本发明涉报警防护装置,主要是指一种桥(函)洞水位报警防护系统。
背景技术
桥(函)洞的主要功能是人车通行及梳水,无水期时人车通行,有水期时则禁止人车通行,以免发生危险。现有的桥(函)洞没有水深情况的提示及限制通行措施,在有水期时,由于不清楚水的深度,没有察觉到存在危险,行人和车辆就有可能通过,因此可能造成人员伤亡或车辆受损。这种情况时有发生,给人的生命和财产造成了巨大的损失。所以需要在桥(函)洞处设置警示和阻拦装置,以保证人和车辆的安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种桥(函)洞水位报警防护系统,该系统包括报警装置和防护装置,报警装置在于当桥(函)洞内的水位超过设定高度(可能发生危险的高度)时,报警装置开始工作,向行人和车辆发出有危险的信号,来警示不要进入和通过;防护装置是在报警装置工作的同时,其上的阻拦网落下,可起到阻挡行人和车辆的进入和通过;上述技术,在桥(函)洞内的水位对行人和车辆有危害的时候,可有效地实现保护行人和车辆的目的。

一安全防护装置,设置在桥(函)洞的上方,用于阻挡行人或车辆通行,包括水位传感器、控制电路、传动装置、马达、防护网,水位传感器将水位信号转化成电信号发送给报警电路,报警电路控制继电器接通马达,马达带动传动装置转动,实现防护网的升降。

桥(函)1的桥(函)洞11是指城市中道路下面的函洞或桥梁下面的桥洞,可用于日常行人和车辆的通行,也具有排水功能。
太阳能电源装置2,设置在桥(函)洞11的上方,给本系统提供电能,它由光发电薄膜10、控制器7、蓄电池8、光伏逆变器9组成,光发电薄膜10将太阳能转化成电能,经控制器7、蓄电池8、光伏逆变器9输出给水位报警装置3和安全防护装置5。
水位报警装置3,设置在桥(函)洞11的上方,用于对达到设定深度的水位发出闪烁红光报警,由水位传感器6、报警电路(见图3)、闪光灯3组成,水位传感器6设置在桥(函)洞11下方,具地面30厘米左右,水位传感器6将水位信号转化成电信号发送给报警电路,报警电路控制闪光灯3闪烁。报警电路在水位报警装置3内,报警电路由三极管VT1、芯片IC1、电阻R1、R2、R3、R4、电容C1、C2、C3,当水未与水位传感器6接通时,三极管VT1基极有偏压而导通,由芯片IC1(555时基集成电路)等组成的自激多谐振荡器不工作,闪光灯3不闪烁,当水与水位传感器6接通时,三极管VT1基极偏压减小,使三极管VT1截止,电容C1通过电阻R3、R4交替放电产生自激振荡,从芯片IC1脚3输出振荡信号,驱动闪光灯3闪烁报警,提醒人车有危险。
安全防护装置5,设置在桥(函)洞11的上方,用于阻挡行人或车辆通行,由水位 传感器6、控制电路(见图3)、传动装置、防护网12组成,传动装置包括马达(正反转)13、减速器14、小链轮15、链条16、大链轮17、支架51、轴承52、卷筒53,卷筒53上面卷绕有防护网(尼龙网)12,防护网12下端挂有坠物(图中未画出),支架51内是轴承52,卷筒53通过支架51固定在桥(函)洞11的上方,水位传感器6设置在桥(函)洞11下方,具地面30厘米左右,水位传感器6将水位信号转化成电信号发送给报警电路,报警电路控制继电器18工作接通马达13,马达13通过减速器14、小链轮15、链条16、大链轮17带动卷筒53转动,实现防护网12的升降,当桥(函)洞11内的水深对人车造成危险时,阻挡人车进入,防护网12的升降位置通过限位开关来控制,当水位降到低于水位传感器6时,防护网12自动升起复位,这时人车又可以通行。

    一水位报警装置,设置在桥(函)洞的上方,用于对达到设定深度的水位发出闪烁红光报警,包括水位传感器、报警电路、闪光灯,水位传感器将水位信号转化成电信号发送给报警电路,报警电路控制闪光灯闪烁;
    一安全防护装置,设置在桥(函)洞的上方,用于阻挡行人或车辆通行,包括水位传感器、控制电路、传动装置、马达、防护网,水位传感器将水位信号转化成电信号发送给报警电路,报警电路控制继电器接通马达,马达带动传动装置转动,实现防护网的升降。
