圈30的上端部,所述限位机构50被连接于所述音圈30的下端部或者中部。
所述磁回单元20能够产生电磁力以驱动所述音圈30带动所述鼓纸40上下运动,从而藉由所述鼓纸40鼓动空气而发声,所述限位机构50用于限制所述音圈30沿垂直轴向方向运动,而防止所述音圈30出现偏差,通过这样的方式,能够改善所述扬声器100的音质。
在本发明的这个实施例中,所述限位机构50的截面形状可以是“U”形,以使所述限位机构50形成类似于悬边12的结构,在所述扬声器100工作的过程中,当所述音圈30具有偏移垂直轴向方向的趋势时,所述悬边12能够阻止所述音圈30偏移,以使所述音圈30的运动保持在垂直轴向方向。所述限位机构50可以由易于变形且具有良好的韧性的材料制成,例如形成所述限位机构50的材料可以是橡胶。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述限位机构50可以被单独地支撑,然后通过胶水或者其他类似的方式使所述限位机构50的内侧部和外侧部分别连接于所述音圈30和所述支承单元10。在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述限位机构50的内侧部和外侧部也可以分别和所述音圈30与所述支承单元10一体地形成,例如通过嵌入射出的方式可以使所述限位机构50的内侧部和所述音圈30一体地形成或者使所述限位机构50的外侧部和所述支承单元10一体地形成。
更具体地,可以仅使所述限位机构50的内侧部与所述音圈30一体地形成,然后通过胶水或者其他类似的方式使所述限位机构50的外侧部和所述支承单元10连接在一起,或者可以仅使所述限位机构50的外侧部与所述支承单元10一体地形成,然后通过胶水或者其他类似的方式使所述限位机构50的外侧部和所述音圈30连接在一起。
本领域的技术人员可以理解的是,在另外的实施例中,所述限位机构50的截面形状也可以是倒“U”形,或者所述限位机构50的截面形状可以是弧形或者倒弧形。
另外,所述限位机构50的内侧部和外侧部的厚度大于中部的厚度,即,所述限位机构50和所述音圈30的连接位置的厚度与所述限位机构50和所述支承单元10的连接位置的厚度均大于所述限位机构50在中部的厚度,以在保证所述限位机构50分别与所述音圈30和所述支承单元10的连接关系的同时,保证所
述限位机构50的变形能力和回复能力。参考附图10至附图12,
本发明的第三个优选实施例的扬声器100与上述在附图1至附图6中揭露的所述扬声器100类似,其区别在于,根据本发明的第二个优选实施例的所述扬声器100的所述限位机构50进一步包括一内支架51、一外支架52以及两对限定元件53,其中所述内支架51被连接于所述音圈30,所述外支架52被连接于所述支承单元10的所述扬声器框架11,每对所述限定元件53对称地设置于所述限位机构50的两端,并且每个所述限定元件53的两端分别延伸以被连接于所述内支架51和所述外支架52。每个所述限定元件53具有弹性,以使所述音圈30被所述磁回单元20驱动时能够带动所述内支架51沿着垂直轴向方向来回运动,因为所述外支架52被连接于所述扬声器框架11而不会随着所述内支架51的运动而运动,从而所述限位机构50通过所述外支架20能够限定所述音圈30仅在垂直轴向方向运动而不产生倾斜,并且所述音圈30的冲程受限于每对所述限定元件53的形变能力。另外,当所述内支架51被所述音圈30带动产生偏斜的趋势时,每对所述限定元件53用于阻止所述内支架51被所述音圈30带动产生偏斜的位移,从而确保所述扬声器100的音效的纯粹性。
进一步地,每个所述限定元件53分别弯曲地延伸于所述内支架51和所述外支架52之间,通过这样的方式,能够增加每个所述限定元件53在垂直轴向方向的冲程而不消弱其在水平方向的强度,也就是说,所述限位机构50能够在保证所述音圈30驱动所述鼓纸40运动的大冲程的同时又能够限定所述音圈30仅在垂直轴向方向运动,从而提高所述扬声器100的音效。优选地,所述限位机构50的所述内支架51、所述外支架52和每个所述限定元件53被实施为一体地成型,以保证所述限位机构50的厚度尺寸过渡的均匀性。更优选地,每个所述限定元件53的不同位置可以具有不同的厚度,以增强所述限定元件53的弹性。
参考附图13和附图14,本发明还提供一音效装置,所述音效装置包括一扬声器100和一被动振动器200以及具有一振动腔300,所述扬声器100和所述被动振动器200共用所述振动腔300,所述扬声器100能够响应所述音频信号源输出的音频信号的输入而通过所述音圈30带动所述鼓纸40鼓动空气发声,所述被动振动器200能够响应所述扬声器100的振动而振动产生辅助音效,通过这样的方式,能够增强所述音效装置的低频音效。
进一步地,所述音效装置还包括一壳体400,所述壳体400形成所述振动腔
300,在一个实施例中,所述扬声器100和所述被动振动器200被设置于所述壳体400的同侧,从而所述音效装置可以向同侧发声,在另一个实施例中,所述扬声器100和所述被动振动器200被设置于所述壳体400的相反侧,从而所述音效装置可以向两侧发声。
另外,由于所述鼓纸40可以被实施为非圆形鼓纸,例如在本发明的一个实施例中,所述鼓纸40被实施为跑道形鼓纸,从而使得所述扬声器100可以被实施为狭长型扬声器,当所述扬声器100与所述被动振动器200配合后形成所述音效装置时,所述音效装置可以是细长型的,即所述音效装置可以形成横式音效装置或者立式音效装置,通过这样的方式,使得所述音效装置的应用范围被有效地扩大。
依本发明的另一个方面,本发明进一步提供一扬声器的制造方法,其中所述制造方法包括如下步骤:
(a)将一磁回系统20和一音圈30电磁感应地连接,以使所述磁回系统20驱动所述音圈30做往复运动;和
(b)将一鼓纸40的内侧部41连接于所述音圈30和将所述鼓纸40的外侧部42连接于一支承单元10,以使所述音圈30同步地驱动所述鼓纸40做往复运动,并且所述支承单元10限制所述鼓纸40的冲程,其中所述鼓纸40包括相互连接的一对第一部分43和一对第二部分44以及具有相互对称的两个鼓纸端部403和相互对称的两个鼓纸侧部404,其中每个所述第一部分43对称地形成于每个所述鼓纸端部403,每个所述第二部分44对称地形成于每个所述鼓纸侧部404,并且所述第一部分43从所述鼓纸40的内侧部41到外侧部42的尺寸大于所述第二部分44从所述鼓纸40的内侧部41到外侧部42的尺寸。
进一步地,在所述步骤(b)中,将一悬边12的两侧分别连接于一扬声器框架11和所述鼓纸40的外侧部42,以使所述悬边12和所述扬声器框架11形成所述支承单元10和使所述鼓纸40连接于所述支承单元10。
进一步地,在所述步骤(b)中,使所述鼓纸40的外侧部42向外一体地延伸以形成一悬边12,在将所述悬边12连接于一扬声器框架11后,使所述悬边12和所述扬声器框架11形成所述支承单元10和使所述鼓纸40连接于所述支承单元10。
另外,所述制造方法进一步包括步骤:
(c)使一限位机构50的内侧部连接于所述音圈30和使所述限位机构50的外侧部连接于所述支承单元10,以在所述磁回系统20驱动所述音圈30时,藉由所述限位机构50限制所述音圈30在垂直轴向方向往复运动。
依本发明的另一个方面,本发明进一步提供一具有非圆形鼓纸的扬声器的发声方法,其中所述发声方法包括如下步骤:
(A)在一音圈30被一磁回系统20驱动时,所述音圈30带动所述鼓纸40做同步地往复运动,以使所述鼓纸40鼓动空气而发声;和
(B)当所述鼓纸40具有向任一方向倾斜的趋势时,藉由形成于所述鼓纸40的多个筋元件45阻止所述鼓纸40产生向该侧的位移,以使所述鼓纸40保持在垂直轴向方向做往复运动,从而改善所述扬声器的音效。
本领域技术人员会明白附图中所示的和以上所描述的本发明实施例仅是对本发明的示例而不是限制。由此可以看到本发明目的可被充分有效完成。用于解释本发明功能和结构原理的该实施例已被充分说明和描述,且本发明不受基于这些实施例原理基础上的改变的限制。因此,本发明包括涵盖在附属权利要求书要求范围和精神之内的所有修改。
Claims (49)
- 一鼓纸,其适于被一音圈驱动而鼓动空气,其特征在于,所述鼓纸包括相互连接的一对第一部分和一对第二部分以及具有相互对称的两个鼓纸端部和相互对称的两个鼓纸侧部,其中每个所述第一部分对称地形成于每个所述鼓纸端部,每个所述第二部分对称地形成于每个所述鼓纸侧部,并且所述第一部分从所述鼓纸的内侧部到外侧部的尺寸大于所述第二部分从所述鼓纸的内侧部到外侧部的尺寸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的鼓纸,其中每个所述第一部分和每个所述第二部分一体地形成,并且在相邻所述第一部分和所述第二部分的连接处,所述第一部分和所述第二部分具有相反的曲率。
- 根据权利要求1所述的鼓纸,其中每个所述第一部分和每个所述第二部分一体地形成,并且在相邻所述第一部分和所述第二部分的连接处,所述鼓纸形成凸起或者凹槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸进一步包括两对筋元件,每个所述筋元件分别从所述鼓纸的内侧部向外侧部辐射地延伸,其中在任一所述筋元件的一侧形成一个所述第一部分和在所述筋元件的另一侧形成一个所述第二部分。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一所述的鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸是跑道形或者椭圆形。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一所述的鼓纸,其中设所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸端部之间的距离尺寸参数为L,设所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸侧部之间的距离尺寸参数为W,其中所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸端部之间的距离L和两个所述鼓纸侧部的距离W的比例范围是L:W大于或者等于2:1。
- 根据权利要求6所述的鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸端部之间的距离L和两个所述鼓纸侧部的距离W的比例是L:W为7:3。
- 根据权利要求6所述的鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸端部之间的距离L和两个所述鼓纸侧部的距离W的比例是L:W为3:1。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一所述的鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸的外侧部向外一体地延伸以形成一悬边。
- 根据权利要求9所述的鼓纸,其中所述悬边的横截面的形状选择:拱形、S形、波浪形和褶皱形组成的形状组。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一所述的鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸包括两个加强元件,每个所述加强元件分别一体地设置于所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸端部。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一所述的鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸包括两个加强元件,每个所述加强元件分别一体地形成于所述第一部分的中部。
- 根据权利要求12所述的鼓纸,其中所述加强元件在靠近所述鼓纸的内侧部的一端和在靠近所述鼓纸的外侧部的一端分别位于所述第一部分的下部和上部。
- 一鼓纸,其适于被一音圈驱动而鼓动空间,其特征在于,所述鼓纸设有两对筋元件,每对筋元件分别从所述鼓纸的内侧部向外辐射地延伸至所述鼓纸的外侧部,其中所述鼓纸的内侧部连接于所述音圈,以使所述音圈在所述鼓纸的中部驱动所述鼓纸沿冲程方向产生冲程时,每个所述筋元件使所述鼓纸自所述鼓纸的内侧部向所述鼓纸的外侧部的周向方向的冲程一致。
- 根据权利要求14所述的鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸具有相互对称地两个鼓纸端部以及相互对称的两个鼓纸侧部,其中两个所述鼓纸端部之间的距离大于两个所述鼓纸侧部之间的距离。
- 根据权利要求15所述的鼓纸,其中设所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸端部之间的距离尺寸参数为L,设所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸侧部之间的距离尺寸参数为W,其中所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸端部之间的距离L和两个所述鼓纸侧部的距离W的比例范围是L:W大于或者等于2:1。
- 根据权利要求16所述的鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸端部之间的距离L和两个所述鼓纸侧部的距离W的比例是L:W为7:3。
- 根据权利要求16所述的鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸端部之间的距离L和两个所述鼓纸侧部的距离W的比例是L:W为3:1。
- 根据权利要求15至18中任一所述的鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸设有两个加强元件,每个所述加强元件分别一体地形成于所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸端部。
- 根据权利要求15至18中任一所述的鼓纸,其中位于所述鼓纸的所述鼓纸端部的两个所述筋元件之间分别形成一第一部分,位于所述鼓纸的所述鼓纸侧部的两个所述筋元件之间分别形成一第二部分,其中所述第一部分和所述第二部分分别向上拱起。
- 一限位机构,其被设置在一支承单元和一音圈之间,以限定所述音圈沿着垂直轴向方向运动,其特征在于,包括:一内支架,其中所述内支架被连接于所述音圈;一外支架,其中所述外支架被连接于所述支承单元;以及两对限定元件,其中每对所述限定元件分别对称地位于所述限位机构的两端,并且每 个所述限定元件的两端分别一体地延伸以连接于所述内支架和所述外支架。
- 根据权利要求21所述的限位机构,其中每个所述限定元件分别弯曲地延伸以使每个所述限定元件的两端分别一体地延伸以连接于所述内支架和所述外支架。
- 根据权利要求22所述的限位机构,其中位于所述限位机构的同一端部的两个所述限定元件的弯曲方向相对。
- 一扬声器,其特征在于,包括:一支承单元;一磁回系统;一音圈,其中所述音圈在所述磁回系统的驱动下往复运动;以及一鼓纸,其中所述鼓纸的内侧部连接于所述音圈,所述鼓纸的外侧部连接于所述支承单元,其中所述鼓纸被所述音圈带动做同步地往复运动以鼓动空气而发声,其中所述鼓纸包括相互连接的一对第一部分和一对第二部分以及具有相互对称的两个鼓纸端部和相互对称的两个鼓纸侧部,其中每个所述第一部分对称地形成于每个所述鼓纸端部,每个所述第二部分对称地形成于每个所述鼓纸侧部,并且所述第一部分从所述鼓纸的内侧部到外侧部的尺寸大于所述第二部分从所述鼓纸的内侧部到外侧部的尺寸。
- 根据权利要求24所述的扬声器,其中所述支承单元进一步包括一扬声器框架和一悬边,所述磁回系统被设置于所述扬声器框架,所述悬边弯曲地延伸以被连接于所述扬声器框架和所述鼓纸的外侧部,其中所述悬边具有使所述鼓纸返回处置状态的趋势和位移。
- 根据权利要求25所述的扬声器,其中所述悬边一体地延伸于所述鼓纸的外侧部。
- 根据权利要求26所述的扬声器,其中所述悬边的横截面的形状选择:拱形、S形、波浪形和褶皱形组成的形状组。
- 根据权利要求24至27中任一所述的扬声器,进一步包括一限位机构,其中所述限位机构的内侧部连接于所述磁回系统,所述限位机构的外侧部连接于所述支承单元。
- 根据权利要求24至27中任一所述的扬声器,其中每个所述第一部分和每个所述第二部分一体地形成,并且在相邻所述第一部分和所述第二部分的连接处,所述第一部分和所述第二部分具有相反的曲率。
- 根据权利要求24至27中任一所述的扬声器,其中每个所述第一部分和每个所述第二部分一体地形成,并且在相邻所述第一部分和所述第二部分的连接处,所述鼓纸形成凸起或者凹槽。
- 根据权利要求24至27中任一所述的扬声器,其中所述鼓纸进一步包括两对筋元件,每个所述筋元件分别从所述鼓纸的内侧部向外侧部辐射地延伸,其中在任一所述筋元件的一侧形成一个所述第一部分和在所述筋元件的另一侧形成一个所述第二部分。
- 根据权利要求28所述的扬声器,其中所述鼓纸进一步包括两对筋元件,每个所述筋元件分别从所述鼓纸的内侧部向外侧部辐射地延伸,其中在任一所述筋元件的一侧形成一个所述第一部分和在所述筋元件的另一侧形成一个所述第二部分。
- 根据权利要求24至27中任一所述的扬声器,其中所述鼓纸是跑道形或者椭圆形。
- 根据权利要求24至27中任一所述的扬声器,其中设所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸端部之间的距离尺寸参数为L,设所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸侧部之间的距离尺寸参数为W,其中所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸端部之间的距离L和两个所述鼓纸侧部的距离W的比例范围是L:W大于或者等于2:1。
- 根据权利要求34所述的扬声器,其中所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸端部之间的距离L和两个所述鼓纸侧部的距离W的比例是L:W为3:1。
- 根据权利要求34所述的扬声器,其中所述鼓纸的两个所述鼓纸端部之间的距离L和两个所述鼓纸侧部的距离W的比例是L:W为3:1。
- 根据权利要求28所述的扬声器,其中所述限位机构包括一内支架、一外支架以及两对限定元件,其中所述内支架被连接于所述音圈,所述外支架被连接于所述支承单元,每对所述限定元件分别对称地位于所述限位机构的两端,并且每个所述限定元件的两端分别一体地延伸以连接于所述内支架和所述外支架。
- 根据权利要求32所述的扬声器,其中所述限位机构包括一内支架、一外支架以及两对限定元件,其中所述内支架被连接于所述音圈,所述外支架被连接于所述支承单元,每对所述限定元件分别对称地位于所述限位机构的两端,并且每个所述限定元件的两端分别一体地延伸以连接于所述内支架和所述外支架。
- 根据权利要求38所述的扬声器,其中每个所述限定元件分别弯曲地延伸以使每个所述限定元件的两端分别一体地延伸以连接于所述内支架和所述外支架。
- 根据权利要求39所述的扬声器,其中位于所述限位机构的同一端部的两个所述限定元件的弯曲方向相对。
- 如权利要求28所述的扬声器,其中所述限位机构的截面形状选自波浪形、U形、倒U形、弧形、倒弧形组成的形状组。
- 一音效装置,其特征在于,包括至少一被动振动器和根据权利要求24至41中任 一所述的至少一个所述扬声器以及具有一振动腔,其中所述扬声器和所述被动振动器共用所述振动腔,在所述扬声器响应音频信号的输入而振动发声时,所述被动振动器响应所述扬声器的振动而振动,以产生辅助音效。
- 一扬声器的制造方法,其特征在于,所述制造方法包括如下步骤:(a)将一磁回系统和一音圈电磁感应地连接,以使所述磁回系统驱动所述音圈做往复运动;和(b)将一鼓纸的内侧部连接于所述音圈和将所述鼓纸的外侧部连接于一支承单元,以使所述音圈同步地驱动所述鼓纸做往复运动,并且所述支承单元限制所述鼓纸的冲程,其中所述鼓纸包括相互连接的一对第一部分和一对第二部分以及具有相互对称的两个鼓纸端部和相互对称的两个鼓纸侧部,其中每个所述第一部分对称地形成于每个所述鼓纸端部,每个所述第二部分对称地形成于每个所述鼓纸侧部,并且所述第一部分从所述鼓纸的内侧部到外侧部的尺寸大于所述第二部分从所述鼓纸的内侧部到外侧部的尺寸。
- 根据权利要求43所述的制造方法,其中在所述步骤(b)中,将一悬边的两侧分别连接于一扬声器框架和所述鼓纸的外侧部,以使所述悬边和所述扬声器框架形成所述支承单元和使所述鼓纸连接于所述支承单元。
- 根据权利要求43所述的制造方法,其中在所述步骤(b)中,使所述鼓纸的外侧部向外一体地延伸以形成一悬边,在将所述悬边连接于一扬声器框架后,使所述悬边和所述扬声器框架形成所述支承单元和使所述鼓纸连接于所述支承单元。
- 根据权利要求43至45中任一所述的制造方法,其中在上述方法中,进一步包括步骤:(c)使一限位机构的内侧部连接于所述音圈和使所述限位机构的外侧部连接于所述支承单元,以在所述磁回系统驱动所述音圈时,藉由所述限位机构限制所述音圈在垂直轴向方向往复运动。
- 一具有非圆形鼓纸的扬声器的发声方法,其特征在于,所述发声方法包括如下步骤:(A)在一音圈被一磁回系统驱动时,所述音圈带动所述鼓纸做同步地往复运动,以使所述鼓纸鼓动空气而发声;和(B)当所述鼓纸具有向任一方向倾斜的趋势时,藉由形成于所述鼓纸的多个筋元件阻止所述鼓纸产生向该侧的位移,以使所述鼓纸保持在垂直轴向方向做往复运动,从而改善所述扬声器的音效。
- 根据权利要求47所述的发声方法,其中在所述步骤(B)中,所述鼓纸形成四个所述筋元件,其中任意相邻的两个所述筋元件关于所述鼓纸的轴向对称。
- 根据权利要求47或48所述的发声方法,其中所述鼓纸是跑道形或者椭圆形。
