Description
本发明涉及打印机领域,具体地,涉及喷墨打印机的配件墨盒,尤其是一种紧固定墨盒以及与墨盒保持部连接的墨盒。
喷墨打印机是比较常用的打印印刷用具。虽然目前激光打印机已经比较普及,但由于激光打印机的维护成本较高,喷墨打印机仍然占有非常大的市场份额,尤其在家庭、商铺、办公等场所。
喷墨打印机具有墨盒及其墨盒保持部。目前,喷墨打印机用墨盒与墨盒保持部接合的方式有很多种,例如常用的方式有卡合、扣合,具体的结构通常是:如图9所示,在墨盒的把手上设置限制部,同时把手可以沿墨盒上的一个支点旋转,墨盒保持部内具有安装部,安装部具有与限制部接合的限制孔,在具体的安装过程中,通过按压墨盒使得把手上的限制部与安装部上的限制孔结合,使墨盒固定在墨盒保持部中。
在实际使用过程中,发现此结构墨盒在安装到墨盒保持部时的安装力度较大,经过多次研究与实验发现,在实际的安装过程中,由于Z轴方向上限制孔离触针的距离近,同时在X轴方向上限制孔离把手的距离远,导致了使用者按压墨盒上表面的安装力较大的情况。具体地,在安装的过程中墨盒需要持续的朝触针的方向移动较长的距离以使限制部完全与限制孔结合,由于Z轴方向上限制孔离触针的距离近,因此当墨盒朝触针方向移动一小段距离后就已经接触到触针,在之后的持续运动中,触针会持续的变形,移动的距离越长则触针的变形越大,而触针的变形度越大,则触针对墨盒的反作用力就越大,这就直接导致了使用者需要较大的按压力,才能够使限制部完全与限制孔结合,进而完成墨盒的安装。另一个方面,在安装的过程中,在X轴方向上限制孔到墨盒距离远,则墨盒的把手以及限制部在X轴的方向上的长度就需要更长,尤其对于限制部而言,当限制部伸入到限制孔时,限制部在Z轴方向上会受到限制孔的挤压力,根据力矩原理,伸入的长度越长,限制
部就越容易折断。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种紧固定墨盒,该墨盒至少包括壳体11以及按压部件124,壳体11设置有出墨口111,以出墨口111所在平面为第一面1a,第一面1a上长边的方向为X轴,第一面1a短边的方向为Y轴,与X轴、Y轴相互垂直的轴为Z轴,按压部件124设置在壳体11X轴方向的一侧。
优选地,按压部件124的形状为如下的一种:片状物;棱状物;立方体;或者梯台。
优选地,按压部件124包括至少一个朝X轴方向延伸的导向面1242以及至少一个朝Y轴方向延伸的压迫面1241。
优选地,压迫面1241为如下结构中的任一种:至少一个条状面;一个整体的平面;相对于YZ平面倾斜的平面;锯齿面;或者波浪面。
优选地,按压部件124是如下结构的一种:
-至少一条与YZ平面垂直的棱状物;或者
-一个整体凸台;
优选地,墨盒还包括芯片13,出墨口111朝向芯片13的方向为+X轴方向,与第一面1a相对的另一面为第二面1b,壳体11的+X轴侧的表面为第三面1c,壳体11的-X轴侧的表面为第四面1d,第一面1a朝向第二面1b的方向为+Z轴方向;
壳体11至少包括把手12,把手12包括形成于第三面1c上的支点121以及从支点121向+X轴、+Z轴方向延伸出的第一限制部122,按压部件124位于第三面1c的+X轴方向、第一限制部122的-Z轴方向。
优选地,按压部件124设置在如下位置的一种:
-设置在第三面1c+X轴方向的突出物,位于支点121的-Z轴方向;
或者
-设置在把手12的+X轴方向表面的突出物,位于支点121的+Z轴方向。
优选地,壳体11包括可替换部2,可替换部2可拆卸的设置在壳体11的+X轴和-Z轴方向的侧面上,把手12、芯片13以及按压部件124设置在可替换部2上。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供一种与墨盒保持部3相连接的墨盒,包括前述墨盒以及墨盒保持部3至少包括安装部30,安装部30包括杠杆主体31、旋转轴32,按压部件124接触并压迫杠杆主体31带动安装部30沿旋转轴32旋转。
优选地,按压部件124包括至少一个朝X轴方向延伸的导向面1242以及至少一个朝Y轴方向延伸的压迫面1241;杠杆主体31上设置有至少一条导向筋311,导向面1242贴合导向筋311,压迫面1241与杠杆主体31相接触,并带动安装部30沿旋转轴32进行旋转。
优选地,按压部件124还包括在X轴方向凸出的定位部125,定位部125在Y轴方向的延伸的外侧面超出压迫面1241,且定位部125在X轴方向延伸的侧面抵住导向筋311。
优选地,安装部30还包括限制孔33,限制孔33和按压部件124在Z轴方向位于旋转轴32的两侧,墨盒在对应限制孔33的位置设有第一限制部122,第一限制部122与限制孔33相接合,第一限制部122的横截面积小于或等于限制孔33的横截面积。
优选地,墨盒还包括芯片13,出墨口111朝向芯片13的方向为+X轴方向,与第一面1a相对的另一面为第二面1b,壳体11的+X轴侧的表面为第三面1c,壳体11的-X轴侧的表面为第四面1d,第一面1a朝向第二面1b的方向为+Z轴方向;壳体11至少包括把手12,把手12包括形成于第三面1c上的支点121以及从支点121向+X轴、+Z轴方向延伸出的第一限制部122,按压部件124位于第三面1c的+X轴方向、第一限制部122的-Z轴方向,所述第一限制部122与所述限制孔33接合。
进一步地,按压部件124可以是设置在第三面1c+X轴方向的突出物,位于支点121的-Z轴方向;也可以是设置在把手12的+X轴方向表面的突出物,位于支点121的+Z轴方向。
本发明通过在把手12上设置按压部件124,使得所述紧固定墨盒在安装的过程中,按压部件124能够对杠杆主体31施加额外的按压力,以使安装部30能够旋转,这样在实际的安装过程中,第一限制部122向-Z轴、+X轴运动,限制孔33向+Z轴、-X轴方向运动,这样的安装过程使得触针35的变形程度更小,触针35对墨盒的反作用力也就更小,安装者只需要较小的按压力即可完成墨盒的安装,同时杠杆主体31到第一限制部122的距离可以更近,第一限制部122在X轴方向的长度可以更短,同时第一限制部122也较少出现折断的现象。

人员理解,图中示出的仅为所述墨盒的整体效果示意图,为了更好的描述本发明的具体实施方式,其中还有其他部件并未在图中示出,未示出的部件均未墨盒常规配置的部件,例如弹性垫、芯片架、保护罩、胶垫、出墨口海绵、顶盖、腔体海绵、顶盖薄膜等,图1中未示出并不代表本发明中没有这些部件,在此不予赘述。具体地,如图1所示,图1中示出的是所述墨盒的结构示意图,所述墨盒至少包括壳体11、按压部件124以及出墨口111,本领域技术人员理解,所述墨盒用于存储墨水,配合打印机设备进行打印处理的装置,所述壳体11呈长方体状,而在其他变化例中,为了适应、配合打印机设备,还可以做成多边体状、椭圆形状等等,这并不影响本发明的技术方案,在此不予赘述。
进一步地,本发明为了更好的对所述墨盒各个部件进行说明,引用了X、Y、Z轴概念,取相互正交的三个空间轴为X轴、Y轴、Z轴,以所述出墨口111所在平面为第一面1a,所述第一面1a相对的另一面为第二面1b,所述第一面1a上长边的方向为X轴,所述第一面1a短边的方向为Y轴,与X轴、Y轴相互垂直的轴为Z轴,结合图1,所述第一面1a即为所述墨盒的底面。
进一步地,所述墨盒还包括按压部件124,如图1和图6所示,所述墨盒在X轴方向依次为壳体11、把手12以及按压部件124,在Z轴方向依次为把手12、按压部件124以及出墨口111,本领域技术人员理解,所述墨盒最终会安装到墨盒保持部3上,当所述墨盒在安装时,使用者会对第二面1b施加按压力以完成安装,按照以上顺序设置各部件其目的在于,在安装的过程中所述按压部件124能够接触到墨盒保持部3,以对所述墨盒保持部3施加额外的压力,以降低安装者施加到第二面1b上的按压力。具体地,按压部件124为相对于壳体11的突出物,其形状可以是变化,例如,最为简单的,所述按压部件124是一个立方体凸起,作为一些变化,所述按压部件124还可以是其他几何形状的凸起,例如圆台状、半球状、菱形状等;又例如,所述按压部件124是具有一定厚度的压片;又例如,所述按压部件124是一棱状物。本领域技术人员理解,所述按压部件124的形状并不仅限于上述所列举的形状,本领域技术人员可以在此基础进行不同的变换,只要能够所述按压部件124能够对墨盒保持部产生额外压力即可。
进一步地,如图1所示,壳体11还包括把手12,优选地,把手12与壳
体11是一体注塑成型的,按压部件124设置在把手12上。具体地,按压部件124与把手12也可以是一体成型的,也可以是单独成型后,通过卡槽、粘结或者螺栓等常规连接方式与所述把手12固定。作为一种变化,按压部件124并不设置在把手12上,这在后面的实施例中会有具体描述,本领域技术人员理解,无论怎样变化,只要保证壳体11以及按压部件124的位置关系是:按压部件124设置在壳体11的X轴方向的一侧即可,这样在安装的过程中,按压部件124能够接触到墨盒保持部3。
作为本发明的第一实施例,如图4所示,按压部件124包括
至少一个朝X轴方向延伸的导向面1242以及至少一个朝Y轴方向延伸的压迫面1241。具体地,导向面1242在安装墨盒时具有导向的作用,压迫面1241在安装墨盒能够对与按压部件124相配合的部件施加压迫力。更为具体地,如图4所示,按压部件124具有三条棱状物的结构,以其中一个棱状物为例,所述棱状物沿所述按压部件124的-Z轴方向延伸,所述棱状物在Y轴方向具有两个侧面,所述两个侧面即为两个导向面1242,同时两个导向面1242的+X方向连接一个压迫面1241。更为具体地,两个导向面1242是按压部件124位于XZ平面的两个面,压迫面1241是按压部件124位于的YZ平面的一个面。本领域技术人员理解,图4中一共有三个棱状物,即按压部件124一共包括六个导向面1242以及3个压迫面1241,在一些其他的变化例中,可以改变棱状物的数量,或者改变棱状物的形状,进而达到改变导向面1242和压迫面1241数量的目的。作为一种变化,按压部件124还可以是一个整体凸台并向-Z轴方向延伸,这种凸台式的结构同样存在导向面和压迫面,其原理与棱状物结构相似,在此不再赘述。
进一步地,压迫面1241的形状并不仅仅局限于图4中示出的形状,具体地,压迫面1241还可以为一个整体的平面、与把手呈一定角度倾斜的面、锯齿面、波浪面或者不规则异形面。
进一步地,如图4所示,把手12包括支部123以及从支部123向+X轴和+Z轴方向延伸出的延伸部126,按压部件124设置在所述支部123的+X轴表面上,如图2和图4,第一限制部122设置在延伸部126+X轴表面上并向+X轴方向延伸。具体地,结合图2以及图4,支部123与第三面1c的连接处为支点121,延伸部126用于供使用者在取出墨盒时推动把手12,使把
手12沿支点121转动。具体地,当需要取出墨盒时,推动延伸部126以使把手12沿支点121转动的过程中,设置在支部123上的按压部件124会向-X轴方向远离墨盒保持部,以撤去对墨盒保持部的压迫力。
在一个优选地实施例中,按压部件124还包括在X轴方向凸出的定位部125,定位部125在Y轴方向的延伸的外侧面超出压迫面1241,且定位部125在X轴方向延伸的侧面抵住导向筋311。本领域技术人员理解,定位部125配合导向筋311可以限定墨盒在Y轴方向的位置,优选地,安装部30设置有两条导向筋311,则定位部125卡在两条导向筋311之间,实现更为稳定的固定。
作为本发明的第二实施例,如图2所示,墨盒还包括芯片13,
芯片13用于记录所述墨盒的墨水量、监测墨盒使用次数等等,本领域技术人员理解,墨盒可以设置有芯片13,也可以不设置有芯片13,这都不影响本发明的技术方案,在此不予赘述。具体地,在本实施例中,通过具体定义+X、-X、+Y、-Y、+Z、-Z以进一步说明所述墨盒各部件的位置关系,具体地,如图2所示,所述壳体11包括:第一面1a、第二面1b、第三面1c、第四面1d,其中,第一面1a与第二面1b相对,第三面1c与第四面1d相对。如图2所示,以出墨口111所在的面为第一面1a,出墨口111朝向芯片13的方向为+X轴,第一面1a指向第二面1b的方向为+Z轴方向,在XY平面上+X轴方向逆时针旋转90°的方向为+Y轴方向,位于墨盒的-X轴侧为第四面1d,与第四面1d相对的为第三面1c。
进一步地,所述壳体11至少包括把手12,所述把手12包括形成于第三面1c上的支点121以及从支点121向+X轴、+Z轴方向延伸出的第一限制部122,所述按压部件124是设置在所述把手12+X轴方向表面的突出物,且位于支点121的+Z轴方向,即在第三面1c的+X、+Z轴方向依次为支点121、按压部件124以及第一限制部122,这样在安装过程中,按压部件124可以接触到墨盒保持部3。
进一步地,出墨口111在图2中并未示出,而是示出了用于保护出墨口111的保护罩16,图2中可以看出,棱镜18和芯片13远离出墨口设置,且保护罩和壳体结合部具有一定的储墨能力,防止了出墨口意外渗漏的墨水到达棱镜18和芯片13处,污损棱镜18和芯片13。本领域技术人员理解,如
图2所示,保护罩16覆盖了壳体11的第一面1a上的出墨口111,由此可以减少保护罩16的长度,节约资源,减少浪费。而在其他变化例中,保护罩16还可以设置为覆盖壳体11的第一面1a的全部或者覆盖第一面1a的一大部分,进一步地,所述保护罩16位置、形状的改变随着所述出墨口111位置的改变而改变,更进一步地,所述保护罩的形状也可以为其他形状,只要能防止墨水从出墨口111溢出污损棱镜18和芯片13,这些变化并不影响本发明的实施方案,在此不予赘述。
在一个变化例中,如图3所示,按压部件124并不设置在把手12上,而是直接设置在所述第三面1c+X轴方向的突出物,位于支点121的-Z轴方向,即在第三面1c的+X轴、+Z轴方向依次为按压部件124、支点121以及第一限制部122,这样在具体的安装过程中,按压部件124也可以接触到墨盒保持部3以提供额外的压力,这同样可以实现本发明的目的。优选地,在本变化例中,按压部件124在+X轴方向的厚度大于把手12在+X轴方向厚度,以更好的实现本发明的目的。
作为本发明的第三实施例,如图5所示,壳体11还包括可替换部2,可替换部2可拆卸的设置在壳体11的+X轴和-Z轴方向的侧面上,如图5中示出的阴影部分为可替换部,把手12、芯片13以及按压部件124设置在可替换部2上,具体地可替换部2与壳体11的连接方式均为现有技术,例如通过卡槽固定,又例如通过吸盘固定,在此不予赘述。为了可以重复使用芯片,市场上经常使用简单易拆卸的方式将带有芯片的可替换部件安装在壳体上,当墨囊内的墨水使用完后,使用者只需要将可替换部件拆下,安装到新的墨囊上,同时,芯片会自动将信息复位至原始状态,即可成为一个新墨盒。本方案中,使用了把手12、芯片13以及按压部件124同时设置在可替换部件2上,节省成本的同时,保证了芯片13连接的稳定性。更为具体地,可替换部件2在+X轴方向的侧面实际上构成了第三面1c的一部分,因此把手12、芯片13以及按压部件124在可替换部件2上的设置方式,可以参照前述具体实施方式以及实施例中的设置方式,即只需要将第三面1c视为可替换部件2在+X轴方向的侧面,在按照对应的位置设置把手12、芯片13以及按压部件124。
图6示出的是根据本发明的第二具体实施方式,把手12以及墨盒保持部3的示意图,在墨盒安装在墨盒保持部3的状态下,墨盒的X轴、Y轴、Z
轴方向同样也是墨盒保持部3的X轴、Y轴、Z轴方向。具体地,墨盒与一墨盒保持部3相连接后,墨盒保持部3被设置在一打印机中,如图6所示,把手12具有第一限制部122,墨盒保持部3上设置有六个用于安装墨盒的安装部30,在安装过程中,按压部件124的压力是施加在安装部30上的,墨盒在安装到安装部30后,形成一紧固定打印装置。更为具体地,安装部30的数量是可以变化的,可以大于六个,也可以少于六个。
进一步地结合图8进行说明,墨盒保持部3包括安装部30,安装部30至少包括杠杆主体31、旋转轴32以及限制孔33,安装部30、杠杆主体31可以以旋转轴32为轴进行旋转,限制孔33用于配合墨盒第一限制部122实现墨盒的固定。本领域技术人员理解,安装部30是可以转动的,这样当墨盒存在一定的制造误差时,安装部30可以在墨盒安装过程中起到缓冲作用和自我调节作用,起到保护墨盒的作用。
进一步地,在具体地安装过程中,第一限制部122与所述限制孔33相接合,所述第一限制部122的横截面积小于或等于所述限制孔33的横截面积。本领域技术人员理解,墨盒在安装过程中,如图7所示,墨盒保持部设置有卡槽34,第二限制部15与卡槽34相接触后,自然状态放置在墨盒保持部3内,按压第二面1b使得整个墨盒向+X轴、-Z轴运动,此时按压部件124接触并压迫杠杆主体31,使安装部30沿XZ平面逆时针旋转,在旋转过程中,安装部30将带动限制孔33作类似圆周运动,具体地,在安装部30旋转时,限制孔33向+Z轴和-X轴方向运动,在运动中趋近于第一限制部122,第一限制部122同时向-Z轴和+X轴方向运动,当限制孔33以及第一限制部122处于同一水平面时,限制孔33也刚好扣合于第一限制部122上。此种安装过程使限制孔33更加靠近墨盒,减短了第一限制部122的长度,防止了因第一限制部122长度过长且接合力作用在第一限制部122边缘导致的第一限制部122折断或断裂的情况。另一方面,按压部件124压迫杠杆主体31沿旋转轴32进行旋转,使第一限制部122和限制孔33的同时运动,这样第二面1b的按压力较小,且触针35变形的变形程度小,墨盒安装更加容易、方便。
进一步地,参照本实施例,现有技术中取出墨盒的过程中墨盒必须先向-Z轴方向移动,在现有技术实际的安装过程中,容易出现触针35和芯片13的损坏,因此现有技术的墨盒中在-Z轴方向需要预留足够的空间防止触针35
和芯片13的损坏,但-Z轴方向空间余量过大又会出现漏墨的问题。而本实施例的墨盒在安装过程中,墨盒的整体是趋向于-Z轴方向移动,这样当取出墨盒时,墨盒的整体是趋向于+Z轴方向移动,即与现有技术的墨盒的运动方向是相反的,这样既可以防止出现触针35和芯片的损坏,又可以在满足墨盒及其打印机小型化的同时杜绝因墨盒-Z轴空间余量的问题导致的漏墨问题。
作为本发明的第四实施例,结合图4以及图8进行说明,所
述按压部件124包括至少一个朝X轴方向延伸的导向面1242以及至少一个朝Y轴方向延伸的压迫面1241,杠杆主体31上设置有至少一条导向筋311,导向面1242贴合所述导向筋311,压迫面1241与杠杆主体31相接触,并带动所述安装部30沿所述旋转轴32进行旋转。如图8所示,旋转轴32位于杠杆主体31的Z轴方向靠近中间位置,优选地,旋转轴32和杠杆主体31为一体结构,限制孔33位于杠杆主体31的+Z轴方向的上方,两个导向筋311分别设置在杠杆主体31的-Z轴和+Y方向以及-Z轴和+Y方向,导向筋311凸出杠杆主体31,杠杆主体31位于两个导向筋之间的部分形成内表面,在墨盒安装的过程中,压迫面1241与杠杆主体31的内表面接触。本领域技术人员理解,在具体的安装过程中,导向面1242与导向筋311的接触早于第一限制部122与限制孔33的接合,使墨盒先导向再定位,实现了墨盒定位准确,防止了安装错位现象。同时,压迫面1241与杠杆主体31相接触,并施加额外的压迫力,带动安装部30沿旋转轴32进行旋转,这样可以进一步减轻施加在第二面1b上的按压力,使安装过程更加轻松。
作为本发明的第四实施例,结合图1和图7所示,所述墨盒保持部3还包括一卡槽34,所述卡槽34与所述墨盒的第二限制部15相接合。具体地,卡槽34为一凹面卡槽,墨盒的第二限制部15的形状应与卡槽34中的凹面中空部分相适应,在这样的实施例中,先将墨盒具有第二限制部15侧固定,在通过第一限制部122以及限制孔33之间的连接实现墨盒在墨盒保持部3中的固定。
进一步地,第二限制部15和第一限制部122分别位于壳体的第四面1d和第三面1c,这样能够实现墨盒稳定固定的同时更好的固定出墨口111和芯片13。具体地,第二限制部15位于墨盒第四面1d的Z轴方向的中部,第一限制部122位于第三面1cZ轴方向的上部,这样当所述杠杆主体31以及限制
孔33在运动过程中,墨盒不会受到流动空气给予的在Y轴方向上的力而产生旋转的趋势,防止了墨盒绕垂直于YZ平面的旋转轴心而晃动。
在一个优选地实施例中,第二限制部15可以为一圆锥体,卡槽34相应地设置为与所述圆锥体大小、形状相适应地形状,而在另一个优选地实施例中,第二限制部15还可以为一长条状物,在这样的实施例中,卡槽34相应地设置为与所述长条状物大小、形状相适应地形状,而在其他特殊的变化例中,墨盒与墨盒保持部3之间,在与所述第一限制部以及限制孔连接相对的一侧的连接并不仅仅局限于上述卡位、卡槽的连接,但这些属于目前现有技术,在此不予赘述。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改,这并不影响本发明的实质内容。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (11)
- 一种紧固定墨盒,其特征在于,所述墨盒至少包括壳体(11)以及按压部件(124),所述壳体(11)设置有出墨口(111),以所述出墨口(111)所在平面为第一面(1a),所述第一面(1a)上长边的方向为X轴,所述第一面(1a)短边的方向为Y轴,与X轴、Y轴相互垂直的轴为Z轴,所述按压部件(124)设置在所述壳体(11)X轴方向的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述按压部件(124)的形状为如下的一种:-片状物;-棱状物;-立方体;或者-梯台。
- 根据权利要求2所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述按压部件(124)包括至少一个朝X轴方向延伸的导向面(1242)以及至少一个朝Y轴方向延伸的压迫面(1241)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述压迫面(1241)为如下结构中的任一种:-至少一个条状面;-一个整体的平面;-相对于YZ面倾斜的平面;-锯齿面;或者-波浪面。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述墨盒还包括芯片(13),所述出墨口(111)朝向所述芯片(13)的方向为+X轴方向,与所述第一面(1a)相对的另一面为第二面(1b),所述壳体(11)的+X轴侧的表面为第三面(1c),所述壳体(11)的-X轴侧的表面为第四面(1d),所述第一面(1a)朝向所述第二面(1b)的方向为+Z轴方向;所述壳体(11)至少包括把手(12),所述把手(12)包括形成于所 述第三面(1c)上的支点(121)以及从所述支点(121)向+X轴、+Z轴方向延伸出的第一限制部(122),所述按压部件(124)位于所述第三面(1c)的+X轴方向、所述第一限制部(122)的-Z轴方向。
- 根据权利要求5所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述按压部件(124)设置在如下位置的一种:-设置在所述第三面(1c)+X轴方向的突出物,位于所述支点(121)的-Z轴方向;或者-设置在所述把手(12)的+X轴方向表面的突出物,位于所述支点(121)的+Z轴方向。
- 根据权利要求6所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述壳体(11)包括可替换部(2),所述可替换部(2)可拆卸的设置在所述壳体(11)的+X轴和-Z轴方向的侧面上,所述把手(12)、芯片(13)以及按压部件(124)设置在所述可替换部(2)上。
- 一种与墨盒保持部相连接的墨盒,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-4或6或7中任一项所述的墨盒,所述墨盒保持部(3)至少包括安装部(30),所述安装部(30)包括杠杆主体(31)、旋转轴(32),所述按压部件(124)接触并压迫所述杠杆主体(31)带动所述安装部(30)沿所述旋转轴(32)旋转。
- 根据权利要求8所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述按压部件(124)包括至少一个朝X轴方向延伸的导向面(1242)以及至少一个朝Y轴方向延伸的压迫面(1241);所述杠杆主体(31)上设置有至少一条导向筋(311),所述导向面(1242)贴合所述导向筋(311),所述压迫面(1241)与所述杠杆主体(31)相接触,并带动所述安装部(30)沿所述旋转轴(32)进行旋转。
- 根据权利要求9所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述按压部件(124)还包括在X轴方向凸出的定位部(125),所述定位部(125)在Y轴方向的延伸的外侧面超出所述压迫面(1241),且所述定位部(125)在X轴方向延伸的侧面抵住所述导向筋(311)。
- 根据权利要求9至10中任一项所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述 安装部(30)还包括限制孔(33),所述限制孔(33)和按压部件(124)在Z轴方向位于所述旋转轴(32)的两侧,所述墨盒在对应限制孔(33)的位置设有第一限制部(122),所述第一限制部(122)与所述限制孔(33)相接合,所述第一限制部(122)的横截面积小于或等于所述限制孔(33)的横截面积。
