1、箱体边锁
这种箱体边锁为最常规的LED显示屏单元锁固方式,成本较低但锁固时必须另外使用六角扳手等工具,操作时不省力,且长期多次使用后易造成钩锁变形进而导致单元之间锁固精度降低,且因为无法预固定,所以不适合吊装。
2、改进型箱体边锁
改进型箱体边锁将六角扳手等工具集成到LED显示屏单元上,拼装时无需另外携带工具,一定程度上优化了拼装流程,但没有根本性的性能提升。
3、拉动锁
箱体拉动锁采用螺纹锁固的方式,长期使用变形量小,锁固精度比较稳定, 但操作复杂,需“先将拉杆推进另一块屏体后,旋转90°,再将中部锁固大螺母拧紧”,步骤繁琐,松扣时还存在锁固过紧导致的不易松扣问题。
4、改进型拉动锁
改进型拉动锁将传统拉动锁锁固用的大螺母改进为扳手式样,且通过调整牙距等方式,简化了锁固所需的行程,解决了不易松扣的问题,但仍需“先把拉杆推进另一块屏并旋转90°,再将中部锁固大螺母拧紧”这个步骤,操作还是很繁琐。
5、预固定型拉动锁
这种锁扣利用一个滑动卡板,可以实现吊装时预固定,适用于LED显示屏的吊装方式,但预固定好后需腾出手,再使用随身携带的工具进行下一步安装,过程繁琐。
以上几种锁固机构为现有技术中的几种LED显示屏单元锁固方式,均存在操作繁琐、需换手操作、单人拼装困难、稳定性不高、费时费力、效率不高等问题,单元屏体之间的定位需依靠另外加装定位销,拼缝间隙难以控制,组装后的显示屏不便于拆卸,传统的拼装结构尤其不适用于对拼缝精度要求较高的高分辨率显示屏,给大面积的租赁显示屏安装造成了烦恼。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种伸缩式LED组合屏快速锁固机构。
