Claims (18)
- 세로토닌의 산화반응이 일어나는 작업전극; 전압이 인가되는 기준전극을 포함하되, 세로토닌의 산화전위 인가시 흐르는 산화전류를 측정하여 세로토닌의 유무 또는 농도를 확인하는 전기화학 센서에 있어서,상기 작업전극은 (-)전하를 띠는 코팅층을 포함하여, 코팅층의 정전기력으로 (-)전하를 띠는 방해물질의 접근을 억제하는 것인, 세로토닌 검출용 전기화학 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세로토닌의 산화반응은 0.3 내지 0.4 V에서 일어나는 것인, 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅층은 양전하 이온교환 고분자를 함유하는 것이 특징인 것인, 센서.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 양전하 이온교환 고분자는 설폰화 테트라플루오로에틸렌 기반 불소-공중합체(sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer)인 것인, 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅층은 세로토닌이 작업전극에 접촉할 수 있도록 기공 또는 패턴이 형성된 것이 특징인 것인, 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방해물질은 아스콜빈산, 요소, 및 요산을 포함하는 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것인, 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작업전극 및 기준전극은 금(Au) 또는 탄소(C)로 이루어지는 것인, 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전류변화를 측정하는 대조전극을 포함하는 것인, 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시료를 수용할 수 있는 반응용기를 구비하며, 반응용기에 시료가 도입되면 작업전극과 기준전극이 통전되어 회로가 형성되는 것인, 센서.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 반응용기는 알레르기 유발물질이 수용 또는 코팅되어 있는 것인, 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 기준전극에 원하는 전위의 전압을 인가하는 자동전위조절장치를 포함하는 것인, 센서.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 자동전위조절장치는 0 내지 1.0 V의 전위 범위 내에서 자동으로 조절하는 것인, 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세로토닌의 산화반응이 일어나는 전위 인가시 측정된 전류값을 표시하는 표시부를 더 구비하는 것인, 센서.
- 세로토닌의 산화전위 인가시 세로토닌의 산화반응이 일어나는 작업전극; 및 전압이 인가되는 기준전극을 포함하는 세로토닌 측정용 스트립에 있어서,상기 작업전극은 정전기력으로 (-)전하를 띠는 방해물질의 접근을 억제하도록 (-)전하를 띠는 코팅층을 포함하는 것이 특징인 세로토닌 검출용 스트립.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 스트립은 분리교환될 수 있어 일회 또는 복수의 사용이 가능한 것이 특징인 세로토닌 검출용 스트립.
- 제14항 또는 제15항의 스트립을 1개 이상 구비하는, 세로토닌 검출용 센서.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 센서를 구비한, 세로토닌 측정 키트.
- 분리된 생체시료를 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 센서에 처리하는 단계; 및세로토닌의 산화전위 인가시 흐르는 산화전류를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는, 알레르겐 확인 방법.
