进一步的,终端110可根据用户对群组的设置信息检测群组对应的消息接收模式,如果群组对应的消息接收模式是免提醒接收模式,则从服务器120中获取相关信息,以得到用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度和用户在群组中的活跃程度,进而根据感兴趣程度和活跃程度来确定是否主动引导用户退群,如果确定触发引导退群,则通过相应的用户界面接收用户设置实现退群。其中,终端110可以是各种能运行具有群组功能的平台工具的设备,比如个人计算机、笔记本电脑、智能手机、平板电脑、便携式穿戴设备等,在此不一一列举。
进一步的,图2示出了终端110的内部结构,终端110包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、图形处理单元、存储介质、内存、网络接口、显示屏幕和输入设备,其中,存储介质中存储有操作系统,还存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令被所述处理器执行时,可实现一种群组管理方法。该处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个终端110的运行。终端110中的图形处理单元用于至少提供显示应用操作界面的绘制能力,例如,绘制引导用户退群的应用界面等。内存用于为存储介质中的群组管理装置的运行提供环境。显示屏幕用于各种应用的图标和界面的显示,例如显示群组消息显示界面、退群开关等。输入设备用于接收用户输入的命令或数据等,例如接收用户输入的设置信息等。终端110的网络接口用于与服务器120建立网络连接并与其通信,例如接收服务器120发送的数据,将用户对群组的设置信息发送到服务器120进行保存等。对于带触摸屏的终端110,显示屏幕和输入设备可为触摸屏。可以理解的是,图2中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的终端的限定,具体的终端可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
如图3所示,在一个实施例中,提供了一种群组管理方法,该方法以应用于图1所示的终端中进行举例说明,包括:
步骤302,检测群组对应的消息接收模式。
消息接收模式可通过群组对应的设置界面进行设置,用来确定终端以何种形式来接收群组中的成员所发送的消息,包括提醒接收模式和免提醒接收模式等。其中,提醒接收模式是指终端接收到群组中其它成员发送的消息时通过提示音的方式提醒并接收该消息,免提醒接收模式是指终端接收到群组中其它成员发送的消息时不开启提示音只接收该消息,因此免提醒接收模式也可以称之为静音接收模式。由于群组中的消息量比较大,用户对于不需要及时查看消息的群组,可设置该群组对应的消息接收模式是免提醒接收模式。
步骤304,如果群组对应的消息接收模式是免提醒接收模式,则获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度和用户在群组中的活跃程度。
本实施例中,如果群组对应的消息接收模式是免提醒接收模式,表明该群组对于用户来说价值不高且存在信息干扰,则终端进一步获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度和用户在群组中的活跃程度。
其中,用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度反映了用户对群组中成员发的消息是否感兴趣,具体可通过用户是否将该群组由免提醒接收模式消除为提醒接收模式来确定。如果用户将群组的免提醒接收模式消除,表明用户希望及时查看该群组中成员发的消息,也就是说用户对群组中成员发的消息感兴趣。此外,还可通过进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间来确定用户对群组中成员发的消息是否感兴趣,进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间越长,则用户对群组中成员发的消息越感兴趣。用户在群组中的活跃程度可通过用户在该群组中所发的消息数量来确定,用户在群组中发的消息数量越多,则表明用户在群组中的活跃程度越高。
步骤306,根据所述感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群。
本实施例中,终端获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度,如果确定用户对群组消息不感兴趣,则可触发引导退群。终端还可获取在群组中的活跃程度,如果用户在群组中的活跃程度不高,则也可触发引导退群。
步骤308,确定触发引导退群则显示退群引导信息,并在接收到确定退群的指令时实现退群。
具体的,在确定需要触发引导退群时,可在终端的应用界面上弹出提示框,显示退群引导信息,并提供退群开关用于接收确定退群的指令,在接收到确定退群的指令时实现退群,即解除用户与该群组之间的绑定关系,并更新到服务器。
本实施例中,当群组对应的消息接收模式是免提醒接收模式时,表明用户并不希望及时收到该群组的消息,再进一步根据用户在对群组消息的感兴趣程度和用户在群组中的活跃程度来确定是否需要引导用户退群,进而通过引导的方式主动引导用户退群。这样,避免了大量无价值消息给用户带来的信息骚扰,同时也减轻了服务器的压力。
如图4所示,在一个实施例中,提供的一种群组管理方法,包括:
步骤402,检测群组对应的消息接收模式是否为免提醒接收模式,若是,则进入步骤404,否则结束。
本实施例中,如果群组对应的消息接收模式不是免提醒接收模式,表明用户是希望及时查看到群组中成员发的消息,也反映出用户对该群组是感兴趣的,因此不需要主动引导退群,流程结束。
步骤404,检测是否接收到用户消除免提醒接收模式的指令,若是,则进入步骤408,否则进入步骤406。
本实施例中,消除免提醒接收模式可以是用户通过对群组进行设置消除,将群组对应的消息接收模式设置为提醒接收模式,比如,可通过点击进入到群组的设置界面,将群组的消息接收模式由免提醒接收模式更改为提醒接收模式。也可以是触发进入群组的消息显示界面,比如,点击群组头像进入到群组消息显示界面以查看群组消息时产生消除免提醒接收模式的指令。
步骤406,获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度,根据感兴趣程度确定是否触发引导退群。
本实施例中,用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度可通过用户进入该群组的消息显示界面所停留的时间来确定,例如,如果用户进入该群组的消息显示界面所停留的时间小于一定的时间阈值,则确定触发引导退群。
步骤408,获取用户在群组中的活跃程度,根据该活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群。
本实施例中,用户在群组中的活跃程度可通过用户在群组中发的消息数量来确定,比如获取用户在群组中发的消息数量小于一定阈值,则确定触发引导退群。
本实施例中,在不同的情形下获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度或者用户在群组中的活跃程度,从而可推测出群组消息对用户的干扰程度,从而确定是否主动引导用户退群,避免了大量无价值消息给用户带来的信息骚扰,同时也减轻了服务器的压力。
在一个实施例中,根据感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群的步骤包括:获取最近一段时间内用户在群组中发的消息数量,根据消息数量确定是否触发引导退群。
进一步的,在一个实施例中,根据所述感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群的步骤还包括:检测是否接收到用户消除免提醒接收模式的指令;如果未接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令,则再执行获取最近一段时间内用户在群组中发的消息数量的步骤。
在一个实施例中,根据感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群的步骤包括:检测是否接收到用户消除免提醒接收模式的指令;如果接收到用户消除免提醒接收模式的指令,则进一步获取进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间,根据所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间确定是否触发引导退群。
进一步的,在一个实施例中,根据所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间确定是否触发引导退群的步骤,包括:将所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间与时间阈值进行比较;记录所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间小于所述时间阈值的次数;如果该次数达到预设次数阈值,则确定触发引导退群。
如图5所示,在一个实施例中,提供了一种群组管理方法,该方法以应用于图1所示的终端中进行举例说明,具体包括:
步骤502,检测群组对应的消息接收模式是否为免提醒接收模式,若是,则进入步骤504,否则结束。
本实施例中,如果群组对应的消息接收模式是免提醒接收模式,表明用户并不即时查看到群组中成员发的消息,也就是该群组对于用户来说价值不高且可能存在信息干扰,这种情况下无需进行引导退群。
步骤504,检测是否接收到用户消除免提醒接收模式的指令,若是,则进入步骤508,否则进入步骤506。
本实施例中,消除免提醒接收模式可以是用户通过对群组进行设置消除,将群组对应的消息接收模式设置为提醒接收模式,比如,可通过点击进入到群组的设置界面,将群组的消息接收模式由免提醒接收模式更改为提醒接收模式。也可以是触发进入群组的消息显示界面,比如,点击群组头像进入到群组消息显示界面以查看群组消息时产生消除免提醒接收模式的指令。
如图6所示,以具有群组功能的即时通讯工具为例,即时通讯工具的应用界面可显示群组或好友的列表,群组对应的消息接收模式若为免提醒接收模式,比如群组1为免提醒接收模式,则对应在群组头像带有免提醒标志604,在群组1对应的项目栏602中还显示最近一条群组中更新的消息和用户未读消息的数量,当用户点击群组头像,消除免提醒模式并进入到群组消息显示界面。
步骤506,获取最近一段时间内用户在群组中发的消息数量,根据该消息数量确定是否触发引导退群。
本实施例中,终端如果未接收到用户消除免提醒接收模式的指令,则获取最近一段时间内用户在群组中发的消息数量,比如获取最近一周或者一天内用户在群组中发的消息数量,如果该最新一段时间内用户发的消息数量小于一定阈值,则表明用户既不想及时查看群组中成员发的消息也在群组中的活跃程度不高,确定触发引导退群。
步骤508,获取进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间,根据该时间确定是否触发引导退群。
本实施例中,终端如果通过I/O设备接收到用户消除免提醒接收模式的指令,则进入群组消息显示界面,并获取进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间,如果该时间小于一定阈值,则表明用户虽然消除了免提醒接收模式,当用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度并不高,确定触发引导退群。
进一步的,在一个实施例中,根据进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间确定是否触发引导退群的步骤包括:将进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间与时间阈值进行比较;记录进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间小于时间阈值的次数,如果该次数达到预设次数阈值,则确定触发引导退群。
本实施例中,如果多次用户在群组消息显示界面停留的时间都比较短,则表明用户虽然消除了免提醒模式,但用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度并不高,确定触发引导退群。
步骤510,判断是否确定触发引导退群,若是,则进入步骤512,否则结束。
步骤512,弹出提示框,显示退群引导信息,提供退群开关,通过退群开关接收确定退群的指令,实现退群。
本实施例中,退群引导信息中包含退群后不显示退群消息的提示信息。如图7所示,确定触发引导退群后,弹出提示框702,显示退群引导信息,其中包含退群后不显示退群的提示信息706,提示框702中还提供了退群开关704,通过退群开关704可确定是否退群。
本实施例中,当通过退群开关接收到确定退群的指令,则解除用户与群组之间的绑定关系,并且群组中将不会显示该用户退群的消息。
本实施例中,通过用户在群组中发的消息数量来获取用户在群组中的活跃程度,通过获取进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度,以此来确定群组消息是否对于用户来说存在信息骚扰,从而确定是否触发引导退群。通过这种引导的方式主动引导用户退群,避免了大量无价值消息给用户带来的信息骚扰,同时也减轻了服务器的压力。
本发明实施例还提供了一种终端,终端的内部结构可对应于如图2所示的结构,下述每个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件或其组合来实现。
如图8所示,在一个实施例中,该实施例中的终端包括:
检测模块802,用于检测群组对应的消息接收模式。
信息获取模块804,用于如果群组对应的消息接收模式是免提醒接收模式,则获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度和用户在群组中的活跃程度。
引导判定模块806,用于根据所述感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群。
退群实现模块808,用于若确定触发引导退群则显示退群引导信息,并在接收到确定退群的指令时实现退群。
在一个实施例中,信息获取模块804用于检测是否接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令,若是,则获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度;否则,获取用户在群组中的活跃程度。
在一个实施例中,如图9所示,引导判定模块806包括:
第一判定模块816,用于获取最近一段时间内用户在群组中发的消息数量,根据所述消息数量确定是否触发引导退群。
进一步的,在一个实施例中,第一判定模块816还用于在执行获取最近一段时间内用户在群组中发的消息数量之前,检测是否接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令;如果未接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令,则再获取最近一段时间内用户在群组中发的消息数量,根据所述消息数量确定是否触发引导退群。
在一个实施例中,引导判定模块806还包括:
第二判定模块826,用于检测是否接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令;如果接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令,则进一步获取进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间,根据所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间确定是否触发引导退群。
进一步的,在一个实施例中,第二判定模块826还用于将所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间与时间阈值进行比较;记录所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间小于所述时间阈值的次数;如果所述次数达到预设次数阈值,则确定触发引导退群。
在一个实施例中,退群实现模块808用于若确定触发引导退群则弹出提示框,通过提示框显示退群引导信息并在所述提示框中提供退群开关,其中退群引导信息中包含退群后不显示退群消息的提示信息;通过所述退群开关接收确定退群的指令,解除用户与群组之间的绑定关系。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)等非易失性存储介质,或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种群组管理方法,包括:
    检测群组对应的消息接收模式;
    如果群组对应的消息接收模式是免提醒接收模式,则获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度和用户在群组中的活跃程度;
    根据所述感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群;及
    若确定触发引导退群则显示退群引导信息,并在通过 I/O 设备接收到确定退群的指令时实现退群。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度和用户在群组中的活跃程度的步骤,包括:
    检测是否接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令,若是,则获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度;否则,获取用户在群组中的活跃程度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群的步骤,包括:
    获取最近一段时间内用户在群组中发的消息数量,根据所述消息数量确定是否触发引导退群。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群的步骤,还包括:
    检测是否接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令;
    如果未接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令,则再执行所述获取最近一段时间内用户在群组中发的消息数量的步骤。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群的步骤,包括:
    检测是否接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令;
    如果接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令,则进一步获取进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间,根据所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间确定是否触发引导退群。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间确定是否触发引导退群的步骤,包括:
    将所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间与时间阈值进行比较;
    记录所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间小于所述时间阈值的次数;
    如果所述次数达到预设次数阈值,则确定触发引导退群。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述若确定触发引导退群则显示退群引导信息,并在接收到确定退群的指令时实现退群的步骤,包括:
    若确定触发引导退群则弹出提示框,通过提示框显示退群引导信息并在所述提示框中提供退群开关,其中退群引导信息中包含退群后不显示退群消息的提示信息;
    通过所述退群开关接收确定退群的指令,解除用户与群组之间的绑定关系。
  8. 一种终端,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有指令,所述指令被所处理器执行时,可使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    检测群组对应的消息接收模式;
    如果群组对应的消息接收模式是免提醒接收模式,则获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度和用户在群组中的活跃程度;
    根据所述感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群;及
    若确定触发引导退群则显示退群引导信息,并在通过I/O设备接收到确定退群的指令时实现退群。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器执行获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度和用户在群组中的活跃程度的步骤包括:
    检测是否接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令,若是,则获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度;否则,获取用户在群组中的活跃程度。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器执行根据所述感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群的步骤包括:
    获取最近一段时间内用户在群组中发的消息数量,根据所述消息数量确定是否触发引导退群。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器执行根据所述感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群的步骤还包括:
    检测是否接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令;
    如果未接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令,则再执行所述获取最近一段时间内用户在群组中发的消息数量的步骤。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器执行根据所述感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群的步骤,包括:
    检测是否接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令;
    如果接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令,则进一步获取进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间,根据所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间确定是否触发引导退群。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器执行根据所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间确定是否触发引导退群的步骤包括:
    所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间与时间阈值进行比较;
    记录所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间小于所述时间阈值的次数;
    如果所述次数达到预设次数阈值,则确定触发引导退群。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器执行若确定触发引导退群则显示退群引导信息,并在接收到确定退群的指令时实现退群的步骤包括:
    若确定触发引导退群则弹出提示框,通过提示框显示退群引导信息并在所述提示框中提供退群开关,其中退群引导信息中包含退群后不显示退群消息的提示信息;
    通过所述退群开关接收确定退群的指令,解除用户与群组之间的绑定关系。
  15. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的计算机非易失性存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    检测群组对应的消息接收模式;
    如果群组对应的消息接收模式是免提醒接收模式,则获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度和用户在群组中的活跃程度;
    根据所述感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群;及
    若确定触发引导退群则显示退群引导信息,并在通过I/O设备接收到确定退群的指令时实现退群。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度和用户在群组中的活跃程度的步骤包括:
    检测是否接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令,若是,则获取用户对群组消息的感兴趣程度;否则,获取用户在群组中的活跃程度。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群的步骤包括:
    获取最近一段时间内用户在群组中发的消息数量,根据所述消息数量确定是否触发引导退群。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群的步骤还包括:
    检测是否接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令;
    如果未接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令,则再执行所述获取最近一段时间内用户在群组中发的消息数量的步骤。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述感兴趣程度和活跃程度确定是否触发引导退群的步骤,包括:
    检测是否接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令;
    如果接收到用户消除所述免提醒接收模式的指令,则进一步获取进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间,根据所述进入群组消息显示界面所停留的时间确定是否触发引导退群。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述若确定触发引导退群则显示退群引导信息,并在接收到确定退群的指令时实现退群的步骤包括:
    若确定触发引导退群则弹出提示框,通过提示框显示退群引导信息并在所述提示框中提供退群开关,其中退群引导信息中包含退群后不显示退群消息的提示信息;
    通过所述退群开关接收确定退群的指令,解除用户与群组之间的绑定关系。
