Abstract
一种量子管发光装置(10)、包含上述量子管发光装置(10)的背光模组(100)及液晶显示器,所述量子管发光装置(10)包括:透明管状封装装置(12),其包括入光面(122)和出光面(124),入光面(122)和/或出光面(124)的表面具有间隔设置的多个凸起结构(1220,1240)和多个凹槽结构(1221,1241);量子点(11),封装在透明管状封装装置(12)中;当激发光从入光面(122)照射量子点(11)时,激发量子点(11)发光,且量子点(11)发出的光从出光面(124)发射出去。通过这种方式,能够避免光线从LED灯(20)与量子管之间以及量子管与导光板(30)之间的间隙处漏出,进而提高光线利用率。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种量子管发光装置、背光模组及液晶显示器。
【背景技术】
由于量子点可通过外部光源如发光二极管(Light Emitting
Diode,LED)等照射以激发量子点发出高色度的纯色光线,其发光特性已远远超过LED背光的荧光粉的发光特性,因此,封装有量子点的量子管被广泛应用到液晶显示技术领域中。
目前,在现有的液晶显示装置中,量子管通常设置在多个发光二极管(Light Emitting
Diode,LED)灯和导光板之间。然而,光线容易从LED灯与量子管之间以及量子管与导光板之间的间隙处漏出,导致光线利用率较低。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种量子管发光装置、背光模组及液晶显示器,能够提高光线利用率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种背光模组,包括:
量子管发光装置,其包括透明管状封装装置和封装在所述透明管状封装装置内的量子点,所述透明管状封装装置包括入光面和出光面,所述入光面的表面具有间隔设置的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构;
多个发光二极管(Light Emitting
Diode,LED)灯,每个所述LED灯分别置入所述量子管发光装置的所述入光面中的相邻两个所述凸起结构之间的所述凹槽结构中;
导光板,其包括入光侧,其中,所述导光板的所述入光侧与所述量子管发光装置的所述出光面相互对应;
其中,所述出光面的表面具有间隔设置的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构;所述导光板的所述入光侧上对应设置有多个凸起结构和凹槽结构,且所述导光板的所述入光侧上的每个所述凸起结构分别置入所述量子管发光装置的所述出光面相邻两个所述凸起结构之间的所述凹槽结构中;
所述量子管发光装置的入光面中的所述凹槽结构与其所容纳的所述LED灯的形状相匹配。
其中,进一步还包括:胶框,套设在所述LED灯、所述量子管发光装置以及所述导光板的外部。
其中,进一步还包括:反射片,设置在所述导光板的底面。
其中,进一步还包括:柔性电路板,设置在所述多个LED灯的顶面。
其中,所述透明管状封装装置中的所述入光面上的所述凹槽结构与所述出光面上的所述凹槽结构的形状为方形。
其中,进一步包括:至少一个光学膜片,设置在所述导光板的顶面上。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种背光模组,包括:
量子管发光装置,其包括透明管状封装装置和封装在所述透明管状封装装置内的量子点,所述透明管状封装装置包括入光面和出光面,所述入光面的表面具有间隔设置的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构;
多个发光二极管(Light Emitting
Diode,LED)灯,每个所述LED灯分别置入所述量子管发光装置的所述入光面中的相邻两个所述凸起结构之间的所述凹槽结构中;
导光板,其包括入光侧,其中,所述导光板的所述入光侧与所述量子管发光装置的所述出光面相互对应。
其中,所述出光面的表面具有间隔设置的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构;所述导光板的所述入光侧上对应设置有多个凸起结构和凹槽结构,且所述导光板的所述入光侧上的每个所述凸起结构分别置入所述量子管发光装置的所述出光面相邻两个所述凸起结构之间的所述凹槽结构中。
其中,进一步还包括:胶框,套设在所述LED灯、所述量子管发光装置以及所述导光板的外部。
其中,进一步还包括:反射片,设置在所述导光板的底面。
其中,所述量子管发光装置的入光面中的所述凹槽结构与其所容纳的所述LED灯的形状相匹配。
其中,进一步还包括:柔性电路板,设置在所述多个LED灯的顶面。
其中,所述透明管状封装装置中的所述入光面上的所述凹槽结构与所述出光面上的所述凹槽结构的形状为方形。
其中,进一步包括:至少一个光学膜片,设置在所述导光板的顶面上。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种量子管发光装置,包括:
透明管状封装装置,其包括入光面和出光面,所述入光面和/或所述出光面的表面具有间隔设置的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构;量子点,封装在所述透明管状封装装置中;
当激发光从所述入光面照射所述量子点时,激发所述量子点发光,且所述量子点发出的光从所述出光面发射出去。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明量子管发光装置包括透明管状封装装置,其入光面和/或出光面的表面设置有间隔的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构,其中多个LED灯分别置入量子管发光装置的入光面中的相邻两个凸起结构之间的凹槽结构中,且导光板的入光侧与该量子管发光装置的出光面相互对应设置。通过这种方式,能够避免光线从LED灯与量子管之间以及量子管与导光板之间的间隙处漏出,进而提高光线利用率。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明量子管发光装置的一实施方式的俯视结构示意图。
该量子管发光装置10包括量子点11和透明管状封装装置12。
量子点11封装在该透明管状封装装置12中。该量子点是一种由II-VI族或III-V族元素组成的纳米颗粒。量子点的粒径一般小于等于10nm,由于电子和空穴被量子限域,连续的能带结构变成具有分子特性的分立能级结构,受激后可以发射荧光。
透明管状封装装置12包括入光面122和出光面124,该入光面122和/或出光面124的表面具有间隔设置的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构。在本实施方式中,该入光面122和该出光面124的表面均具有间隔设置的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构,具体地,该入光面122的表面具有间隔设置的多个凸起结构1220和多个凹槽结构1221;该出光面124的表面具有间隔设置的多个凸起结构1240和多个凹槽结构1241。其中,入光面122是指当激发光照射在该管状封装装置12时,该管状封装装置12接收激发光的表面;出光面124是指激发光从入光面122进入管状封装装置12内后,照射量子点11并激发量子点11发光,量子点11发出的光发射出外界的表面。
可以理解的是,在其他一些实施方式中,也可以只在量子管发光装置10的一侧设置所述凹槽结构和凸起结构,比如只在入光面122的表面设置多个凸起结构1220和多个凹槽结构1221,以容置LED灯来提高光线利用率和色域,而出光面124则以传统方式与导光板抵接。又或者或者只在该出光面124的表面设置间隔设置的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构。需要说明的是,本实施例只是给出了最优实施方式,并不用于限制本发明。
区别于现有技术的情况,本实施方式中的量子管发光装置包括透明管状封装装置,其入光面和/或出光面的表面设置有间隔的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构,量子点封装在该透明管状封装装置中。当量子管发光装置应用至液晶显示装置中,通过这种方式,其量子管发光装置的入光面和出光面能够分别与LED灯和导光板紧密贴合,避免光线从LED灯与量子管之间以及量子管与导光板之间的间隙处漏出,进而提高光线利用率。而且通过这种方式能够使LED灯发射出的光线均匀,进而使得量子管发光装置被激发出的光线均匀,从而能够有效防止液晶显示装置所呈现的图案明暗相间的情况发生。另外,由于透明管状封装装置的入光面和/或出光面的表面设置有间隔的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构,使该入光面和出光面的表面形成凸凹不平的结构,在不同光源的照射下能够形成不同的光线的发射效果。
进一步地,该透明管状封装装置12中的入光面122上的凹槽结构1221的形状为方形,当应用在液晶显示装置中时,便于容置LED灯。更进一步地,该量子管发光装置12的入光面122中的凹槽结构1221可与其所容置的LED灯的形状相匹配。
该透明管状封装装置12中的出光面124上的凹槽结构1241的形状也可为方形,当应用在液晶显示装置中时,可与导光板上的方形凸起相互配合固定。
进一步地,在一些实施方式中,该入光面122上的凹槽结构1221的大小大于出光面124上的凹槽结构1241的大小。
可以理解的,上述入光面122的凹槽结构1221并不局限于上述所述的方形,还可为其他与LED灯相对应的任何形状,以使该LED灯能够刚好卡合在该凹槽结构1221内,即满足凹槽结构1221与其所容纳的LED灯的形状相匹配即可,如此能充分地与多个LED灯之间间隙区域贴合,最大可能性地避免多个LED灯间隙区域漏出光线。
可以理解的,上述出光面124的凹槽结构1241并不局限于上述所述的方形,还可为其他能够更牢固与导光板固定贴合的任何形状,比如,出光面124还可以设置为与导光板表面的微结构相匹配。
可以理解的,上述凹槽结构1221、1241以及凸起结构1220、1240的大小也不局限于上述所述的大小,可根据实际需要或组装成背光模组时的效果,来逐一或统一调整入光面和出光面上凹槽结构及凸起结构的尺寸。
可以理解的,封装在透明管状封装装置12内的量子点10可为直径小于或等于10nm的量子点中的一种或两种以上的混合物,其不同直径的量子点在同一种激发光照射时可使透明管状封装装置12呈现出不同颜色的光。
区别于现有技术的情况,本实施方式中的量子管发光装置通过表面的凹槽结构和凸起结构,在提高光线利用率的同时,还能在无需例如双面胶、卡勾等机械装置等的辅助结构的情况下,牢固地贴合在LED灯和导光板上,而且可以通过改变量子点,在外部光源透过本实施方式中的量子管发光装置后还能够提高色域,应用在显示装置中后形成的背光色域也显著提高,进而提高显示装置的色域,使其呈现的色彩更加丰富艳丽。
请一并参阅图2至图4。该背光模组100包括量子管发光装置10、多个LED灯20以及导光板30。
量子管发光装置10采用上文所描述的量子管发光装置10,在此不再赘述。
每个LED灯20分别置入量子管发光装置10的入光面122中的相邻两个凸起结构1220之间的凹槽结构1221中。
导光板30包括入光侧31,其中,该入光侧31与量子管发光装置10的出光面124相互对应。
进一步地,在其他一些实施方式中,该导光板30的入光侧31上设置有多个凸起结构312和凹槽结构314,且导光板30的入光侧31上的每个凸起结构312分别置入量子管发光装置10的出光面124相邻两个凸起结构312之间的凹槽结构314中。该导光板30在于使量子管发光装置10和LED灯20发出的点光源或线光源转变为面光源,制成该导光板30的材质可为现有的任何制成导光板的材质,例如光学级的亚克力等。
进一步地,在一些实施方式中,该背光模组100还包括胶框40,套设在多个LED灯20、量子管发光装置10以及导光板30的外部,用于支撑并保护量子管发光装置10、多个LED灯20以及导光板30。
进一步地,在一些实施方式中,该背光模组100还包括反射片50,设置导光板30的底面33。
更进一步地,在一些实施方式中,该反射片50通过粘贴技术而粘贴在胶框40的底面41和/或导光板30的底面33上。其中,所述粘贴技术是指采用具有粘性的物质将两种不用物件相互粘结的技术手段。该粘贴技术包括但不局限于涂布胶层或粘贴双面胶等技术手段。
进一步地,在一些实施方式中,该背光模组100还包括柔性电路板60,设置在多个LED灯20的顶面22。该柔性电路板60可采用包括但不局限于如聚酰亚胺或聚酯薄膜等基材所制成。
更进一步地,在一些实施方式中,该柔性电路板60设置在多个LED灯20的顶面22和量子发光装置10的顶面15。
进一步地,在一些实施方式中,该背光模组100还包括至少一个光学膜片(图未示),设置在导光板30的顶面上。
区别于现有技术的情况,本实施方式中的背光模组包括量子管发光装置,该量子管发光装置包括透明管状封装装置,其入光面和/或出光面的表面设置有间隔的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构,量子点封装在该透明管状封装装置中,其中多个LED灯分别置入量子管发光装置的入光面中的相邻两个凸起结构之间的凹槽结构中,对应地,与透明管状封装装置的出光面相互对应的导光板的入光侧上设置有多个凸起结构和凹槽结构,入光侧上的每个凸起结构分别置入量子管发光装置的出光面相邻两个凸起结构之间的凹槽结构中。
通过这种方式,其量子管发光装置的入光面和出光面能够分别与LED灯和导光板紧密贴合,避免光线从LED灯与量子管之间以及量子管与导光板之间的间隙处漏出,进而提高光线利用率。而且能够使LED灯发射出的光线均匀,进而使得量子管发光装置被激发出的光线均匀,从而能够有效防止液晶显示装置所呈现的图案明暗相间的情况发生。另外,由于透明管状封装装置的入光面与出光面的表面均设置有间隔的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构,使该入光面和出光面的表面形成凸凹不平的结构,在不同光源的照射下能够形成不同的光线的发射效果,而且可以通过改变量子点,在外部光源透过本实施方式中的量子管发光装置后还能够提高色域,应用在显示装置中后形成的背光色域也显著提高,进而提高显示装置的色域,使其呈现的色彩更加丰富艳丽。
本发明还提供一种液晶显示器,该液晶显示器包括如上文所述的任意一种实施方式中的背光模组,在此不再赘述。

Claims (15)
- 一种背光模组,其中,包括:量子管发光装置,其包括透明管状封装装置和封装在所述透明管状封装装置内的量子点,所述透明管状封装装置包括入光面和出光面,所述入光面的表面具有间隔设置的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构;多个发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)灯,每个所述LED灯分别置入所述量子管发光装置的所述入光面中的相邻两个所述凸起结构之间的所述凹槽结构中;导光板,其包括入光侧,其中,所述导光板的所述入光侧与所述量子管发光装置的所述出光面相互对应;其中,所述出光面的表面具有间隔设置的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构;所述导光板的所述入光侧上对应设置有多个凸起结构和凹槽结构,且所述导光板的所述入光侧上的每个所述凸起结构分别置入所述量子管发光装置的所述出光面相邻两个所述凸起结构之间的所述凹槽结构中;所述量子管发光装置的入光面中的所述凹槽结构与其所容纳的所述LED灯的形状相匹配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,进一步还包括:胶框,套设在所述LED灯、所述量子管发光装置以及所述导光板的外部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,进一步还包括:反射片,设置在所述导光板的底面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,进一步还包括:柔性电路板,设置在所述多个LED灯的顶面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述透明管状封装装置中的所述入光面上的所述凹槽结构与所述出光面上的所述凹槽结构的形状为方形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,进一步包括:至少一个光学膜片,设置在所述导光板的顶面上。
- 一种背光模组,其中,包括:量子管发光装置,其包括透明管状封装装置和封装在所述透明管状封装装置内的量子点,所述透明管状封装装置包括入光面和出光面,所述入光面的表面具有间隔设置的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构;多个发光二极管灯,每个所述LED灯分别置入所述量子管发光装置的所述入光面中的相邻两个所述凸起结构之间的所述凹槽结构中;导光板,其包括入光侧,其中,所述导光板的所述入光侧与所述量子管发光装置的所述出光面相互对应。
- 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中,所述出光面的表面具有间隔设置的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构;所述导光板的所述入光侧上对应设置有多个凸起结构和凹槽结构,且所述导光板的所述入光侧上的每个所述凸起结构分别置入所述量子管发光装置的所述出光面相邻两个所述凸起结构之间的所述凹槽结构中。
- 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中,进一步还包括:胶框,套设在所述LED灯、所述量子管发光装置以及所述导光板的外部。
- 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中,进一步还包括:反射片,设置在所述导光板的底面。
- 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中,所述量子管发光装置的入光面中的所述凹槽结构与其所容纳的所述LED灯的形状相匹配。
- 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中,进一步还包括:柔性电路板,设置在所述多个LED灯的顶面。
- 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中,所述透明管状封装装置中的所述入光面上的所述凹槽结构与所述出光面上的所述凹槽结构的形状为方形。
- 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中,进一步包括:至少一个光学膜片,设置在所述导光板的顶面上。
- 一种量子管发光装置,其中,包括:透明管状封装装置,其包括入光面和出光面,所述入光面和/或所述出光面的表面具有间隔设置的多个凸起结构和多个凹槽结构;量子点,封装在所述透明管状封装装置中;当激发光从所述入光面照射所述量子点时,激发所述量子点发光,且所述量子点发出的光从所述出光面发射出去。
