Description

互动装置及其与用户互动的方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种互动装置及其与用户互动的方法,尤其涉及一种可以让用户参与活动、在线交易及浏览广告的互动装置及方法。
背景技术
目前,商家需要花费很多精力、物力和财力去举办一场活动。特别是在他们需要现场推销产品时,更需要将大量物品搬运至现场。此外,如果需要用户参与一些产品或者活动效果调查时,更需要工作人员发放大量调查表,来邀请用户参与填写,然后花费大量时间来收集及整理调查资料以反馈到商家。而且,由于举办活动的时间及场地限制,给商家带来极大的不便,往往要花费很高的成本来收集这些数据。
技术问题
基于此,有必要提供一种能够让用户自行参与活动并快速收集活动数据的互动装置及方法。
技术解决方案
该互动装置包括:
采集单元,用于采集云端服务器中的商家活动数据;
互动单元,用于将所述商家活动数据展示在所述互动装置显示屏上,用户根据实际需求浏览广告、参与活动或在线交易以实现用户与所述互动装置间的互动;及
打印单元,用于将用户头像照片传送至打印机进行打印。
在其中一个实施例中,所述互动单元,还用于根据用户以往购物明细资料进行商品及对应优惠卷的关联推荐。
在其中一个实施例中,所述互动装置还包括一网络接收及发射单元,用于发射以及接收网络信号,以提供互动装置网络环境。
该互动装置与用户互动的方法包括以下步骤:
将互动装置与云端服务器建立通讯连接;
采集云端服务器中的商家活动数据;
将所述商家活动数据展示在所述互动装置显示屏上,用户根据实际需求浏览广告、参与活动或在线交易以实现用户与所述互动装置间的互动;及
将用户头像照片传送至打印机进行打印。
有益效果
本互动装置及其与用户互动的方法实现了对用户直接通过互动装置浏览商家网页及广告阅读及在线交易或者参与商家调查活动等以节省商家人力物力成本。

本发明的实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
请参阅图1,是本实施例的架构示意图,其中一互动装置1,依次连接至少一打印机2、至少一云端服务器3。互动装置1通过电平转换器与打印机2相连接,该互动装置1可以通过WIFI(Wireless Fidelity )、有线、移动网络(例如,2G、3G或4G网络)与云端服务器3连接。所述云端服务器3储存大量商家活动数据,例如,商家策划活动信息,商家网页,优惠卷,广告图片或者调查表格等。所述互动装置1可置放于线下商场超市、酒店或其它任何举办活动场所。所述打印机2可以根据用户需求进行各种打印,例如普通打印或者魔漫效果的打印。所述魔漫效果打印就是将用户头像抽象成卡通头像,并通过打印机2来打印。所述打印机2的打印功能也可内置于互动装置1。
该互动装置1采集云端服务器3的商家活动数据,并将活动数据呈现在显示屏上方,用户可根据自身需要来参与活动、在线交易或参与调查等。其中,用户可以拖拽、旋转、放大和双击广告图片等。
在另一实施例中,互动装置1还可连接一小票打印机,最终用户可通过该小票打印机来打印用户参加的活动资料或参与在线交易的消费信息等。
由于本互动装置1让线下用户进行商家活动的参与,在线交易或者参与调查等活动,并将活动数据上传至云端服务器3并传送打印机2进行打印。从而改变传统的销售模式或者举办活动模式,实现用户与商家进行互动,用户通过所述互动装置1进行在线交易,参与商家活动或者参与调查活动动,节省人力物力成本等。
请参阅图2,是图1中所述互动装置1的功能单元图,其包括输入单元101、采集单元102、互动单元103、摄像头104、打印单元106、网络接收及发射单元107及显示屏108。其中,所述输入单元101用于顾客输入需要查询或者需确认的信息,例如顾客通过输入单元101可以来选择所商品数据及品种等,或者填写用户参与调查的表格等。
所述采集单元102用于采集从云端服务器3传送过来的商家活动数据,该商家活动数据包括商家每一次策划的活动数据、商家网页、优惠卷、广告图片或者调查表格、顾客消费明细、顾客基本资料、最终消费总价、支付方式、小票订单号、交易时间等消费信息。
所述互动单元103用于当用户进行在线交易或者参与商家活动时,根据用户指令实现下一步互动。例如,当用户发出登录商家网页指令时,所述互动装置1显示屏上方显示商家网页;当用户双击、放大广告图片时,将广告图片放大相应倍数在显示屏上方。
所述摄像头104可以是个CMOS或者CCD(Charge Coupled Device)摄像头,用于对用户或者其它场景进行摄像。例如,当用户参与商家活动调查填写用户资料时,可以拍摄用户头像并上传头像资料。
同时,用户可以根据需求将用户头像设置魔漫效果。所述魔漫效果将真人拍成幽默漫画的应用。在魔漫世界里,每个人都能看到快乐、阳光的自己。打开魔漫设置,每拍一次都会拍出意想不到的惊喜:捧腹的幽默,超萌的甜美,淡淡的清新,奇幻的cosplay。魔漫作品不再是照片的翻版,而是具有创作价值的艺术精品。
打印单元106用于将根据用户需要打印用户头像。例如,可以打印普通照片也可以打印上述魔漫效果的照片。

所述显示屏108是触屏双显示屏,例如,X86主板触屏双显示屏、ARM(Acorn RISC Machine)触屏显示屏等,其用于确认消费交易总价、广告展示、卡券核销、微信支付、支付宝支付、展示商品二维码等功能。顾客也可以通过扫描显示屏108屏幕上方显示的商品二维码以进行微信支付或者支付宝支付。

步骤S304,进入商家网页浏览广告、参与活动或在线交易。用户可以双击、放大广告图片时,将广告图片放大相应倍数在显示屏上方。此外,用户还可以通过点击广告图片进入下一层的网页链接来浏览网页或参与在线活动及交易等。此外,摄像头104还可拍摄用户头像,并该将用户头像资料上传。

其次,当顾客领取优惠卷并在购物时使用优惠卷减免金额时,进行金额的支付减免并进行该使用过的优惠卷的核销,让该使用过的优惠卷处于使用过的状态。

    打印单元,用于将用户头像照片进行打印。
