传统的LED显示屏拼装结构主要有以下几种结构形式:
1、箱体边锁
这种箱体边锁为最常规的LED显示屏单元锁固方式,成本较低但锁固时必须另外使用六角扳手等工具,操作时不省力,且长期多次使用后易造成钩锁变形进而导致单元之间锁固精度降低,且因为无法预固定,所以不适合吊装。
2、改进型箱体边锁
改进型箱体边锁将六角扳手等工具集成到LED显示屏单元上,拼装时无需另外携带工具,一定程度上优化了拼装流程,但没有根本性的性能提升。
3、拉动锁
箱体拉动锁采用螺纹锁固的方式,长期使用变形量小,锁固精度比较稳定,但操作复杂,需“先将拉杆推进另一块屏体后,旋转90°,再将中部锁固大螺母拧紧”,步骤繁琐,松扣时还存在锁固过紧导致的不易松扣问题。
4、改进型拉动锁
改进型拉动锁将传统拉动锁锁固用的大螺母改进为扳手式样,且通过调整牙距等方式,简化了锁固所需的行程,解决了不易松扣的问题,但仍需“先把拉杆推进另一块屏并旋转90°,再将中部锁固大螺母拧紧”这个步骤,操作还是很繁琐。
5、预固定型拉动锁
这种锁扣利用一个滑动卡板,可以实现吊装时预固定,适用于LED显示屏的吊装方式,但预固定好后需腾出手,再使用随身携带的工具进行下一步安装,过程繁琐。
以上几种锁固机构为现有技术中的几种LED显示屏单元锁固方式,均存在操作繁琐、需换手操作、单人拼装困难、稳定性不高、费时费力、效率不高等问题,单元屏体之间的定位需依靠另外加装定位销,拼缝间隙难以控制,组装后的显示屏不便于拆卸,传统的拼装结构尤其不适用于对拼缝精度要求较高的高分辨率显示屏,给大面积的租赁显示屏安装造成了烦恼。
发明内容

本发明的工作原理为:

此时再用手旋转旋转把手11,旋转把手11与固定基座9之间的螺纹,会带动旋转把手11向下运动,进而压迫运动销轴12向下运动。运动销轴12上的止锁板卡槽14与止锁板4之间的间隙缩小直至为零,同时运动销轴12上的两颗限位球头柱塞13滑入旋转把手12底部的旋转定位孔20内,发出弹珠声音提示装 置已锁紧。达到将第一连接部25和第二连接部26锁紧的目的。
在松扣过程中,手握住旋转把手11,反向旋转该把手11,旋转把手11与固定基座9之间的螺纹,会带动旋转把手11向上运动,由于有限位卡簧10的存在,进而带动运动销轴12向上运动,运动销轴12上的止锁板卡槽14与止锁板4之间的间隙增大,同时运动销轴12上的两颗限位球头柱塞13滑入旋转把手11底部的旋转另外两个旋转定位孔20内,发出弹珠声音提示装置已松脱。
再用大拇指拨动止锁扳手5,由于运动销轴12上的止锁板卡槽14与止锁板4之间的间隙增大,拇指可以带动止锁板4围绕止锁板旋转轴17转动,使止锁孔21与运动销轴12上的止锁板卡槽14逐渐脱离,当达到分离孔位置时,运动销轴12可完全脱离止锁板4,并从第二安装部26的运动销轴导入锥孔19中脱出,此时止锁板4在扭簧2弹力作用下回弹原位,达到将第一连接部25和第二连接部26松扣的目的。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
上面结合附图对本发明专利进行了示例性的描述,显然本发明专利的实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明专利的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进将本发明专利的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种快速锁固机构,其特征在于,包括第一连接部和第二连接部,
    所述第一连接部包括第一安装位、固定基座、旋转把手、运动销轴以及限位卡簧,所述固定基座固定在所述第一安装位上,所述固定基座与所述旋转把手连接,所述限位卡簧设于所述固定基座和所述旋转把手之间,所述运动销轴中部设有卡簧安装槽,其前端设有止锁板卡槽,所述运动销轴前端依次穿过所述旋转把手和所述固定基座,并且伸出所述第一安装位,所述运动销轴卡在所述第一安装位上,所述限位卡簧卡在所述卡簧安装槽上,上下限位于所述旋转把手中,
    所述第二连接部包括第二安装位,止锁板、扭簧以及盖板,所述止锁板和所述扭簧设于所述盖板上并沿所述盖板旋转,所述盖板压住所述扭簧和所述止锁板与所述第二安装位固定,所述第二安装位与所述第一安装位相匹配,且所述第二安装位上设有运动销轴导入锥孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的快速锁固机构,其特征在于,所述旋转把手的端面上设有旋转定位孔,所述运动销轴的末端设有与所述旋转定位孔相匹配的限位球头柱塞。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的快速锁固机构,其特征在于,所述旋转定位孔为4个,所述限位球头柱塞为2个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的快速锁固机构,其特征在于,所述第一安装位上设有限位螺钉,所述限位螺钉插入所述运动销轴上的限制旋转槽内,限制运动销轴的左右旋转。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的快速锁固机构,其特征在于,所述盖板上设有凸出的止锁板旋转轴,所述止锁板通过设于其上的旋转孔压住所述扭簧并套在所述 止锁板旋转轴上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的快速锁固机构,其特征在于,所述盖板内侧设有球面顶销,所述盖板通过所述球面顶销压住所述止锁板的一侧。
  7. 一种设有如权利要求1所述的快速锁固机构的LED组合屏,其特征在于,包括若干个LED单元屏,第一LED单元屏上设有一个或以上的第一连接部,与所述第一LED单元屏连接的第二LED单元屏上设有与所述第一连接部相对应的第二连接部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的LED组合屏,其特征在于,所述第一连接部上的运动销轴伸出所述第一LED单元屏的上沿。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的LED组合屏,其特征在于,所述运动销轴伸出所述第一LED单元屏的上沿。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的LED组合屏,其特征在于,所述第二连接部设于所述第二LED单元屏的下端。
