为了让用户在观看视频的同时能够与观看同一视频的其他人进行互动,出现了视频弹幕技术。所谓视频弹幕是指直接显示在视频上的评论。用户可以一边观看视频,一边同步发表弹幕评论。弹幕评论会以滑动字幕的形式显示在视频画面上。这样,用户可以在观看视频的同时,观看到其他人的弹幕评论;也可以发表自己的弹幕评论让其他人看到,从而形成一种即时互动的体验,增加视频观看的乐趣。
本申请发明人在实现本申请实施例技术方案的过程中,至少发现相关技术中存在如下技术问题:
现有技术中,针对某一视频,所有弹幕评论的显示效果类似,当大量用户发表弹幕评论时,如果不仔细观察很难快速锁定某一个弹幕评论。如果有一种信息处理方法,能够基于某种方式使得某一个弹幕评论的显示效果不同,明显区别与其他弹幕评论,一方面丰富了弹幕评论的显示方式,另一方面也彰显了用户的身份,满足用户的需求,提升用户的体验。然而,相关技术中,对于该问题,尚无有效解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种信息处理方法、客户端及服务器,能够突出显示某一条评论,丰富评论的显示方式,且提升用户的体验。

采用本发明实施例的技术方案,通过竞价机制筛选出一条弹幕评论作为广播弹幕,并通过特定显示方式显示所述广播弹幕,一方面使这条广播弹幕区别于其他弹幕评论,丰富了评论的显示方式,使之更为显著,一目了然;另一方面也彰显了用户的特别身份,或是表达用户对所述视频数据的喜爱,或是表达用户对所述视频数据中的对象的喜爱,满足了用户的需求,大大提升了用户的体验。
实施例二
本发明实施例提供了一种信息处理方法。图3为本发明实施例二的信息处理方法的流程示意图;如图3所示,所述方法包括:
步骤201:服务器获取客户端发送的第一输入信息和第一评论信息,识别所述第一输入信息中的第一数据;所述第一数据表征所述客户端待支付的钱币数值。
本实施例中,所述服务器在实际应用中可以是多媒体数据归属的服务器或服务器集群,例如腾讯视频客户端所属服务器或服务器集群。所述服务器也可以是网页服务器或服务器集群,例如用户通过QQ浏览器打开所述视频数据。
这里,所述第一输入信息为客户端发送的包含有第一数据的输入信息;如图2c或图2d所示的场景,当客户端显示输入界面时,用户可在输入界面中输入第一数据,并且可基于当前所述服务器中预先存储的第二数据输 入第一数据;基于此,所述第一数据具体可以通过数字表征,所述数字可以是整数也可以小数,用来表征待支付的钱币金额。所述第一评论信息为客户端发送的弹幕评论信息,也即用户通过客户端要发送的弹幕评论内容。本实施例中,所述服务器同时获取第一输入信息(即第一数据)和第一评论信息(如弹幕评论信息),所述服务器可依据后续的比较结果控制所述第一评论信息是按特定显示方式与视频数据输出,或是按默认显示方式与视频数据输出。在其它实施方式中,所述服务器也可先获取所述第一输入信息(即第一数据),再根据比较结果获取第一评论信息(如弹幕评论内容),控制所述第一评论信息按特定显示方式与视频数据输出。
步骤202:服务器确定所述第一数据高于预先存储的第二数据,以及按所述第一数据支付成功后,确定满足条件。
本实施例中,所述服务器中预先存储有第二数据。在一种实施方式中,所述服务器没没有接收到任一客户端发送的包含有第一数据的第一输入信息时,也可以理解为无人参与竞价时,所述服务器中存储的所述第二数据为预先配置的第二数据,所述第二数据可以是任意数值,当然也可以是零。具体可如图2c所示,用户在客户端输入界面输入第一输入信息时,所述输入界面显示所述第二数据(即预先配置的第二数据),在这种场景下,所述服务器获取到大于等于所述第二数据的第一数据便可参与竞价。在另一种实施方式中,所述服务器接收到任一客户端发送的包含有第一数据的第一输入信息,以及按照所述第一数据支付成功后,表明所述客户端竞价成功,相应的所述客户端发送的所述第一数据存储在服务器中作为存储的第二数据。具体可如图2d所示,也就是说,每一轮的竞价成功后,所述服务器存储竞价成功的第一数据进行保存,保存后的第一数据将作为下一轮竞价的第二数据。在这种场景下,所述服务器必须获取到高于所述第二数据的第一数据才可参与竞价。
作为一种实施方式,所述按所述第一数据支付成功,包括:所述服务器接收到第三方支付平台的确认消息后,确定按所述第一数据支付成功;所述确认消息表征所述客户端通过所述第三方支付平台按所述第一数据支付成功。
在本实施方式中,如图2c或图2d所示,当所述客户端输入第一输入信息和第一评论信息后,通过触发“下一步”虚拟按键进入支付流程,即所述客户端显示支付界面。在本实施方式中,所述支付界面中包括第三方支付平台的触发入口;所述第三方支付平台包括但不限于:银行(储蓄卡/信用卡)支付平台,以及支付宝、财付通、微信钱包等第三方支付平台。所述客户端通过触发所述第三方支付平台的触发入口与所述第三方支付平台建立连接,通过所述第三方支付平台完成基于所述第一数据的支付操作。
作为另一种实施方式,所述按所述第一数据支付成功,包括:所述服务器接收到所述客户端发送的支付指令,基于所述支付指令控制所述服务器中的支付平台按所述第一数据支付成功。
在本实施方式中,如图2c或图2d所示,当所述客户端输入第一输入信息和第一评论信息后,通过触发“下一步”虚拟按键进入支付流程,即所述客户端显示支付界面。其中,所述第一数据可以表征钱币数值,也可以是虚拟钱币数值,例如积分、QQ币等虚拟钱币。所述服务器中管理并维护所有客户端对应用户的账户,所述账户中包括钱币和/或虚拟钱币。则在本实施方式中,所述支付界面中包括支付平台的触发入口;所述支付平台包括但不限于:所述服务器中的钱币支付平台(例如微信钱包),和/或,虚拟钱币支付平台(如QQ币)。所述客户端通过触发所述支付平台的触发入口进入支付流程,完成基于所述第一数据的支付操作。

这里,所述特定显示参数区别于第一评论信息(即普通弹幕评论信息)的显示参数;所述特定显示参数包括以下参数的至少之一:特定字体、特定字号、特定颜色、特定显示背景。

本发明实施例还提供了一种信息处理方法。图4为本发明实施例三的信息处理方法的流程示意图;如图4所示,所述方法包括:
步骤301:客户端获取第一输入操作,基于所述第一输入操作获取第一输入信息和第一评论信息,发送所述第一输入信息和所述第一评论信息至服务器;所述第一输入信息中包括第一数据。
本实施例中,所述信息处理方法应用于客户端中,所述客户端具体可以为个人计算机(PC,Personal Computer)、手机等设备;其中,PC具体可以包括台式电脑、笔记本电脑、一体机电脑、平板电脑等设备。
这里,所述第一输入操作可以为针对预设功能按键的输入操作,所述预设功能按键设置于多媒体数据(例如视频数据、音频数据)的播放页面或播放应用窗口上。当然,所述预设功能按键也可以设置于单一媒体数据的显示页面上,例如所述单一媒体数据可以为网页(WEB)数据。以所述多媒体数据为视频数据为例,如图2a所示,所述视频数据的播放界面可以 是网页(WEB)上的播放界面,也可以是应用客户端(如腾讯视频应用客户端)上的播放界面。所述播放界面上设置有多个功能按键,其中,所述预设功能按键用于触发弹幕评论功能;即所述客户端检测到针对所述预设功能按键的第一输入操作时,触发开启弹幕评论功能。进一步地,本实施例中,基于所述第一输入操作,所述客户端显示如图2b所示的操作界面,所述操作界面为本实施例所述的第一评论信息(如弹幕评论信息)的输入入口;基于所述操作界面(即点击触发按键“我要广播”),用户可进行第一输入信息(即竞价信息)和第一评论信息(如弹幕评论信息)的输入,如图2c和图2c所示。优选地,所述客户端可显示当前所述服务器中预先存储的第二数据,以便用户可根据所述第二数据进行所述第一输入信息的输入。
步骤302:确定满足条件后,输出所述服务器发送的第二评论信息;所述第二评论信息为按特定显示方式显示的所述第一评论信息。
这里,所述确定满足条件,包括:所述第一数据高于所述服务器中预先存储的第二数据,以及基于所述第一数据支付成功后,确定满足条件。

基于实施例一至实施例三,图5为本发明实施例的信息处理方法的应用场景示意图;如图5所示,所述信息处理方法可应用于如图所示的应用场景:服务器可与多个客户端建立连接,本示意中仅以两个客户端作为示意,所述两个客户端分别为客户端1和客户端2;所述客户端1通过用户1进行操作,所述客户端2通过用户2进行操作。
具体的,步骤11,用户1通过所述客户端1触发弹幕功能,并输入第一数据(竞价)及第一评论信息(弹幕评论信息);步骤21,用户2通过所述客户端2触发弹幕功能,并输入第一数据(竞价)及第一评论信息(弹幕评论信息);具体的,步骤11和步骤21均可通过如图2a至图2d所示触发弹幕功能并输入第一数据及第一评论信息。
步骤12,客户端1传输第一数据(竞价)及第一评论信息(弹幕评论信息)至服务器。相应的,步骤22,客户端2传输第一数据(竞价)及第一评论信息(弹幕评论信息)至服务器。

本实施例中,所述服务器中预先存储有第二数据。在一种实施方式中,所述第一获取单元41没有接收到任一客户端发送的包含有第一数据的第一输入信息时,也可以理解为无人参与竞价时,所述预先存储的第二数据为所述服务器中预先配置的第二数据,所述第二数据可以是任意数值,当然也可以是零。具体可如图2c所示,用户在客户端输入界面输入第一输入信 息时,所述输入界面显示所述第二数据(即预先配置的第二数据),在这种场景下,所述服务器获取到大于等于所述第二数据的第一数据便可参与竞价。在另一种实施方式中,所述服务器接收到任一客户端发送的包含有第一数据的输入信息,以及按照所述第一数据支付成功后,表明所述客户端竞价成功,相应的所述客户端发送的所述第一数据存储在服务器中作为存储的第二数据。具体可如图2d所示,也就是说,每一轮的竞价成功后,所述服务器存储竞价成功的第一数据进行保存,保存后的第一数据将作为下一轮竞价的第二数据。在这种场景下,所述服务器必须获取到高于所述第二数据的第一数据才可参与竞价。
具体的,所述控制单元44,配置为接收到第三方支付平台的确认消息后,确定按所述第一数据支付成功;所述确认消息表征所述客户端通过所述第三方支付平台按所述第一数据支付成功;或者,接收到所述客户端发送的支付指令,基于所述支付指令控制所述服务器中的支付平台按所述第一数据支付成功。
作为第一种实施方式,如图2c或图2d所示,当所述客户端输入第一输入信息和第一评论信息后,通过触发“下一步”虚拟按键进入支付流程,即所述客户端显示支付界面。在本实施方式中,所述支付界面中包括第三方支付平台的触发入口;所述第三方支付平台包括但不限于:银行(储蓄卡/信用卡)支付平台,以及支付宝、财付通、微信钱包等第三方支付平台。所述客户端通过触发所述第三方支付平台的触发入口与所述第三方支付平台建立连接,通过所述第三方支付平台完成基于所述第一数据的支付操作。
作为第二种实施方式,如图2c或图2d所示,当所述客户端输入第一输入信息和第一评论信息后,通过触发“下一步”虚拟按键进入支付流程,即所述客户端显示支付界面。其中,所述第一数据可以表征钱币数值,也可以是虚拟钱币数值,例如积分、QQ币等虚拟钱币。所述服务器中管理并 维护所有客户端对应用户的账户,所述账户中包括钱币和/或虚拟钱币。则在本实施方式中,所述支付界面中包括支付平台的触发入口;所述支付平台包括但不限于:所述服务器中的钱币支付平台(例如微信钱包),和/或,虚拟钱币支付平台(如QQ币)。所述客户端通过触发所述支付平台的触发入口进入支付流程,完成基于所述第一数据的支付操作。
具体的,所述特定显示参数区别于第一评论信息(即普通弹幕评论信息)的显示参数;所述特定显示参数包括以下参数的至少之一:特定字体、特定字号、特定颜色、特定显示背景。
本实施例中,所述第一评论信息均表征弹幕评论信息;所述第二评论信息表征竞价成功的第一评论信息(即广播弹幕评论信息),所述第一评论信息和所述第二评论信息的显示方式不同,也即所述第二评论信息具有特定显示参数,所述第一评论信息具有默认显示参数,所述特定显示参数不同与所述默认显示参数。例如,所述特定显示参数包括以下参数的至少之一:特定字体、特定字号、特定颜色、特定显示背景;所述默认显示参数包括以下参数的至少之一:默认字体、默认字号、默认颜色等;所述特定字体区别于所述默认字体,所述特定字号大于所述默认字号,所述特定颜色区别于所述默认颜色,所述特定显示参数可具有特定显示背景(如高亮背景),而默认显示参数不包括特定显示背景。

作为第一种实施方式,当所述客户端在多媒体数据播放过程中进行所述第一输入信息和所述第一评论信息的输入操作时,则所述控制单元44控制将竞价成功的第二评论信息伴随所述多媒体数据输出。具体的,所述控 制单元44将所述第二评论信息插入至所述多媒体数据的帧数据范围为第n1秒至第n2秒中,n1和n2均为正数;例如将所述第二评论信息插入至所述多媒体数据的帧数据范围在第3秒至第8秒的范围中,也即在所述多媒体数据播放至第3秒开始输出显示所述第二评论信息至第8秒结束。
作为第二种实施方式,具体的,所述展示界面可以作为弹幕评论信息的展示平台,对热门的弹幕评论信息进行展示;所述热门的弹幕评论信息具体可以为评论数量较多的弹幕评论信息、获得“点赞”数量较多的弹幕评论信息等等。在本实施方式中,所述控制单元44将所述第二评论信息添加至所述展示界面中的特定区域,具体可如图2e所示,所述特定区域区别于其他弹幕评论信息所在区域,并且所述第二评论信息的显示方式同样区别于第一评论信息(如弹幕评论信息),使得用户能够首先看到所述第二评论信息。
作为一种实施方式,所述第一获取单元41,还配置为获取第二客户端发送的第一输入信息;
所述第二获取单元42,还配置为获取第二客户端发送的第一评论信息;

本实施例中,当有其他客户端(即第二客户端)参与广播弹幕评论的竞价时,所述服务器执行本实施例前述的操作流程;确定所述第二客户端的第一数据高于预先存储的第二数据(当前的第二数据为所述客户端竞价成功后存储的第一数据),以及所述第二客户端按所述第一数据支付完成后,所述控制单元44向所述客户端发送提示信息,以提示所述客户端发布 的广播弹幕评论已被第二客户端发布的广播弹幕评论取代,所述提示信息具体可如图2f所示。
本领域技术人员应当理解,本发明实施例的服务器中各处理模块的功能,可参照前述信息处理方法的相关描述而理解,本发明实施例的信息处理系统中各处理模块,可通过实现本发明实施例所述的功能的模拟电路而实现,也可以通过执行本发明实施例所述的功能的软件在智能终端上的运行而实现。
本实施例中,所述服务器中的第一获取单元41、第二获取单元42、信息处理单元43和控制单元44,在实际应用中均可由所述服务器中的中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Signal Processor)或可编程门阵列(FPGA,Field-Programmable Gate Array),结合传输接口(具体为收发天线)实现。

本发明实施例还提供了一种客户端。图7为本发明实施例五的客户端的组成结构示意图;如图7所示,所述客户端包括:输入单元51和输出单元52;其中,
所述输入单元51,配置为获取第一输入操作,基于所述第一输入操作获取第一输入信息和第一评论信息,发送所述第一输入信息和所述第一评论信息至服务器;所述第一输入信息中包括第一数据;
所述输出单元52,配置为确定满足条件后,输出所述服务器发送的第二评论信息;所述第二评论信息为按特定显示方式显示的所述第一评论信息。
本实施例中,所述信息处理方法应用于客户端中,所述客户端具体可以为PC、手机等设备;其中,PC具体可以包括台式电脑、笔记本电脑、一体机电脑、平板电脑等设备。
这里,所述第一输入操作可以为针对预设功能按键的输入操作,所述预设功能按键设置于多媒体数据(例如视频数据、音频数据)的播放页面或播放应用窗口上。当然,所述预设功能按键也可以设置于单一媒体数据的显示页面上,例如所述单一媒体数据可以为网页(WEB)数据。以所述多媒体数据为视频数据为例,如图2a所示,所述视频数据的播放界面可以是网页(WEB)上的播放界面,也可以是应用客户端(如腾讯视频应用客户端)上的播放界面。所述播放界面上设置有多个功能按键,其中,所述预设功能按键用于触发弹幕评论功能;即所述客户端检测到针对所述预设功能按键的第一输入操作时,触发开启弹幕评论功能。进一步地,本实施例中,基于所述第一输入操作,所述客户端显示如图2b所示的操作界面,所述操作界面为本实施例所述的第一评论信息(如弹幕评论信息)的输入入口;基于所述操作界面(即点击触发按键“我要广播”),用户可进行第一输入信息(即竞价信息)和第一评论信息(如弹幕评论信息)的输入,如图2c和图2c所示。优选地,所述客户端可显示当前所述服务器中预先存储的第二数据,以便用户可根据所述第二数据进行所述第一输入信息的输入。
具体的,所述确定满足条件,包括:所述第一数据高于所述服务器中预先存储的第二数据,以及基于所述第一数据支付成功后,确定满足条件。

作为一种实施方式,所述按所述第一数据支付成功,包括:所述服务器接收到第三方支付平台的确认消息后,确定按所述第一数据支付成功;所述确认消息表征所述客户端通过所述第三方支付平台按所述第一数据支付成功。

进一步地,所述输出单元52,还配置为输出所述服务器发送的提示信息;所述提示信息用于表征所述第二评论信息被第二客户端的新的第二评论信息更新。

  1. 一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
    客户端获取第一输入操作,基于所述第一输入操作获取第一输入信息和第一评论信息,发送所述第一输入信息和所述第一评论信息至服务器;所述第一输入信息中包括第一数据;
    确定满足条件后,输出所述服务器发送的第二评论信息;所述第二评论信息为按特定显示方式显示的所述第一评论信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述确定满足条件,包括:所述第一数据高于所述服务器中预先存储的第二数据,以及基于所述第一数据支付成功后,确定满足条件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述客户端获取第一输入操作,包括:在所述客户端输出所述服务器发送的多媒体数据过程中,获取所述第一输入操作;
    相应的,所述输出所述服务器发送的第二评论信息,包括:

    服务器获取客户端发送的第一输入信息和第一评论信息,识别所述第一输入信息中的第一数据;
    确定所述第一数据高于预先存储的第二数据,以及按所述第一数据支付成功后,确定满足条件;
    将所述第一评论信息按特定显示参数生成第二评论信息,控制所述第二评论信息输出至所述客户端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述按所述第一数据支付成功,包括:
    所述服务器接收到第三方支付平台的确认消息后,确定按所述第一数据支付成功;所述确认消息表征所述客户端通过所述第三方支付平台按所述第一数据支付成功;
    或者,所述服务器接收到所述客户端发送的支付指令,基于所述支付指令控制所述服务器中的支付平台按所述第一数据支付成功。

    控制所述第二评论信息伴随多媒体数据输出至客户端;

    所述服务器获取到第二客户端发送的第一输入信息和第一评论信息,确定所述第一输入信息中的第一数据高于所述客户端输入的第一输入信息中的第一数据时,将所述第一评论信息按特定显示参数生成新的第二评论 信息替换所述第二评论信息,并向所述客户端发送指示信息,所述提示信息用于表征所述第二评论信息被所述新的第二评论信息更新。
  10. 一种客户端,所述客户端包括:输入单元、输出单元;其中,
    所述输入单元,配置为获取第一输入操作,基于所述第一输入操作获取第一输入信息和第一评论信息,发送所述第一输入信息和所述第一评论信息至服务器;所述第一输入信息中包括第一数据;
    所述输出单元,配置为确定满足条件后,输出所述服务器发送的第二评论信息;所述第二评论信息为按特定显示方式显示的所述第一评论信息。

    所述信息处理单元,配置为识别所述第一获取单元获取的所述第一输入信息中的第一数据;确定所述第一数据高于预先存储的第二数据,以及按所述第一数据支付成功后,确定满足条件;
    所述控制单元,配置为所述信息处理单元确定满足条件后,将所述第一评论信息按特定显示参数生成第二评论信息,控制所述第二评论信息输出至所述客户端。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其中,所述信息处理单元,配置为接收到第三方支付平台的确认消息后,确定按所述第一数据支付成功;所述确认消息表征所述客户端通过所述第三方支付平台按所述第一数据支付成功;或者,接收到所述客户端发送的支付指令,基于所述支付指令控制所述服务器中的支付平台按所述第一数据支付成功。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其中,所述控制单元,配置为控制所述第二评论信息伴随多媒体数据输出至客户端;或者,将所述第二评论信息添加至展示界面的特定区域,控制所述展示界面输出至客户端;其中,所述展示界面包括优先级达到预设条件的至少一个第一评论信息。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其中,所述第一获取单元,还配置为获取第二客户端发送的第一输入信息;
    所述第二获取单元,还配置为获取第二客户端发送的第一评论信息;
    所述信息处理单元,还配置为确定所述第一输入信息中的第一数据高于所述客户端输入的第一输入信息中的第一数据时,将所述第一评论信息按特定显示参数生成新的第二评论信息替换所述第二评论信息,并向所述 客户端发送指示信息,所述提示信息用于表征所述第二评论信息被所述新的第二评论信息更新。
