Description

一种耐腐蚀的带轮毂套的轮毂 技术领域
本发明涉及离心风机,具体涉及的是一种耐腐蚀的带轮毂套的轮毂。
背景技术
离心风机的主要结构部件是叶轮,机壳,主轴及轴盘,离心风机广泛用于工厂、矿井、隧道、冷却塔、车辆、船舶和建筑物的通风,锅炉和工业炉窑的通风和引风,空气调节设备和家用电器设备中的冷却和通风,谷物的烘干和选送,这些都体现了离心风机的重要性。还重点应用特殊用途的通风机,如防腐风机等,这类风机在材质上较为特殊,如不锈钢风机、玻璃钢风机、塑料风机、钛材风机以及金属衬胶风机。
轮毂是连接叶轮和主轴的一个重要部件,传统轮毂在输送易腐蚀的介质时,很难保证主轴的轴头不受损伤,主轴与密封件结合处存在磨损,经常需要更换,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种耐腐蚀的带轮毂套的轮毂,有效地防止轴头与腐蚀气体接触。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种耐腐蚀的带轮毂套的轮毂,包括轮毂,所述轮毂通过轴头挡块与圆螺母固定在主轴上,所述轮毂的前方设有腔体,所述轴头挡块与所述圆螺母设置在所述腔体内,所述腔体通过压板密封,所述轮毂外设置密封部,所述轮毂与所述密封部之间设有轮毂套。
作为优化的,所述压板与所述腔体之间设有橡胶垫来密封所述压板与所述腔体之间的缝隙。
作为优化的,所述橡胶垫为三元乙丙橡胶垫
作为优化的,所述轮毂套可拆卸地套设固定在所述轮毂上。
作为优化的,所述密封部为静止件。
作为优化的,所述压板为不锈钢材质。
作为优化的,所述轮毂套的材质为耐腐蚀不锈钢。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明设计新颖,结构简单,通过在轮毂前方设置一腔体,用于容纳主轴与轮毂连接时的轴头圆螺母,有效地避免了轴头与腐蚀气体的接触,保证风机额正常运行;
而且本发明通过增设轮毂套,防止了密封部与轮毂长期地直接接触而造成密封部和轮毂 的磨损,而导致经常更换轮毂,节省成本,而且更换轮毂套更简单方便。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
参照图1所示,一种耐腐蚀的带轮毂套的轮毂,包括轮毂1,用来连接主轴与叶轮,所述轮毂1一般选用耐腐蚀的不锈钢,所述轮毂1通过轴头挡块6与圆螺母7固定在主轴上,所述轮毂1的前方设有腔体4,所述轴头挡块6与所述圆螺母7设置在所述腔体4内,因为所述主轴、所述圆螺母7和所述轴套挡块6是普通材质制造的,不具备耐腐蚀性能,所以所述腔体4通过压板8密封,所述压板为不锈钢材质,将耐腐蚀气体与所述轮毂腔体4隔绝,保护了所述腔体4内的主轴、圆螺母7和轴套挡块6,所述压板8与所述腔体4之间还设有三元乙丙橡胶垫5来密封所述压板8与所述腔体4之间的缝隙,所述压板8既起到了压紧所述腔体4的作用,又起到了压紧所述橡胶垫5的作用,所述轮毂1外设置密封部2,所述密封部2选用耐腐蚀材料,一般为不锈钢,有效地防止气体泄漏,所述轮毂1与所述密封部2之间设有轮毂套3,所述轮毂套3选用耐腐蚀的不锈钢材质,保护所述轮毂1,可防止自身被耐腐蚀气体腐蚀,所述轮毂套3可拆卸地套设固定在所述轮毂1上,所述轮毂1与所述轮毂套3紧密地配合,由于所述轮毂1为旋转件,而所述密封部2为静止件,因此所述轮毂1不断地转动时会对所述密封部2产生摩擦,而长期的摩擦导致所述轮毂1与所述密封部2的接触表面磨损,影响气密性,所述在所述轮毂1上可拆卸地套设安装上轮毂套3,防止所述轮毂1与所述密封部2直接连接产生摩擦,造成部件损坏,而所述轮毂套3非固定地设置在所述轮毂1上,这样可以定期地更换所述轮毂套3,比以前更换所述轮毂1成本低,而且更换方便。

  1. 一种耐腐蚀的带轮毂套的轮毂,其特征在于:包括轮毂(1),所述轮毂(1)通过轴头挡块(6)与圆螺母(7)固定在主轴上,所述轮毂(1)的前方设有腔体(4),所述轴头挡块(6)与所述圆螺母(7)设置在所述腔体(4)内,所述腔体(4)通过压板(8)密封,所述轮毂(1)外设置密封部(2),所述轮毂(1)与所述密封部(2)之间设有轮毂套(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的带轮毂套的轮毂,其特征在于:所述压板(8)与所述腔体(4)之间设有橡胶垫(5)来密封所述压板(8)与所述腔体(4)之间的缝隙。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的耐腐蚀的带轮毂套的轮毂,其特征在于:所述橡胶垫(5)为三元乙丙橡胶垫。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的带轮毂套的轮毂,其特征在于:所述轮毂套(3)可拆卸地套设固定在所述轮毂(1)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的带轮毂套的轮毂,其特征在于:所述密封部(2)为静止件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的带轮毂套的轮毂,其特征在于:所述压板(8)为不锈钢材质。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的带轮毂套的轮毂,其特征在于:所述轮毂套(3)的材质为耐腐蚀的不锈钢。
