Description

一种耐腐蚀的主轴结构 技术领域
本发明涉及离心风机,具体涉及的是一种耐腐蚀的主轴结构。
背景技术
离心风机的主要结构部件是叶轮,机壳,主轴及轴盘,离心风机广泛用于工厂、矿井、隧道、冷却塔、车辆、船舶和建筑物的通风,锅炉和工业炉窑的通风和引风,空气调节设备和家用电器设备中的冷却和通风,谷物的烘干和选送,这些都体现了离心风机的重要性。还重点应用特殊用途的通风机,如防腐风机等,这类风机在材质上较为特殊,如不锈钢风机、玻璃钢风机、塑料风机、钛材风机以及金属衬胶风机。
主轴及轴盘作为离心风机的关键部件,主轴及轴盘防腐性能的好坏直接影响到整个风机系统的工作性能。在特定工作环境下,比如在酸、碱、水蒸气等介质环境中,主轴及轴盘容易被腐蚀。这就会导致在特定工作环境下,离心风机主轴和轴盘的使用寿命不长,防腐性能达不到要求,而将主轴采用特殊材质不仅成本高,而且加工困难,因此需要一种新的主轴结构代替。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种耐腐蚀的主轴结构,制作方便,成本低廉。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种耐腐蚀的主轴结构,包括主轴和叶轮,所述主轴包括端部、圆柱形轴段和锥形轴段,所述圆柱形轴段外设有轴套,所述锥形轴段外围设有不锈钢薄板,所述端部的横截面直径小于所述圆柱形轴段的横截面直径,所述圆柱形轴段的横截面直径小于锥形轴段的横截面直径,所述叶轮通过螺栓垂直固定于所述主轴的锥形轴段的中间。
作为优化的,所述轴套为二级阶梯型。
作为优化的,所述轴套通过满焊的方式焊接在所述主轴的圆柱形轴段。
作为优化的,所述不锈钢薄板上设有塞焊孔。
作为优化的,所述叶轮与所述主轴的连接处通过液态密封胶填充。
作为优化的,所述轴套与所述不锈钢薄板的连接处通过不锈钢焊条焊接。
作为优化的,所述主轴的材质为35CrMo或45号锻件。
作为优化的,所述轴套为耐腐蚀材料。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明设计新颖,结构简单,现有技术的主轴采用不锈钢材质,成本高,而本发明选用45号锻件或35CrMo锻件,只需在介质气体中,在主轴外使用不锈钢或耐腐蚀材料保护,但是能达到同样的防腐蚀效果,降低了生产成本,而且加工方便。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
参照图1所示,一种耐腐蚀的主轴结构,包括主轴1和叶轮4,所述主轴1包括端部5、圆柱形轴段6和锥形轴段7,所述圆柱形轴段6外套设有轴套2,所述锥形轴段7外套设有不锈钢薄板3,所述端部5的横截面直径小于所述圆柱形轴段6的横截面直径,所述圆柱形轴段6的横截面直径小于所述锥形轴段7的横截面直径。
参照图2所示,所述轴套2为二级阶梯型,并且所述轴套2通过满焊的方式焊接在所述主轴1的圆柱形轴段6外,将所述圆柱形轴段6完全密封,保证不受气体的腐蚀,一般所述轴套选用耐腐蚀的不锈钢材质。
参照图3所示,所述主轴1的锥形轴段7外套设有所述不锈钢薄板3,所述不锈钢薄板3上设有塞焊孔,便于焊接,所述叶轮4通过螺栓垂直固定于所述主轴1的锥形轴段7的中间,与所述主轴1的焊接处通过不锈钢焊条焊接,所述螺栓孔两端倒角内和螺母结合面以及内部空隙内填充液态密封胶。
所述轴套2与所述不锈钢薄板3的连接处通过不锈钢焊条焊接,保证各个保护套之间的紧密接合,防止气体进入,造成所述主轴1的腐蚀。
所述主轴1的材质为35CrMo或45号锻件,所述轴套2为耐腐蚀材料。
所述主轴1的端部5和部分所述圆柱形轴段6处于空气内,部分所述圆柱形轴段6和所述锥形轴段7处于腐蚀性气体内,所以圆柱形轴段6和所述锥形轴段7外套设有轴套2和不锈钢薄板3,防止所述主轴1被腐蚀性气体腐蚀,而且所述轴套2和所述不锈钢薄板3的连 接处用不锈钢焊条焊接,防止气体进入。

  1. 一种耐腐蚀的主轴结构,其特征在于:包括主轴(1)和叶轮(4),所述主轴(1)包括端部(5)、圆柱形轴段(6)和锥形轴段(7),所述圆柱形轴段(6)外套设有轴套(2),所述锥形轴段(7)外套设有不锈钢薄板(3),所述端部(1)的横截面直径小于所述圆柱形轴段(6)的横截面直径,所述圆柱形轴段(6)的横截面直径小于所述锥形轴段(7)的横截面直径,所述叶轮(4)通过螺栓垂直固定于所述主轴(1)的锥形轴段的中间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的主轴结构,其特征在于:所述轴套(2)为二级阶梯型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的主轴结构,其特征在于:所述轴套(2)通过满焊的方式焊接在所述主轴(1)的圆柱形轴段。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的主轴结构,其特征在于:所述不锈钢薄板(3)上设有塞焊孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的主轴结构,其特征在于:所述叶轮(4)与所述主轴(1)的连接处通过液态密封胶填充。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的主轴结构,其特征在于:所述轴套(2)与所述不锈钢薄板(3)的连接处通过不锈钢焊条焊接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的主轴结构,其特征在于:所述主轴(1)的材质为35CrMo或45号锻件。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的主轴结构,其特征在于:所述轴套(2)为耐腐蚀材料。
