Description

一种图片打印装置 技术领域
本文涉及图片打印控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种图片打印控制装置。
背景技术
相关技术中即拍即得相机又被人们称作拍立得相机,是一种释放快门后,能够快速得到照片的相机,由于其得到照片的时效性非常高,深受人们的青睐。随着科技与生活的发展,智能手机设计得越来越精美,拍照功能也日趋成熟与强大,人们在工作和生活中,使用手机拍照的频率也渐渐增高,鉴于手机的易携带性,在很多非专业领域手机拍照已基本取代了数码相机。如果能用人们随身携带的手机或者手机壳完成拍照并能迅速提取照片,在旅游或者一些需要留念的场合,便能很快将照片给到需要留念的人。这样既节省了携带相机的空间,又能快速的完成拍照立即获得照片,方面出行的同时,也增加了拍照的方便性和趣味性。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的是提供一种结构简单、便于携带并且能够实现与终端数据交互的图片打印装置。
为达上述目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种图片打印装置,包括壳体,用于容纳相纸的纸盒装置和用于显示和曝光图片的显示屏,所述纸盒装置和显示屏收容于壳体内并且两者之间具有密闭的黑暗空间,所述打印装置还包括用于驱动所述相纸运动并且将图片成形在所述相纸上的辊轴装置,及与所述显示屏和辊轴装置连接的电路板。
可选地,上述壳体包括上壳体和下壳体,所述纸盒装置包括盖体和盒体,所述上壳体设有收容纸盒装置的开口,所述盖体与所述开口枢轴连接。
可选地,上述显示屏固定于下壳体并且位于纸盒装置的下方。
可选地,上述辊轴装置包括若干辊轴和带动辊轴转动的电机,所述电机 与所述电路板连接。
可选地,上述若干辊轴包括一对相邻设置的辊轴并具有预设的间距,所述打印装置后端设有相纸出口,所述辊轴位于纸盒装置的相纸出口处。
可选地,上述纸盒装置内还设有用于固定相纸的弹片。
可选地,上述电路板包括用于接收终端推动的图片并控制显示屏闪屏的数字处理单元。
可选地,上述电路板还包括用于传输所述图片数据的接口。

本发明实施例的有益效果是:通过设置与终端进行数据交互的图片打印装置或者直接在终端的保护壳上设置图片打印装置方便携带;
同时在图片打印装置内设置容纳相纸的纸盒装置和用于显示和曝光图片的显示屏,纸盒装置和显示屏收容于壳体内并且两者之间具有密闭的黑暗空间,用于驱动相纸运动并且将图片成形在相纸上的辊轴装置,及与显示屏和辊轴装置连接的电路板,结构简单,使得打印装置外形小巧,便于携带。

图1为本图片打印装置立体组装图,图2为本图片打印装置立体分解图,如图1和图2所示,包括壳体10,用于容纳相纸的纸盒装置20和用于显示和曝光图片的显示屏40,纸盒装置20和显示屏40收容于壳体10内并且两者之间具有密闭的黑暗空间60(如图3和图4所示),打印装置还包括用于驱动相纸运动且将图片成形在相纸上的辊轴装置,及与显示屏40和辊轴装置连接的电路板50。
壳体10包括上壳体10a和下壳体10b,纸盒装置20包括盖体20a和盒体20b,上壳体10a设有开口101,纸盒装置收容于开口101内,盖体20a与开口101枢轴连接,使用时通过打开盖体20a将相纸放入纸盒装置20内。显示屏40固定于下壳体10b并且位于纸盒装置20的下方,显示屏40用于显示终端推送的图片并对图片进行曝光处理。辊轴装置包括若干辊轴30和带动辊轴转动的电机(未图示),所述电机与所述电路板50连接。纸盒装置20内还设有用于固定相纸的弹片(未图示)。辊轴30为一对,具有预设的间距且相邻设置,打印装置设有相纸出口(未图示),辊轴30位于相纸出口处并且涂覆有定影药剂。相纸表明涂覆有药剂并且包括三层,内部同时设有用于成像的药水包。当相纸通过电机的带动辊轴30转动,辊轴30夹持相纸并对相纸施加压力将药水包打开,从而发送化学反应将图片成形在相纸上。
图3为本发明实施例通过大显示屏曝光方式示意图,如图3所示,采用大显示屏40a直接对相纸进行曝光,推送的图片在大显示屏40a上自动点亮,涂覆有药水的相纸发生化学反应完成曝光过程。
图4为本发明实施例通过小显示屏曝光方式示意图,如图3所示,推送的图片在小显示屏40b上自动点亮,通过小窗口,形成图像的倒影,涂覆有药水的相纸发生化学反应完成曝光过程。
本发明的显示屏40还可以是原终端的显示屏,采用原终端的显示屏上进 行曝光,该方式与较大屏幕方式曝光类似,但不需要在打印装置中预装用于曝光的屏幕,直接通过终端的预设,将壳体覆盖在原终端屏幕上,直接由终端的屏幕点亮显示图片完成曝光,这种方式可以在一定程度上节约成本。
本发明实施例打印装置还包括打印开关(未图示),用于当用户传输图片之后,进行确认打印操作,以防止图片传输错误造成误打印。
图5为本发明实施例电路板上各模块单元的示意图,如图5所示包括:用于接收终端推动的图片并控制显示屏40闪屏的数字处理单元,用于传输所述图片数据的数字接口,用于保存数字处理单元接收的所述图片的存储单元,及用于为图片打印装置提供电源的电源管理单元。
本发明实施例中的打印装置可以为终端的保护装置,例如保护套,或者直接和终端连接为一体,打印装置的下壳体直接做成终端的后壳。打印装置也可以是单独装置,通过有线方式或者无线的方式与终端连接,具体的,通过有线方式可以采用在打印装置上设置USB数据接口,通过采用数据线的方式与终端连接并传输数据;通过无线方式连接可以采用蓝牙、WIFI等等近距离的网络连接进行数据传输。
工作时,通过打印装置数据接口将终端和打印装置进行连接,终端推送驱动安装程序并且数字处理单元进行安装上述驱动程序;数字处理单元接收到终端推送的图片时,控制显示屏40闪屏对图片进行曝光,显示屏瞬间点亮并且显示所述图片;存储模块保存终端推送的图片;辊轴装置带动相纸运动,将相纸内部的药水包打开与辊轴装置上的化学药剂发生化学反应,将图片成形在所述相纸上并从出口处将相纸推送出去。
具体的,曝光过程是通过点亮显示屏40将终端推送的图片在显示屏40上显示,涂覆有药水的相纸发生化学反应完成曝光过程;最终生成相片是通过电机的带动下,辊轴和相纸向前移动,辊轴30夹持相纸并对相纸施加压力将药水包挤压打开发生化学反应,最后辊轴最终将成形的照片推送出去。
下面以终端为手机,打印装置为手机保护装置进行详细说明。
图6为本发明实施例手机保护装置的打印方法流程意图,如图6所示包 括:
步骤S201:连接手机与手机保护装置,具体的可以通过有线或者无线通讯方式进行连接,在手机与手机保护装置之间建立连接通道,该连接可以通过USB连接,也可以通过蓝牙,WIFI等近场通讯等其他方式连接。
步骤S202:手机保护装置向手机推送图片并且传输所用驱动,并提示安装,通过手机与手机保护装置的通讯连接,手机保护装置推送相关图片传输所用驱动给已经连接的手机,并自动提示对应的手机完成驱动的安装,该驱动用以完成手机端向手机保护装置推送照片。
步骤S203:手机向手机保护装置推送图片,驱动安装完成后,在手机上可以操作向手机保护装置推送想要冲洗的图片。
步骤S204:照片的显示与曝光,通过延时控制,当所述照片被传送到手机保护装置后,显示设备会点亮并显示该图片,从而完成显示与曝光;
步骤S205:相片定影并退出,相片曝光后,经过相应的辊轴装置完成图片定影过程,并将图片推送出相纸盒。
任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求所述的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
本发明实施例的有益效果是:通过设置与终端进行数据交互的图片打印装置或者直接在终端的保护壳上设置图片打印装置方便携带;
同时在图片打印装置内设置容纳相纸的纸盒装置和用于显示和曝光图片的显示屏,纸盒装置和显示屏收容于壳体内并且两者之间具有密闭的黑暗空间,用于驱动相纸运动并且将图片成形在相纸上的辊轴装置,及与显示屏和辊轴装置连接的电路板,结构简单,使得打印装置外形小巧,便于携带。
因此本发明具有很强的工业实用性。

  1. 一种图片打印装置,包括壳体,所述壳体用于容纳相纸的纸盒装置和用于显示和曝光图片的显示屏,所述纸盒装置和显示屏收容于所述壳体内并且两者之间具有密闭的黑暗空间,所述打印装置还包括用于驱动所述相纸运动并且将图片成形在所述相纸上的辊轴装置,及与所述显示屏和辊轴装置连接的电路板。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的图片打印装置,其中,所述壳体包括上壳体和下壳体,所述纸盒装置包括盖体和盒体,所述上壳体设有收容所述纸盒装置的开口,所述盖体与所述开口枢轴连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的图片打印装置,其中,所述显示屏固定于所述下壳体并且位于所述纸盒装置的下方。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的图片打印装置,其中,所述辊轴装置包括多个辊轴和带动辊轴转动的电机,所述电机与所述电路板连接。
