切铲两用切片,是由钢基体组成;钢基体呈圆形状,钢基体的正反两平面上分别设有凹面,钢基体圆形工作面的圆周上设有数个梯形开口,从而形成呈倾斜面分布的刀齿;在切割磨削时,被加工件与刀齿的接触面积较小,梯形的开口在切割时具有瞬时的冲击力,可减小切割阻力;本实用新型结构切片与现有切片相比,由于切片上设有梯形开口,在切割时;另一方面,能及时排出切削渣,减少切削渣对工作面的无功磨耗;保证了良好的加工效果和进给速度,有效地降低了噪声,保护环境。

本实用新型涉及切割锯片,具体涉及的是一种既可以用于开槽、锯,也可以用于磨的切铲两用切片。
背景技术
在陶瓷或石材行业中,对瓷砖或石材进行切边、切角等,多数是采用装有切片的磨边轮,进行切削,该传统的切片大多数用于对产品的切割,并且在切割过程中存在崩边、切缝大以及噪音大等缺点,并且切削过程中的削渣不能及时排出,影响瓷砖或石材切削质量及切片的使用寿命。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可减小切割阻力,并在切割时具有瞬时冲击力的切铲两用切片。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:切铲两用切片,是由钢基体组成;钢基体呈圆形状,钢基体的正反两平面上分别设有凹面,钢基体圆形工作面的圆周上设有数个梯形开口,从而形成呈倾斜面分布的刀齿;在切割磨削时,被加工件与刀齿的接触面积较小,梯形的开口在切割时具有瞬时的冲击力,可减小切割阻力。
所述钢基体中心处设有中心孔。
本实用新型的有益效果体现在于:本实用新型结构切片与现有切片相比,由于切片上设有梯形开口,在切割时,一方面,被加工件与刀齿的接触面积较小,梯形的开口在切割时具有瞬时的冲击力,可减小切割阻力,增加锋利度,使得金刚石不易脱落或损坏;另一方面,能及时排出切削渣,减少切削渣对工作面的无功磨耗;保证了良好的加工效果和进给速度,有效地降低了噪声,保护环境。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,切铲两用切片,是由钢基体1组成;钢基体1呈圆形状,该圆形工作面的圆周上设有数个梯形开口11,从而形成呈倾斜面分布的刀齿13;在切割磨削时,被加工件与刀齿的接触面积较小,梯形开口11在切割时具有瞬时的冲击力,可减小切割阻力。

 本实用新型针对传统干切片对瓷砖及与瓷砖特性相近材料切割时存在的崩边、切缝大以及噪音大的缺点作出改善,使本实用新型在切割过程中噪音小、阻力小,能及时排出切削渣,散热性能好,减少切削渣对刀齿的无功磨损,延长了切片的使用寿命。
