Abstract

一种曲面显示器的背板组件,用于显示器的背光模块,所述背板组件包括曲面背板(1)和金属背板补强件(3),所述曲面背板(1)上形成一个镂空部(2),所述金属背板补强件(3)为平面结构,并附装于曲面背板至覆盖所述镂空部(2)。该曲面背板组件的重量减轻,且结构简单,组装方便,降低了曲面背板组件的生产成本。

[0001] 本发明涉及一种背板组件, 具体涉及一种曲面显示器的背板组件, 用于显示器 的背光模块。
背景技术
[0002] 随着数字信息的普及, 数字显示器的使用比例也随之提高。 现有数字显示器背 光模块的背板使用金属作为其材料, 以提供稳固的支撑。 但随着数字显示器的 尺寸愈趋大型化, 背板的重量亦将大幅增加, 使得数字显示器的整体重量及材 料成本也随之增加。
[0003] 随着曲面显示器的出现, 应用于曲面显示器背光模组的背板因其为全金属结构 且需要制作大尺寸曲面冲压磨具, 使得该背板的制作工艺复杂, 生产成本高。
[0004] 因此, 需要提供一种结构简单成本低廉的曲面显示器背板组件。

[0012] 本发明的曲面背板可依照一般注塑模具生产, 所述金属背板补强件可依照一般 冲压模具生产。
[0013] 本发明的背板组件在组装时, 先准备曲面塑胶背板, 再将平面金属背板补强件 依照曲面塑胶背板曲率半径均匀弯曲变形组装为组件, 最后对组件作必要的紧 固即可完成组装。

[0015] 本发明将镂空的曲面塑胶背板和平面金属背板补强件组装成为背板组件, 一方 面, 由于曲面背板为塑胶材质, 可以大大减轻整个背板组件的重量; 另一方面 , 由于采用平面金属背板补强件, 相比于现有的曲面背板一体成型工艺, 金属 件冲压模具费用大大降低, 且该结构的背板组件组装方便。
