여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템 및 방법
본 발명은 여행자를 위한 여행 정보 제공 서비스에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 여행자들간의 커뮤니티를 이용해 여행상품 개발, 홍보 및 판매가 이루어질 수 있는 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
여가 생활의 증가로 국내외 여행을 떠나는 이들이 늘고 있다.
여행을 준비하는데 있어 여행 계획, 예약 등 적지 않은 시간을 여행을 준비하는데 할애해야 하는데 종래에는 여행 정보를 제공하는 방식에 있어서 단순히 막대한 양의 스팟(spot) 정보를 제공하거나 또는 지도상에서 위치를 기반으로 해 정보를 전달해주는 정보 제공을 목적으로 한 단순한 방식을 사용하고 있다.
이러한 문제 중 하나를 해결하기 위하여 대한민국 등록특허 10-1245269호(발명의 명칭 : 개인 맞춤 여행 가이드북 제공 시스템 및 그 방법)에서는 여행자가 수집하여 취합한 여행정보를 포함하는 다양한 콘텐츠를 이용하여 개인 맞춤 여행 가이드북을 제작하고, 이렇게 제작된 개인 맞춤 여행 가이드북을 통신단말기가 판독할 수 있는 문서파일로 변환하여 상기 통신단말기를 통해 여행자에게 제공하는 개인맞춤 여행 가이드북 제공 시스템 및 그 방법을 제안하고 있다.
그러나 이러한 선행특허 역시도 사용자에게 정보는 제공하지만, 지도 기반 정보 및 단순히 여행지에 대한 정보만을 제공하고, 여행 일정을 계획하는데 있어 가장 중요한 동선에 맞는 여행 일정을 계획하기 어렵고 또 여행에 필요한 숙박, 교통편 예약이 되지 않아 일정을 계획하는데 있어 필요한 여행 정보만 쉽게 정리 하고 가이드북을 만들 뿐 여전히 여행 준비에 적지 않은 시간을 사용해야 하는 불편함에 있었다.
종래의 여행 일정에 대한 정보 제공 서비스는 여행 일정 정보를 단순히 인간의 행위에 의해 관광지별, 테마별, 계절별 등 각 항목별로 제공하였기 때문에 실제 여행을 하고자 하는 자에게는 실질적인 도움이 되지 못하였다.
따라서 여행자는 많은 시간과 노력을 들여 각각의 항목들에 대해 조합과 정리 등 획득한 정보에 대한 2차 가공을 스스로 해야만 하며, 여행시의 위치에 따른 실시간 서비스를 제공 받지 못하는 단점이 있어 왔다.
또한 하나의 여행 일정에 대한 정보 제공만으로 여행 예정자에게는 다소 따분하고 다시 여행을 갈 경우 따분하고 지루하게 되어 다시는 동일한 여행사나 책자를 이용하여 동일한 여행지를 가지 못하게 되는 단점이 있어 왔다.
이에 따라 해당 기술 분야에 있어서는 여행자인 사용자의 정보를 기반으로 여행지에 대한 일정을 제공해 줄뿐만 아니라, 여행지의 가맹점에 대한 모집 방식을 통해 가맹점을 중심으로 여행지를 제공함과 동시에 여행 일정에 대한 변경을 허용함과 동시에 여행지의 경로 변경시 포인트 상호 교류 방식을 통해 여행지에 대한 어느 정도의 통제와 자유도를 절충하기 위한 기술 개발이 요구되고 있는데, 2014년 해외여행 형태는 “개별자유여행”40.4%, “전체 패키지여행”37.5%, “에어텔 여행” 12.5% 순으로 나타나고 있으므로 이에 대한 기술 개발이 필요하다할 것이다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 해외여행 횟수가 증가하고 그에 따라 기존의 패키지 여행보다는 자신만의 독특한 여행 계획을 안내하되 쇼핑, 옵션, 가이드 팁 가용에 의한 불만없이 신뢰할 수 있는 개별자유 여행을 현실적으로 제공할 수 있도록 여행자들간의 커뮤니티를 이용해 여행상품 개발, 홍보 및 판매가 이루어질 수 있는 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템 및 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

본 발명에 따른 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템은 도 1에 나타낸 바와 같이, 맞춤형 여행정보 제공 서버(100), 여행관련 서버(200), 여행사 서버(210), 항공사 서버(220), 교통정보 제공서버(230), 숙박정보 제공서버(240), 관광정보 제공서버(250), 통신망(300), 여행 블로그(400, 410, 420), 여행 블로거 스마트 기기(500), 여행자 스마트 기기(600), 금융서버(700) 및 여행자 PC(800)로 구성된다.
여기서 맞춤형 여행정보 제공 서버(100)는 복수의 여행자, 여행 블로거들의 커뮤니티를 포함하는 다양한 여행정보를 수집하고, 수집된 커뮤니티 여행정보를 이용해 여행상품 개발, 홍보 및 판매를 수행하며, 여행상품 구매가 결정된 여행 블로거들의 여행상품에 대한 비용을 지급한다.
여행관련 서버(200)는 여행사 서버(210), 항공사 서버(220), 교통정보 제공서버(230), 숙박정보 제공서버(240) 및 관광정보 제공서버(250)로 구성된다.
여행사 서버(210)는 여행프로그램 및 그에 따른 비용 정보를 제공하는 국내외 여행사의 서버이다.
항공사 서버(220)는 각 항공사의 비행스케줄, 비행요금 정보 등을 제공하는항공사의 서버이다.
교통정보 제공서버(230)는 국가별, 도시별, 지하철, 고속버스, 시내 버스 등의 정보를 제공하는 서버이다.
숙박정보 제공서버(240)는 국가별, 도시별 숙박시절의 위치정보, 숙박비용 정보 등을 제공하는 서버이다.
관광정보 제공서버(250)는 국가별, 도시별 관광정보를 제공하는 서버이다.
통신망(300)은 유무선 인터넷 통신망이다.
여행정보 블로그(400, 410, 420)는 여행자들간의 커뮤니티를 제공하는 복수의 여행자 또는 여행 블로거들의 블로그이다.
여행 블로거 스마트 기기(500)는 여행 블로거들의 스마트 기기로써, 자신들이 체험한 여행정보의 신규 로드, 정보 업데이트 등을 무선 인터넷 등을 통해 수행한다.
여행자 스마트 기기(600)와, 여행자 PC(800)는 통신망(300)을 통해 맞춤형 여행정보 제공 서버(100)에 접속하여 여행관련 정보를 검색하고, 적합한 여행상품을 구매하며, 결제하는데 이용된다.
금융서버(700)는 여행정보 제공 서버(100)에서 이루어지는 여행상품 결제 및 비용지급을 대행한다.

여기서 통신부(110)는 통신망(300)을 통해 여행관련 서버(200), 여행정보 블로그(400), 여행 블로거 스마트 기기(500), 여행자 스마트 기기(600), 금융서버(700) 및 여행자 PC(800)와 통신한다.
여행정보 수집부(121)는 통신망(300)을 통해 여행관련 서버(200)로부터 여행정보를 수집한다.
여행 블로거 정보 수집부(122)는 통신망(300)을 통해 여행정보 블로그(400)와 여행 블로거 스마트 기기(500)를 통해 여행정보를 수집한다. 이와 같은 정보로는 국가별, 도시별 항공, 호텔, 식사, 관광, 교통정보 및 그에 따른 비용정보와 함께 해당 여행 블로거가 수집한 국가별, 도시별로 유용한 애플리케이션 정보도 포함될 수 있다.
데이터베이스(130)는 여행정보 수집부(121)와, 여행 블로거 정보 수집부(122)로부터 수집된 여행정보 및 여행 블로거 여행정보와, 맞춤형 여행 정보를 제공받고자 하는 회원들의 고객정보(이름, 연락처, 이메일 주소, 주민번호 등), 여행 블로거 정보(이름, 연락처, 주민번호, 블로그 정보, 통장정보 등)과, 여행관련 서버 정보, 고객들의 결제 정보, 여행 블로거에 대한 지급 정보 및 여행 블로거들의 여행정보 중 국가별, 도시별 항공, 호텔, 식사, 관광, 교통정보 및 그에 따른 비용정보로 분류한 정보를 저장한다. 또한, 여행 블로거 스마트 기기(500)나 맞춤형 행정보 제공 서버(100) 관리자가 여행관련 서버(200)나 인터넷을 통해 수집한 국가별, 도시별로 유용한 애플리케이션 정보도 함께 저장한다.
인터페이스(140)는 맞춤형 여행정보 제공 서버(100)의 관리자가 서버에 접속할 수 있도록 한다. 예를 들면, 키보드, 마우스, 모니터, 프린터 등과 연결된다.
맞춤형 여행정보 처리부(150)는 여행정보 검색부(151), 여행정보 추출부(152) 및 여행정보 제공부(153)로 구성된다. 여기서 여행정보 검색부(151)는 여행정보 수집부(121)와, 여행 블로거 정보 수집부(122)로부터 수집된 여행정보 및 여행 블로거 여행정보를 검색하고, 여행정보 추출부(152)는 여행 블로거들의 여행정보 중 국가별, 도시별 항공, 호텔, 식사, 관광, 교통정보 및 그에 따른 비용정보로 추출하며, 여행정보 제공부(153)는 고객으로부터 요청된 여행정보를 제공한다.
그리고, SMS처리부(160)는 회원 가입 고객의 상품 구매 시 페이 앱 방식의 구매와, 각종 안내를 위한 문자를 처리하도록 한다.
결제처리부(170)는 상품 구매 시 설정된 방식으로 결제를 수행하는데, SMS(건별)를 이용한 결제 방식, 결제링크(QR 코드)를 이용한 결제 방식, 아웃바운드 및 인바운드 여행을 위한 결제 방식 등을 처리한다.
여행정보 애플리케이션 관리부(180)는 여행자 스마트 기기(600)로 맞춤형 여행정보 제공 서버(100)에서 제공하는 상품을 안내하거나, 구매한 상품에 대한 안내를 수행하도록 한다.
제어부(190)는 통신부(110), 여행정보 수집부(121), 여행 블로거 정보 수집부(122), 데이터베이스(130), 인터페이스(140), 맞춤형 여행정보 처리부(150), 여행정보 검색부(151), 여행정보 추출부(152), 여행정보 제공부(153), SMS처리부(160), 결제처리부(170) 및 여행정보 애플리케이션 관리부(180)를 제어한다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템 및 방법을 위한 상품 개발 프로세스를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
본 발명에 따른 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템 및 방법을 위한 상품 개발 프로세스는 도 3에 나타낸 바와 같이, 국내 또는 해외에 실제로 여행을 다녀온 블로거가 자신의 여행관련 정보를 자신의 블로그에 올리는데 이를 상품화하는 것이다. 이러한 블로거의 여행관련 정보를 최신 정보를 포함하고 있는 가능성이 대단히 높기 때문에 해당 지역을 방문하고자 하는 여행자에게 상당히 유익한 정보가 될 것이다. 이러한 블로거는 여행을 좋아하여 자신의 블로그에 여행관련 정보를 많이 올리는 블로거는 물론 지명도가 있는 여행관련 전문가(일명 파워 블로거)들로부터 여행상품을 수집한다.
관리자는 해당 여행관련 정보를 승인하기 이전에 플랫폼 관리자를 통해 해당 여행상품에 대하여 현실적인지, 진정성이 있는지를 여행관련 서버(200)를 통해 점검한 후 승인을 하게 된다.
여기서, 해당 상품은 주로 여행 블로거들의 개인여행이므로, 해당 여행정보 중 국가별, 도시별 항공, 호텔, 식사, 관광, 교통정보 및 그에 따른 비용정보 중 일부분만을 노출시킨다. 이때, 비용정보는 완전히 노출시킬 수 있다.
이와 같이 일부 노출된 상품에 대해 회원 가입된 고객이 상품을 결제(구매)하면 상품에 대한 완전한 정보를 제공한다. 여기서 완전한 일정이란 여행 블로거의 상품에 대하여 고객이 혼자서도 여행할 수 있도록 국가별, 도시별 항공, 호텔, 식사, 관광 및 교통정보를 제공한다. 이때, 여행지별 유용한 애플리케이션 정보를 함께 제공할 수 있다.
한편 상품이 결제되면 플랫폼 운영자는 블로거의 계좌로 해당 여행상품에 대한 비용(인세)를 지급한다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템 및 방법을 위한 결제 요청 방식의 일 예를 설명하기 위한 도면이고, 도 5는 본 발명에 따른 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템 및 방법에서 여러 결제 방식 중 하나인 인바운드 결제를 나타낸 도면이다.
본 발명에 따른 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템 및 방법을 위한 결제 요청 방식은 도 4에 나타낸 바와 같이, 기존 여행사의 상품을 바로 결제하는 시스템이 아닌 판매자가 고객에게 결제를 요청하여 고객이 결제를 진행하는 방식 프로세스로써, 페이앱의 앱서비스 결제 방식을 고객의 여행자 PC(800)에서도 구현(페이앱과 리셀러등록)할 수 있도록 하였다.
이를 위하여 회원(고객) 및 판매자(여행 블로거) 회원에 가입한 후 도 3에서와 같은 상품 결제를 하고자 하는 경우 회원의 고객 휴대폰(스마트폰)에 상품결제를 요청하는데, 이때 상품번호, 휴대폰 번호 및 결제 금액이 고객에게 전송되면, 고객이 금융서버인 PG(Payment Gateway)를 통해 신용카드 결제 또는 무통장 입금을 수행하면 PG는 결제 성공을 플랫폼(맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100))로 전송하면 SMS 처리부(160)를 통해 고객의 휴대폰으로 결제성공 PUSH 메시지가 전송된다.
한편 이러한 결제 방식은 SMS(건별)를 이용한 결제 방식, 결제링크(QR 코드)를 이용한 결제 방식 및 도 5에 나타낸 바와 같은 인바운드 여행을 위한 해외결제 방식 등을 이용할 수 있다. 물론 도 5에서는 인바운드 여행을 위한 결제 방식을 나타내고 있으나, 국내 여행자들의 해외 여행을 위한 아웃바운드 결제 방식 역시도 가능하며, 이에 대하여도 결제 방식에 있어서 특별히 한정할 필요는 없다.
이러한 본 발명의 특징 중 하나는 하이브리드앱이라 할 수 있는데, 플랫폼에서 도출되는 정보를 동일하게 서버에서 앱으로 전송하여 노출하면, 컴퓨터(서버)에서는 수집되는 모든 정보를 데이터베이스에 저장하고, 이를 플랫폼과 모바일앱에서 동일하게 노출되도록 한다.
그리고 상품정보 입력 방식 플랫폼방식을 연동하는데, 블로거의 글을 연동하여 상품화 한다. 예를 들어 네이버 블로그의 사진과 글에 대해 노출보안링크가 되어있는 경우, 노출보안을 해제하여 정상적인 노출이 가능하도록 한다.
한편 결제 시 페이앱 결제 연동방식에서는 계산된 상품금액을 구매자에게 요청하여, PC와 모바일 어디서든 결제가 가능하도록 하였다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템 및 방법에서 기존 여행과 본 발명 여행 상품 선택에 따른 비용 산출 결과의 일예를 나타낸 도면이다.
본 발명에 따른 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템 및 방법에서 기존 여행과 본 발명 여행 상품 선택에 따른 비용 산출 결과의 일예는 도 6에 나타낸 바와 같은데, 기존 여행의 경우에는 패키지 여행과 자유 여행 등이 있고, 그 비용이 여행사에서 설정된 금액이다. 이에 반해 본 발명에 따른 맞춤형 여행의 경우에는 블로거 들의 다양한 상품(A, B, C)에 따라 항공과, 호텔, 식사 및 관광 등에 따른 정확한 금액이 도출된다.
도 7은 본 발명에 따른 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템 및 방법에서 복수의 여행 블로거 상품을 선택적으로 선택하는 방식에 따른 비용 산출 결과의 일 예를 나타낸 도면이다.
본 발명에 따른 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템 및 방법에서 복수의 여행 블로거 상품을 선택적으로 선택하는 방식에 따른 비용 산출 결과의 일 예는 도 7에 나타낸 바와 같은데, 예를 들어 상품A, 상품B 및 상품 C는 동일 여행지에 대한 동일 또는 다른 블로거들의 여행상품 소개로 예를 들어 상품 A는 저가형, 상품 B는 일반형, 상품 C는 고급형일 수 있고, 고객의 취향에 따라 항공, 호텔, 식사 및 관광 등을 선택할 수 있다. 이때, 블로거들에게 돌아가는 상품 인세는 고객이 선택한 구분에 따른 비용에 비례하는 방식으로 지불할 수 있다. 이와 같은 방식은 처음에는 고객이었지만 해당 지역을 여행한 후 다른 구분 항목으로 여행을 하고, 해당 여행 구분 항목에 대한 새로운 제안을 한 경우에는 리셀러가 될 수도 있으므로, 고객들의 적극적인 참여 역시 유도할 수도 있다.
도 8은 본 발명 제1실시예에 따른 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
본 발명 제1실시예에 따른 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 방법은 도 8에 나타낸 바와 같이, 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서는 여행정보 수집부(121)를 통해 여행관련 서버(200)를 통해 다양한 여행정보를 수집한다(S100).
그 다음 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서는 회원을 모집하고, 개별 여행 상품을 제공할 여행 블로거를 주기적으로 설정한다(S110). 여기서 여행 블로거는 예를 들면 블로그를 운영하되 해당 포털에서 파워 블로거로 선정된 블로거는 물론 여행을 좋아하여 자신의 블로그에 여행관련 내용을 올리는 블로거 등 여행정보를 올리는 블로거라면 그 대상을 특별히 한정할 필요는 없다. 회원과 여행 블로거는 데이터베이스(130)에 저장된다.
그리고 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서는 설정된 여행 블로거의 여행정보를 수집한다(S120). 이때, 선정된 블로거의 여행 정보는 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서 상품화하기 위하여 여행지에 대한 교통, 숙박, 관광 항목, 식사 등의 정보를 비용정보와 함께 수집한다. 또한, 국가별, 도시별로 유용한 애플리케이션 정보도 함께 수집할 수 있다
그 다음 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서는 해당 여행정보에 대한 신뢰도 등을 자체적으로 분석하여 상품으로 등록한다(S130).
이어 여행 블로거의 여행정보를 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)의 홈페이지에 노출하거나, 회원들의 이메일, 휴대폰 문자 메시지 등을 통해 노출하고 홍보한다(S140). 이때, 해당 상품에 대한 국가별, 도시별, 항공, 호텔, 식사, 관광 및 교통정보의 일부를 선택적으로 노출하고, 그에 따른 비용 정보를 노출시킨다.
그리고 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서는 해당 여행정보가 상품으로써 판매가 되었는지를 판단한다(S150).
판단결과(S150) 판매가 되었다면 구매 고객에게 여행 블로거의 여행정보 상품에 대한 완전한 정보를 제공한다(S160). 이때, 국가별, 도시별로 유용한 애플리케이션 정보도 함께 제공할 수 있다. 한편, 고객이 해당 금액에 대한 결제를 하면 관리자는 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)를 통해 여행관련 서버(200)에 접속하여 해당 여행지에 대한 교통(항공, 철도, 고속버스 등), 숙박, 식사 중 예약이 필요한 항목에 대하여 예약을 수행한다.
이어서 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서는 결제 처리부(170)를 통해 금융서버(700)에 접속하여 판매금액의 소정금액을 여행 블로거의 금융계좌로 지급한다(S170).
도 9는 본 발명 제2실시예에 따른 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이다.
본 발명 제2실시예에 따른 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 방법은 도 9에 나타낸 바와 같이, 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서는 여행정보 수집부(121)를 통해 여행관련 서버(200)를 통해 다양한 여행정보를 수집한다(S200).
그 다음 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서는 회원을 모집하고, 개별 여행 상품을 제공할 여행 블로거를 주기적으로 설정한다(S210). 여기서 여행 블로거는 예를 들면 블로그를 운영하되 해당 포털에서 파워 블로거로 선정된 블로거 일 수 도 있지만 여행정보를 자신의 블로그에 올리는 블로거라면 특별히 한정할 필요는 없다. 회원과 여행 블로거는 데이터베이스(130)에 저장된다.
그리고 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서는 설정된 여행 블로거의 여행정보를 수집한다(S220). 이때, 선정된 블로거의 여행 정보는 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서 상품화하기 위하여 여행지에 대한 교통, 숙박, 관광 항목, 식사 등의 정보를 비용정보와 함께 수집한다.
그 다음 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서는 해당 여행정보에 대한 신뢰도 등을 자체적으로 분석하여 상품으로 등록한다(S230). 이때, 관리자가 여행관련 서버(200)나 통신망(300)을 통해 인터넷 접속을 통해 확인하는 방식등으로 수행할 수 있다.
이어 여행 블로거의 여행정보를 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)의 홈페이지에 노출하거나, 회원들의 이메일, 휴대폰 문자 메시지 등을 통해 노출하고 홍보한다(S240). 이때, 해당 상품에 대한 국가별, 도시별, 항공, 호텔, 식사, 관광 및 교통정보의 일부를 선택적으로 노출하고, 그에 따른 비용 정보를 노출시킨다.
한편 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서는 회원이 홈페이지에 접속하여 여행지를 검색하면 여행정보 추출부(152)를 통해 해당 여행지에 대한 블로거들의 여행정보를 추출하여(S250), 도 7에 나타낸 바와 같이 해당 상품들에 대한 국가별, 도시별, 항공, 호텔, 식사, 관광 및 교통정보의 일부를 선택적으로 노출하고, 그에 따른 비용 정보를 노출한다(S260).
그리고 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서는 해당 여행정보가 상품으로써 판매가 되었는지를 판단한다(S270).
판단결과(S270) 판매가 되었다면 구매 고객에게 블로거의 여행정보 상품에 대한 완전한 정보를 제공한다(S280). 이때, 국가별, 도시별로 유용한 애플리케이션 정보도 함께 제공할 수 있다. 한편, 고객이 해당 금액에 대한 결제를 하면 관리자는 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)를 통해 여행관련 서버(200)에 접속하여 해당 여행지에 대한 교통(항공, 철도, 고속버스 등), 숙박, 식사 중 예약이 필요한 항목에 대하여 예약을 수행한다.
이어서 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서는 결제 처리부(170)를 통해 금융서버(700)에 접속하여 판매금액의 소정금액을 블로거의 금융계좌로 지급한다(S290).
한편 행정보를 수집하기 위해서는 이미 일반적으로 인터넷상에 있는 웹사이트나 뉴스그룹을 주기적으로 돌아다니며 자동으로 정보를 수집해 와서 자체적으로 정리하여 웹서버에 방대한 자원을 가진 데이터베이스를 구축하는 기술 중의 하나로 검색엔진(검색로봇(Robot))로부터도 여행정보를 수집할 수 있다고 할 수 있다.
참고로 검색로봇은 검색엔진이 검색 데이터베이스의 내용을 보충하기 위해, 웹페이지를 검색하여 가져오는 프로그램을 말하는 것으로, 전문검색형(全文索形) 검색엔진의 데이터베이스를 작성하기 위하여 웹페이지를 가져오는 프로그램이다. 검색 데이터베이스의 내용을 충실하게 보충하거나 이를 점검하는 역할을 한다.
전문검색형 검색엔진에서는 웹페이지의 내용을 검색엔진 쪽의 데이터베이스에 보관하고 있다가 검색 요청이 있을 때는 그 데이터베이스를 검색하여 결과를 꺼내 보여준다. 검색로봇은 이 데이터베이스에 수록되어 있지 않은 웹페이지나 갱신된 웹페이지를 찾아내 그 결과를 데이터베이스에 반영시킨다.
검색로봇이 웹페이지를 찾아내는 수단이나 검색의 대상으로 삼는 파일의 종류는 여러 가지이다. 검색로봇에 따라서는 텍스트파일이나 PDF파일, 엑셀이나 워드프로세서 등으로 작성한 문서 파일도 가져간다. 이 때문에 접속할 수 있는 권한을 제대로 설정해 놓지 않아 기업의 기밀문서가 노출되는 경우도 있다. 검색로봇에 의해 검색되지 않기를 원하는 파일은 이를 저장할 때 HTML파일 내에 검색을 거부하는 것을 명시한 메타태그(META TAG)를 기입하거나 웹 서버의 공개 디렉터리 최상층에 로봇의 거동을 지정하는 파일을 배치하는 방법이 있다.
이와 같은 검색엔진(검색로봇)과, 데이터베이스에 저장된 블로그 정보와, 여행 블로거 스마트 기기(500)를 이용한 여행 블로거들의 여행정보의 신규 로드, 정보 업데이트를 하이브리드앱 기술을 통해 맞춤형 여행정보 제공 서버(100)에서 수집되는 모든 정보를 데이터베이스에 저장하고, 이를 플랫폼과 모바일앱에서 동일하게 노출하도록 하는 기술을 이용한다면 여행정보의 수집이 용이할 것이다.
본 발명을 첨부된 도면과 함께 설명하였으나, 이는 본 발명의 요지를 포함하는 다양한 실시 형태 중의 하나의 실시예에 불과하며, 당업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 하는 데에 그 목적이 있는 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 설명된 실시예에만 국한되는 것이 아님은 명확하다. 따라서, 본 발명의 보호범위는 하기의 청구범위에 의해 해석되어야 하며, 본 발명의 요지를 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서의 변경, 치환, 대체 등에 의해 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함될 것이다. 또한, 도면의 일부 구성은 구성을 보다 명확하게 설명하기 위한 것으로 실제보다 과장되거나 축소되어 제공된 것임을 명확히 한다.

    여행사 서버(210), 항공사 서버(220), 교통정보 제공서버(230), 숙박정보 제공서버(240) 및 관광정보 제공서버(250)로 구성되는 여행관련 서버(200);
    상기 여행 블로거들의 블로그(400, 410, 420)와 상기 여행관련 서버(200)를 통해 여행정보가 수집되고, 상기 수집된 여행정보 중 상기 여행 블로거들의 블로그(400, 410, 420)로부터 수집된 정보가 상기 여행관련 서버(200)를 통해 수집된 여행정보로부터 점검되며, 상기 수집 및 점검된 여행정보에서 상기 여행 블로거별로 국가별, 도시별 항공, 호텔, 식사, 관광, 교통정보 및 그에 따른 비용정보가 추출되며, 여행자 스마트 기기(600) 및 여행자 PC(800)로부터 요청된 여행정보에 대하여 상기 추출된 정보를 이용하여 동일여행지에 대한 동일 블로거 또는 서로 다른 블로거들의 여행정보를 제공하되, 복수개의 항공, 호텔, 식사 관광 및 교통정보 항목 각각에 대하여 여행자의 취향과 가격에 따라 항목별로 선택적으로 선택할 수 있도록 항목별로 서로 다른 복수 개의 비용정보가 상기 여행자 스마트 기기(600) 및 여행자 PC(800)로 제공되고, 제공된 여행정보에 대하여 여행상품으로 판매가 수행되면 상기 여행상품 판매에 기여한 여행 블로거들의 금융계좌로 판매된 상기 여행상품의 가격 및 항목에 비례하여 비용지급이 결정되는 맞춤형 여행정보 제공 서버(100); 및
    통신망(300)을 통해 상기 맞춤형 여행정보 제공 서버(100)에 접속되어 여행관련 정보가 검색되고, 상기 여행상품의 구매 요청 및 결제가 수행되는 상기 여행자 스마트 기기(600) 및 여행자 PC(800);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 맞춤형 여행정보 제공 서버(100)는,
    상기 통신망(300)을 통해 여행관련 서버(200), 여행정보 블로그(400), 여행 블로거 스마트 기기(500), 여행자 스마트 기기(600), 금융서버(700) 및 여행자 PC(800)와 통신하는 통신부(110)와,
    상기 통신망(300)을 통해 여행관련 서버(200)로부터 여행정보가 수집되는 여행정보 수집부(121)와,
    상기 통신망(300)을 통해 상기 여행정보 블로그(400)와 여행 블로거 스마트 기기(500)로부터 여행정보가 수집되는 여행 블로거 정보 수집부(122)와,
    상기 여행정보 수집부(121)와, 여행 블로거 정보 수집부(122)로부터 수집된 여행정보 및 여행 블로거 여행정보와, 맞춤형 여행 정보를 제공받고자 하는 회원들의 고객정보의 이름, 연락처, 이메일 주소, 주민번호 정보와, 상기 여행 블로거의이름, 연락처, 주민번호, 블로그 정보, 통장정보와, 상기 여행관련 서버 정보, 고객들의 결제 정보, 여행 블로거에 대한 지급 정보 및 여행 블로거들의 여행정보 중 국가별, 도시별 항공, 호텔, 식사, 관광, 교통정보 및 그에 따른 비용정보로 분류한 정보 및 국가별, 도시별로 유용한 애플리케이션 정보가 저장되는 데이터베이스(130)와,
    상기 맞춤형 여행정보 제공 서버(100)의 관리자가 서버에 접속할 수 있도록 하는 인터페이스(140)와,
    상기 여행정보 수집부(121)와, 여행 블로거 정보 수집부(122)로부터 수집된 여행정보 및 여행 블로거 여행정보가 검색되고, 상기 여행 블로거들의 여행정보 중 국가별, 도시별 항공, 호텔, 식사, 관광, 교통정보 및 그에 따른 비용정보가 추출되며, 상기 추출된 정보에 따라 상기 여행자 스마트 기기(600) 및 여행자 PC(800)로부터 요청된 여행정보가 상기 여행자 스마트 기기(600) 및 여행자 PC(800)로 제공되는 맞춤형 여행정보 처리부(150)와,
    회원 가입 고객의 상품 구매 시 페이 앱 방식의 구매와, 각종 안내를 위한 문자가 처리되는 SMS처리부(160)와,
    상품 구매 시 설정된 방식으로 결제가 수행되는 결제처리부(170)와,
    상기 여행자 스마트 기기(600)로 상기 맞춤형 여행정보 제공 서버(100)에서 제공되는 여행상품이 안내되거나, 구매한 상품에 대한 안내가 수행되는 여행정보 애플리케이션 관리부(180) 및
    상기 통신부(110), 여행정보 수집부(121), 여행 블로거 정보 수집부(122), 데이터베이스(130), 인터페이스(140), 맞춤형 여행정보 처리부(150), 여행정보 검색부(151), 여행정보 추출부(152), 여행정보 제공부(153), SMS처리부(160), 결제처리부(170) 및 여행정보 애플리케이션 관리부(180)를 제어하는 제어부(190)를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 여행 블로거 정보 수집부(122)에서 수집하는 여행정보는,
    국가별, 도시별 항공, 호텔, 식사, 관광, 교통정보 및 그에 따른 비용정보와 함께 상기 국가별, 도시별로 유용한 애플리케이션 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 결제처리부(170)는,
    SMS(건별)를 이용한 결제 방식, 결제링크(QR 코드)를 이용한 결제 방식, 아웃바운드 및 인바운드 여행을 위한 결제 방식을 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 시스템.
  5. 맞춤형 여행정보 제공 서버(100)에 여행정보 수집부(121)를 통해 여행 블로거들의 블로그(400, 410, 420)와 여행관련 서버(200)로부터 여행정보가 수집되고, 상기 수집된 여행정보 중 상기 여행 블로거들의 블로그(400, 410, 420)로부터 수집된 정보가 상기 여행관련 서버(200)를 통해 수집된 여행정보로부터 점검되는 단계(S100);
    상기 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에는 모집된 회원의 회원정보가 데이터베이스(130)에 저장되고(S110), 개별 여행 상품을 제공할 여행 블로거가 주기적으로 설정되어 상기 데이터베이스(130)에 저장되는 단계;
    상기 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에 저장된 상기 여행 블로거의 여행정보가 상기 여행 블로거별로 국가별, 도시별 항공, 호텔, 식사, 관광, 교통정보 및 그에 따른 비용정보로 수집되어(S120) 상기 데이터베이스(130)에 저장되며, 저장된 여행정보가 상기 여행 블로거별 상품으로 등록되는 단계(S130);
    상기 여행 블로거의 여행정보가 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)의 홈페이지에 선택적으로 부분 노출되거나, 회원들의 이메일이나 문자 메시지를 통해 선택적으로 부분 노출되어 홍보되는 단계(S140);
    상기 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에서는 여행자 스마트 기기(600) 및 여행자 PC(800)로부터 요청된 여행정보에 대하여 동일 블로거 또는 서로 다른 블로거들의 여행정보를 제공하되, 복수개의 항공, 호텔, 식사 관광 및 교통정보 항목 각각에 대하여 여행자의 취향과 가격에 따라 서로 다른 복수 개의 비용정보로 상기 여행자 스마트 기기(600) 및 여행자 PC(800)로 제공되고, 제공된 여행정보에 대하여 해당 여행정보가 상품으로써 판매가 되면 구매 고객의 상기 여행자 스마트 기기(600)나 여행자 PC(800)로 여행정보 상품에 대한 완전한 정보가 제공되는 단계(S160); 및
    상기 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)의 결제 처리부(170)가 금융서버(700)에 접속되어 여행 블로거의 금융계좌로 판매금액의 소정금액 지급이 요청되는 단계(S170);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 방법.
  6. 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에 여행정보 수집부(121)를 통해 여행관련 서버(200)로부터 여행정보가 수집되는 단계(S200);
    상기 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)의 데이터베이스(130)에 모집된 회원의 회원정보가 저장되고, 개별 여행 상품을 제공할 여행 블로거가 주기적으로 설정되어 상기 데이터베이스(130)에 저장되는 단계(S210);
    상기 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)에 저장된 상기 여행 블로거의 여행정보가 상기 여행 블로거별로 국가별, 도시별 항공, 호텔, 식사, 관광, 교통정보 및 그에 따른 비용정보로 수집되고(S220), 상기 여행관련 서버(200)를 통해 수집된 여행정보로부터 상기 여행 블로거별로 수집된 상기 여행정보가 점검되어 상기 수집 및 점검된 상기 여행 블로거별 여행정보가 상기 데이터베이스(130)에 저장되며, 저장된 여행정보가 여행 블로거별 상품으로 등록되는 단계(S230);
    상기 여행 블로거의 여행정보가 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)의 홈페이지에 선택적으로 부분 노출되거나, 회원들의 이메일, 휴대폰 문자 메시지를 통해 선택적으로 부분 노출되어 홍보되는 단계(S240);
    상기 회원 고객의 여행자 스마트 기기(600)나 여행자 PC(800)가 상기 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)의 홈페이지에 접속되어 여행상품이 검색되면 상기 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)는 상기 여행자 스마트 기기(600) 및 여행자 PC(800)로부터 요청된 여행정보에 대하여 상기 수집된 정보를 이용하여 동일여행지에 대한 동일 블로거 또는 서로 다른 블로거들의 여행정보를 제공하되, 복수개의 항공, 호텔, 식사 관광 및 교통정보 항목 각각에 대하여 여행자의 취향과 가격에 따라 항목별로 선택적으로 선택할 수 있도록 항목별로 서로 다른 복수 개의 비용정보가 추출되어(S250) 상기 여행자 스마트 기기(600) 및 여행자 PC(800)로 선택적으로 부분 노출되는 단계(S260);
    상기 부분 노출된 여행정보가 상품으로써 판매가 되면 구매 고객의 상기 여행자 스마트기기(600)나 여행자 PC(800)로 판매된 여행정보 상품에 대한 완전한 정보가 제공되는 단계(S280); 및
    상기 맞춤형 여행정보 제공서버(100)의 결제 처리부(170)를 통해 금융서버(700)에 접속되어 여행 블로거의 금융계좌로 판매금액의 소정금액 지급이 요청되는 단계(S290);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 방법.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 여행 블로거는 블로그를 운영하되 해당 포털에서 파워 블로거로 선정된 블로거 또는 블로그에 여행정보를 올린 블로거인 것을 특징으로 하는 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 여행 블로거들의 여행정보가 상기 여행 블로거들별로 부분적으로 선택되면 상기 판매금액의 소정금액이 상기 여행 블로거들의 금융계좌로 지급될 때 고객이 선택한 구분에 따른 비용에 비례하는 방식으로 지불되는 것을 특징으로 하는 여행자를 위한 맞춤형 서비스 제공 방법.
