Description

一种锯条倾斜切割花岗岩、石英石排锯 技术领域
本发明涉及排锯技术领域,尤其涉及一种锯条倾斜往复切割花岗岩、石英石的倾斜式排锯。
背景技术
排锯是一种石材加工设备,是将一组(几根至几百根不等)锯条装在往复式运动锯框上把石材荒料切割成板材的加工设备。对于排锯设备,例如,现有的大理石排锯选用大型飞轮,提高运行平稳性,有效储存能量,整机切割方式,主电机驱动飞轮,带动锯框做直线往复运动;装载荒料的荒料车通过升降台的提升实现荒料顶升式锯切,加工荒料时,锯框保持来回往返运动,装载石材荒料的荒料车通过提升机构上升,可大幅提高切割效果。
需要指出,传统的排锯其锯条与水平面平行安装,电动机通过皮带带动飞轮旋转,旋转的飞轮通过曲柄连杆机构把旋转运动变成直线运动,推动锯框及装在锯框内的锯条做往复运动,被切石头装在荒料车上通过提升机构上升接触锯条上的刀头,刀头对石材做相对切割运动,达到切割石材的目的;此种切割模式对大理石、普通岗石是可行的,因为大理石、普通岗石硬度及强度低,切割时作用于刀头上的切割力小,刀头胎体内金刚石颗粒在切割力反复冲击作用下脱落所花时间长,这样刀头既能保持锋利度又能有一定寿命完成对大理石、普通岗石的切割;但是对硬度大的花岗石及石英石,因硬度强度的关系,刀头所受切割冲击力大,切割过程中刀头胎体内金刚石颗粒在相同时间内脱落快得多,又因为锯条是水平往复运动,大量脱落的金刚石颗粒及切下石屑不易及时排出,反而与锯条上的刀头及刀头胎体发生相互研磨,这样刀头磨损消耗速度更快,影响正常运作,所以,平移锯切割硬度大的花岗石及石英石效率低、成本高、甚至不能切割。
本案需要重点指出的是一种锯条相对水平面成一定角度倾斜安装且作往复 运动用来切割花岗岩、石英石的排锯,其锯条与水平面倾斜一定的角度,电机带动飞轮锯框,装在锯框内的锯条运动产生冲击力,用来切割硬度大的花岗岩、石英石,此种新方式的排锯其锯缝底部与水平面成一定夹角,该发明排锯上方设置喷水管,因为锯缝倾斜加上水流冲击能够迅速排掉石材切割产生的脱落的金刚石颗粒及石屑,不至于使脱落的金刚石颗粒及石屑与锯条上的刀头及刀头胎体发生相互研磨,能顺利完成对石材的切割。
因此,针对以上方面,需要对现有技术进行有效的创新。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明提供一种有利于切片平整且薄、效率高、成材率高、成本低的锯条倾斜切割花岗岩、石英石排锯,以解决现有技术的诸多不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种锯条倾斜切割花岗岩、石英石排锯,包括排锯、电机Ⅰ、电机Ⅱ、石料台架、基台,所述基台为长方体结构,内置石料台架,所述石料台架用于装载待切割石料,下方设置液压缸,调整石料台架的倾斜角度,此石料台架左右设置栏杆,该基台前端设置顺时针转动的电机Ⅱ,从而带动石料台架上升切割;
相应地,所述石料台架上方设置倾斜一定角度且由若干锯条组成的排锯,每一根锯条上设置金刚石刀头,排锯前端设置电机Ⅰ并且通过传动螺母带动丝杆驱动排锯锯框作往复运动;
所述排锯上方设置排水管,排水管上带有若干排水孔以使水流从排水孔排出流到排锯上。
相应地,所述电机Ⅱ逆时针转动则带动石料台架下降;
所述排锯、排水管、石料台架倾斜任意的角度,并且三者倾斜角度相同。
本发明所述的锯条倾斜切割花岗岩、石英石排锯的有益效果为:
⑴通过设置排锯倾斜一定的角度,能够产生巨大的切割冲击力,有利于切 割硬度大的岩石;
⑵该结构顶端设置排水管,有利于及时以巨大的水流冲击石材切割产生的碎料,保持胎体整洁,不影响正常运作;
⑶工作时锯框和锯条固定不动;
⑷可将石材一切到底,切割面平整;
⑸排锯上的各锯条之间的距离短,切割石材片薄;
⑹切割效率高、成本低,产品的成材率高,减少资源浪费;
⑺有利于实现全自动操作,有效节省人力的投入。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,本发明实施例所述的锯条倾斜切割花岗岩、石英石排锯,包括排锯1、电机Ⅰ3、电机Ⅱ4、石料台架5、基台7,其中的基台7为长方体结构并且水平铺设在地面上,在基台7上内置石料台架5用于装载待切割石料,下方设置液压缸,调整石料台架5的倾斜角度,此石料台架5左右设置栏杆以 防止切割好的石材掉落,该基台7前端放置顺时针转动的电机Ⅱ4,此电机Ⅱ4通过皮带连接转轮机构6,从而带动石料台架5上升切割,电机Ⅱ4逆时针转动则带动石料台架5下降;
相应地,所述石料台架5上方设置,倾斜一定角度的由若干锯条组成的排锯1,各锯条之间根据切割需要调节宽度,每一根锯条上设置金刚石刀头,用于切割石材,排锯1前端设置电机Ⅰ3并且通过传动螺母带动丝杆驱动排锯1锯框做往复运动;
相应地,排锯1上方设置有相同倾斜角度的排水管2,排水管2上带有多个排水孔,水流从排水孔排出,流到排锯1上,从而冲刷切割脱落的碎料。
以上本发明实施例所述的锯条倾斜切割花岗岩、石英石排锯,工作时,待切割石材装入石料台架5当中,电机Ⅱ4顺时针传动,通过传送带拉动石料台架5上升,上方排锯1锯框和锯条固定不动,通过石料台架5的上升完成切割工作,在切割时,上方的排水管2有水流从排水孔流到石材上,冲刷切割石材脱落后的碎料,切割完成后,电机Ⅱ4逆时针转动,带动石料台架5下降到凹槽处。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种锯条倾斜切割花岗岩、石英石排锯,包括排锯(1)、电机Ⅰ(3)、电机Ⅱ(4)、石料台架(5)、基台(7),其特征在于:
    所述基台(7)上内置石料台架(5)并且装载待切割石料,石料台架(5)下方设置液压缸,调整石料台架(5)的倾斜角度,此石料台架(5)左右设置栏杆,该基台(7)前端设置顺时针转动的电机Ⅱ(4),从而带动石料台架(5)上升切割;
    相应地,所述石料台架(5)上方设置,倾斜一定角度且由若干锯条组成的排锯(1),每一根锯条上设置金刚石刀头,排锯(1)前端设置电机Ⅰ(3)并且通过传动螺母带动丝杆驱动排锯(1)锯框作往复运动;
    所述排锯(1)上方设置排水管(2),排水管(2)上带有若干排水孔以使水流从排水孔排出流到排锯(1)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种锯条倾斜切割花岗岩、石英石排锯,其特征在于:所述电机Ⅱ(4)逆时针转动则带动石料台架(5)下降。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种锯条倾斜切割花岗岩、石英石排锯,其特征在于:所述排锯(1)、排水管(2)、石料台架(5)倾斜任意的角度,并且三者倾斜角度相同。
