本实用新型涉及汽车防护产品,具体为汽车遮阳罩。
背景技术
为了防止汽车被暴晒,目前部分车主会备有遮阳罩供汽车停放时遮阳使用。市面上的汽车遮阳罩都是用手动方式固定于车顶。因距离太大,手很难伸到车顶并用力固定吸盘,固定与分离均十分不便,甚至根本无法操作。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本实用新型提供一种结构简单、使用方便、自动收放效果好的汽车遮阳罩。
本实用新型为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
自动吸放式汽车遮阳罩,包括遮阳罩体以及自动吸放器,所述自动吸放器包括:外壳,其与遮阳罩体固定,外壳的底侧设有吸盘口;吸盘和压板,吸盘固定于压板下方并置于吸盘口内,压板的外缘覆盖于吸盘口的边缘上;马达,其通过马达支架与外壳固定,马达的驱动端与压板固定连接以驱动吸盘上下升降。
作为优选的实施方式,所述压板限定于马达支架内上下升降,压板上固定有螺杆,马达的驱动端上连接有套于螺杆上的 螺帽套。
作为优选的实施方式,所述吸盘口的边缘相对压板边缘的位置处设有侦测开关。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的马达驱动吸盘下降时,吸盘会牢牢吸住车顶面,同时压板会将外壳卡住,达到固定遮阳罩体的目的,马达驱动吸盘上升时,吸盘从车顶面脱离,此时遮阳罩整体会自动与车顶面分离。本实用新型只需控制马达工作即可实现遮阳罩收发工作,操作方便,使用效果良好。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的自动吸放式汽车遮阳罩由遮阳罩体和自动吸放器组成。遮阳罩体用于将车顶面整体覆盖,从而起到遮阳作用,具体应用时,遮阳罩体可以采用不同的结构和形状实现。图1并未示出遮阳罩体相关结构,只示出了自动吸放器的相关结构。单个遮阳罩上的自动吸放器可以根据需要进行设置,可以设为一个、两个甚至更多。
如图1所示,自动吸放器主要由外壳1、吸盘2、压板3、 马达4以及马达支架5组成。外壳1能够对吸放器起到整体保护的作用,外壳1与遮阳罩体固定。外壳1的底侧设有吸盘口6。吸盘2和压板3固定,吸盘2设于压板3下方,吸盘2的整体形状与吸盘口6匹配,吸盘2置于吸盘口6内。压板3的外缘覆盖于吸盘口6的边缘上。当吸盘2下降时,吸盘2会吸附到车顶面上,压板3跟随下降,压板3的外缘将吸盘口6边缘压紧到车顶面上,从而使得外壳1整体固定,即使得遮阳罩体固定。当吸盘2上升时,吸盘2与车顶面分离,压板3跟随上升,外壳1随之与车顶面分离,此时遮阳罩体可以从车顶面回收。
马达4用于控制吸盘2上升下降,如图所示,马达4通过马达支架5与外壳1固定。马达4的驱动端与压板3固定连接以驱动吸盘2上下升降。在本实施例中,压板3限定于马达支架5内上下升降,压板3上固定有螺杆7,马达4的驱动端上连接有套于螺杆7上的螺帽套8。马达转动时时,螺帽套8跟随转动,由于螺杆7不能跟随转动,因此螺杆7会相对螺帽套8进行上下升降,从而带动压板3和吸盘2进行上下升降。因此只需控制马达正转或反转即可实现吸盘2和压板3的上下升降控制。
为了避免吸盘2到位后马达4还持续转动导致马达4损坏,吸盘口6的边缘相对压板3边缘的位置处设有侦测开关9。当压板3跟随吸盘2下降到位后,压板3压到侦测开关9上,此 时即可判断吸盘2到位,此时马达4会马上停止转动,避免马达损坏。

  1. 自动吸放式汽车遮阳罩,包括遮阳罩体以及自动吸放器,其特征在于:所述自动吸放器包括:
    外壳,其与遮阳罩体固定,外壳的底侧设有吸盘口;
    吸盘和压板,吸盘固定于压板下方并置于吸盘口内,压板的外缘覆盖于吸盘口的边缘上;
    马达,其通过马达支架与外壳固定,马达的驱动端与压板固定连接以驱动吸盘上下升降。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动吸放式汽车遮阳罩,其特征在于:所述压板限定于马达支架内上下升降,压板上固定有螺杆,马达的驱动端上连接有套于螺杆上的螺帽套。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自动吸放式汽车遮阳罩,其特征在于:所述吸盘口的边缘相对压板边缘的位置处设有侦测开关。
