S10:客户端获取患者的查询请求,并发送所述查询请求至网络医院平台;所述查询请求包括身份证号、社保号和就诊号中的至少一种;
具体地,在实施本发明时,患者和医生预先可以在网络医院平台中实名注册用户信息,并录入身份证号、社保号等就诊信息以及其他病史信息。在患者做完身体检查后,一般需要等待一段时间才会出来检查结果,因此患者可以等待预设的时间后,主动通过客户端向网络医院发送查询请求。客户端可以向患者提供查询请求输入界面,具体地,查询请求输入界面可以包括身份证号、社保号和就诊号的输入框,同时,客户端还可以按照所述身份证号、社保号和就诊号的输入规则对用户输入的信息进行形式验证,例如:身份证号需输入17位,前16位为数字,最后1位为数字或X;当用户输入的形式通过验证时,才发送查询请求至网络医院平台,减少客户端与网络医院平台的交互,提高该方法的执行效率。具体地,可通过点击查询按钮发送携带所述身份证号、社保号和就诊号中的至少一种信息的查询请求至网络医院平台。
在其他述实施例中,所述查询请求还包括检查项目和/或检查时间。具体地,当用户需要查询具体的某个健康报告的生成情况时,可以输入具体的检查项目和/或检查时间,在发送查询请求至网络医院平台时,所述查询请求携带用户输入的检查项目和/或检查时间,网络医院平台能够为用户匹配精确的健康报告简要信息。
S20:网络医院平台根据所述查询请求从健康报告数据库中匹配对应的健康检查报告的简要信息,并发送所述简要信息至客户端;所述简要信息至少包括报告流水号、检查项目、检查时间和报告生成时间;
具体地,网络医院平台根据各个检验科室的健康报告生成情况,预先建立健康报告数据库,按检查时间或检查类别存储健康报告对应的简要信息和主体内容于健康报告数据库中。所述简要信息至少包括报告流水号、检查项目、检查时间和报告生成时间。当网络医院平台接收到客户端发送的查询请求时,以所述查询请求中携带的患者的身份证号、社保号和就诊号的至少一种信息为关键词从所述健康报告数据库中匹配对应的健康检查报告的简要信息。对应的,在其他实施例中,当所述查询请求还包括检查项目和/或检查时间时,网络医院平台以查询请求中携带的身份证号、社保号和就诊号的至少一种信息以及检查项目和/或检查时间为关键词从健康报告数据库中匹配该患者某项检查项目和/或某个检查时间对应的健康检查报告的简要信息,以精确匹配出患者的某个检查时间和/或某项检查项目的健康报告的简要信息。网络医院平台将匹配的所述简要信息发送至客户端供用户查看。可以理解的,该用户可以是患者也可以是医生。患者通过查询可以了解到身体检查的结果,并及时去医院复查;医生也可以通过查询及时了解对应患者的具体情况,以便确定下一步治疗方案。
S30:客户端显示所述健康检查报告的简要信息供用户选择和查看;
具体地,当该患者曾经做过多次身体检查时,根据查询请求中患者的身份证号、社保号和就诊号的至少一种信息匹配的所述简要信息可能为多个健康报告对应的简要信息列表,优选地,可以按照检查时间顺序列表显示,也可以按照检查项目类别列表显示,以便于用户选择和查看。当通过查询请求中携带的身份证号、社保号和就诊号的至少一种信息以及检查项目和/或检查时间进行匹配时匹配到的健康报告的简要信息直接显示出来供用户选择和查看。
S40:网络医院平台根据用户选择的简要信息从健康报告数据库中匹配对应的健康检查报告的主体内容,并发送所述主体内容至客户端;
具体地,网络医院平台获取用户选择的简要信息对应的健康报告,所述简要信息至少包括报告流水号、检查项目、检查时间和报告生成时间,优选以简要信息中的报告流水号为关键词从健康报告数据库中匹配其对应的健康报告的主体内容,所述主体内容为健康报告的检查结果的具体描述信息,该具体描述信息描述了检查过程中医疗仪器通过特定的方式捕获到的患者的身体疑似病变处的信息。网络医院平台将所述主体内容发送至客户端供用户查看。

    所述第三显示模块用于显示网络医院平台发送的提醒信息,以提醒用户报告已生成。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的O2O模式下的健康报告查询系统,其特征在于,所述客户端还包括第一返回指令获取模块,所述第一返回指令获取模块用于在获取到用户输入的返回查看简要信息的指令时,显示健康检查报告的简要信息供用户选择和查看。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的O2O模式下的健康报告查询系统,其特征在于,所述客户端还包括第二返回指令获取模块,所述第二返回指令获取模块在获取到用户输入的返回查询的指令时,返回查询界面供用户输入查询请求。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的O2O模式下的健康报告查询系统,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括提醒模块,所述客户端还包括第三显示模块;其中:
    所述提醒模块用于在判断出所述报告生成时间由空变为非空时,发送提醒信息至客户端;
    所述第三显示模块用于显示网络医院平台发送的提醒信息,以提醒用户报告已生成。
