上述步骤103具体包括:获取与处理转换后的地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息的等级,并按照与所述等级对应的预设语音信息进行语音提示。
例如,在该等级为一级时,给予司机相应的提示信息,并提示司机制动该列车;在该等级为二级或更高等级时,地震紧急处置装置直接制动该列车,这时会通过语音告知司机制动列车的原因等相应的提示信息。
图2示出了本发明实施例提供的终端的结构示意图,如图2所示,该终端包括:
接收模块21,用于接收地震紧急处置装置中的地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息,其中,所述地震紧急处置装置中的地震紧急处置信息为所述地震紧急处置装置预先接收的;
处理模块22,用于对所述地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的进行处理转换;
提示模块23,用于根据处理转换后的地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息的等级进行提示。
在本实施例的一个优选的实施方式中,所述处理模块22,用于:
将所述地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息转换成文本,以使列车司机对所述文本信息进行查看。
在本实施例的一个优选的实施方式中,所述提示模块23,用于:
获取与处理转换后的地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息的等级,并按照与所述等级对应的预设语音信息进行语音提示。
在本实施例的一个优选的实施方式中,所述终端还包括图中未示出的:
存储模块24,用于存储所述处理转换后的地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息。
具体的,上述终端可以理解为与高速铁路车载地震紧急处置装置连接的终端。该终端采用高度集中的功能模块设计,通过标准CAN总线实现与地震紧急处置装置进行通讯,能实时采集车载地震紧急处置装置的接收、发送、状态等的信息,具备文本转语音和音频输出功能,能通过触摸屏进行控制、显示等实时操作;实现地震紧急处置信息的语音和显示报警,实现事件语音提示、功能设置、参数录入、日志记录与查询、系统信息查看、文档管理、事件数据存储与导出、系统复位与自检等功能。
上述终端具有如下功能:
1)内部时钟功能
内设时钟,与由GSM-R通信接口单元通过心跳报文发布的标准时间同步, 用于记录事件对应发生时间。
2)车载装置编码功能
设4字节车载装置编码,在固化程序时写入。地震紧急处置装置编码是该装置的唯一标识,用于铁路局中心系统对紧急处置信息发布、处置效果验证、地震紧急处置装置检修维护等信息管理。
3)工作状态表示功能
地震紧急处置装置的工作状态的显示,主要包括:地震紧急处置装置各单元以及该终端工作状态、GPRS注册/注销状态、小区广播接收状态、进入/驶离地震监测区域状态、播音器音量状态、GSM-R信号强度等;对于异常情况应进行问题的详细描述。
4)紧急处置输出表示功能
主要包括:地震紧急处置装置信息接收情况、地震紧急处置装置信息的等级、地震紧急处置装置类型等信息,并对地震紧急处置装置的信息的细节进行显示。
5)复位功能
触摸屏设有复位功能键,人工按下复位功能键后终端提示司机对该项操作进行确认。
人工复位操作确认后,先向地震紧急处置装置GSM-R通信单元、制动控制单元发送复位指令,接收应答报文,并形成相应操作日志存储,之后进行自身复位操作(重启)。
6)自检功能
设备自检:在设备上电后进行自检,自检包括工作状态、存储器状态、接口状态等,并形成终端内部日志存储和显示。
远程自检:当接收到由通信接口单元发布的自检信息后,除进行自身单元自检外,还向地震紧急处置装置的GSM-R通信单元、制动控制单元发送自检指令,接收回传的地震紧急处置装置内部日志数据,并形成地震紧急处置装置内部日志存储和显示。
人工自检:触摸屏设有自检功能键,人工按下自检功能键后,除进行自 身单元自检外,还向地震紧急处置装置GSM-R通信单元、制动控制单元发送自检指令,接收回传的地震紧急处置装置内部日志数据,并形成地震紧急处置装置内部日志存储和显示。
7)设置功能
触摸屏设有设置功能键,人工按下设置功能键后,终端进入系统设置界面。系统设置主要进行语音、显示等设置。
触摸屏设置相应软键盘,可进行设置参数输入、修改、存储,界面回退以及恢复出厂设置等操作。
设相应的系统参数区进行非易失性存储,在无进一步修改前每次开机后按最后一次设置参数进行相应设置。
系统设置操作完成后,该终端补齐车载装置编码、日期、时间项,存储并记录,回退到主界面并形成相应操作日志存储和显示。
8)车号、车次号录入功能
车号录入:终端设10字节车号进行非易失性存储,通过终端录入功能进行设置。
车次号录入:终端设4字节车次号进行非易失性存储,通过终端录入功能进行设置。
相关要求:考虑到系统安全性,进入录入功能界面前应先进行确认;终端设相应的系统参数区进行非易失性存储,在无进一步修改前每次开机后车号按最后一次设置参数确定,车次号自行清空;录入操作完成后,形成相应操作日志存储和显示。
9)制动控制解除功能
触摸屏设有制动控制解除功能键,动车组司机收到Ⅱ级警报、Ⅲ级警报紧急处置的误报解除和震后恢复行车信息语音提示后,按照相关程序人工进行确认,在再次启动动车组前通过按下终端制动控制解除功能键,显示制动控制解除界面。
该项操作经确认后,制动控制解除界面消失。将制动控制解除指令发送至地震紧急处置装置的制动控制单元,形成相应的人员操作日志存储和显示。
10)警报接收确认功能
地震紧急处置装置接收到包括阈值报警、阈值异地预警、P波预警、P波异地预警等地震紧急处置信息后将用语音持续告警。终端设有警报接收确认功能键,动车组司机按下该功能键,经确认后清除该警报的语音持续告警,形成相应的人员操作日志存储和显示。
11)日志查询功能
触摸屏设有日志查询功能键,按下该功能键后,终端切换到日志查询界面。日志查询主要包括车载装置工作状态记录、心跳报文接收记录、紧急处置信息接收记录、地震紧急处置装置控制输出记录和人员操作记录。进入日志查询界面后,可对各类日志记录文件进行浏览、查询,但不得更改、删除。
12)系统信息查看功能
触摸屏设有系统信息查看功能键,按下功能键后,终端切换到系统信息查看界面。系统信息查看主要包括车载装置型号、编号和出厂日期,GSM-R通信单元、制动控制单元和终端的型号、序列号和软件版本号等。
13)显示报警功能
当接收到路局中心系统发布的地震紧急处置信息后,对应显示报警处置情况,显示报警方式采用屏幕闪烁显示的方式进行。
14)语音报警功能
当接收到路局中心系统通信接口单元发布的地震紧急处置信息后,根据有关规定进行语音报警输出。语音报警采用队列方式播音,各条播音间隔不小于0.5s。
15)语音提示功能
应对地震紧急处置装置工作状态、单元故障、人员操作等各类事件进行语音提示,语音提示采用队列方式播音,各条播音间隔不小于0.5s。
装置工作状态、单元故障、人员操作等各类事件的语音提示可在设置功能界面通过人员操作分别设置为启动或禁止。
16)文档管理功能
负责对文档进行管理,文档来源于各类报文记录,包括:GPRS注册注销 日志、车载装置工作状态日志、地震紧急处置装置的信息记录、紧急处置控制输出记录、GPRS应答帧记录、小区广播紧急处置信息记录、小区广播心跳报文记录、人员操作日志等事件日志信息。
文档管理包括信息协议转换、信息记录、数据格式化存储、文件导出、文件删除等。
17)小区广播服务预留功能
地震紧急处置装置预留高速铁路小区广播综合信息服务功能,以便为高速列车安全驾驶提供列车运行环境、气象条件、其它灾害预警等信息服务业务平台。
具体的,上述终端与高速铁路车载地震紧急处置装置之间信息的交换,可以通过处置装置包括LCD触摸显示屏、人机界面系统、文本转语音等功能模块、喇叭,以及电源、RS485、CAN、以太网、USB等接口,内部数据交换采用CAN2.0B协议,由帧起始、仲裁域(11位)、控制域、数据域、CRC域、应答域、帧结束组成。对如下数据确定交换协议,包括紧急处置信息、紧急处置信息回执、心跳信息、心跳信息应答、系统信息查询、系统信息查询回执、系统配置信息、自检指令、自检指令应答、复位指令、复位指令应答、制动控制解除指令、制动控制解除指令应答、心跳与授时信息、小区广播心跳报文转发、小区广播信息服务报文。
上述终端实现与车载地震紧急处置装置主机的实时互联通讯;实现对车载装置的设置,工作状态、工作过程的记录、存储和管理;实现对车载装置的自检和复位的操作控制;实现车载地震紧急处置的语音报警、显示报警;实现对车载装置工作状态、单元故障、人员操作等各类事件的语音提示;实现对车载装置的制动控制解除功能。
上述终端通过高速铁路车载地震紧急处置终端的语音报警和显示报警,显著提高动车组司机在地震警报下进行紧急处置操作的及时性和正确性,帮助动车组司机掌握车载地震紧急处置情况。
通过终端的制动控制解除功能,便于动车组司机及时进行地震误报解除,有效实现地震误报下恢复行车的快速性,提高车载地震紧急处置装置的实用 性。
上述终端与上述方法是一一对应的关系,上述实施例方法的实施细节也适用于终端,终端的实施细节也适用于上述方法,本实施例不再分别进行详细说明。
本发明的说明书中,说明了大量具体细节。然而,能够理解,本发明的实施例可以在没有这些具体细节的情况下实践。在一些实例中,并未详细示出公知的方法、结构和技术,以便不模糊对本说明书的理解。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种高速铁路车载地震紧急处置装置信息的提示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收地震紧急处置装置中的地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息,其中,所述地震紧急处置装置中的地震紧急处置信息为所述地震紧急处置装置预先接收的;
    对所述地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息进行处理转换;
    根据处理转换后的地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息的等级进行提示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息进行处理转换,包括:
    将所述地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息转换成文本,以使列车司机对所述文本信息进行查看。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据处理转换后的地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息的等级进行提示,包括:
    获取与处理转换后的地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息的等级,并按照与所述等级对应的预设语音信息进行语音提示。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述地震紧急处置信息的数据包括:阈值报警的数据、阈值异地预警的数据、P波预警的数据、和P波异地预警对应的紧急处置命令、紧急处置等级、紧急处置类型及所述地震紧急处置信息的发布时间。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    存储所述处理转换后的地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述地震紧急处置装置所在列车的车次和车号信息、或所述地震紧急处置装置的编码信息,提取地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息对应的GPS时间信息。
  7. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收地震紧急处置装置中的地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息,其中,所述地震紧急处置装置中的地震紧急处置信息为所述地震紧急处置装置预先接收的;
    处理模块,用于对所述地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的进行处理转换;
    提示模块,用于根据处理转换后的地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息的等级进行提示。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理模块,用于:
    将所述地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息转换成文本,以使列车司机对所述文本信息进行查看。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其特征在于,所述提示模块,用于:
    获取与处理转换后的地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息的等级,并按照与所述等级对应的预设语音信息进行语音提示。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:
    存储模块,用于存储所述处理转换后的地震紧急处置信息和地震紧急处置装置的状态信息。
