随着中国制造业的发展,售后服务作为产品生命周期中不可分割的重要组成部分,日益受到商家和用户的重视,已经成为用户选择购买产品品牌时的一个重要依据。售后服务在整个产品生命周期过程中的地位不容忽视。
但是,在现实生活中,商家,尤其是电器商家,为了促销,往往在商品销售前给顾客承诺多项售后服务,以增加顾客的购买率。但是,商家卖出产品后经常忘记曾经承诺的售后服务,消费者也往往会忘记商家当初承诺的售后服务。因此,造成消费者不能享受该有的售后服务,商家也忘记为消费者提供曾经承诺的售后服务。对商家而言,这有损商家的信誉;对消费者而言,消费者未能享受到商家当初承诺的服务,不能享受该有的正当权益。

优选地,客户端接收外部输入的时间信息的步骤之前,包括:
客户端接收外部输入的注册信息。
客户端发送注册信息至服务器,服务器包括第一产品信息数据库。

如图2所示,其为一种实施方式的售后服务的提醒系统的功能模块示意图。该售后服务的提醒系统包括客户端 10、服务器 20和维修网点 30。客户端 10包括第一接收模块 101、第一处理模块 102、第一发送模块 104和输出模块 103。服务器 20包括第二接收模块 201、验证模块 202、第二处理模块 203、解析模块 204、获取模块 205、分配模块 206、第一产品信息数据库 208和第二发送模块 207。维修网点 30包括第三接收模块 301、第三处理模块 302、第三发送模块 303和第二产品信息数据库 304。注册信息包括用户信息和产品信息,产品信息包括产品标识。
第一接收模块 101,还用于接收外部输入的注册信息。第一发送模块 104,还用于发送注册信息至服务器 20,服务器 20包括第一产品信息数据库 208。
第二接收模块 201,还用于接收注册信息。验证模块 202,用于对注册信息进行验证,并判断注册信息是否验证成功。第二处理模块 203,还用于若验证不成功,生成验证失败反馈信息。第二发送模块 207,还用于发送验证失败反馈信息至客户端 10,提示客户端 10重新发送注册信息。第二处理模块 203,用于若验证成功,将注册信息存储至第一产品信息数据库 208。第二发送模块 207,用于发送验证成功反馈信息至客户端 10。
第一接收模块 101,用于接收验证成功反馈信息,输出模块 103,用于输出验证成功反馈信息。
解析模块 204,用于解析用户信息得到用户居住地址和用户标识。获取模块 205,用于获取在用户居住地址的预设范围以内的所有维修网点 30的物理地址。第二处理模块 203,用于计算用户居住地址与每一个物理地址的距离,并对距离从近到远进行排序。分配模块 206,用于分配距离最近的维修网点 30给与用户标识对应的用户,维修网点 30包括第二产品信息数据库 304。第二发送模块 207,用于将与用户标识对应的注册信息发送至维修网点 30。
第三接收模块 301,用于接收注册信息。第三处理模块 302,用于将注册信息存储至第二产品信息数据库 304中。
第一接收模块 101,用于接收外部输入的时间信息,时间信息包括时间段信息和时间点信息。第一处理模块 102,用于将时间段信息分别与用户、维修网点 30一一对应的绑定得到时间段提醒信息,和/或将时间点信息分别与用户、维修网点 30一一对应的绑定得到时间点提醒信息。第一发送模块 104,用于发送时间段提醒信息和/或时间点提醒信息至服务器 20。
第二接收模块 201,用于接收时间段提醒信息和/或时间点提醒信息。第二发送模块 207,用于根据时间段提醒信息间隔预设时间段发送提醒消息至与时间段信息对应的用户和/或维修网点 30,和/或根据时间点提醒信息在预设时间点发送提醒消息至与时间点信息对应的用户和/或维修网点 30。
第三接收模块 301,还用于接收外部输入的维修信息,维修信息与产品标识一一对应。第三处理模块 302,用于将维修信息存储至第二产品信息数据库 304中。第三发送模块 303,用于发送维修信息至服务器 20。
第二接收模块 201,用于接收维修信息,第二处理模块 203,还用于将维修信息存储至第一产品信息数据库 208中。
以上对发明的具体实施方式进行了详细说明,但其只作为范例,本发明并不限制与以上描述的具体实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,任何对该发明进行的等同修改或替代也都在本发明的范畴之中,因此,在不脱离本发明的精神和原则范围下所作的均等变换和修改、改进等,都应涵盖在本发明的范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种售后服务的提醒方法,其特征在于,其包括如下步骤:
    客户端接收外部输入的时间信息,所述时间信息包括时间段信息和时间点信息;
    客户端将所述时间段信息分别与用户、维修网点一一对应的绑定得到时间段提醒信息,和/或客户端将所述时间点信息分别与用户、维修网点一一对应的绑定得到时间点提醒信息;
    客户端发送所述时间段提醒信息和/或时间点提醒信息至服务器;
    服务器根据所述时间段提醒信息间隔预设时间段发送提醒消息至与所述时间段信息对应的所述用户和/或所述维修网点,和/或服务器根据所述时间点提醒信息在预设时间点发送提醒消息至与所述时间点信息对应的所述用户和/或所述维修网点。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的售后服务的提醒方法,其特征在于,客户端接收外部输入的时间信息的步骤之前,包括:
    客户端接收外部输入的注册信息;
    客户端发送所述注册信息至服务器,所述服务器包括第一产品信息数据库;
    服务器对所述注册信息进行验证,并判断所述注册信息是否验证成功;
    若验证成功,服务器将所述注册信息存储至所述第一产品信息数据库,并发送验证成功反馈信息至客户端;
    客户端接收所述验证成功反馈信息并进行输出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的售后服务的提醒方法,其特征在于,所述注册信息包括用户信息,客户端接收所述验证成功反馈信息并进行输出的步骤之后,还包括:
    服务器解析所述用户信息得到用户居住地址和用户标识;
    服务器获取在所述用户居住地址的预设范围以内的所有维修网点的物理地址;
    服务器计算所述用户居住地址与每一个所述物理地址的距离,并对所述距离从近到远进行排序;
    服务器分配所述距离最近的维修网点给与所述用户标识对应的用户,所述维修网点包括第二产品信息数据库;
    服务器将与所述用户标识对应的所述注册信息发送至所述维修网点;
    维修网点将所述注册信息存储至所述第二产品信息数据库中。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的售后服务的提醒方法,其特征在于,所述注册信息包括产品信息,所述产品信息包括产品标识,服务器根据所述时间段提醒信息间隔预设时间段发送提醒消息至与所述时间段信息对应的所述用户和/或所述维修网点,和/或服务器根据所述时间点提醒信息在预设时间点发送提醒消息至与所述时间点信息对应的所述用户和/或所述维修网点的步骤之后,包括:
    维修网点接收外部输入的维修信息,所述维修信息与所述产品标识一一对应;
    维修网点将所述维修信息存储至所述第二产品信息数据库中;
    维修网点发送所述维修信息至所述服务器;
    所述服务器将所述维修信息存储至所述第一产品信息数据库中。
  5. 一种售后服务的提醒系统,其特征在于,其包括客户端、服务器和维修网点,所述客户端包括第一接收模块、第一处理模块和第一发送模块,所述服务器包括第二接收模块和第二发送模块;所述第一接收模块,用于接收外部输入的时间信息,所述时间信息包括时间段信息和时间点信息;所述第一处理模块,用于将所述时间段信息分别与用户、维修网点一一对应的绑定得到时间段提醒信息,和/或将所述时间点信息分别与用户、维修网点一一对应的绑定得到时间点提醒信息;所述第一发送模块,用于发送所述时间段提醒信息和/或时间点提醒信息至服务器;所述第二接收模块,用于接收所述时间段提醒信息和/或时间点提醒信息;第二发送模块,用于根据所述时间段提醒信息间隔预设时间段发送提醒消息至与所述时间段信息对应的所述用户和/或所述维修网点,和/或根据所述时间点提醒信息在预设时间点发送提醒消息至与所述时间点信息对应的所述用户和/或所述维修网点。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述售后服务的提醒系统,其特征在于,所述客户端还包括输出模块,所述服务器还包括验证模块、第二处理模块和第一产品信息数据库;所述第一接收模块,还用于接收外部输入的注册信息;所述第一发送模块,还用于发送所述注册信息至服务器,所述服务器包括第一产品信息数据库;所述第二接收模块,还用于接收所述注册信息;所述验证模块,用于对所述注册信息进行验证,并判断所述注册信息是否验证成功;所述第二处理模块,用于若验证成功,将所述注册信息存储至所述第一产品信息数据库;所述第二发送模块,用于发送验证成功反馈信息至客户端;所述第一接收模块,用于接收所述验证成功反馈信息;所述输出模块,用于输出所述验证成功反馈信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述售后服务的提醒系统,其特征在于,所述注册信息包括用户信息;所述服务器还包括解析模块、获取模块、分配模块;所述维修网点包括第三接收模块和第三处理模块;所述解析模块,用于解析所述用户信息得到用户居住地址和用户标识;所述获取模块,用于获取在所述用户居住地址的预设范围以内的所有维修网点的物理地址;所述第二处理模块,用于计算所述用户居住地址与每一个所述物理地址的距离,并对所述距离从近到远进行排序;所述分配模块,用于分配所述距离最近的维修网点给与所述用户标识对应的用户,所述维修网点包括第二产品信息数据库;所述第二发送模块,用于将与所述用户标识对应的注册信息发送至所述维修网点;所述第三接收模块,用于接收所述注册信息;所述第三处理模块,用于将所述注册信息存储至所述第二产品信息数据库中。
  8. 根据权利要求5、6或7所述售后服务的提醒系统,其特征在于,所述注册信息包括产品信息,所述产品信息包括产品标识,所述维修网点还包括第三发送模块;所述第三接收模块,还用于接收外部输入的维修信息,所述维修信息与所述产品标识一一对应;所述第三处理模块,用于将所述维修信息存储至所述第二产品信息数据库中;所述第三发送模块,用于发送所述维修信息至所述服务器;所述第二接收模块,用于接收所述维修信息,所述第二处理模块,还用于将所述维修信息存储至所述第一产品信息数据库中。
