发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种卷筒纸抽纸装置,简化结构,提升稳定性和可靠性,进而降低成本;提升使用性能;降低抽纸所需拉力,提升用户体验,同时降低所需纸张性能条件,进而降低成本。
本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种卷筒纸抽纸装置,包括轮鼓2及与其对应的压轴5,卷纸从轮鼓2与压轴5间穿过;轮鼓2两端安装在偏心轴7的主轴部701上,偏心轴7 的偏心部702上安装切纸刀601;轮鼓2上具有导向槽201,切纸刀601被限位在所述导向槽201内;外力拉动卷纸1带动轮鼓2转动,轮鼓2带动切纸刀601同步转动,切纸刀601在偏心轴7作用下沿轮鼓上的导向槽201伸出轮鼓上的细长槽202对卷纸1进行切割,确立纸张断开部位;切纸刀601伸出轮鼓2最大距离后轮鼓2在复位弹簧9带动下继续同向转动进行复位,所述纸张在断开部位断开,轮鼓2带动后方卷纸1向前进给。

  9. 如权利要求1所述的卷筒纸抽纸装置,其特征在于:
    所述切纸刀(601)为长条形的三角形锯齿状;
    所述轮鼓(2)呈圆柱状,在轮鼓外表面上有一条细长槽(202),使切纸刀(601)能伸出和回退到轮鼓里面。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的卷筒纸抽纸装置,其特征在于:轮鼓(2)外表面具有一层软质材料,以增强卷纸和轮鼓的之间的摩擦力和吸附力,使卷纸在摩擦力的作用下带动轮鼓旋转,从而完成一个切纸周期。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的卷筒纸抽纸装置,其特征在于:所述切纸刀(601)为三角形锯齿形,安装在偏心轴的偏心部(702)处,其两端的切纸刀臂限位在轮鼓上的导向槽(201)内。
