本发明涉及打碟机领域,更具体的说,涉及一种电子打碟机。
【背景技术】
由于科技进步和生活水平的提高,电子打碟机给人以娱乐的同时它的结构功能也在不断被完善,2014年2月12日公开的专利CN203433814一种电子打碟机中,其涉及打碟机技术领域,特别涉及一种电子打碟机,其结构包括面壳、底壳和转盘,所述转盘安装时穿过所述面壳并与所述底壳连接,所述底壳设置有旋转槽,所述转盘设置有旋转支柱,所述旋转支柱与所述旋转槽旋转配合;本发明中所述转盘通过所述旋转支柱插接于所述旋转槽,使得所述底壳通过所述旋转槽较大面积的对所述转盘进行支撑,使得无论在转盘的哪个位置进行按压转动,所述转盘都会受力均匀,不易产生形变,从而确保了所述转盘具有较高的可靠性和稳固性,提高使用手感和打碟的效果。其中转盘的设置需要在底壳加工出旋转槽以及在转盘加工出旋转支柱,旋转槽和旋转支柱无疑会增加装置的加工难度、延长工时,增加成本。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种成本低、打碟手感好的电子打碟机。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种电子打碟机,包括面壳、底壳和转盘,所述电子打碟机还包括转盘功能件,所述转盘与所述转盘功能件卡扣连接,所述转盘功能件上设置有触发部,所述触发部的至少一侧设置有控制开关,当旋转所述转盘时带动所述触发部旋转至所述控制开关位置触发所述控制开关实现打碟功能。
优选的,所述转盘设置有第一凸部,所述第一凸部一侧设置有固定槽,所述转盘功能件对应所述第一凸部设置有卡位槽,所述转盘与所述转盘功能件卡扣连 接。第一凸部进入卡位槽实现卡扣连接,固定槽则对转盘功能件起限位作用,转盘与转盘功能件连接稳定。
优选的,所述转盘还设置有转盘复位装置。打碟时会旋转转盘,转盘复位装置方便转盘从旋转到的位置回复到初始位置。
优选的,所述转盘功能件设置有第二凸部,所述面壳一侧设置有第三凸部,所述第二凸部与第三凸部通过弹簧连接,所述转盘与转盘功能件固定设置在所述面壳上。弹簧通过连接第二凸部与第三凸部实现转盘和转盘功能件与面壳的连接,在旋转转盘时弹簧还能提供复位功能。
优选的,所述第二凸部有两个,对应得所述第三凸部也有两个。第二凸部与第三凸部相连,转盘和转盘功能件与面壳的连接及旋转后复位更加稳定。
优选的,所述转盘设置有喇叭出音孔,所述电子打碟机的喇叭设置在所述转盘内侧。明确功放时的出音位置,设置在转盘上的喇叭出音孔与转盘内侧的喇叭保持近距离,出音效果更好。
优选的,所述转盘设置有喇叭支撑环,所述喇叭盆架设置有一圈压边,所述喇叭放置于所述转盘内,所述压边进入所述喇叭支撑环内。喇叭支撑环与压边配合固定喇叭位置,使喇叭放置于转盘与转盘功能件内。
优选的,所述转盘设置有用于增加摩擦力的表面结构。旋转转盘完成打碟,增加摩擦力的表面结构提高打碟手感度。
优选的,所述表面结构为凸点、凹点或CD纹。凸点、凹点或CD纹等转盘表面结构加工方便,手感度好。
优选的,所述转盘设置有第一凸部,所述第一凸部一侧设置有固定槽,所述转盘功能件对应所述第一凸部设置有卡位槽,所述转盘与所述转盘功能件卡扣连接,所述转盘设置有喇叭支撑环,所述第一凸部设置在所述喇叭支撑环上。明确第一凸部在转盘上的具体位置。
本发明由于转盘与转盘功能件采用卡扣连接,转盘功能件上设置有触发部,触发部随着转盘的旋转而转动以触发控制开关,完成打碟。转盘功能件结构简单、 加工精度要求降低,既能固定转盘,又能保证打碟功能稳定实现。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开了一种电子打碟机,如图1至8所示,包括面壳1、电池8、转盘3、转盘功能件4、喇叭5、电路板7和底壳2。所述转盘3的一侧设置有第一凸部31,所述第一凸部31一侧设置有固定槽32。所述固定槽32设置在第一凸部31的径向外侧。相比固定槽32设置在第一凸部31的径向内侧与对应的转盘功能件4卡扣连接固定关系更为稳固。所述转盘功能件4对应第一凸部31设置有卡位槽42,转盘3与转盘功能件4卡扣连接。第一凸部31进入卡位槽42实现卡扣连接,固定槽32则对转盘功能件4起限位作用,转盘与转盘功能件连接稳定。
转盘3还设置有转盘复位装置。打碟时会旋转转盘3,转盘复位装置方便转盘3从旋转到的位置回复到初始位置。转盘功能件4的一侧设置有第二凸部43,所述面壳1的内侧设置有第三凸部11,所述第二凸部43与第三凸部11通过弹簧6连接,转盘3与转盘功能件4固定设置在面壳1上。所述弹簧6通过连接第二凸部43与第三凸部11实现转盘3和转盘功能件4与面壳3的连接,在旋转转盘3时弹簧还能提供复位功能。第二凸部43有两个,对应第三凸部11也有两个。下面这句话我理解不了第二凸部43与第三凸部11相连,转盘3和转盘功能件4与面壳1的连接及旋转后复位更加稳定。
转盘3与第一凸部31同侧还设置有喇叭支撑环34,喇叭5的盆架设置有一圈压边,压边进入所述喇叭支撑环内,喇叭5放置于转盘3内。喇叭支撑环35与压边配合固定喇叭位置,使喇叭放置于转盘与转盘功能件内。第一凸部31也可以直接设置在喇叭支撑环35上,加工便利。转盘功能件4设置有喇叭避让孔,喇叭避让孔与喇叭5的盆架配合,转盘3和转盘功能件4同时固定喇叭5,并与面壳1连接。电路板7也设置有喇叭避让孔,电路板7通过螺丝孔与面壳1连接,喇叭5的一端通过所述喇叭避让孔与底壳2配合。面壳与底壳通过对应的定位件连接构成电子打碟机整体。
转盘功能件4上设置有触发部41,所述触发部41的至少一侧设置有控制开关71,当旋转所述转盘3时带动所述触发部41旋转至所述控制开关71位置触 发所述控制开关71实现打碟功能。所述控制开关71设置在电路板上,电子打碟机装配好后,控制开关71与触发部41的高度在垂直电子打碟机放置面上有重合,转盘功能件4的旋转角度大于触发部41与控制开关71间的角度。
转盘3的露出面壳1一侧设置有喇叭出音孔33,喇叭5设置在转盘3内。明确功放时的出音位置,设置在转盘3上的喇叭出音孔33与转盘3内的喇叭5保持近距离,出音效果更好。在不连接耳机时由转盘3的喇叭出音孔33沟通喇叭与外界,实现良好的功放效果。转盘3的露出面壳1一侧还设置有用于增加摩擦力的表面结构,所述表面结构可以为凸点、凹点或CD纹35。旋转转盘3打碟,增加摩擦力的表面结构提高打碟手感度。凸点、凹点或CD纹等转盘表面结构加工方便,手感度好。
