Abstract
La présente invention fait appel à un matériau de prévention contre une contrefaçon dans lequel une pluralité de particules sont dispersées de manière aléatoire, lesquelles ne renvoient de la lumière réfléchie que dans une direction spécifiée lorsqu'il est soumis à un rayonnement de lumière à des fins de prévenir une contrefaçon. Le matériau de prévention contre une contrefaçon est soumis à un rayonnement de lumière d'éclairage et la lumière réfléchie à partir de ce dernier est capturée. Une valeur de référence est créée à partir d'un motif de réflexion de la lumière réfléchie capturée. Le matériau de prévention contre une contrefaçon, dont l'authenticité est inconnue, est soumis au rayonnement de lumière d'éclairage, et la lumière réfléchie à partir de ce dernier est capturée. L'authenticité est déterminée par comparaison de la valeur de référence avec le motif de réflexion de la lumière réfléchie du matériau de prévention contre une contrefaçon dont l'authenticité est inconnue.
