在一些实施方式中,主机还包括:壳体和供电装置,供电装置给功能性主板和喇叭供电;时钟机芯自带电池;功能性主板、喇叭和供电装置均设置在所述壳体内;时钟机芯通过一个机芯螺母固定在壳体内;时针指示板和时针旋转板枢接在一起后通过螺丝固定在壳体内;壳体圆形内凹以容纳钟刻盘,并且圆形内凹处中心开圆孔以容时钟机芯的指针转动端穿过。
在一些实施方式中,指针组件还包括一秒针,位于时针和分针的顶部,秒针与时钟机芯的连接部位通过胶水或封盖固定于机芯上。
在一些实施方式中,卡槽为24个,均布在时钟机芯的四周;时钟为12小时制,卡槽与时钟的准点和半点刻度一一对应设置;
时针接触端为24个,每个接触端的布设位置与时钟的准点和半点刻度一一对应设置;
每个时钟接触端均和与其刻度对应的卡槽的卡槽接触端之一形成一对一连接;
分针接触端为两个,其中一个设置在与时钟的12小时准点刻度径向对应的位置,另一个设置在与时钟的6小时准点刻度径向对应的位置。
在一些实施方式中,卡槽为24个,均布在时钟机芯的四周;所述时钟为24小时制的,卡槽与时钟的准点刻度一一对应设置;
时针接触端为24个,每个接触端的布设位置与时钟的准点刻度一一对应设置;
每个时钟接触端均和与其刻度对应的卡槽的卡槽接触端之一形成一对一连接;
分针接触端为一个,设置在与时钟的24小时准点刻度径向对应的位置。
在一些实施方式中,时针触点和分针触点为固定在时针和分针上的弹簧探针或弹片。
在一些实施方式中,主机的底部设有磁铁安装孔,磁铁安装孔内设置有磁体,磁铁安装孔的孔口由防震脚垫封装。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过将不同的卡片吸附在卡槽上,利用读取的卡片内电阻的不同,通过磁控方式在指针指示时刻播放相应的音频。同时,因为可自行变换卡片的位置,具有极高的手动性和娱乐性。本发明的指针结构通过增加导通设计的时针指示板和时针旋转板,以及将时针旋转板嵌入到时针的有效固定方式,为智能时钟的实现提供坚实的基础。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1-8所示,本发明智能时钟包括复数个表面记载有不同内容的卡片2和主机1;主机1设有时钟机芯10、钟刻盘11、指针组件12、时针指示板13、时针旋转板14、存储有多个不同音频文件的功能性主板3、喇叭4,时钟机芯10的四周设有复数个卡槽5,卡片2可拆装的固定在卡槽5并与主机1电连接;时针指示板13中心处开圆孔,围绕该圆孔设置环形导电圈130,在环形导电圈130外侧设置有与时刻度分布一致的多个时针接触端131;时针旋转板14开有一过孔,该过孔的圆周底部设有与环形导电圈130保持接触的绕环触点140,由该过孔周边延伸的指针的底部设有可以与各个时针接触端131接触的时针触点141;时钟机芯10的指针转动端依次穿过时针指示板13、时针旋转板14和钟刻盘11,最后与指针组件 12结合固定。
主机1还包括:壳体15以及供电装置(电池或者外接电源),供电装置给功能性主板3供电和喇叭4供电。功能性主板3、喇叭4、时钟机芯10和供电装置均设置在壳体15内。其中,时钟机芯10通过一个机芯螺母固定在壳体15内。壳体15包括外壳151和封闭外壳151的后盖152。外壳151圆形内凹并且该内凹处中心开圆孔,用于放置钟刻盘11。
主机1上,围绕着时钟机芯10的四周设有复数个卡槽5,卡片2可拆装的固定在卡槽5并与主机1电连接,这里所讲的可拆装的固定是指卡片能够方便的固定在卡槽上,也可以方便的从卡槽上卸下来,即是便于更换安装。优选的方案中采用的磁吸方式(当然也可以是其他的便于更换的固定方式,如机械结构的卡扣方式等等),现就针对其最佳实施例的具体的结构详述如下
如图3、4所示的:每个卡片2的物理结构和原理是相同的,区别仅在于表面记载的内容和内置的电阻模块电阻值的不同。卡片2设置有两个卡片触点22,每个卡片内置有不同阻值的电阻模块21,该电阻模块21有两端,各与一卡片触点22连接,电阻模块21通过卡片触点22与外部接触端形成电路;每个卡槽5处均设置有与卡片触点22一一对应的两个卡槽接触端51和52,当卡片2固定在卡槽5上时,卡片2的两个触点分别与卡槽的两个接触端一一紧密接触电路导通;卡片2内置有磁铁23,卡槽5上设置有磁吸金属;当然也可以是卡片2设置有磁吸金属,卡槽5上设置有磁体,这种具体的设置方式视具体的制造方案确定。通常的,如图3所示的,磁铁23设置在两个卡片触点22的中间。为了便于卡片触点22和卡槽接触端51和52的紧密连接,卡片触点22为弹簧探针或弹片,通过设置在卡片底面壳25上的触点孔位221探出,卡片上面壳24一般用于记载卡片内容,如图片、文字、色彩等等。
每个卡片2所内置的电阻模块21阻值所对应的音频文件都存储于功能性主板3中,每个电阻模块21的阻值都是唯一的,也就是说,每个卡片的面上所记载的内容(图案、文字、色彩等等)与其对应的电阻模块21的阻值是唯一的一一对应,以确保主机能够依照所采集的阻值准确的播放出对应的音频文件。此外,关于电阻模块21可以采用一个电阻,也可以是更多的电阻构成,其目的就是保证能低成本的生产搭配出尽可能多的电阻值,以满足尽可能多的不同卡片表面所记载的内容,以确保不同的内容都有与之对应的不同的电阻值。
针对于电阻模块21为两端的结构,功能性主板3也同样设有用于电阻采集的两采集端31和32,如图5所示,该两采集端31和32可通过主 机的卡槽接触端51和52与卡片的电阻模块21形成阻值采集电路。
为了精确的实现按时播报与卡片对应的音频文件,更重要的,为了直观的反应时钟指针与卡片的对应关系,本发明最佳实施例的时钟采用的是时针和分针共同组成选择开关来确定与众多卡槽中的哪个卡片形成电路获取其电阻值的方式,这种选择方可以很直观的反应卡片和时针的关系,非常适合于早教,而且时针和分针的组合较之现有技术,更能精准的控制时间点,而不至于误差过大。其最佳实施例的具体结构详述如下:
如图6所示,指针组件12包括时针121和分针122,分针122上设置有分针触点124,分针122与时针旋转板14共同组成选择开关,选择开关串联在阻值采集电路中,可以选择与不同的卡片组成阻值采集电路,供功能性主板对不同的卡片进行识别;选择开关包括设置在时针旋转板14上的时针触点141和设置在分针122上的分针触点124,两触点之间电路连通。这种导通结构在本发明优选方案中,采用以下方式:时针旋转板14固定连接于时针121的底部,时针121位于分针122的底部,时针旋转板14上的绕环触点140与环形导电圈130保持接触,分针122与环型导电圈130电连接,绕环触点140与时针触点141电连接,这样就实现了在分针和时针转动的情况下,确保时针触点141和分针触点124的两触点的电路连通。
在时针触点141随时针121旋转一周的路径上,在优选的实施例中,卡槽是24个,则时针接触端为24个,且时针接触端131的布设方式与时间刻度是一一对应的,若是12小时制的,则整点和半点刻度对应;若是24小时制的,则是与整点刻度对应。时钟触点141可随时针121旋转而与不同的时针接触端131电连接。
如图9、10所示,分针接触点124随分针122旋转一周的路径上,设有至少一个分针接触端126;在优选的实施例中,卡槽是24个的情况下,若是12小时制的,则十二点和六点刻度对应的位置各设一个,以便时针指向整点时和指向半点时,均能选择卡片电路导通;若是24小时制的,则只是在二十四点刻度对应的位置只设一个。分钟接触点124可随分针旋转而与不同的分针接触端126电连接。事实上,分针接触端126可以是更多,因为分针的接触端是决定时针应该在该时段第几分钟时选择卡片形成电阻值采集电路并播放对应的音频文件,因此,只要有足够多的卡槽5数量,就可以设置足够多的分针接触端126,如可以在每小时的15分钟读卡并播放一次,就在15分钟对应的位置设置一分针接触端126即可。
时针接触端131和分针接触端126都采用与钟刻盘11表面同一平面的导电端点,不需要凸出于钟刻盘11的表面,在具体制造时,可以是钟刻 盘表面的焊点、或是嵌置在钟刻盘表面的金属导电柱;时针触点和分针触点可以是凸出的弹簧探针或弹片,以确保能够稳定的电导通。
如图5所示,整个时钟的电阻值采集电路原理,功能性主板3上的一采集端31与所有的分针接触端126相连(不论有几个分针接触端,都统一的连接在采集端31上),而另一采集端32则与每个卡槽5的其中一卡槽接触端52均相连(这种连接关系换句话表达就是,每个卡槽5上的其中一卡槽接触端52都统一的与另一采集端32电连接),而每个卡槽5的另一卡槽接触端51则均各自与任一时钟接触端131形成一对一的连接,这种连接关系是一对一的对应连接。
在24小时制钟刻盘的最佳实施例中,可以具体说明:即1点钟位置的卡槽上的卡槽接触端51就跟1点钟位置的时钟接触端131连接;即2点钟位置的卡槽上的卡槽接触端51就跟2点钟位置的时钟接触端131连接,这样就确保了时针指向播报的直观性。当1点钟位置的卡片2固定于卡槽5时,且时针121走到1点位置时,且分针122走到24小时位置时(即是刚好小时整的时候),时针121和分针122各自的触点141和124均与对应的接触端131和126电连接时,1点钟位置的卡片就与功能性主板3形成阻值采集电路,功能性主板3可收集到1点钟位置的卡片的电阻值,并读取与该电阻值对应的音频文件,通过喇叭4予以播放。
同样的,在12小时制钟刻盘的最佳实施例中,亦可以具体说明:即1点钟位置的卡槽上的卡槽接触端51就跟1点钟位置的时钟接触端131连接;即1点半钟位置的卡槽上的卡槽接触端51就跟1点半钟位置的时钟接触端131连接,这样就确保了时针指向播报的直观性。当1点半钟位置的卡片2固定于卡槽5时,且时针121走到1点半钟位置时,且分针122走到6小时位置时(即是刚好半小时整的时候),时针121和分针122各自的触点141和124均与对应的接触端131和126电连接时,1点半钟位置的卡片就与功能性主板3形成阻值采集电路,功能性主板3可收集到1点半钟位置的卡片的电阻值,并读取与该电阻值对应的音频文件,通过喇叭4予以播放。
如图6-8所示,指针组件12还包括秒针123,位于时针121和分针122的顶部。通过使用一个旋转板固定螺母73穿过时针指示板13和时针旋转板14各自开孔的,然后对旋转板固定螺母73旋入一个旋转板固定螺公74,将时针指示板13和时针旋转板14进行枢接,枢接在一起后再通过螺丝(图中未示)固定在壳体15内。
时针121底面内凹,以恰好容纳时针旋转板14为宜。时针旋转板14之后跟随时针121转动,且指向一致。为了更好地嵌入时针旋转板14,在 时针121底面凸出多个固定柱145,时针旋转板14上开有容固定柱一一对应穿过的多个穿孔144,然后由旋转板固定螺母73实现时针旋转板14与时针121的固定。
时钟机芯10的指针转动端分为三段:时针转动段、分针转动段和秒针转动段。时针121含时针套孔1210,分针122含分针套孔1220。将时针套1211卡嵌入时针121的时针套孔1210。将分针套1221卡嵌入分针122的分针套孔1220,时钟机芯10的指针转动端依次穿过外壳151、旋转板固定螺公74的中心开孔、时针指示板13、时针旋转板14、钟刻盘11、时针套1211和分针套1221,最后跟秒针123结合固定,从而实现报时。其中,时钟机芯10的指针转动端的时针转动段与时针套1211卡接。时钟机芯10的指针转动端的分针转动段与分针套1221卡接。秒针123嵌入时钟机芯10的指针转动端的秒针转动段的顶部。
如图1所示,后盖152的底部设有磁铁安装孔63,该孔63内放置有磁铁62,孔口由防震脚垫61封装,这种结构可以让时钟吸附在磁吸材质的板面上,方便放置。
卡片2和主机1的壳体材质可以是塑胶、木质、海绵、纤维中的任一种。
主机1的功能性主板3可根据时钟机芯10的指针运行位置,识别指针所指向的卡片2并通过发声喇叭4将该卡片2所对应的音频文件予以播放。
具体使用举例如是:卡片上印刷有吃饭的卡通图样(以下称吃饭卡片),使用者可以将该吃饭卡片吸附在吃饭的时间(如早上8点)指针所指向的卡槽5上,当将时钟机芯的指针走到8点这个位置时,主机会读取对应的已经存储在主机内的相应音频文件(如童音播放的“吃饭啦吃饭啦”),并通过发生喇叭播出。
针对于卡片2和卡槽5的结合特点,本发明的目的是注重于更换的便捷性,因为产品的使用者主要是儿童或老年人,而且侧重的是自行DIY的乐趣行。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同替换和改进,均应包含在本发明技术方案的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能时钟,其特征在于:
    包括复数个表面记载有不同内容的卡片(2)和主机(1);
    主机设有时钟机芯(10)、钟刻盘(11)、指针组件(12)、时针指示板(13)、时针旋转板(14)、存储有多个不同音频文件的功能性主板(3)、喇叭(4),所述时钟机芯(10)的四周设有复数个卡槽(5),所述卡片(2)可拆装的固定在所述卡槽(5)并与主机(1)电连接;
    所述时针指示板(13)中心处开圆孔,围绕该圆孔设置环形导电圈(130),在环形导电圈(130)外侧设置有与时刻度分布一致的多个时针接触端(131);
    所述时针旋转板(14)开有一过孔,该过孔的圆周底部设有与所述环形导电圈(130)保持接触的绕环触点(140),由该过孔周边延伸的指针的底部设有可以与各个时针接触端(131)接触的时针触点(141);
    所述时钟机芯(10)的指针转动端依次穿过所述时针指示板(13)、时针旋转板(14)和钟刻盘(11),最后与所述指针组件(12)结合固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能时钟,其特征在于,所述智能时钟上布置有与所述卡片(2)等数量且一一对应的多个卡槽(5),所述卡片(2)可拆卸地固定在所述卡槽(5)上;
    所述卡片(2)底部设置有连接所述电阻模块(21)的卡片触点(22);
    所述卡槽(5)设置有与所述卡片触点(22)相接的卡槽接触端(51、52);
  3. 根据权利要求1、2所述的一种智能时钟,其特征在于,
    所述指针组件(12)包括时针(121)和分针(122),所述分针(121)上设置有分针触点(124),所述分针接触点(124)随分针(121)旋转一周的路径上,设有至少一个分针接触端(126),分钟接触点(124)可随分针旋转而与不同的分针接触端(126)电连接;
    功能性主板(3)上的一采集端(31)与所有分针接触端(126)相连,而另一采集端(32)则与每个卡槽(5)的其中一卡槽接触端(52)均相连,各个所述卡槽(5)的另一个卡槽接触端(51)与各个时针接触端(131)一一对应连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种智能时钟,其特征在于,所述卡片(2)内置有磁铁(23),卡槽(5)上设置有磁吸金属;卡片(2)与卡槽(5)通过磁吸方式吸附固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能时钟,其特征在于,所述主机还包括:壳体(15)和供电装置,其中:
    所述供电装置给所述功能性主板(3)和喇叭(4)供电;
    所述时钟机芯(10)自带电池;
    所述功能性主板(3)、喇叭(4)和供电装置均设置在所述壳体(15)内;
    所述时钟机芯(10)通过一个机芯螺母固定在所述壳体(15)内;
    所述时针指示板(13)和时针旋转板(14)枢接在一起后通过螺丝固定在所述壳体(15)内;
    所述壳体(15)圆形内凹以容纳所述钟刻盘(11),并且圆形内凹处中心开圆孔以容所述时钟机芯(10)的指针转动端穿过。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种智能时钟,其特征在于:所述指针组件(12)还包括秒针(123),位于所述时针(121)和分针(122)的顶部,秒针(123)与时钟机芯(10)的连接部位通过胶水或封盖固定于时钟机芯(10)上。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种智能时钟,其特征在于:所述卡槽(5)为24个,均布在时钟机芯(10)的四周;所述时钟为12小时制,卡槽(5)与时钟的准点和半点刻度一一对应设置;
    所述时针接触端(131)为24个,每个时针接触端(131)的布设位置与时钟的准点和半点刻度一一对应设置;
    每个时钟接触端(131)均和与其刻度对应的卡槽(5)的卡槽接触端之一形成一对一连接;
    所述分针接触端(126)为两个,其中一个设置在与时钟的12小时准点刻度径向对应的位置,另一个设置在与时钟的6小时准点刻度径向对应的位置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种智能时钟,其特征在于:所述卡槽(5)为24个,均布在时钟机芯(10)的四周;所述时钟为24小时制的,卡槽(5)与时钟的准点刻度一一对应设置;
    所述时针接触端(131)为24个,每个时针接触端(131)的布设位置与时钟的准点刻度一一对应设置;
    每个时钟接触端(131)均和与其刻度对应的卡槽(5)的卡槽接触端之一 形成一对一连接;
    所述分针接触端(126)为一个,设置在与时钟的24小时准点刻度径向对应的位置。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的一种智能时钟,其特征在于,所述时针触点(141)和分针触点(124)为固定在时针(121)和分针(122)上的弹簧探针或弹片。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种智能时钟,其特征在于,所述主机(1)的底部设有磁铁安装孔(63),所述磁铁安装孔(63)内设置有磁体(62),所述磁铁安装孔(63)的孔口由防震脚垫(61)封装。
