Description

통신 시스템에서 컨텐츠 제공 시스템 및 방법
본 발명은 통신 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 사용자들에게 전자 도서, 동영상, 전자 앨범 등의 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위해, 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠(contents)를 제공하는 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
현재 통신 시스템에서는 고속의 전송 속도를 가지는 다양한 서비스 품질(QoS: Quality of Service, 이하 'QoS'라 칭하기로 함)의 서비스들을 사용자들에게 제공하기 위한 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 또한, 현재 통신 시스템에서는 유무선 단말들을 통해 사용자들에게 사용자들이 원하는 다양한 서비스, 예컨대 전자 도서, 동영상, 전자 앨범 등의 다양한 서비스를 원활히 제공하기 위한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 특히 이러한 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠의 대용량 데이터를 한정된 자원을 통해 고속 및 안정적으로 전송하기 위한 방안들에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다.
한편, 일반적으로, 도서는 한 번 읽으면 다시 읽지 않을 가능성이 큰 일회성 성향의 물품이므로, 사용자들은 도서를 구매하기보다는 도서관에서 대출하여 읽는 경우가 많다.
통상적으로 도서관에서 도서를 대출하거나 반납하기 위해서는 도서관에서 근무하는 도서 관리자를 통해야 한다. 그러나, 대출 및 반납을 하려는 사용자들이 많을 경우 도서 관리자를 많이 두어야 하므로 인건비가 상승하는 문제점이 있고, 도서 관리자를 적게 두는 경우 도서를 대출 및 반납하는 데 많은 시간이 소요되어 도서 대출 사용자들에게 불편함을 줄 수 있는 문제점이 있었다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 도서관에는 많은 도서 대출 사용자들이 도서 대출 관리자를 거치지 않고 도서를 대출 및 반납할 수 있는 고가의 무인 도서 대출/반납 시스템이 설치되고 있다. 무인 도서 대출/반납 시스템은, RFID(Radio Frequency ID(identification)) 태그(tag)가 부착되는 도서와 무인 정보 단말기, 예컨대 키오스크(kiosk) 형태의 무인 도서 대출/반납 장치로 구성되어 대출하고자 하는 도서를 무인 도서 대출/반납 장치에 업로드한 후 대출 사용자 정보를 입력하면 도서들의 RFID 태그를 사용하여 도서 대출/반납 장치에 올려놓은 도서에 대해 대출 및 반납 처리를 수행한다.
그러나, 무인 도서 대출/반납 시스템, 도서 대출/반납 장치가 고가임으로 초기 비용이 많이 발생되는 문제점이 있으며, 도서 대출/반납 사용자가 많은 경우 도서 대출/반납을 위한 사용자의 대기 시간이 증가하므로 사용자에게 불편을 제공하는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 현재 사용자들의 다양한 서비스에 대한 요구, 특히 전자 도서, 동영상, 전자 앨범 등에 대해 대출/반납을 통한 서비스 제공 요구에 따라, 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠를 사용자들이 용이하게 접근/접속하여 원활하게 제공받을 수 있도록, 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠를 제공하는 방안, 특히 컨텐츠의 대출/반납을 처리하여 컨텐츠를 제공하는 방안이 필요하다.
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은, 통신 시스템에서 컨텐츠(contents) 제공 시스템 및 방법을 제공함에 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 목적은, 통신 시스템에서 사용자들에게 전자 도서, 동영상, 전자 앨범 등의 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위해, 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠(contents)를 제공하는 시스템 및 방법을 제공함에 있다.
그리고, 본 발명의 또 다른 목적은, 통신 시스템에서 사용자들의 다양한 서비스에 대한 요구, 특히 전자 도서, 동영상, 전자 앨범 등에 대해 대출/반납을 통한 서비스 제공 요구에 따라, 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠를 사용자들이 용이하게 접근/접속하여 원활하게 제공받을 수 있도록, 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠를 제공하는 방안, 특히 컨텐츠의 대출/반납을 처리하여 컨텐츠를 제공하는 시스템 및 방법을 제공함에 있다.
상기한 목적들을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 시스템은, 사용자로부터 컨텐츠 요청이 입력되면, 상기 컨텐츠 요청에 해당하는 컨텐츠를 출력하는 단말; 상기 컨텐츠 요청에 상응하여 상기 컨텐츠에 대한 사용자 인증을 수행한 후, 상기 컨텐츠를 서버로부터 수신하여 상기 단말에게 제공하는 정보 표시 기기; 및 상기 정보 표시 기기와 상기 사용자 인증을 수행하며, 상기 컨텐츠를 상기 정보 표시 기기로 전송하여 제공하는 서버;를 포함하며; 상기 단말과 상기 정보 표시 기기 간의 통신을 통해, 상기 컨텐츠에 대한 대출 및 반납을 처리한다.
상기한 목적들을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 방법은, 사용자로부터 컨텐츠 요청이 입력되면, 상기 컨텐츠 요청에 상응하여 상기 컨텐츠에 대한 사용자 인증을 수행하는 단계; 상기 사용자에게 해당하는 컨텐츠 정보를 제공한 후, 상기 컨텐츠 정보에 상응하여 상기 사용자로부터 요청된 상기 컨텐츠의 대출을 처리하여, 상기 컨텐츠를 사용자에게 제공하는 단계; 및 상기 사용자로부터 요청된 상기 컨텐츠의 반납을 처리하는 단계;를 포함한다.
본 발명은, 통신 시스템에서 사용자들의 단말과 컨텐츠를 제공하는 정보 통신 기기, 예컨대 NFC(Near Field Communication) 기기, DID(Digital Information Display) 기기, 및 키오스크(kiosk) 등 간이 통신을 수행함으로써, 사용자들의 다양한 서비스에 대한 요구, 특히 전자 도서, 동영상, 전자 앨범 등에 대해 대출/반납을 통한 서비스 제공 요구에 따른, 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠를 사용자들이 용이하게 접근/접속하여 원활하게 제공받을 수 있으며, 특히 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠의 대출/반납을 신속하게 처리하여 사용자들에게 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠를 고속으로 제공할 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 하기의 설명에서는 본 발명에 따른 동작을 이해하는데 필요한 부분만이 설명되며 그 이외 부분의 설명은 본 발명의 요지를 흩뜨리지 않도록 생략될 것이라는 것을 유의하여야 한다.
본 발명은, 통신 시스템에서 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠(contents)를 제공하는 방안을 제안한다. 여기서, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 사용자들이 요구하는 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠를, 전자 도서, 동영상, 전자 앨범 등의 컨텐츠를 일 예로 하여 설명하지만, 본 발명에서 제안하는 컨텐츠 제공 방안은, 사용자들에게 제공하고자 하는 모든 서비스 컨텐츠에 적용될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 통신 시스템에서, 사용자들의 단말, 예컨대 모바일 기기 및 스마트 기기 등으로, 컨텐츠를 제공하여, 사용자들이 컨텐츠에 해당하는 다양한 서비스를 제공받을 수 있도록, 사용자들의 단말과 컨텐츠를 제공하는 정보 표시 기기, 예컨대 NFC(Near Field Communication) 기기, DID(Digital Information Display) 기기, 및 키오스크(kiosk) 등 간이 통신을 수행하여, 컨텐츠를 제공한다. 여기서, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 사용자들의 단말과, 정보 표시 기기, 및 컨텐츠 제공을 위한 서버들 간이, 통신을 수행함으로써, 사용자들의 다양한 서비스에 대한 요구, 특히 전자 도서, 동영상, 전자 앨범 등에 대해 대출/반납을 통한 서비스 제공 요구에 따른, 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠를 사용자들이 용이하게 접근/접속하여 원활하게 제공받을 수 있으며, 특히 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠의 대출/반납을 신속하게 처리하여 사용자들에게 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠를 고속으로 제공할 수 있다.
그리고, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 통신 시스템에서 전자 도서, 전자 음원, 이미지, 플래시, 동영상 등의 컨텐츠에 대한 정보를 포함한 QR코드(Quick Response Code)를, 사용자들이 단말, 예컨대 모바일 기기 또는 스마트 기기를 통해 정보 표시 기기, 예컨대 DID 기기 또는 키오스크로부터 인식하여, 단말에 저장된 어플리케이션(application), 예컨대 컨텐츠 어플리케이션을 통해, 상기 컨텐츠에 대한 대출/열람을 처리하여, 사용자들에게 용이하고 신속하게 컨텐츠를 제공할 수 있다. 여기서, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 컨텐츠를 제작 및 판매하는 제공자(provider) 또는 컨텐츠에 대한 저작권 인증자의 저작권 인증 서버를 통해 인증된 컨텐츠, 예컨대 전자 도서를, 단말, 특히 컨텐츠 사용 인증 사용자 모바일 단말기에 저장된 GPS(Global Positioning System) 기능을 이용하여, 컨텐츠 제공자, 예컨대 전자 도서를 제공하는 도서관 또는 전자 도서 제공자의 정보를 제공하는 정보 표시 기기, 예컨대 DID 기기 또는 키오스크의 위치를 검색하도록 하여, 사용자들이 단말을 통해 DID 기기 또는 키오스크에 용이하게 접근/접속할 있으며, 그에 따라 정보 표시 기기, 즉 DID 기기 또는 키오스크로부터 단말을 통해 컨텐츠 제공자가 제공하는 컨텐츠를 용이하고 신속하게 제공받을 있다.
아울러, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 통신 시스템에서 사용자들이 단말, 예컨대 PC, 스마트폰, 태블릿 PC, 스마트 TV 등의 스마트 기기를 이용하여, 컨텐츠, 예컨대 전자 도서, 전자 음원, 이미지, 플래시, 동영상 등을 정보 표시 기기로부터 열람 및 반납할 수 있도록, 다양한 사이즈와 OS(Operating System)를 지원하는 플랫폼을 이용하여 컨텐츠를 제공한다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 통신 시스템에서 정보 표시 기기로부터 단말을 통해 다양한 서비스의 컨텐츠를 제공할 경우, 컨텐츠를 제공 및 관리하는 관리 서버, 즉 통합 컨텐츠 관리 서버에 저장 및 등록된 컨텐츠를 제공받는 횟수를 산출한 후, 최대 이용 컨텐츠에 해당하는 어플리케이션을 사용자의 단말로 자동으로 전송하여, 사용자가 용이하고 신속하게 컨텐츠를 제공받을 수 있도록 하며, 아울러 사용자가 다른 사용자의 단말로 자신이 제공받은 컨텐츠에 대한 정보를 전송하여, 다른 사용자와 컨텐츠를 공유할 수 있다. 여기서, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 관리 서버에 등록 및 저장된 컨텐츠, 예컨대 전자 도서의 열람 건수를 산출하여, 최대 열람 전자 도서를 사용자의 단말에 저장된 어플리케이션에 전송하여, 사용자가 단말을 통해 용이하게 전자 도서를 열람할 수 있도록 하며, 또한 관리 서버에 등록 및 저장된 전자 도서의 목록에서 추천하고자 하는 전자 도서를 다른 사용자들에게 SNS(Social Networking Service) 또는 SMS(Short Message Service)를 통해 공유할 수 있다.
여기서, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 관리 서버의 통계 데이터 베이스를 통해, 컨텐츠의 제공 횟수를 집계하여 컨텐츠에 대한 이용 등급 정보 생성한 후, 등급 정보를 바탕으로 컨텐츠 이용에 대한 쿠폰을 단말에게 제공, 예컨대 전자 도서의 대출 및 반납 횟수를 집계하여 등급 별로 구분한 후, 전자 도서의 이용량으로 구분된 등급 별 인증 코드를 사용자에게 부여하고, 이를 통한 다독, 독서 가족 인증 그리고 일정기간 동안 독서량이 많은 상위 레벨에 대한 독서 쿠폰을 제공하며, 이때 등급 별 인증 코드를 통해 컨텐츠를 제공받을 단말에 대한 회원증에 아이콘 및 QR코드를 자동으로 생성하여, 사용자가 단말을 통해 정보 표시 기기와 통신을 수행할 경우, 아이콘 및 QR코드를 단말 및 정보 표시 기기를 통해 제공한다.
그리고, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 단말의 NFC 기능을 통해 정보 통신 기기와 양방향 통신을 수행하며, 이때 사용자 정보, 예컨대 사용자의 성별, 연령, 위치, 선호도 등에 상응하여 사용자에게 적합한 컨텐츠, 예컨대 전자 도서 등을 제공할 수 있다. 여기서, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 정보 표시 기기가 위치한 지역에서, 다른 사용자들에게 이전에 제공한 컨텐츠의 통계 데이터, 예컨대 정보 표시 기기의 위치 별로 정보 표시 기기가 모든 사용자 단말들에게 제공한 컨텐츠의 통계 데이터를 바탕으로, 컨텐츠 리스트 정보 및 선호도 정보를 추출하여 단말을 통해 사용자에게 제공할 수 있으며, 이때 GPS를 통한 지도에 매핑하여 제공, 예컨대 인터넷 맵(map) 또는 맵 어플리케이션에 매쉬업(Mashup) 형태로 표출하여 제공한다.

또한, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 사용자의 컨텐츠 정보 요청에 대해 단말을 식별하여 컨텐츠를 제공하는 정보 표시 기기의 정보, 컨텐츠 파일 정보, 컨텐츠 제공 이력 정보, 예컨대 전자 도서의 대출 및 반납 이력 정보를, 관리 서버가 관리 및 제공하며, 특히 관리 서버는 컨텐츠를 제공하는 컨텐츠 서버, 예컨대 전자 도서를 제공하는 복수의 기관 및 도서관들(일 예로, 문화관광부, 국립중앙도서관, 국회도서관, 대학도서관, 시립도서관, 구립도서관 등)과 정보 채널에 의한 인터페이스를 통해 통신을 수행하여, 사용자가 요청한 컨텐츠 제공을 위한 정보를 공유하며, 아울러 컨텐츠 서버로부터 사용자가 요청한 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠를 제공받아, 정보 표시 기기로 전송하여, 정보 표시 기기 및 단말을 통해 컨텐츠를 사용자에게 제공한다.
그리고, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 사용자들 중에서 시각 장애 사용자가 점자(braille) 인식을 통해 컨텐츠, 예컨대 전자 도서를 검색하고, 검색된 전자 도서의 대출 여부를 스피커폰을 통해 통지받으며, 컨텐츠의 제공을 원할 시에, 다시 말해 전자 도서의 대출을 원할 시에는 단말의 화면에 점자 입력을 위한 점자 입력 창이 표출되고, 점자 입력 창을 통해 점자 입력 시에 양각이 아닌 단말의 진동을 통해, 입력된 점자의 초성, 중성, 종성에 해당하는 문자를 인식할 수 있으며, 점자 입력에 상응한 단말과 정보 표시 기기 간의 통신을 통해, 점자 입력에 상응하는 정보를 디지털 문자로 변환하여 정보 표시 기기 및 관리 서버로 제공하고, 전자 도서의 대출/반납 처리 및 대출된 전자 도서에 관한 정보를 TTS(Text To Speech) 기능을 통해 음성으로 변환하여 사용자에게 제공한다. 다시 말해, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 단말의 점자 입력 창을 통해 컨텐츠 제공을 요청하며, 컨텐츠 제공 요청에 대응하는 컨텐츠 제공 응답 정보를 음성으로 정보 표시 기기 및 단말을 통해 제공할 수 있다.
즉, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 전자 도서의 대출, 반납을 용이하게 하고, 사용자 별 맞춤형 전자 도서 서비스를 제공하기 위해 단말에 저장된 NFC와 정보 표시 기기, 예컨대 DID 기기 간의 통신을 통해, 모바일 기기를 이용한 전자 도서의 대출 및 반납, 그리고 전자 도서 대출 및 반납에 상응한 컨텐츠 정보를 QR코드를 통해 식별 및 공유하며, 또한 스마트 기기 진동식 점자 인지를 제공하여 시각 장애 사용자에게도 전자 도서, 즉 컨텐츠를 제공한다.
예를 들어, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 독서의 저변 확대를 위해, 지하철역 등의 유동 인구가 많은 지역에 설치된 키오스크, DID 기기 등의 정보 표시 기기가, 앱 환경 설정에서 기 등록한 모바일 사용자의 기본 정보(예컨대, 성별, 나이, 독서 취향 등)를 NFC를 통하여 인식한 후, DID 기기의 화면에서 맞춤형 추천 도서 정보를 QR코드를 통해 제공받으며, 언제 어디서나 전자 도서의 대출 및 반납이 가능하게 한다. 또한, 사용자의 독서 등급별 인증 코드를 부여하여 모바일 회원증 및 기타 도서 회원증 발급 시 아이콘 형태의 인증 마크를 부여하여 상위 독서층에 대한 보상, 예컨대 쿠폰을 제공할 수 있다.
이를 위해, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 유동 인구가 많은 공공 장소에 설치되어 모바일, 스마트 기기 등의 단말을 통한 QR코드 인식이 가능하게 하는 키오스크, DID 기기 등의 정보 표시 기기와, 시간과 공간에 구애받지 않고 정보 표시 기기의 위치 검색 및 전자 도서에 대한 대출/반납을 할 수 있도록 하는 어플리케이션, 및 단말과 정보 통신 기기를 통해 전자 도서의 대출/반납 처리 정보를 수신하여, 통계 데이터를 집계/처리하는 관리 서버를 포함하며, 사용자에게 전자 도서를 제공하는 사용자의 단말, 및 전자 도서, 즉 컨텐츠를 제공하는 전자 도서관, 즉 컨텐츠 서버를 포함한다. 여기서, 어플리케이션은, 사용자의 단말 및 정보 표시 기기에 저장될 수 있으며, 상기 어플리케이션은, 사용자의 기본 정보로 성별, 연령, 독서 취향 정보와 현재 위치에 대한 정보를, 사용자가 단말을 통해 정보 표시 기기와 통신을 시작하거나 또는 사용자가 정보 표시 기기에 터치함에 따라, 정보 표시 기기에서 인식한 후, 관리 서버에 등록된 사용자의 기본 정보를 인식하여 사용자에게 적합한 전자 도서 정보를 관리 서버로부터 추출하고, 전자 도서 정보를 정보 표시 기기 및 단말의 화면을 통해 표출(표시)하여 제공한다. 이때, 관리 서버에 등록된 도서 대출 및 반납 정보와, 전자도서 대출 및 반납 정보를 참조하여, 사용자의 도서 이용 횟수를 집계하여 독서 등급별 모바일 회원증 및 쿠폰을 발급한다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 시각 장애 사용자를 위해, 점자 입력을 진동형 모바일 점자 입력으로 활용하여, 점자 입력과 입력된 정보의 해석 및 인지, 다시 말해 단말의 화면 터치를 통한 점자 입력 시에 초성, 중성, 종성을 진동으로 파악하여 문자 인식 및 클릭을 지원하며, 점자 입력 및 점자 입력에 상응한 해당 컨텐츠의 상세 정보는 TTS(Text To Speech) 기능을 통해 문자를 음성으로 전환하여 시각 장애 사용자에게 제공한다.
그러므로, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 키오스크, DID 기기 등의 정보 표시 기기 및 매체를 이용하여 컨텐츠, 예컨대 전자 도서를, 지하철역, 구청, 도서관, 버스 정류장 등의 공공 장소에서도 사용자가 모바일 기기, 스마트 기기 등의 단말을 통해 도서관에 가지 않고도 이용이 가능, 즉 대출/반납을 통해 용이하고 신속하게 제공받을 수 있다. 다시 말해, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 도서관 방문이 어려운 사용자 및 자투리 시간을 활용해 책을 읽기 위한 대출 및 반납을 원하는 사용자들을 위해, 전자 도서 대출/반납을 용이하게 하며, 또한 다양한 전자 도서 컨텐츠를 신속하게 제공받을 수 있도록 함으로써, 또 하나의 작은 도서관 구축 및 독서의 저변확대에 기여할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 본 발명의 실시 예에서는, 전자도서 외에도 동영상, 전자 앨범 등의 컨텐츠를, 대출/반납 프로세스를 적용하여 용이하고 신속하게 제공함에 따라, 사용자들에게 다양한 컨텐츠를 제공할 수 있으며, 지하철역 및 공공 시설 등의 유동 인구가 많은 공공 장소에 스마트 라이브러리(Smart Library) 시스템을 구축하여, 용이하게 컨텐츠를 사용자들에게 제공할 수 있다.
그러면 이하에서는, 도 1 내지 도 6을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 통신 시스템에서 컨텐츠를 제공하는 시스템 및 방법에 대해서 보다 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 통신 시스템에서 컨텐츠 제공 시스템의 구조를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 상기 컨텐츠 제공 시스템은, 사용자가 컨텐츠를 제공받기 위한 단말(110), 상기 단말(110)을 통해 사용자에게 컨텐츠를 제공하는 정보 표시 기기(130), 컨텐츠 제공을 관리하는 관리 서버(140), 컨텐츠에 대한 인증을 처리하는 인증 서버(160), 컨텐츠 제공에 상응한 정보 및 컨텐츠를 표시하는 표출 매체(150), 사용자들이 요구한 다양한 서비스에 해당하는 컨텐츠를 제공하는 컨텐츠 서버(170), 및 상기 컨텐츠 제공을 위해 상기 단말(110)과 정보 표시 기기(130)에 저장되는 어플리케이션(120)을 포함한다.
여기서, 상기 컨텐츠 제공 시스템에서, 전술한 바와 같이, 사용자가, 모바일 기기 및 스마트 기기 등의 단말(110), 또는 NFC 기기, DID 기기, 및 키오스크 등의 정보 표시 기기(130)을 통해 컨텐츠, 예컨대 전자 도서, 동영상, 전자 앨범 등을 제공받고자 할 경우, 단말(110) 및 정보 표시 기기(130) 간의 통신을 통해, 관리 서버(140)가 컨텐츠 서버(170)로부터 제공되는 컨텐츠를, 정보 표시 기기(130)로 전송하여, 단말(110) 및 정보 표시 기기(130)를 통해 사용자에게 제공한다.
이하에서는, 설명의 편의를 위해, 상기 컨텐츠 제공 시스템에서 사용자가 단말(110)을 통해 컨텐츠를 요청하고, 또한 이러한 요청에 상응한 컨텐츠를 상기 단말(110)을 통해 컨텐츠를 제공하는 경우를 중심으로 설명하지만, 사용자가 직접 정보 표시 기기(130)를 통해 컨텐츠를 요청하고, 정보 표시 기기(130)를 통해 컨텐츠를 제공 받을 수도 있다. 또한, 상기 컨텐츠 제공 시스템에서 단말(110)을 통해 컨텐츠를 제공함에 따라, 컨텐츠 제공을 위해 해당하는 어플리케이션(120)은, 상기 단말(110)에 저장 및 구현되는 것을 중심으로 설명하기로 한다. 여기서, 상기 정보 표시 기기(130)는, 전술한 바와 같이, 지하철역, 구청, 도서관, 버스 정류장 등의 공공 장소에 위치하는 DID 기기 및 키오스크가 될 수 있으며, 컨텐츠 서버는, 전자 도서를 제공하는 복수의 기관 및 도서관들(일 예로, 문화관광부, 국립중앙도서관, 국회도서관, 대학도서관, 시립도서관, 구립도서관 등)이 될 수 있다. 그러면 여기서, 도 3을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 통신 시스템에서 컨텐츠 제공 시스템에 대해서 보다 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 통신 시스템의 컨텐츠 제공 시스템에서 단말, 정보 표시 기기, 및 관리 서버의 구조를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 상기 컨텐츠 제공 시스템에서, 단말(310)은, 정보 표시 기기(320)의 위치를 검색하는 위치 검색 모듈(312), 컨텐츠 제공, 예컨대 전자 도서의 대출 및 반납을 확인하는 확인 모듈(314), 컨텐츠 제공 횟수, 예컨대 전자 도서의 이용 횟수에 따라 쿠폰을 신청하는 신청 모듈(316), 및 점자 입력을 통한 컨텐츠 제공을 위해 전자 입력을 인식하는 인식 모듈(318)을 포함한다.
보다 구체적으로 설명하면, 상기 단말(310)의 위치 검색 모듈(312)은, 단말(310)에 구현된 GPS 모듈을 통해 현재 단말(310)의 위치 정보를 바탕으로, 상기 (310)에서 인접한 정보 표시 기기(320)의 위치를 검색하여, 상기 정보 표시 기기(320)의 위치 정보를 매쉬업 형태로 표출하여 제공하며, 이때 상기 단말(310)의 현재 위치에서 상기 정보 표시 기기(320)까지의 거리 및 방향, 그리고 지점 명칭 등에 대한 정보를 단말(310)의 화면 하단 리스트에 표출한다.
그리고, 상기 단말(310)의 확인 모듈(314)은, 상기 위치 검색 모듈(312)을 통해 검색된 정보 표시 기기(320)로부터 제공받을 수 있는 컨텐츠에 대한 정보, 예컨대 전자 도서의 보유 현황, 전자 도서 대출/반납 현황, 뿐만 아니라 음악 앨범, 영화 등에 대한 보유 현황 및 음악 앨범 및 영화의 대출/반납 현황 등을 조회하여 확인한다.
또한, 상기 단말(310)의 신청 모듈(316)은, 오프라인에서의 컨텐츠 서버로부터 컨텐츠 제공, 예컨대 오프라인 도서관에서의 도서 대출/반납 데이터 베이스와, 온라인에서의 컨텐츠 서버로부터 컨텐츠 제공, 예컨대 관리 서버(330)의 데이터 베이스에서 통합 집계된 정보를 바탕으로, 컨텐츠 이용 등급을 구분, 예컨대 독서 등급을 엔터프라이즈(enterprise), 스탠다드(standard), 베이직(basic) 등으로 구분한 후, 각각의 등급별 다독 회원에 대한 쿠폰 지급 가능 여부를 확인한다.
아울러, 상기 단말(310)의 인식 모듈(318)은, 사용자들에서 시각 장애 사용자에게 컨텐츠를 제공할 경우, 전술한 바와 같이, 점자 입력 창을 통해 사용자가 컨텐츠에 관한 정보를 점자로 입력할 경우, 점자 인식을 단말(310)의 진동 센서를 통해 초성, 중성, 종성에 해당하는 점자 입력의 문자를 인식할 수 있도록 한다. 이렇게 상기 컨텐츠 제공 시스템에서는, 단말(310)의 점자 입력 창을 통한 점자 입력에 따라 점자의 조합을 손가락으로 진동을 감지하여 문자 조합을 인식함으로써, 점자 입력에 상응한 단말(310)과 정보 표시 기기(320) 간의 통신을 통해, 점자 입력에 상응하는 정보를 디지털 문자로 변환하여 정보 표시 기기(320) 및 관리 서버(330)로 제공하고, 전자 도서의 대출/반납 처리 및 대출된 전자 도서에 관한 정보를 TTS(Text To Speech) 기능을 통해 음성으로 변환하여 단말(310) 및 정보 표시 기기(320)를 통해 사용자에게 제공한다.
아울러, 상기 컨텐츠 제공 시스템에서, 정보 표시 기기(320)는, 단말(310)을 통해 사용자에게 전자 도서, 전자 음악 앨범, 플래시, 이미지, 동영상 등의 컨텐츠에 대한 사용자 인증을 수행하는 인증 모듈(322) 및 상기 컨텐츠에 대한 쿠폰을 발급하는 발급 모듈(324)를 포함한다. 여기서, 상기 정보 표시 기기(320)는, 단말(310)을 통한 사용자의 컨텐츠 요청이 수신되지 않으면, 관리 서버(330)로부터 컨텐츠 서버로부터 새롭게 제공되는 컨텐츠 또는 사용자들의 컨텐츠 이용 등급이 상위 레벨인 컨텐츠에 대한 정보, 예컨대 신간 전자 도서 또는 인기 전자 도서에 대한 리스트 정보를, 획득하여 정보 표시 기기(320)의 화면을 통해 표출한다.
보다 구체적으로 설명하면, 상기 정보 표시 기기(320)의 인증 모듈(322)은, 사용자가 단말(310)을 통해 또는 사용자가 정보 표시 기기(320)의 화면 터치를 통해 컨텐츠 요청이 입력되면, 상기 단말(310)의 저장된 어플리케이션이 정보 표시 기기(320)의 화면에 표출된 QR코드를 인식하여 해당 전자 도서 정보에 포함된 URL(Uniform Resource Locator)로 이동하는 리더(reader) 기능을 제공하고, 전술한 바와 같이 단말(310)의 GPS 기능을 통해 정보 표시 기기(320)의 현재 위치 정보를 매쉬업 형태로 제공받아 상기 정보 표시 기기(320)의 현재 위치를 확인할 수 있도록, 사용자 및 단말(310)로 컨텐츠 제공을 위한 인증을 수행한다.
여기서, 상기 단말(310)에 저장된 어플리케이션의 모바일 회원증을 상기 정보 표시 기기(320)의 인식 영역, 다시 말해 인증 모듈(322)의 영역에 접근할 경우, 단말(310)과 정보 표시 기기(320) 간은 NFC에 의한 NFC 리더를 통해 통신을 수행하며, 이때 관리 서버(330)에 이미 등록된 사용자의 기본 정보, 예컨대 성별, 연령, 독서 취향, 주소 등을 확인하여 정보 표시 기기(320)의 화면에 표출한다.
그리고, 상기 정보 표시 기기(320)의 발급 모듈(324)은, 전술한 바와 같이, 오프라인에서의 컨텐츠 서버로부터 컨텐츠 제공, 예컨대 오프라인 도서관에서의 도서 대출/반납 데이터 베이스와, 온라인에서의 컨텐츠 서버로부터 컨텐츠 제공, 예컨대 관리 서버(330)의 데이터 베이스에서 통합 집계된 정보, 다시 말해 전자 도서를 포함한 도서의 대출/반납 횟수를 통합적으로 추출하여 합산된 정보를 바탕으로, 독서 등급별 다독 회원을 선별하고, 독서 등급에 따라 쿠폰 발급 가능 여부 확인한 후, 확인 결과에 따른 쿠폰 요청에 기초하여 쿠폰을 출력하기 위한 발급 수단에 쿠폰 출력을 요청하여 사용자에게 쿠폰을 발급한다. 여기서, 상기 발급된 쿠폰은, 정보 표시 기기(320)의 화면을 통해 발급된 후, 상기 단말(310)에 저장되거나 또는 상기 발급 수단의 출력 장치를 통해 출력될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 컨텐츠 제공 시스템에서, 관리 서버(330)는, 단말(310)을 통해 컨텐츠를 요청하는 사용자들을 관리하는 사용자 관리 모듈(332), 상기 단말(310)로 컨텐츠를 제공하는 정보 표시 기기(310)를 관리하는 기기 관리 모듈(334), 상기 단말(310)로 제공되는 컨텐츠를 관리하는 컨텐츠 관리 모듈(336), 및 상기 컨텐츠를 제공하는 컨텐츠 서버와 통신을 수행하여 컨텐츠를 공유하는 연계 모듈(338)을 포함한다.
보다 구체적으로 설명하면, 상기 관리 서버(330)의 사용자 관리 모듈(332)은, 오프라인에서의 컨텐츠 서버, 예컨대 도서관에 가입한 사용자에 대한 정보를 컨텐츠 서버로부터 획득하여, 전자 도서를 요청하는 사용자를 인증 및 관리하며, 사용자의 컨텐츠 이용 등급 별로 레벨을 관리한다.
그리고, 상기 관리 서버(330)의 기기 관리 모듈(334)은, 정보 표시 기기(320)에 대한 장애발생 여부를 TCP/IP 통신을 통해 통신 장애를 관리하며, 상기 정보 표시 기기(320)가 위치한 지역에 대한 기본 정보, 예컨대 상기 정보 표시 기기(320)가 위치한 지점 명칭, 상기 정보 표시 기기(320)의 규격 및 위치 시점에 대한 정보, 및 장애 발생 여부 등에 관한 정보를 포함한다.
또한, 상기 관리 서버(330)의 컨텐츠 관리 모듈(336)은, 컨텐츠, 예컨대 전자 도서의 대출/반납 관리 뿐만 아니라, 동영상, 전자앨범 등의 컨텐츠의 대출/반납을 관리하며, 특히 컨텐츠의 반납 지연에 상응한 반납 지연 안내 정보를 단말(310)로 전송하거나, 반납 지연에 상응한 컨텐츠의 대출 제한을 설정할 수 있다.
아울러, 상기 관리 서버(330)의 연계 모듈(338)은, 다양한 컨텐츠를 제공하는 컨텐츠 서버, 예컨대 전자 도서를 제공하는 복수의 기관 및 도서관들(일 예로, 문화관광부, 국립중앙도서관, 국회도서관, 대학도서관, 시립도서관, 구립도서관 등)의 컨텐츠 서버와 통신을 수행하여, 컨텐츠 서버로부터 컨텐츠를 제공받아 정보 표시 기기(320)로 전송한다. 그러면 여기서, 도 2를 참조하여 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 컨텐츠 제공 시스템에서의 컨텐츠 제공에 대해 보다 구체적으로 설명하기로 한다.

도 5를 참조하면, 사용자들 중에서 시각 장애 사용자가 컨텐츠를 제공받고자 할 경우, 상기 컨텐츠 제공 시스템은, 단말(500)의 화면에 표출된 점자 입력 창을 통해 초성(510), 중성(515), 및 종성에 해당하는 점자를 입력하면, 단말의 진동을 통해 입력된 점자를 사용자가 인식할 수 있으며, 또한 점자 입력 창을 통해 입력된 초성(510), 중성(515), 및 종성에 해당하는 문자를 인식, 즉 사용자 정보 및 입력 정보를, 단말(500)과 정보 표시 기기(530) 간의 통신을 통해 인식한다. 즉, 정보 표시 기기(530)의 터치 패널(532) 및 전기 감응 패널(534)을 통해, 단말(500)의 점자 입력에 의한 사용자 정보 및 입력 정보를 인식하며, 통신부(536)를 통해 관리 서버(550)와 사용자 정보 요청 및 입력 정보 해석을 수행한다.
즉, 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 컨텐츠 제공 시스템은, 시각 장애 사용자를 위해, 단말(500)의 점자 입력을 진동형 모바일 점자 입력으로 활용하여, 점자 입력과 입력된 정보의 해석 및 인지, 다시 말해 단말(500)의 화면 터치를 통한 점자 입력 시에 초성, 중성, 종성을 진동으로 파악하여 문자 인식 및 클릭을 지원하며, 점자 입력 및 점자 입력에 상응한 해당 컨텐츠의 상세 정보는 TTS(Text To Speech) 기능을 통해 문자를 음성으로 전환하여 시각 장애 사용자에게 제공한다.
이렇게 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 컨텐츠 제공 시스템은, 도 6에 도시한 바와 같이, 사용자에게 전자 도서, 전자 음악 앨범, 플래시, 이미지, 동영상 등의 컨텐츠를 제공하기 위해, 사용자가 단말을 통해 컨텐츠 요청을 입력하거나(630) 또는 또는 사용자가 정보 표시 기기(320)의 화면 터치를 통해 컨텐츠 요청을 입력하면(620), 정보 표시 기기(610)에는 전자 도서, 전자 음악 앨범, 플래시, 이미지, 동영상 등의 컨텐츠에 대한 정보를 화면을 통해 표출하여, 스마트 라이브러리(Smart Library) 시스템을 구축하여, 사용자들에게 컨텐츠를 용이하고 신속하게 제공할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 컨텐츠 제공 시스템은, 정보 표시 기기(610)의 화면에 표출된 정보를, 상기 사용자 단말의 화면에도 동일하게 표출하여, 사용자가 단말의 조작 뿐만 아니라 정보 표시 기기(610)의 터치를 통해, 컨텐츠를 용이하고 신속하게 제공받을 수 있도록 한다. 여기서, 도 6은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 통신 시스템에서 컨텐츠 제공 시스템에 의해 구현된 스마트 라이브러리 시스템을 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
한편, 본 발명의 상세한 설명에서는 구체적인 실시 예에 관해 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 범위에서 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서 여러 가지 변형이 가능함은 물론이다. 그러므로, 본 발명의 범위는 설명된 실시 예에 국한되어 정해져서는 안되며 후술하는 특허청구의 범위뿐만 아니라 이 특허청구의 범위와 균등한 것들에 의해 정해져야 한다.

Claims (20)

  1. 통신 시스템에서 컨텐츠 제공 시스템에 있어서,
    사용자로부터 컨텐츠 요청이 입력되면, 상기 컨텐츠 요청에 해당하는 컨텐츠를 출력하는 단말;
    상기 컨텐츠 요청에 상응하여 상기 컨텐츠에 대한 사용자 인증을 수행한 후, 상기 컨텐츠를 서버로부터 수신하여 상기 단말에게 제공하는 정보 표시 기기; 및
    상기 정보 표시 기기와 상기 사용자 인증을 수행하며, 상기 컨텐츠를 상기 정보 표시 기기로 전송하여 제공하는 서버;를 포함하며;
    상기 단말과 상기 정보 표시 기기 간의 통신을 통해, 상기 컨텐츠에 대한 대출 및 반납을 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 단말은, GPS(Global Positioning System) 기능을 통해 상기 정보 표시 기기의 위치 정보를 획득하며;
    상기 정보 표시 기기의 위치 정보는, 상기 단말로부터의 거리 및 방향, 지점 명칭이 포함된 매쉬업(Mashup) 형태로, 상기 단말에게 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 정보 표시 기기는, 상기 사용자 인증 시에, 상기 단말로부터 제공된 상기 사용자의 기본 정보에 상응하여, 상기 사용자에게 해당하는 컨텐츠 정보를 표출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 단말은, 상기 컨텐츠 정보가 포함된 QR코드(Quick Response Code)를, 상기 정보 표시 기기로부터 인식하여, 상기 컨텐츠의 대출을 상기 정보 표시 기기를 통해 요청하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  5. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자의 기본 정보는, 상기 사용자의 성별, 나이, 위치에 대한 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  6. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 컨텐츠 정보는, 상기 사용자에게 해당하는 컨텐츠 리스트 정보, 및 상기 컨텐츠의 대출 및 반납에 대한 이력 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 단말에는, 상기 QR코드의 인식에 상응하여, 상기 컨텐츠에 해당하는 어플리케이션(application)이 저장되며;
    상기 어플리케이션을 이용하여 상기 컨텐츠에 대한 대출 및 반납이 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 정보 표시 기기는, 상기 서버에서 제공되는 모든 컨텐츠에 대한 리스트 정보, 및 상기 모든 컨텐츠에 대한 대출 및 반납 횟수에 상응하여 설정된 이용 등급 정보를, 상기 단말로 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 단말은, 상기 리스트 정보 및 상기 이용 등급 정보를 고려하여, 상기 사용자가 요청한 컨텐츠에 대한 정보를, 다른 사용자의 단말로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  10. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 단말에는, 상기 리스트 정보 및 상기 이용 등급 정보를 통해, 최상위 이용 등급을 갖는 컨텐츠에 해당하는 어플리케이션(application)이 저장되며;
    상기 어플리케이션을 이용하여 상기 컨텐츠에 대한 대출 및 반납이 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  11. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 이용 등급 정보는, 상기 정보 표시 기기의 위치에 상응하여 상기 정보 표시 기기로부터 모든 사용자들이 제공받는 컨텐츠에 대한 이용 등급이 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  12. [규칙 제91조에 의한 정정 23.03.2015]
    제1항에 있어서,
    상기 컨텐츠는, 상기 대출 및 반납 횟수에 따라, 이용 등급이 구분되며;
    상기 정보 표시 기기는, 상기 이용 등급에 따라 상기 컨텐츠에 대한 쿠폰을 발급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  13. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 정보 표시 기기를 통해 상기 이용 등급에 따른 인증 코드가 부여되며;
    상기 단말은, 상기 인증 코드를 이용하여 상기 컨텐츠에 대한 쿠폰 발급을 상기 정보 표시 기기로 요청하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  14. 제13항에 있어서,
    상기 정보 표시 기기는, 상기 인증 코드를 이용하여 상기 컨텐츠에 대한 정보가 포함된 QR코드(Quick Response Code)를 생성하여, 상기 단말에게 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  15. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 단말은, 상기 컨텐츠를 출력하는 중에, 상기 컨텐츠에 대한 상기 사용자의 키워드 검색에 상응하여, 상기 키워드 검색을 스크랩한 후, 상기 스크랩된 키워드 검색을 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  16. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 단말은, 상기 단말의 점자(braille) 입력 창을 통해 점자가 입력될 경우, 상기 입력된 점자에 상응하는 상기 단말의 진동을 상기 사용자에게 제공하며, 상기 입력된 점자의 초성, 중성, 종성에 해당하는 문자를 인식하여 상기 단말의 입력 정보를 상기 정보 표시 기기로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  17. 제16항에 있어서,
    상기 단말 및 상기 정보 표시 기기는, 상기 입력 정보에 상응하는 컨텐츠와, 상기 컨텐츠의 대출 및 반납에 대한 정보를, TTS(Text To Speech) 기능을 통해 상기 사용자에게 음성으로 변환하여 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  18. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 컨텐츠는, 전자 도서, 전자 음악 앨범, 플래시, 이미지, 동영상에 대한 컨텐츠인 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  19. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 정보 표시 기기는, NFC(Near Field Cimmunication) 기기, DID(Digital Information Display) 기기, 및 키오스크(kiosk) 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 시스템.
  20. 통신 시스템에서 컨텐츠를 제공하는 방법에 있어서,
    사용자로부터 컨텐츠 요청이 입력되면, 상기 컨텐츠 요청에 상응하여 상기 컨텐츠에 대한 사용자 인증을 수행하는 단계;
    상기 사용자에게 해당하는 컨텐츠 정보를 제공한 후, 상기 컨텐츠 정보에 상응하여 상기 사용자로부터 요청된 상기 컨텐츠의 대출을 처리하여, 상기 컨텐츠를 사용자에게 제공하는 단계; 및
    상기 사용자로부터 요청된 상기 컨텐츠의 반납을 처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
