一种接线端子及其应用的电机 技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种接线端子及其应用的电机。
背景技术:
现有的外转子电机中布线工艺是这样的:漆包线与引出线缠绕电连接在一起后,再需要在漆包线与引出线的连接部分外面套装绝缘套管,绝缘套管被固定在开设在端部绝缘顶部上的卡槽里面,这种布线工艺至少存在如下不足:
1)可操作性低,漆包线与引出线的连接麻烦、可靠性较低;
2)通过绝缘套筒固定在开设在端部绝缘顶部上的卡槽里面,容易松脱。
3)员工的工作量大,效率低。
发明内容:
本实用新型的一个目的是提供一种接线端子,该结构简单、方便接线。
本实用新型的另一个目的是提供一种电机,该结构简单、工艺性好。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种接线端子,包括安装部分,在安装部分的顶面上设置有用于与线材压接的连接部分和用于被漆包线缠绕的绕线部分。
上述连接部分包括至少一个从安装部分的顶面上向外凸出的连接片,连接片向上折弯形成用于压接线材的卡口。
上述绕线部分包括从安装部分的顶面上凸出的绕线柱。
上述连接片的数量是2个,2个连接片分别位于安装部分顶面的两侧并且朝同一个方向凸出,绕线柱位于2个连接片之间,绕线柱朝与连接片相反的方向凸出。
上述绕线柱的底部折弯形成用于把线材压紧在卡口里面的固定部。
上述在绕线柱的顶部侧面上凸出有凸台,所述绕线柱呈T型。
上述安装部分是一安装片,在安装片的其中一个表面上设置有凸部,另一个表面上设置有凹部,凸部与凹部的位置对应。
一种电机,所述的电机是外转子电机,包括转轴、塑封定子和外转子,塑封定子套设于外转子中间的空腔里面,塑封定子包括套筒座、定子铁芯、端部绝缘、线圈绕组和塑封体,端部绝缘安装在定子铁芯的端面上,线圈绕组绕制于端部绝缘上,套筒座设置于定子铁芯中间的轴孔内,在套筒座两端分别开设有轴承室,在轴承室里面安装有轴承,转轴位于套筒座里面并且两端分别支承在所述的轴承上,塑封体把所述的套筒座、定子铁芯、端部绝缘和线圈绕组连结成一体,转轴一端从套筒座中间伸出与外转子连接在一起,在端部绝缘上设置有插槽,在插槽里面安装有接线端子,接线端子包括安装部分,在安装部分的顶面上设置有用于与线材压接的连接部分和用于被漆包线缠绕的绕线部分。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下效果:
1)在安装部分的顶面上设置有用于与线材压接的连接部分和用于被漆包线缠绕的绕线部分,该结构简单,通过接线端子可以方便把漆包线与引出线电连接在一起,提高操作效率,节省人力物力;
2)连接部分包括至少一个从安装部分的顶面上向外凸出的连接片,连接片向上折弯形成用于压接线材的卡口,结构简单,方便引出线与接线端子之间的连接;
3)绕线柱的底部折弯形成用于把线材压紧在卡口里面的固定部,结构简单,有效地把引出线固定在卡口里面,不易松脱,可靠性高;
4)在绕线柱的顶部侧面上凸出有凸台,所述绕线柱呈T型,有效防止缠绕在绕线柱上的漆包线从绕线柱上脱落,提高漆包线与绕线柱之间连接的可靠性;
5)在安装片的其中一个表面上设置有凸部,另一个表面上设置有凹部,凸部与凹部的位置对应,结构简单,通过凸部与凹部可以有效把安装片固定在设置在端部绝缘上的插槽里面,不易脱落,安装牢固。

具体实施方式:
下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一:如图1、图2和图3所示,本实施例是一种接线端子,包括安装部分1,在安装部分1的顶面上设置有用于与线材压接的连接部分2和用于被漆包线缠绕的绕线部分3,图1和图2中被压接在卡口210里面的为线材,缠绕在绕线柱31上的为漆包线。连接部分2包括至少一个从安装部分1的顶面上向外凸出的连接片21,连接片21向上折弯形成用于压接线材的卡口210。绕线部分3包括从安装部分1的顶面上凸出的绕线柱31。连接片21的数量是2个,2个连接片21分别位于安装部分1顶面的两侧并且朝同一个方向凸出,绕线柱31位于2个连接片21之间,绕线柱31朝与连接片21相反的方向凸出。绕线柱31的底部折弯形成用于把线材压紧在卡口210里面的固定部311。在绕线柱31的顶部侧面上凸出有凸台312,所述绕线柱呈T型。安装部分1是一安装片11,在安装片11的其中一个表面上设置有凸部111,另一个表面上设置有凹部112,凸部111与凹部112的位置对应。
实施例二:如图1至图7所示,本实施例是一种外转子电机,包括转轴4、塑封定子5和外转子6,塑封定子5套设于外转子6中间的空腔60里面,塑封定子5包括套筒座51、定子铁芯52、端部绝缘53、线圈绕组54和塑封体55,端部绝缘53安装在定子铁芯52的端面上,线圈绕组54绕制于端部绝缘53上,套筒座51设置于定子铁芯52中间的轴孔内,在套筒座51两端分别开设有轴承室510,在轴承室510里面安装有轴承7,转轴4位于套筒座51里面并且两端分别支承在所述的轴承7上,塑封体55把所述的套筒座51、定子铁芯52、端 部绝缘53和线圈绕组54连结成一体,转轴4一端从套筒座51中间伸出与外转子6连接在一起,在端部绝缘53上设置有插槽530,在插槽530里面安装有接线端子,其中接线端子包括安装部分1,在安装部分1的顶面上设置有用于与线材压接的连接部分2和用于被漆包线缠绕的绕线部分3,安装部分1镶嵌在所述的插槽530里面。
以上实施例为本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,例如所述的接线端子也可以应用于带有端部绝缘的内转子电机中,内转子电机中的端部绝缘上设置有插槽,在插槽里面安装有所述的接线端子。其他任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种接线端子,其特征在于:包括安装部分(1),在安装部分(1)的顶面上设置有用于与线材压接的连接部分(2)和用于被漆包线缠绕的绕线部分(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种接线端子,其特征在于:连接部分(2)包括至少一个从安装部分(1)的顶面上向外凸出的连接片(21),连接片(21)向上折弯形成用于压接线材的卡口(210)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种接线端子,其特征在于:绕线部分(3)包括从安装部分(1)的顶面上凸出的绕线柱(31)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种接线端子,其特征在于:连接片(21)的数量是2个,2个连接片(21)分别位于安装部分(1)顶面的两侧并且朝同一个方向凸出,绕线柱(31)位于2个连接片(21)之间,绕线柱(31)朝与连接片(21)相反的方向凸出。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种接线端子,其特征在于:绕线柱(31)的底部折弯形成用于把线材压紧在卡口(210)里面的固定部(311)。
  6. 根据权利要求3或4或5所述的一种接线端子,其特征在于:在绕线柱(31)的顶部侧面上凸出有凸台(312),所述绕线柱呈T型。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的一种接线端子,其特征在于:安装部分(1)是一安装片(11),在安装片(11)的其中一个表面上设置有凸部(111),另一个表面上设置有凹部(112),凸部(111)与凹部(112)的位置对应。
  8. 一种电机,其特征在于:包括根据权利要求1-7中任一项所描述的接线端子。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种电机,其特征在于:所述的电机是外转子电机,包括转轴(4)、塑封定子(5)和外转子(6),塑封定子(5)套设于外转 子(6)中间的空腔(60)里面,塑封定子(5)包括套筒座(51)、定子铁芯(52)、端部绝缘(53)、线圈绕组(54)和塑封体(55),端部绝缘(53)安装在定子铁芯(52)的端面上,线圈绕组(54)绕制于端部绝缘(53)上,套筒座(51)设置于定子铁芯(52)中间的轴孔内,在套筒座(51)两端分别开设有轴承室(510),在轴承室(510)里面安装有轴承(7),转轴(4)位于套筒座(51)里面并且两端分别支承在所述的轴承(7)上,塑封体(55)把所述的套筒座(51)、定子铁芯(52)、端部绝缘(53)和线圈绕组(54)连结成一体,转轴(4)一端从套筒座(51)中间伸出与外转子(6)连接在一起,在端部绝缘(53)上设置有插槽(530),在插槽(530)里面安装有接线端子。
