如图1所示,在一个实施例中,一种网络信息推送系统,包括网络信息推送服务器110和数据处理服务器120。其中:
网络信息推送服务器110用于将预设的网络信息内容和对应的互动信息推送至第一客户端,以及收集第一客户端上传的对互动信息的反馈信息,将反馈信息提交至数据处理服务器120,反馈信息中包含第一用户标识。
网络信息内容可针对于实际产品,也可针对于网络应用。网络信息推送服务器110预先存储了网络信息内容,网络信息内容也可理解为用于网络信息的网络信息内容。进一步的,网络信息推送服务器110中可存储多个网络信息内容,并按照预设的队列进行排列存储。网络信息推送服务器110在推送网络信息内容至第一客户端时,可按照队列顺序向第一客户端推送。
网络信息推送服务器110中还可预先存储与网络信息内容对应的互动信息。具体的,互动信息可以是预先设置的与网络信息内容对应的互动问题。例如,互动信息可以为“前面网络信息提到的产品叫什么名字?”、“前面网络信息提到的产品主要用于做什么?”等。本实施例中,第一客户端上传的对互动信息的反馈信息则为对互动问题的回答。
此外,互动信息还可以是针对某些网络应用的安装信息,则第一客户端上传的反馈信息则可为对网络应用的安装操作指令。
应当说明的是,所述的第一客户端是泛指与网络信息推送服务器110进行数据交互的任一客户端,可以是浏览器或其他应用程序客户端。而第一用户标识也是泛指用于唯一标识某个网络用户的用户标识。
在一个实施例中,网络信息推送服务器110还可用于随机选取与网络信息内容对应的互动信息,并将互动信息推送至第一客户端。
通过网络信息推送服务器110随机选取与网络信息内容对应的互动信息推送给第一客户端,使得对应同一网络信息内容,推送给第一客户端的互动信息很可能不同,从而可有效的防止用户在不用关注网络信息内容的情况下便能通过第一客户端上传正确的反馈信息,从而提高了网络信息推送服务器110接收到的反馈信息的正确性。
数据处理服务器120用于对反馈信息进行处理,生成与第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
具体的,数据处理服务器120中可预先存储与每个互动信息对应的标准信息。例如,当互动信息为互动问题时,与互动问题对应的标准信息则为互动问题的标准答案;当互动信息为某个网络应用的安装信息时,标准信息则可为网络应用安装成功的信息。
进一步的,数据处理服务器120可用于将反馈信息与标准信息进行对比,判断两者是否匹配,若是,则判断与第一用户标识对应的用户关注了网络信息内容,否则,判断与第一用户标识对应的用户未关注网络信息内容。
具体的,数据处理服务器120可用于根据上述判断结果生成与第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。例如,若判断用户为关注了网络信息内容,则生成与第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度为a,否则,生成的与第一用户标识对应的网络信息专注度为0,其中a可为常数。
在一个实施例中,网络信息推送服务器110还用于生成与网络信息内容对应的包含第一用户标识的推广链接,并将推广链接推送至第一客户端。
具体的,网络信息推送服务器110可用于在向第一客户端推送网络信息内容和对应的互动信息之前,获取第一用户标识,并根据第一用户标识生成包含第一用户标识的推广链接,并进一步将推广链接和网络信息内容、与网络信息内容对应的互动信息一起推送给第一客户端。
在另一个实施例中,网络信息推送服务器110还可用于获得第一客户端的链接请求,该链接请求中包含第一用户标识,根据该链接请求生成包含第一用户标识的推广链接。本实施例中,第一客户端在展示网络信息推送服务器110推送的网络信息内容和对应的互动信息后,可根据用户操作生成链接请求,并发送至网络信息推送服务器110。
进一步的,推广链接可通过即时通信工具、微博、论坛和邮件等方式在不同的客户端之间进行传播。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,网络信息推送服务器110还用于获取第二客户端发送的对推广链接的访问请求,根据访问请求将预设的网络信息内容和对应的互动信息推送至第二客户端。
具体的,访问请求可以是用户通过第二客户端点击推广链接所生成的,访问请求中包含第二用户标识。本实施例中,网络信息推送服务器110在获取到第二客户端的访问请求后,将预设的网络信息内容和互动信息推送给第二客户端,因此有助于网络信息内容在多个不同的客户端之间进行传播,更有利于网络服务的推送。
应当说明的是,本申请中的第一客户端和第二客户端是相对而言的,在一些应用场景下,第一客户端可以是第二客户端,第二客户端也可以是第二客户端,所述的第一客户端和第二客户端只是用于区别两个不同的客户端,并不是特指。同理,第一用户标识和第二用户标识也是相对而言,第一用户标识和第二用户标识仅为了区分不同的用户。
可以理解,图2是为说明网络信息推送系统的一个最简应用场景。第二客户端在接收到推广链接后,还可将该推广链接传播到其他客户端,其他客户端再对该推广链接进行访问,获取预设的网络信息内容和对应的互动信息。
在一个实施例中,访问请求中包含第一用户标识和第二用户标识。在本实施例中,网络信息推送服务器110还用于将第一用户标识和第二用户标识提交至数据处理服务器120。数据处理服务器120还用于建立第一用户标识和第二用户标识之间的映射关系,并在该映射关系设置第一用户标识和第二用户标识对应的级别。
具体的,数据处理服务器120用于在建立第一用户标识与第二用户标识之间的映射关系后,将与第一用户标识对应的第二用户标识的级别设置为该第一用户标识级别低一级。例如,数据处理服务器120设置级别最高的第一用户标识的级别为1级,而将与级别最高的第一用户标识对应的第二用户标识的级别设置为2级,并依此类推。
进一步的,由于网络信息推送服务器110获取到的对推广链接的访问请求可以是多个第二客户端发送的多个访问请求,因此,数据处理服务器120所建立的第一用户标识和第二用户标识的映射关系为一对多的关系。则数据处理服务器120可用于将多个与第一用户标识对应的第二用户标识设置为相同的级别。
在一个实施例中,数据处理服务器120还用于根据第一用户标识和第二用户标识对应的级别和第二客户端上传的与第二用户标识对应的反馈信息,生成与第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
具体的,网络信息推送服务器110可用于收集第二客户端上传的与第二用户标识对应的反馈信息,并将与第二用户标识对应的反馈信息提交至数据处理服务器120。数据处理服务器120用于判断第二用户标识的级别是否为最低级别,若是,则根据反馈信息直接得到与第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。否则,数据处理服务器120先获取比上述第二用户标识低级别的用户标识对应的网络信息关注度,再根据低级别的用户标识对应的网络信息关注度和第二用户标识对应的反馈信息获得与第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
在一个实施例中,数据处理服务器120还用于读取与第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度,根据第一用户标识和第二用户标识对应的级别和与第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度,调整与第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
具体的,数据处理服务器120从第一用户标识与第二用户标识之间的映射关系中查找与第一用户标识对应的低级别的第二用户标识,并获取每个第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
进一步的,在一个实施例中,数据处理服务器120可用于通过如下方式对第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度进行调整:
第一用户标识调整后的网络信息关注度=第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度+第二用户对应的网络信息关注度*y*10j-k,其中,j为第一用户标识的级别,k为第二用户标识的级别,y为小于0.1的常数。
本实施例中,可通过推广链接在不同的客户端之间进行传播,进一步修改与第一用户标识对网络信息关注度,从而进一步提高获取的网络信息关注度的准确性。
在一个实施例中,数据处理服务器120还用于根据预设的网络信息关注度与用户属性设置条件的对应关系获取对应的用户属性设置条件,根据获取的用户属性设置条件设置与用户标识对应的用户属性。
进一步的,用户属性可包括用户等级、用户积分中的至少一种。用户标识既包括第一用户标识也包括第二用户标识,泛指所涉及到的网络用户的用户标识。数据处理服务器120中可存储与第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度与多个用户属性设置条件的对应关系,例如,网络信息关注度与用户积分设置条件的映射关系。进一步的,数据处理服务器120可用于根据生成的与第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度获得对应的用户属性设置条件,并根据获得的用户属性设置条件设置与第一用户标识对应的用户属性。
具体的,以用户积分为例。数据处理服务器120用于根据第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度从网络信息关注度与用户积分设置条件的映射关系中查找到与第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度匹配的映射记录。进一步的,数据处理服务器120用于根据映射记录获得对应的用户积分设置条件,并根据该积分设置条件修改用户的积分。
如图3所示,在一个实施例中,一种网络信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S110,网络信息推送服务器将预设的网络信息内容和对应的互动信息推送至第一客户端,以及收集第一客户端上传的对互动信息的反馈信息,将反馈信息提交至数据处理服务器,反馈信息中包含第一用户标识。
网络信息内容可针对于实际产品,也可针对于网络应用。网络信息推送服务器预先存储了网络信息内容,网络信息内容也可理解为用于网络信息的网络信息内容。进一步的,网络信息推送服务器中可存储多个网络信息内容,并按照预设的队列进行排列存储。网络信息推送服务器在推送网络信息内容至第一客户端时,可按照队列顺序向第一客户端推送。

通过网络信息推送服务器随机选取与网络信息内容对应的互动信息推送给第一客户端,使得对应同一网络信息内容,推送给第一客户端的互动信息很可能不同,从而可有效的防止用户在不用关注网络信息内容的情况下便能通过第一客户端上传正确的反馈信息,从而提高了网络信息推送服务器接收到的反馈信息的正确性。
步骤S120,数据处理服务器对反馈信息进行处理,生成与第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
具体的,数据处理服务器中可预先存储与每个互动信息对应的标准信息。例如,当互动信息为互动问题时,与互动问题对应的标准信息则为互动问题的标准答案;当互动信息为某个网络应用的安装信息时,标准信息则可为网络应用安装成功的信息。

在另一个实施例中,网络信息推送服务器还可获得第一客户端的链接请求,该链接请求中包含第一用户标识,根据该链接请求生成包含第一用户标识的推广链接。本实施例中,第一客户端在展示网络信息推送服务器推送的网络信息内容和对应的互相信息后,可根据用户操作生成链接请求,并发送至网络信息推送服务器。
进一步的,推广链接可通过即时通信工具、微博、论坛和邮件等方式在不同的客户端之间进行传播。
在一个实施例中,在将推广链接推送至第一客户端的步骤之后,上述网络信息推送方法还包括:网络信息推送服务器获取第二客户端发送的对推广链接的访问请求,根据访问请求将预设的网络信息内容和对应的互动信息推送至第二客户端。
具体的,访问请求可以是用户通过第二客户端点击推广链接所生成的,访问请求中包含第二用户标识。本实施例中,网络信息推送服务器在获取到第二客户端的访问请求后,将预设的网络信息内容和互动信息推送给第二客户端,因此有助于网络信息内容在多个不同的客户端之间进行传播,更有利于网络服务的推送。
在一个实施例中,访问请求中包含第一用户标识和第二用户标识,在网络信息推送服务器获取第二客户端发送的对推广链接的访问请求的步骤之后,还包括:网络信息推送服务器将第一用户标识和第二用户标识提交至数据处理服务器;数据处理服务器建立第一用户标识和第二用户标识之间的映射关系,并在映射关系设置第一用户标识和第二用户标识对应的级别。
具体的,数据处理服务器在建立第一用户标识与第二用户标识之间的映射关系后,将与第一用户标识对应的第二用户标识的级别设置为该第一用户标识级别低一级。例如,数据处理服务器设置级别最高的第一用户标识的级别为1级,而将与级别最高的第一用户标识对应的第二用户标识的级别设置为2级,并依此类推。
进一步的,由于网络信息推送服务器获取到的对推广链接的访问请求可以是多个第二客户端发送的多个访问请求,因此,数据处理服务器所建立的第一用户标识和第二用户标识的映射关系为一对多的关系。则数据处理服务器可将多个与第一用户标识对应的第二用户标识设置为相同的级别。

具体的,以用户积分为例。数据处理服务器根据第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度从网络信息关注度与用户积分设置条件的映射关系中查找到与第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度匹配的映射记录。进一步的,数据处理服务器根据映射记录获得对应的用户积分设置条件,并根据该积分设置条件修改用户的积分。
上述网络信息推送系统和方法,由于网络信息推送服务器在推送网络信息内容时,会将与网络信息内容对应的互动信息一并推送给第一客户端,且通过数据处理服务器来对第一客户端的反馈信息进行处理。由于只有当第一客户端参与互动并返回反馈信息时,数据处理服务器才会根据反馈信息获取用户的网络信息关注度,从而能有效的避免将没有关注网络信息的用户当作关注了网络信息的用户。因此,通过上述系统和方法,能准确获取用户对网络信息的关注度。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。

    网络信息推送服务器,用于将预设的网络信息内容和对应的互动信息推送至第一客户端,以及收集所述第一客户端上传的对所述互动信息的反馈信息,将所述反馈信息提交至数据处理服务器,所述反馈信息中包含第一用户标识;
    数据处理服务器,用于对所述反馈信息进行处理,生成与所述第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的网络信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述网络信息推送服务器用于随机选取与所述网络信息内容对应的互动信息,并将所述互动信息推送至所述第一客户端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的网络信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述数据处理服务器用于将反馈信息与标准信息进行对比,判断两者是否匹配,若是,则判断与第一用户标识对应的用户关注了网络信息内容,否则,判断与第一用户表示对应的用户未关注网络信息内容,根据判断结果生成与第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的网络信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述网络信息推送服务器还用于生成与网络信息内容对应的包含所述第一用户标识的推广链接,并将所述推广链接推送至所述第一客户端;
    所述网络信息推送服务器还用于获取第二客户端发送的对所述推广链接的访问请求,根据所述访问请求将所述预设的网络信息内容和对应的互动信息推送至所述第二客户端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的网络信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述访问请求中包含第一用户标识和第二用户标识;
    所述网络信息推送服务器还用于将所述第一用户标识和第二用户标识提交至所述数据处理服务器;所述数据处理服务器还用于建立所述第一用户标识和第二用户标识之间的映射关系,并在所述映射关系设置所述第一用户标识和第二用户标识对应的级别。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的网络信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述数据处理服务器还用于根据所述第一用户标识和第二用户标识对应的级别和所述第二客户端上传的与所述第二用户标识对应的反馈信息,生成与所述第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的网络信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述网络信息推送服务器用于收集第二客户端上传的与第二用户标识对应的反馈信息,并将与第二用户标识对应的反馈信息提交至所述数据处理服务器;
    所述数据处理服务器用于判断第二用户标识的级别是否为最低级别,若是,则根据反馈信息直接得到与第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度,否则,先获取比第二用户标识低级别的用户标识对应的网络信息关注度,再根据低级别的用户标识对应的网络信息关注度和第二用户标识对应的反馈信息获得与第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的网络信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述数据处理服务器还用于读取与所述第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度,根据所述第一用户标识和第二用户标识对应的级别和与所述第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度,调整与所述第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的网络信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述数据处理服务器还用于通过如下方式对第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度进行调整:
    第一用户标识调整后的网络信息关注度=第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度+第二用户对应的网络信息关注度*y*10j-k,其中,j为第一用户标识的级别,k为第二用户标识的级别,y为小于0.1的常数。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的网络信息推送系统,所述数据处理服务器还用于根据预设的网络信息关注度与用户属性设置条件的对应关系获取对应的用户属性设置条件,根据所述获取的用户属性设置条件设置与用户标识对应的用户属性。
  11. 一种网络信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
    网络信息推送服务器将预设的网络信息内容和对应的互动信息推送至第一客户端,以及收集所述第一客户端上传的对所述互动信息的反馈信息,将所述反馈信息提交至数据处理服务器,所述反馈信息中包含第一用户标识;
    数据处理服务器对所述反馈信息进行处理,生成与所述第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的网络信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述网络信息推送服务器将预设的网络信息内容和对应的互动信息推送至第一客户端的步骤为:
    所述网络信息推送服务器随机选取与所述网络信息内容对应的互动信息,并将预设的网络信息内容和对应的所述选取的互动信息推送至所述第一客户端。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的网络信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述数据处理服务器对所述反馈信息进行处理,生成与所述第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度,包括:
    所述数据处理服务器用于将反馈信息与标准信息进行对比,判断两者是否匹配,若是,则判断与第一用户标识对应的用户关注了网络信息内容,否则,判断与第一用户表示对应的用户未关注网络信息内容,根据判断结果生成与第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的网络信息推动方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络信息推送服务器生成与网络信息内容对应的包含所述第一用户标识的推广链接,并将所述推广链接推送至所述第一客户端;
    所述网络信息推送服务器获取第二客户端发送的对所述推广链接的访问请求,根据所述访问请求将所述预设的网络信息内容和对应的互动信息推送至所述第二客户端。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的网络信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述访问请求中包含第一用户标识和第二用户标识;在所述网络信息推送服务器获取第二客户端发送的对所述推广链接的访问请求的步骤之后,还包括:
    所述网络信息推送服务器将所述第一用户标识和第二用户标识提交至所述数据处理服务器;
    所述数据处理服务器建立所述第一用户标识和第二用户标识之间的映射关系,并在所述映射关系设置所述第一用户标识和第二用户标识对应的级别。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的网络信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述数据处理服务器根据所述第一用户标识和第二用户标识对应的级别和所述第二客户端上传的与所述第二用户标识对应的反馈信息,生成与所述第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的网络信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:所述网络信息推送服务器用于收集第二客户端上传的与第二用户标识对应的反馈信息,并将与第二用户标识对应的反馈信息提交至所述数据处理服务器;
    所述数据处理服务器根据所述第一用户标识和第二用户标识对应的级别和所述第二客户端上传的与所述第二用户标识对应的反馈信息,生成与所述第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度,为:
    所述数据处理服务器用于判断第二用户标识的级别是否为最低级别,若是,则根据反馈信息直接得到与第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度,否则,先获取比第二用户标识低级别的用户标识对应的网络信息关注度,再根据低级别的用户标识对应的网络信息关注度和第二用户标识对应的反馈信息获得与第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的网络信息推送方法,其特征在于,在所述数据服务器生成与所述第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度的步骤之后,还包括:
    所述数据处理服务器读取与所述第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度,根据所述第一用户标识和第二用户标识对应的级别和与所述第二用户标识对应的网络信息关注度,调整与所述第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的网络信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述数据处理服务器还用于通过如下方式对第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度进行调整:
    第一用户标识调整后的网络信息关注度=第一用户标识对应的网络信息关注度+第二用户对应的网络信息关注度*y*10j-k,其中,j为第一用户标识的级别,k为第二用户标识的级别,y为小于0.1的常数。
  20. 根据权利要求11所述的网络信息推送方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述数据处理服务器根据预设的网络信息关注度与用户属性设置条件的对应关系获取对应的用户属性设置条件,根据所述获取的用户属性设置条件设置与用户标识对应的用户属性。
