Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'échange de matériaux d'une pointe de tournage pouvant comporter une unité de séparation, une unité d'échange, et une première unité de transfert. L'unité de séparation est disposée sur un côté d'un mandrin de la pointe de tournage et peut décharger préalablement un matériau traité depuis le mandrin. L'unité d'échange peut décharger le matériau traité depuis l'unité de séparation et alimenter un matériau non traité vers le mandrin. La première unité de transfert peut déplacer l'unité d'échange de sorte que l'unité d'échange soit disposée entre le mandrin et l'unité de séparation. Par conséquent, dans un état dans lequel le matériau traité est déchargé depuis le mandrin vers l'unité de séparation, l'unité d'échange peut simultanément décharger le matériau traité depuis l'unité de séparation et alimenter le matériau non traité vers le mandrin, permettant de réduire nettement la durée d'opération d'échange de matériaux.
