Abstract

본 발명은 빗자루 및 빗자루 조립 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 빗자루 조립방법은 하부에 빗솔들이 고정되어 있는 틀체를 몸체에 횡방향으로 관통 형성되어 있는 조립홈에 끼워 조립하되, 상기 조립홈은 아래로 볼록한 곡선 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 틀체는 연질 합성수지재로 형성되어, 상기 빗솔들은 상기 틀체가 상기 조립홈에 끼워짐에 따라 그 하단이 아래록 볼록하게 되도록 펼쳐질 수 있다.

Description

빗자루 및 빗자루 조립 방법
본 발명은 빗자루 및 빗자루 조립 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 빗자루는 일정 길이의 빗솔은 가지런하게 배열된 상태로 그 상부가 틀체에 고정되고, 틀체는 빗자루 몸체에 조립된다.
이때, 빗솔은 접착제 또는 열에 의해 틀체에 견고하게 고정되고, 틀체는 빗자루 몸체에 접착제나 열에 의해 고정되는 것이 일반적이다.
본 발명은 사용의 편의성이 향상될 수 있는 빗자루 및 빗자루 조립 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 하부에 빗솔들이 고정되어 있는 틀체를 몸체에 좌우 방향으로 형성되어 있는 조립홈에 끼워 조립하되, 상기 조립홈은 아래로 볼록한 곡선 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 틀체는 연질 합성수지재로 형성되어, 상기 빗솔들은 상기 틀체가 상기 조립홈에 끼워짐에 따라 그 하단이 아래록 볼록하게 되도록 펼쳐지는 빗자루 조립 방법이 제공될 수 있다
본 발명의 다른 측면에 따르면, 하부에 빗솔들이 고정되고, 유연성이 있는 연질 합성수지재로 성형된 틀체; 및 상기 틀체가 끼워져 조립될 수 있는 조립홈이 좌우 방향으로 형성된 몸체를 포함하되, 상기 조립홈은 아래로 볼록한 곡선 형상으로 형성되는 빗자루가 제공 될 있다.
또한, 상기 조림홈의 내측면에는 걸림턱이 돌출 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 걸림턱은 아래록 볼록한 곡선 형상으로 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르면, 사용의 편의성이 향상될 수 있는 빗자루 및 빗자루 조립 방법이 제공될 수 있다.

도 2는 틀체가 분리된 상태의 빗자루의 정면도이다.
도 3은 틀체가 몸체에 조립되는 상태를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 조립이 완료된 상태의 빗자루의 정면도이다.

도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 빗자루의 사시도이고, 도 2는 틀체가 분리된 상태의 빗자루의 정면도이다.
도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 빗자루(1)는 몸체(10) 및 틀체(30)를 포함한다.
몸체(10)는 빗자루(1)의 골격을 제공한다. 몸체(10)는 설정 면적 및 설정 두께를 가지도록 제공된다. 몸체(10)에는 그 좌우 방향으로 조립홈(11)이 형성된다. 조립홈(11)의 일단 또는 양단은 몸체(10)의 측면으로 노출되게 형성된다. 조립홈(11)은 아래쪽으로 볼록한 곡선 형상으로 형성되고, 아래쪽은 개방되게 형성된다. 조립홈(11)의 내측면 일측 또는 내측면 양측에는 걸림턱(12)이 돌출 형성될 수 있다. 걸림턱(12)은 틀체(30)가 몸체(10)에서 아래쪽으로 빠지는 것을 방지한다. 걸림턱(12)은 조립홈(11)의 형상에 대응되게 아래로 볼록한 곡선 형상으로 형성될 수 있다.
몸체(10)의 상부에는 연결부(15)가 제공될 수 있다. 일 예로, 연결부(15)는 손잡이 등과의 연결을 위한 홀로 제공될 수 있다.
또 다른 예로, 몸체(10)의 상부에는 손잡이가 몸체(10)와 일체로 형성될 수도 있다.
틀체(30)는 조립홈(11)에 삽입되는 방식으로, 몸체(10)에 탈착 가능하게 제공된다. 틀체(30)는 조립홈(11)의 길이에 대응되는 길이를 가질 수 있다. 틀체(30)는 유연성이 있는 연질의 합성수지재로 만들어진다. 틀체(30)의 하부에는 설정 길이를 갖는 빗솔(20)들이 틀체(30)의 길이 방향을 따라 결합 되어 있다.
도 3은 틀체가 몸체에 조리되는 상태를 나타내는 도면이고, 도 4는 조립이 완료된 상태의 빗자루의 정면도이다.
도 3 및 도 4를 참조하면, 사용자는 틀체(30)를 몸체(10)의 일측에서 조림홈(11)과 정렬한 후, 조림홈(11)에 삽입하는 방식으로 몸체(10)와 결합할 수 있다. 틀체(30)가 연질의 합성수지재로 제공됨에 따라, 틀체(30)는 삽입과정에서 조림홈(11)의 형상으로 휘어진다. 그리고, 틀체(30)가 휘어짐에 따라, 빗솔(20)들도 하단이 아래로 복록 한 형상을 이루게 된다.
틀체(30)의 삽입이 완료된 후, 몸체(10)의 일측 또는 양측에는, 몸체(10)의 측면은 그 형상에 대응되는 커버(40)가 체결될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 틀체(30)를 몸체(10)에 조립하는 과정에서, 빗솔(20)들의 하단은 아래로 복록 한 형상을 이루게 된다. 그리고, 빗솔(20)들이 아래로 볼록한 형상으로 펼쳐진 상태가 됨에 따라, 빗자루(1)의 사용 편의성이 향상된다.
또한, 틀체(30)는 합성수지재 성형에 통상 사용되는 다양한 방법으로 생산 되더라도, 몸체(10)에 조립되는 과정에서 사용의 편의성이 향상되는 형상으로 변형되므로 생산 효율성이 향상될 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 하부에 빗솔들이 고정되어 있는 틀체를 몸체에 좌우 방향으로 형성되어 있는 조립홈에 끼워 조립하되,
    상기 조립홈은 아래로 볼록한 곡선 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 틀체는 연질 합성수지재로 형성되어, 상기 빗솔들은 상기 틀체가 상기 조립홈에 끼워짐에 따라 그 하단이 아래록 볼록하게 되도록 펼쳐지는 빗자루 조립 방법.
  2. 하부에 빗솔들이 고정되고, 유연성이 있는 연질 합성수지재로 성형된 틀체; 및
    상기 틀체가 끼워져 조립될 수 있는 조립홈이 좌우 방향으로 형성된 몸체를 포함하되,
    상기 조립홈은 아래로 볼록한 곡선 형상으로 형성되는 빗자루.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 조림홈의 내측면에는 걸림턱이 돌출 형성되는 빗자루.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 걸림턱은 아래록 볼록한 곡선 형상으로 형성되는 빗자루.
