Description

电力通断机构及具有该电力通断机构的移动终端 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力通断机构及具有该电力通断机构的移动终端。
背景技术
随着人们对移动终端的防盗功能及其美观的要求提高,小型化、一体化已逐步成为移动终端工业设计的主流。为此,设计人员已普遍采用电池与移动终端主体的一体化设计。
这种结构设计,当移动终端因系统内存不足、操作不当、软件与操作系统不兼容等而出现死机的现象时,用户一般可通过长按电源键等方式强制使移动终端断电并重启。然而,这种方式操作时间相对较长,对电源键进行长时间按压可能会对硬件组件产生永久性损坏,并且实现方式相对复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供能够解决上述问题的含有电力通断机构的移动终端。
根据本发明的一方面,提供一种包括电力通断机构的移动终端,所述电力通断机构包括开关单元和卡托,该卡托用于容纳多种功能卡,所述开关单元设置在电池与功能模块之间的通电线路上,所述卡托一侧设置有退卡孔,所述卡托另一侧设置有开关孔,所述开关单元设置在开关孔的底部,以在将工具插入开关孔中能够使所述开关单元断开。
根据本发明的实施例,所述开关单元为弹性开关或触发器。
根据本发明的实施例,当将工具插入开关孔时,该工具压迫开关单元使所述开关单元断开,当随后工具脱离开关单元之后,所述开关单元接通。
根据本发明的实施例,所述功能卡包括SIM卡、SD卡或NFC卡。

根据本发明的电力通断机构及具有该电力通断机构的移动终端能够快速克服因系统内存不足、操作不当、软件与操作系统不兼容等而出现死机的现象,并且结构简单,不会对移动终端中的其它组件(例如,电源键)造成永久性损坏。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图来详细说明本发明的示例性实施例。
移动终端一般包括外壳110、印刷电路板(PCB)120、供电单元(例如,电池130)、功能卡140(例如,SIM卡或SD卡或NFC卡等)等。印刷电路板120上集成了各个功能模块,电池130向印刷电路板120集成的各个功能模块提供电力。图1中示出的电池130被设计为不可拆卸,在这种情况下,无法将电池130拆卸后取出设置在移动终端内部的功能卡140,因此功能卡140通常设置在移动终端的侧面,便于从移动终端中退出。针对移动终端死机的问题,用户可采用长时间按压电源键或配合其它硬件部件来强制使智能终端断电并重新启动,这种重启方式一般都需要与移动终端的相关软件配合才能实现强制重启,并且操作时间较长、实现方式复杂。
本发明通过在电池和功能模块的通电线路上设计开关单元(例如,物理开 关、触发器等),并另外设计开关孔,结合顶针或移动终端附带的退卡工具使移动终端快速重启,从而解决死机的问题。以下将参照图2对此进行详细描述。
图2是根据本发明的实施例的含有电力通断机构的移动终端的要部示意图。参照图2,根据本发明的实施例的移动终端包括电池210、功能模块230和电力通断机构220。
根据本发明的电力通断机构220包括开关单元221和功能卡222,其中功能卡222可包括SIM卡或SD卡或NFC卡等。在此,在功能卡222被容纳在卡托(未示出)上,在卡托一侧设置有退卡孔240,退卡孔240中设有退卡机构(未示出),卡托的另一侧设置有开关孔250,用户可通过将退卡工具(例如,尖笔)插入退卡孔240中,使卡托连同SIM卡从移动终端中退出,同时用户可通过将开关用工具插入开关孔250中使开关单元221断开。如图2所示,开关单元221设置在电池210与功能模块230的通电线路上。作为示例,可以通过开关用工具直接抵靠开关单元221来接通或断开开关单元221,即可以使用开关用工具进行重启。优选地,将退卡工具兼用作开关用工具。
可选地,开关单元221可以是触发器,也可以是常用的弹性开关。例如,若开关单元221为弹性开关,当所述开关用卡工具压迫开关单元221时,开关单元221断开,当所述开关用工具脱离开关单元221时,开关单元221接通,如此,便可在短时间内实现开关单元221的断开与接通,从而实现了移动终端的重新启动。另外,根据本发明的移动终端还可包括本领域的技术人员所公知的其它组件。
根据本发明实施例的含有电力通断机构的移动终端,通过设计开关单元以及相应的开关孔实现电力通断,充分利用了移动终端的部件,节省了设计空间。
根据本发明的实施例的电力通断方法,操作方便、快捷,可在发生死机时,快速地使移动终端重启,而不用等到电池电量耗尽。另外,本发明利用电力通断机构使移动终端重新启动,不会对移动终端中的其它组件(例如,电源键)造成永久性损坏。
本发明的电力通断机构不仅可应用于移动终端还可应用于使用SIM卡或SD卡等卡片的其它电子设备。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内容易想到的改变或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种移动终端,其中,包括外壳及设置于所述外壳中的印刷电路板、电池、卡托和开关单元,所述印刷电路板上具有功能模块,所述电池与所述印刷电路板电连接,以向所述印刷电路板上的功能模块提供电力,所述卡托用于容纳多种功能卡,所述开关单元设置在所述电池与所述印刷电路板之间的通电线路上,在所述卡托一侧设置有退卡孔,所述退卡孔中设有退卡机构,通过将退卡工具插入所述退卡孔中,使所述卡托及其容纳的功能卡从移动终端中退出,在所述卡托另一侧设置有开关孔,所述开关单元设置在所述开关孔的底部,通过开关用工具插入所述开关孔中抵靠所述开关单元来接通或断开所述开关单元。
  2. 一种用于移动终端的电力通断机构,其中,所述电力通断机构包括开关单元和卡托,所述卡托用于容纳多种功能卡,所述开关单元设置在移动终端的电池与功能模块之间的通电线路上;
    其中,在移动终端中位于所述卡托的一侧设置有开关孔,所述开关单元设置在开关孔的底部,以在将工具插入开关孔中能够使所述开关单元断开。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电力通断机构,其中,在移动终端中位于所述卡托的另一侧设置有退卡孔,以在将退卡工具插入退卡孔中能够使卡托从移动终端中退出。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电力通断机构,其中,所述开关单元为弹性开关或触发器。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电力通断机构,其中,当将工具插入开关孔时,该工具压迫开关单元使所述开关单元断开,当随后工具脱离开关单元之后,所述开关单元接通。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电力通断机构,其中,所述功能卡包括SIM卡、SD卡或NFC卡。
  7. 一种具有电力通断机构的移动终端,其中,所述电力通断机构包括开 关单元和卡托,该卡托用于容纳多种功能卡,所述开关单元设置在电池与功能模块之间的通电线路上,所述卡托一侧设置有退卡孔,所述卡托另一侧设置有开关孔,所述开关单元设置在开关孔的底部,以在将工具插入开关孔中能够使所述开关单元断开。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的移动终端,其中,所述开关单元为弹性开关或触发器。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其中,当将工具插入开关孔时,该工具压迫开关单元使所述开关单元断开,当随后工具脱离开关单元之后,所述开关单元接通。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的移动终端,其中,所述功能卡包括SIM卡、SD卡或NFC卡。
