Description
本实用新型涉及手表拆装技术领域,具体涉及一种表盖拆卸装置。
对于手表等具有表盖的设备来说,当内部出现故障或者因报废而需要回收部件时,一般是需要拆下表盖的。而目前常用的拆卸表盖的方式为吹气,即通过该设备的侧壁的孔往内部进行吹气,通过高压气体把表盖打开,这种方式具有危险性高的缺点,容易对周围环境甚至人员安全造成威胁。基于这个考虑,目前出现了采用真空吸取表盖的方式;然而,由于这种方式的操作复杂,很难普及。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种表盖拆卸装置,该装置操作简易,且与传统的真空吸取表盖的方式相比效果相近,便于普及。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种表盖拆卸装置,包括底座、载物台总成、表壳固定机构以及玻璃装取机构,所述载物台总成、玻璃装取机构以及表壳固定机构均设于底座;所述载物台总成用于对手表进行承载和定位并驱动表壳升降以使得表壳抵触于表壳固定机构,所述表壳固定机构用于抵压表壳并显露表盖,所述玻璃装取机构用于对位于载物台的手表进行装取玻璃。
其中,所述载物台总成包括载物台,所述载物台包括载板,设于载板的抵触件以及压紧件,所述压紧件的数量为两个,两个压紧件正对设置于载板的两侧,所述抵触件设于载板远离表壳固定机构的一端;所述压紧件包括螺孔座和第一螺钉,所述螺孔座设于载板,所述第一螺钉螺接于螺孔座,所述抵触件包括贯穿设置于载板的第二螺钉、分别滑动设置于载板内的螺母座以及连杆,所述与连杆的一端与螺母座连接,所述连杆的另一端向载板的顶端面弯折并凸伸出载板的顶端面。
其中,所述载物台总成还包括载物台升降机构,所述载物台升降机构用于驱动载物台升降并使得表壳抵触于表壳固定机构;所述载物台升降机构包括螺母、螺杆以及旋转座,所述旋转座设于底座,所述旋转座的高度方向贯穿设置有第一 通孔,所述螺母可转动地套设于旋转座,所述螺杆贯穿设置于第一通孔并与螺母螺接,所述螺杆的顶端与载物台的底端连接。
其中,所述螺杆贯穿设置有第二通孔以及第三通孔,所述第二通孔位于螺杆靠近载板的一端,所述第二通孔的孔径比第三通孔的孔径小,所述第二通孔与第三通孔连通;所述第二通孔螺接有第三螺钉,所述第三螺钉的螺柱贯穿载板,所述第三螺钉的螺帽位于载板的上方;所述第三通孔的两端分别设有限位柱,内设置有弹性件,所述弹性件的两端分别抵触于两个限位柱。
其中,所述表壳固定机构包括压板以及驱动压板翻转的压板翻转机构,所述压板用于抵触表壳;所述压板设有开孔,当压板抵触于表壳时,所述表盖显露于开孔。
其中,所述压板翻转机构包括摇杆、连接杆、传动件、弧形弹性件、固定座以及翻转件,所述固定座设于底座,所述弧形弹性件的一端转动设置于固定座的侧壁,所述弧形弹性件的另一端与传动件的一端转动连接,所述传动件的另一端与翻转件的一端可转动地滑动连接,所述连接杆贯穿传动件以及固定座并与传动件的非两端位置连接,所述摇杆与连接杆的一端连接;所述翻转件靠近其另一端的一侧与固定座转动连接,所述压板设于翻转件远离传动件的一端。
其中,所述玻璃装取机构包括吸盘以及吸盘升降机构,所述吸盘位于载物台的正上方,所述吸盘升降机构设于底座,所述吸盘升降机构用于驱动吸盘升降;所述吸盘升降机构包括竖杆、支架以及用于控制竖杆固定于支架的紧固扭件,所述支架设于底座,所述竖杆滑动设置于支架,所述吸盘设于竖杆的底端;所述紧固扭件包括把手、齿轮以及齿条,所述齿轮装设于把手,所述齿条装设于竖杆,所述齿轮与齿条啮合。
其中,所述吸盘包括盘体以及接头,所述盘体的两端面分别设置有用于与外界物体贴合的粘合层,所述吸盘的中部设置有连接孔,所述接头设置有通孔,所述接头与所述连接孔螺纹连接,所述连接孔与所述通孔连通。
其中,所述吸盘升降机构还包括用于往吸盘输入气体的控制阀,所述控制阀包括阀体、控制机构以及活动设置于所述阀体内部的阀芯,所述控制机构用于控制所述阀芯于所述阀体内活动,其特征在于:所述阀体设置有第一进气口、第二进气口、第一出气口以及第二出气口,所述第一进气口用于外接正压气源,所述 第二出气口用于输出气体,所述第二进气口与所述第一出气口之间设置有负压发生器,所述负压发生器位于所述阀体外;所述阀芯于所述阀体内活动用于控制所述第一进气口导通所述第一出气口或所述第二出气口;当所述第一进气口与所述第一出气口导通时,所述第二出气口与所述第二进气口导通。
其中,所述控制阀还包括出气件、调压组件以及导通组件,所述第一出气口、所述出气件以及所述调压组件经所述导通组件连通,所述出气件用于输出气体,所述调压组件用于调节所输出气体的气压。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型的一种表壳拆卸装置,通过载物台、表壳固定机构、吸盘、吸盘升降机构以及载物台升降机构,当需要对表盖进行拆卸时,仅需将手表放置于载物台上,然后操作载物台升降机构使得表壳抵触于表壳固定机构以及操作吸盘升降机构使得吸盘靠近载物台,使得吸盘可以从表壳固定机构露出的表盖中将表盖吸住,最终表盖与表壳分离,实现表盖与表壳的操作拆卸。

具体的,所述载物台总成包括载物台2以及载物台升降机构6,所述载物台升降机构6用于驱动载物台2升降并使得表壳抵触于表壳固定机构3;所述玻璃装取机构包括吸盘4以及吸盘升降机构5,所述吸盘4位于载物台2的正上方,所述吸盘升降机构5设于底座1,所述吸盘升降机构5用于驱动吸盘4升降。
具体的,所述载物台2包括载板21,均设于载板21的抵触件22以及压紧件23,所述压紧件23的数量为两个,两个压紧件23正对设置于载板21的两侧,所述抵触件22设于载板21远离表壳固定机构3的一端;所述压紧件23包括螺孔座231和第一螺钉232,所述螺孔座231设于载板21,所述螺孔座231装设于载板,所述第一螺钉232螺接于螺孔座231,所述抵触件22包括转动设置于载板21内的第二螺钉221以及滑动设置于载板21的连杆223,所述第二螺钉221螺纹连接于载板21内,所述连杆223的一端与螺母座222于载板21内连接,所述连杆223的另一端向载板21的顶端面弯折并凸伸出载板21的顶端面。
具体的,该载板21的一侧固定设置有螺母座222,而第二螺钉221与该螺母座222螺纹连接并经该螺母座222凸伸入载板21内部。
在本实施例中,由于不同型号的手表的表壳大小不一,为了增加本实用新型的适用性,通过扭动第一螺钉232从而改变两个第一螺钉232之间的距离以满足不同大小的手表;同时,通过扭动第二螺钉221以改变螺母座222在载板内的位置从而使得连杆223与表壳抵触,保证表壳承载于载板21时的稳定性。
具体的,所述表壳固定机构3包括压板31以及驱动压板31翻转的压板翻转机构(图中未示出),所述压板31用于抵触表壳;所述压板31设有开孔33,当压板31抵触于表壳时,所述开孔33显露表壳的表盖。所述压板翻转机构包括摇杆321、连接杆322、传动件326、弧形弹性件323、固定座324以及翻转件325,所述固定座324设于底座1,所述弧形弹性件323的一端转动设置于固定座324的侧壁,所述弧形弹性件323的另一端与传动件326的一端转动连接,所述传动件326的另一端与翻转件325的一端可转动地滑动连接,所述连接杆322贯穿传动件326以及固定座324并与传动件326的非两端位置连接,所述摇杆321与连接杆322的一端连接;所述翻转件325靠近其另一端的一侧与固定座324转动连接,所述压板31设于翻转件325远离传动件326的一端。通过上抬和下拉摇杆 321,使得摇杆321通过连接杆322带动传动件326、弧形弹性件323以及翻转板325联动,从而使得翻转板325上翘同时带动压板31上翘,方便对手表放置于载物台2;待手表放置完毕后,再上推摇杆321,使得压板31恢复原来的位置;另外,通过设置弧形弹性件323,优选为采用U型弹片作为弧形弹性件323,由于U型弹片的特性,使得当通过摇杆321控制传动件326转动过半行程后,弹片会往该转动方向施加一个推力,以辅助后续的转动完成,避免了中间态的出现。
具体的,翻转件325的一端开设有滑槽327,传动件326的另一端转动设置有滚轮328,该滚轮328滑动设置于该滑槽327内,滑槽327和滚轮328的配合对翻转板的翻转可起到导向作用。
另外,本实施例中,所述传动件326和弧形弹性件323的数量均的数量为两个,两个传动件326分别设于固定座324的内两侧,两个弧形弹性件323分别设于固定座324的内两侧,两个传动件326分别与连接杆322的两端连接,通过设置两个传动件326和两个弧形弹性件323,可增加本实用新型的操作手感和操作效果;该摇杆321的数量可以为两根,而连接杆322的两端分别自固定座324的两侧凸伸出外界,摇杆321分别安装于连接杆322的两端,用以让工作人员根据自身习惯来选择任意一根摇杆321来进行控制。
具体的,该翻转件325与压板31之间可拆卸连接,具体为:翻转件325设置有插销34和插孔(图中未示出),而压板31设置有定位孔(图中未示出),当压板装设于翻转件325时,插销34经插孔后插入定位孔内以实现压板31的固定,从而让工作人员能够根据表壳的规格,通过更换合适的压板31来进行固定,保证了表壳的表盖能够显露于开孔33。
具体的,所述载物台升降机构6包括螺母61、螺杆62以及旋转座63,所述旋转座63设于底座1,所述旋转座63的高度方向贯穿设置有第一通孔64,所述螺母61可转动地套设于旋转座63,所述螺杆62贯穿设置于第一通孔64并与螺母61螺接,载物台2安装于螺母61的顶端。所述螺杆62贯穿设置有第二通孔65以及第三通孔66,所述第二通孔65位于螺杆62靠近载板21的一端,所述第三通孔66位于第二通孔65的下方,所述第二通孔65的孔径比第三通孔66的孔径小,所述第二通孔65与第三通孔66连通;所述第二通孔65螺接有第三调节柱,所述第三调节柱贯穿载板21,所述第三调节柱的顶部设置有抵接件,所述 抵接件用于与表壳的底部抵接以承托表壳;所述第三通孔66的两端分别设有限位柱68,两根限位柱68之间设置有弹性件69,所述弹性件69的两端分别抵触于两个限位柱68。通过扭动螺母61,即可起到对载物台2升降的控制,使得载物台2尽可能地贴紧压板31,保证表盖拆卸的可靠性;另本实用新型设置有弹性件69,配合限位柱68可使得螺杆62在升降过程中始终施加一个上顶的力至螺杆62,以保证表壳固定的稳定性。
需要说明的是,本实施例的压板翻转机构以及载物台升降机构6均为优选方案,其他起到同样驱动效果的结构均属于本实施例的记载范围,在此不再赘述。
具体的,所述吸盘升降机构5包括支架52、竖杆51以及把手531,支架安装于底座1,竖杆51可升降地设置于支架52,把手531转动设置于支架52并与竖杆51传动连接,把手531用于控制竖杆51升降;吸盘4安装于竖杆51的底部,竖杆51贯穿设置有接气阀511,吸盘4经接气孔用于连通外界的气源。在本实施例中,吸盘4外接真空泵,通过抽取吸盘4附近的空气以使得表盖紧贴于吸盘4;此外,在本实施例中,把手531与竖杆51之间通过传动结构进行连接,例如通过齿轮齿条来实现传动,从而通过扭动把手531,使得齿轮带动齿条进行上下升降运动,达到控制吸盘4逐渐贴紧表盖或将表盖从表盘中拉出。
另外,在支架52上可转动的设置有置物架521,可方便吸盘吸附后放置拆卸后的表壳。
具体的,所述吸盘4包括盘体41以及接头42,所述盘体41的两端面分别设置有用于与外界物体贴合的粘合层43,所述吸盘的中部设置有连接孔44,所述接头42设置有通孔45,所述接头42与所述连接孔44螺纹连接,所述连接孔44与所述通孔45连通。
实际使用时,先把盘体41与接头42螺纹连接后,再通过接头42与气源进行连通,从而使得连接孔44内能够通过有负压,实现了抓取效果;而为了提升抓取的稳定性,本实用新型在盘体41设置有粘合层43,该粘合层43优选采用M胶,从而使得盘体41在于被吸物体接触以后能够粘住物体,然后再进行负压的吸取,从而保证了吸取的效果。
本实用新型通过把接头42与盘体41可拆卸设置,使得在运输或储放时能够把两者拆开分别进行放置,从而有利于节省空间。此外,为了提升本实用新型组 装以及使用的便捷性,本实用新型通过在盘体41的两侧分别设置有粘合层43,从而无需使用者把接头42安装在盘体41的特定端面也可使用,并且在其中一个端面的粘合层43失效时,使用者可通过拆开盘体41与接头42后更换另一端面再进行组装后继续使用,有利于减少更换粘合层43的次数,从而提升了工作效率。
在本实施例中,所述连接孔44的内侧壁设置有内螺纹46,所述接头42的底端外侧设置有用于与所述内螺纹46螺合的外螺纹47。该内螺纹46分布于整个连接孔44的内壁,从而让接头42能够从连接孔44的两端插入均可实现螺纹连接。
具体的,所述接头42的底端设置有用于插入所述连接孔44的连接部48,所述外螺纹47设置于所述连接部48的外侧壁;该所述连接部48的外径小于所述接头42的外径,使得当连接部48插入连接孔44内进行螺纹连接后,通过接头42的底端与盘体41的端面抵触的方式,来实现限位效果,从而防止连接部48插入连接孔44过深而导致连接部48从盘体41另一端伸出。
在本实施例中,所述接头42的外侧壁设置有用于装配密封环的凹槽49,通过往凹槽49内安装密封环的方式来使得接头42与外界的与气源连接的部件之间实现密封,防止漏气的现象发生。
具体的,所述凹槽49的内顶壁和外顶壁外界设置有斜面410,便于使用者把密封环滑入凹槽49内进行组装。
具体的,所述吸盘升降机构5还包括用于往吸盘输入气体的控制阀,所述控制阀包括阀体541、控制机构542以及活动设置于所述阀体541内部的阀芯(图中未示出),所述控制机构542用于控制所述阀芯于所述阀体541内活动,所述阀体541设置有第一进气口549、第二进气口550、第一出气口551以及第二出气口552,所述第一进气口549用于外接正压气源,所述第二出气口552用于输出气体,所述第二进气口550与所述第一出气口551之间设置有负压发生器543,所述负压发生器543位于所述阀体541外;所述阀芯于所述阀体541内活动用于控制所述第一进气口549导通所述第一出气口551或所述第二出气口552;当所述第一进气口549与所述第一出气口551导通时,所述第二出气口552与所述第二进气口550导通。
实际使用时,对于低成本加工的小型易碎品,例如手表玻璃盖的组装或者拆卸,大多都采用半自动的方式实现,即人工配合相关的装置来实现的。因此本实用新型的控制机构542更倾向于采用控制杆,即所述控制杆可转动的设置于所述阀体541,所述控制杆的底端突伸入所述阀体541内;且所述阀体541还设置有排气口553,所述阀芯还用于控制所述第一进气口549切换至与所述排气口553导通。通过控制杆前中后三个状态的切换来驱动阀芯控制第一进气口549与第一出气口551或第二出气口552或排气口553导通,从而实现状态的切换。具体的,本实用新型的结构与HC三位五通阀的结构类似。
使用时,第二出气口552连通吸盘4:当需要拆卸表盖时,工作人员把吸盘4吸附在玻璃盖上,然后通过控制机构542控制阀芯动作,使得第一进气口549与第一出气口551导通,即正压气体经第一出气口551后进入负压发生器543,由负压发生器543把正压气体转换为负压气体后再从第二进气口550输入至阀体541内,使得第二出气口552输出负压气体至吸盘4,从而让吸盘4能够稳定吸起玻璃盖;而当需要放下玻璃盖时,工作人员通过控制机构542控制阀芯动作,使得第一进气口549与第二出气口552导通,即直接往吸盘4内通入正压气体,从而达到了把玻璃盖吹离吸盘4的效果。
在本实施例中,本实用新型还包括出气件544、调压组件545以及导通组件546,所述第一出气口551、所述出气件544以及所述调压组件545经所述导通组件546连通,所述出气件544用于输出气体,所述调压组件545用于调节所输出气体的气压。出气件544优选为导气管,即第二出气口552通过导气管来与吸盘4进行导通,从而达到了输出气体效果;而调压组件545则是用于调节该输出体力的气压大小,避免负压气压过大而吸坏玻璃盖或者正压气压过大而吹飞玻璃盖。
具体的,所述导通组件546包括第一导通件556、第二导通件557以及单向阀558,所述单向阀558的输出端、所述第一出气口551以及所述调压组件545的输入端经所述第一导通件556连通,所述单向阀558的输入端、所述调压组件545的输出端以及所述出气件544经所述第二导通件557导通;实际上,该第一导通件556优选为三通接头42,所述第二导通件557为四通接头42,所述第二导通件557还连接有用于检测气体压力的压力表547。
以输出正压气体为例,导通组件546与调压组件545的配合关系如下:第二出气口552输出正压气体,由于有单向阀558的存在,因此该正压气体经第一导通件556进入调压组件545内,并经调压组件545进入第二导通件557,此时正压气体从出气件544输出且由压力表547实时测得压力值大小;而正压气体压力值过大/过小时,能够从压力表547直观反映,工作人员即可通过调压组件545来实现气压的调节。
同理,当输出负压气体时,由于负压气体是通过气体回流至第二出气口552来实现的,因此此时出气件544内的气体会经单向阀558或调压组件545而进入至第二出气口552内,并由第二进气口550排出;此时通过控制调压组件545所通过的气体,即可达到控制负压气体气压值的效果。
优选的,所述调压组件545包括气压调压器554和节流阀555,所述气压调压器554设置于所述第一导通件556与所述第二导通件557之间,所述节流阀555设置于所述气压调压器554与所述第二导通件557之间。即调压组件545是通过改变节流555截面或节流555长度以控制气体流量来实现气压的调节的。具体的,第二导通件557还连接有压力表559,用于实施监控本实用新型所输出的气体气压,以便于及时调节。
综上,本实用新型通过简单结构的配合,实现了仅通过一个气源即可输出正压或者负压气体的效果,从而节省了成本,适用于低成本地易碎品移动或者拆装。
综上,本实施例的一种表壳拆卸装置,具有以下效果。
本实用新型的一种表壳拆卸装置,通过载物台2、表壳固定机构3、吸盘4、吸盘升降机构5以及载物台升降机构6,当需要对表盖进行拆卸时,仅需将手表放置于载物台2上,然后操作载物台升降机构6使得表壳抵触于表壳固定机构3以及操作吸盘升降机构5使得吸盘4靠近载物台2,使得吸盘4可以从表壳固定机构3露出的表盖中将表盖吸住,最终表盖与表壳分离,实现表盖与表壳的操作拆卸,与传统的真空吸取表盖的方式相比效果相近,便于普及。

- 一种表盖拆卸装置,其特征在于:包括底座(1)、载物台(2)、表壳固定机构(3)、吸盘(4)、吸盘升降机构(5)以及载物台升降机构(6),所述吸盘(4)位于载物台(2)的正上方,所述载物台升降机构(6)、吸盘升降机构(5)以及表壳固定机构(3)均设于底座(1);所述载物台(2)用于对手表进行承载和定位,所述载物台升降机构(6)用于驱动载物台(2)升降并使得表壳抵触于表壳固定机构(3),所述表壳固定机构(3)用于抵压表壳并显露表盖,所述吸盘升降机构(5)用于驱动吸盘(4)升降。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种表盖拆卸装置,其特征在于:所述载物台(2)包括载板(21),设于载板(21)的抵触件(22)以及压紧件(23),所述压紧件(23)的数量为两个,两个压紧件(23)正对设置于载板(21)的两侧,所述抵触件(22)设于载板(21)远离表壳固定机构(3)的一端;所述压紧件(23)包括螺孔座(231)和第一螺钉(232),所述螺孔座(231)设于载板(21),所述第一螺钉(232)螺接于螺孔座(231),所述抵触件(22)包括贯穿设置于载板(21)的第二螺钉(221)、分别滑动设置于载板(21)内的螺母座(222)以及连杆(223),所述连杆(223)的一端与螺母座(222)连接,所述连杆(223)的另一端向载板(21)的顶端面弯折并凸伸出载板(21)的顶端面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种表盖拆卸装置,其特征在于:所述载物台升降机构(6)包括螺母(61)、螺杆(62)以及旋转座(63),所述旋转座(63)设于底座(1),所述旋转座(63)的高度方向贯穿设置有第一通孔(64),所述螺母(61)可转动地套设于旋转座(63),所述螺杆(62)贯穿设置于第一通孔(64)并与螺母(61)螺接,所述螺杆(62)的顶端与载物台(2)的底端连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种表盖拆卸装置,其特征在于:所述螺杆(62)贯穿设置有第二通孔(65)以及第三通孔(66),所述第二通孔(65)位于螺杆(62)靠近载板(21)的一端,所述第二通孔(65)的孔径比第三通孔(66)的孔径小,所述第二通孔(65)与第三通孔(66)连通;所述第二通孔(65)螺接有第三螺钉(67),所述第三螺钉(67)的螺柱贯穿载板(21),所述第三螺钉(67)的螺帽位于载板(21)的上方;所述第三通孔(66)的两端分别设有限位柱(68),内设置有弹性件(69),所述弹性件(69)的两端分别抵触于两个限 位柱(68)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种表盖拆卸装置,其特征在于:所述表壳固定机构(3)包括压板(31)以及驱动压板(31)翻转的压板翻转机构,所述压板(31)用于抵触表壳;所述压板(31)设有开孔(33),当压板(31)抵触于表壳时,所述表盖显露于开孔(33)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种表盖拆卸装置,其特征在于:所述压板翻转机构包括摇杆(321)、连接杆(322)、传动件(326)、U型弹性件(323)、固定座(324)以及翻转件(325),所述固定座(324)设于底座(1),所述U型弹性件(323)的一端转动设置于固定座(324)的侧壁,所述U型弹性件(323)的另一端与传动件(326)的一端转动连接,所述传动件(326)的另一端与翻转件(325)的一端转动连接,所述连接杆(322)贯穿传动件(326)以及固定座(324)并与传动件(326)的非两端位置连接,所述摇杆(321)与连接杆(322)的一端连接;所述翻转件(325)的另一端与固定座(324)转动连接,所述压板(31)设于翻转件(325)远离传动件(326)的一端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种表盖拆卸装置,其特征在于:所述吸盘升降机构(5)包括竖杆(51)、支架(52)以及用于控制竖杆(51)固定于支架(52)的紧固扭件(53),所述支架(52)设于底座(1),所述竖杆(51)滑动设置于支架(52),所述吸盘(4)设于竖杆(51)的底端;所述紧固扭件(53)包括把手(531)、齿轮以及齿条,所述齿轮装设于把手(531),所述齿条装设于竖杆(51),所述齿轮与齿条啮合。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种表盖拆卸装置,其特征在于:所述吸盘(4)包括盘体(41)以及接头(42),所述盘体(41)的两端面分别设置有用于与外界物体贴合的粘合层(43),所述吸盘的中部设置有连接孔(44),所述接头(42)设置有通孔(45),所述接头(42)与所述连接孔(44)螺纹连接,所述连接孔(44)与所述通孔(45)连通。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种表盖拆卸装置,其特征在于:所述吸盘升降机构(5)还包括用于往吸盘输入气体的控制阀,所述控制阀包括阀体(541)、控制机构(542)以及活动设置于所述阀体(541)内部的阀芯,所述控制机构(542)用于控制所述阀芯于所述阀体(541)内活动,所述阀体(541)设置有第一进气 口(549)、第二进气口(550)、第一出气口(551)以及第二出气口(552),所述第一进气口(549)用于外接正压气源,所述第二出气口(552)用于输出气体,所述第二进气口(550)与所述第二出气口(552)之间设置有负压发生器(543),所述负压发生器(543)位于所述阀体(541)外;所述阀芯于所述阀体(541)内活动用于控制所述第一进气口(549)导通所述第一出气口(551)或所述第二出气口(552);当所述第一进气口(549)与所述第一出气口(551)导通时,所述第二出气口(552)与所述第二进气口(550)导通。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种表盖拆卸装置,其特征在于:所述吸盘升降机构(5)还包括用于往吸盘输入气体的控制阀,所述控制阀包括阀体(541)、控制机构(542)以及活动设置于所述阀体(541)内部的阀芯,所述控制机构(542)用于控制所述阀芯于所述阀体(541)内活动,所述阀体(541)设置有第一进气口(549)、第二进气口(550)、第一出气口(551)以及第二出气口(552),所述第一进气口(549)用于外接正压气源,所述第二出气口(552)用于输出气体,所述第二进气口(550)与所述第二出气口(552)之间设置有负压发生器(543),所述负压发生器(543)位于所述阀体(541)外;所述阀芯于所述阀体(541)内活动用于控制所述第一进气口(549)导通所述第一出气口(551)或所述第二出气口(552);当所述第一进气口(549)与所述第一出气口(551)导通时,所述第二出气口(552)与所述第二进气口(550)导通。
