[0049] 而本发明通过建筑本体 10的设置, 即可防止各货柜屋 30与外界水气直接接触, 以避免各货柜屋 30因雨水导致快速生锈, 并可解决隔音不佳的问题, 且也可避 免阳光直射各货柜屋 30, 以改善各货柜屋 30夏热冬冷的情形, 另外, 利用建筑 本体 10结构稳固的性质, 建筑本体 10的楼层 11可建构八层以上, 故本发明与传 统货柜屋相比, 整体货柜屋 30堆叠的高度不受限制, 且地震吋还可防止各货柜 屋 30摇晃而倒塌。 [0050] 此外, 相对于传统住宅大厦、 百货市集或商办大楼的建筑, 本发明通过各货柜 屋 30与建筑本体 10、 10a形成的模组化设计, 可相对地降低整体建筑结构 100建造 的成本, 并缩短建造的吋间, 且本发明的各货柜屋 30除了保留现有货柜屋的环 保概念以及可移动的优点之外, 由于各货柜屋 30已具有基本装潢, 故还可减少 在搬家迁徙吋因个人习惯与喜好而二次装潢的费用。

[权利要求 1] 一种模组化货柜屋型建筑结构, 其特征在于, 其包含:
一建筑本体, 其设有多个楼层, 且各该楼层均具有至少一容置空间, 而各该容置空间具有一对外的幵口;
至少一对外出入区域, 其纵向地设置于该建筑本体, 且各该容置空间 连通于该至少一对外出入区域; 以及
多个货柜屋, 其一对一经由各该幵口活动摆放于各该容置空间中, 且 各该货柜屋的至少一侧板可作展幵, 以平置于各该容置空间的地面, 使各该货柜屋内部与各该容置空间相通。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的模组化货柜屋型建筑结构, 其特征在于, 其中, 该至少一对外出入区域设于各该楼层每两相邻容置空间之间, 且各该 容置空间通过一出入门连通于该至少一对外出入区域。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1或 2所述的模组化货柜屋型建筑结构, 其特征在于, 其中

[权利要求 7] 如权利要求 6所述的模组化货柜屋型建筑结构, 其特征在于, 其中, 各该围墙于各该缺口内侧均设有一活动式的拉墙, 将各该缺口遮蔽。
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 4所述的模组化货柜屋型建筑结构, 其特征在于, 其中, 各该货柜屋内部均具有多个家具、 多个家电、 至少一卫浴设备及一厨 房设备。
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 8所述的模组化货柜屋型建筑结构, 其特征在于, 其中, 该至少一卫浴设备及该厨房设备设于相对于该底板的位置处。
