近年来,有尝试设计可拆卸组装的铝合金托盘,具代表性的结构,可参见授权公告号为CN204056575U的实用新型专利。该专利公开的托盘包括栈板和支撑梁,所述支撑梁采用中空的金属型材,各支撑梁顶面上沿其长度方向开设有嵌槽,该嵌槽的两槽壁上均向槽内设有卡边;所述各栈板底面上对应各支撑梁顶面上的嵌槽向下凸设有嵌入块,嵌入块沿嵌槽的长度方向嵌入对应嵌槽内,嵌入块在上下竖直方向上与卡边卡挡配合;并且,所述各支撑梁对应每一栈板的嵌入块设置有定位杆,该定位杆沿支撑梁宽度方向穿置于支撑梁上,而每一栈板的嵌入块上对应于定位杆开设有锁孔,定位杆穿过对应的嵌入块上的锁孔,将栈板锁定。该专利公开的方案具有栈板与支撑梁的连接可靠性高的优点,但是,就因为拆卸栈板只能是从嵌槽中平移出,若位于中部的某块栈板损坏要更换时,需要从外侧起一块块的栈板都平移卸下,才能更换到中部的栈板,费时费力。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种锁扣式拼装组合式托盘,在保留栈板与支撑梁的连接可靠性高的前提下,使栈板可从垂直方向安装于支撑梁上,解决了更换中部的栈板麻烦的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种锁扣式拼装组合式托盘,包括多根并列设置的支撑梁以及铺设于支撑梁顶面上的多块栈板,所述栈板的长度方向与支撑梁的长度方向相垂直;支撑梁顶面上沿其长度方向开设有嵌槽,各该嵌槽的至少一槽壁向槽 内设有卡挡部;所述各栈板底面上对应各支撑梁顶面上的嵌槽设有嵌入块,所述各支撑梁对应每一栈板的嵌入块设置有定位杆,该定位杆沿支撑梁宽度方向穿置于支撑梁,且穿过对应的嵌入块将栈板在沿嵌槽的长度方向上锁定;
所述嵌入块包括一主体,该主体在嵌槽的宽度方向的至少一侧侧部上设有一锁钩,该锁钩上端或下端与主体转动配合形成支点,而另一端外侧设有钩部与嵌槽的卡挡部卡挡配合;并且,所述锁钩上对应于定位杆设有一台阶定位面;
在所述定位杆穿置的状态下,所述定位杆与台阶定位面相抵配合,将锁钩定位,使锁钩保持在其钩部与嵌槽的卡挡部卡挡配合的状态;而在所述定位杆未穿置的状态下,锁钩能够相对主体向内转动使钩部避让卡挡部,以使嵌入块能够在上下方向上嵌入或脱出嵌槽。
上述方案中,所述嵌槽的两槽壁上均向槽内对称设有卡挡部,所述主体在嵌槽的宽度方向的两侧侧部上均对称设有锁钩。
上述方案中,所述主体上设有通孔供所述定位杆穿过。再进一步,所述主体的底面中部与嵌槽的槽底面两者间,一者上设有卡槽,另一者上设有卡筋,卡槽与卡筋卡嵌配合。
上述方案中,所述嵌入块还包括弹簧,该弹簧作用于锁钩,其作用力方向是使锁钩朝外转动。
上述方案中,所述主体上设有沿嵌槽的长度方向的截面为大于半圆的圆缺形的凹槽,所述锁钩上对应设有凸出部,该凸出部沿嵌槽的长度方向嵌入凹槽,凸出部与凹槽配合构成所述支点。
上述方案中,所述主体上设有沿嵌槽的长度方向的截面为小于或等于半圆的圆缺形的凹槽,所述锁钩上对应设有凸出部,该凸出部沿嵌槽宽度方向嵌入凹槽,凸出部与凹槽配合构成所述支点。
上述方案中,所述台阶定位面位于锁钩内侧,且面朝所述支点。
与现有技术对比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、由于本发明的特殊设计,在将定位杆卸掉后,栈板可在上下方向上嵌入或脱出嵌槽,当某块栈板损坏时,坏哪块就直接卸下和安装那一块即可,方便性大幅提高;
2、由于本发明的特殊设计,在定位杆穿置的装配状态下,嵌入块上的锁钩被锁定不能动,使钩部与卡挡部保持卡挡状态,此时嵌入块与嵌槽的配合形式等同于现有技术,嵌入块在上下方向上是不能脱出嵌槽的,故而本发明保留了现有技术的栈板与支撑梁连接可靠的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例:一种锁扣式拼装组合式托盘,如图1-图7所示:
参见图1所示,所述托盘包括多根并列设置的支撑梁1以及铺设于支撑梁1顶面上的多块栈板2,所述栈板2的长度方向与支撑梁1的长度方向相垂直;各支撑梁的1的底面上再连接有底连接板4。
参见图1-2所示,所述支撑梁1顶面上沿其长度方向开设有嵌槽11,各该嵌槽11的两槽壁向槽内设有卡挡部111;所述各栈板2底面上对应各支撑梁1顶面上的嵌槽11设有嵌入块21,所述各支撑梁1对应每一栈板2的嵌入块21设置有定位杆3,该定位杆3沿支撑梁1宽度方向穿置于支撑梁1,且穿过对应的嵌入块21将栈板2在沿嵌槽11的长度方向上锁定。
参见图3、4及5所示,所述嵌入块21包括一主体211,该主体211在嵌槽11的宽度方向的两侧侧部上各对称设有一锁钩212,该锁钩212上端与主体211转动配合形成支点,而下端外侧设有钩部2121与嵌槽11的卡挡部111卡挡配合;并且,所述锁钩212内侧对应于定位杆3面朝所述支点(即朝上)设有一台阶定位面2122。所述“内侧”和“外侧”,是以嵌入块21的中心为内,两侧为外。所述主体211上朝下设有对应于定位杆3的受力面2111。
参见图3、4及5所示,在所述定位杆3穿置的状态下,所述定位杆3正位于受力面2111和台阶定位面2122之间,定位杆3与台阶定位面2122相抵配合,将锁钩212定位,使锁钩212保持在其钩部2121与嵌槽11的卡挡部111卡挡配合的状态;而在所述定位杆3未穿置的状态下,锁钩212能够相对主体211向内转动使钩部2121避让卡挡部111,以使嵌入块21能够在上下方向上嵌入或脱出嵌槽11。
参见图3、4及5所示,所述主体211上设有通孔2112供所述定位杆3穿过。
参见图3、4及5所示,主体211的底面中部与嵌槽11的槽底面两者间,一者上设有卡槽2113,另一者上设有卡筋112,卡槽21121与卡筋112卡嵌配合,具体图中所示,是主体211上设有卡槽2113,而在嵌槽11上卡筋112。如此设计,有以下作用:一是在嵌入块21沿上下方向嵌入嵌槽11的过程中,卡槽21121与卡筋112的配合起到了导向的作用,以免嵌入块21左右偏移;二是在嵌入块21嵌入嵌槽11到位后,经卡槽21121与卡筋112卡嵌配合,主体211与嵌槽11的槽底连接成一体,以免穿入定位杆3时嵌入块2发生左右偏移,同时也提高了支撑强度。
参见图3、4及5所示,受力面2111的设置是为了将力从主体211上直接传导给定位杆3,实际中可以没有受力面2111,通过主体211上的通孔也可传层给定位杆3。
参见图3、4及5所示,所述嵌入块21还包括弹簧213,该弹簧213作用于锁钩212,其作用力方向是使锁钩212朝外转动。具体如图所示,弹簧213为两个,且为压簧,它们抵在两侧的锁钩212之间。
参见图3、4及5所示,所述主体211上设有沿嵌槽11的长度方向的截面为大于半圆的圆缺形的凹槽2114,所述锁钩212上对应设有凸出部2123,该凸出部2123沿嵌槽11的长度方向嵌入凹槽2114,凸出部2123与凹槽2114配合构成所述支点。如此设计,使锁钩212的凸出部2123仅能从嵌槽11的长度方向嵌入凹槽2114,使装配后,嵌入块21能自成一个整体,不会解架。
参见图3、4及5所示,最佳的,所述主体211上在凹槽2114的外侧还设有一向下的阻挡面,该阻挡面与锁钩212的顶面配合将锁钩212向外转动的极限位置限制为上下垂直状态。
参见图3、4及5所示,所述锁钩212上对应定位杆3的位置也设有通孔,以供定位杆3穿过,该通孔3不起定位作用,故而可以开设地较大,形状也不限制。
具体,如图6和图7所示,栈板2底面上凸设有两连接片22,以两连接片22正好覆盖嵌入块21的两端,从连接片22朝嵌入块21的端部(具体是主体211)上穿螺钉或铆钉221固定。实际中,只要将嵌入块21与栈板2固定连接即可,可以采用现有各种连接形式,比如,从栈板2的顶面向下朝主体211穿设螺钉连接。
本实施例,在将定位杆3卸掉后,栈板2可在上下方向上嵌入或脱出嵌槽11,当某块栈板2损坏时,坏哪块就直接卸下和安装那一块即可,方便性大幅提高;并且,在定位杆3穿置的装配状态下,嵌入块21上的锁钩212被锁定不能动,使钩部2121与卡挡部111保持卡挡状态,此时嵌入块21与嵌槽11的配合形式等同于现有技术,嵌入块21在上下方向上是不能脱出嵌槽的,故而本实施例保留了现有技术的栈板2与支撑梁1连接可靠的优点。
上述实施例不较佳方案,实际中,还可有以下变化:
1、所述嵌入块21中,主体211可仅一侧设锁钩212,以单边锁钩212与嵌槽11的卡挡部111卡挡配合,这也是可行的。
2、所述嵌入块21中,主体211可以仅位于定位杆3的上方,即主体211仅上部,其底面即是第一定位作用面2111,但此时锁钩212与主体211在嵌槽11的长度方向上需要固定,锁钩212的通孔即起在嵌槽11的长度方向上的定位作用。
3、所述上述实施例的嵌入块21的结构可以上下倒置,即锁钩212的下端与主体211转动配合形成支点,而其上端上设钩部2121,当然卡挡部111也要移至嵌槽11的槽口处。
4、所述凹槽2114的截面可以是小于或等于半圆的圆缺形,凸出部2123沿嵌槽11宽度方向嵌入凹槽2114。
5、所述定位面2122还可设于锁钩212的外侧,定位杆3的上方,面朝下,以此与定位杆3相抵配合,也同样可以达到定位锁钩212的作用。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种锁扣式拼装组合式托盘,包括多根并列设置的支撑梁(1)以及铺设于支撑梁(1)顶面上的多块栈板(2),所述栈板(2)的长度方向与支撑梁(1)的长度方向相垂直;支撑梁(1)顶面上沿其长度方向开设有嵌槽(11),各该嵌槽(11)的至少一槽壁向槽内设有卡挡部(111);所述各栈板(2)底面上对应各支撑梁(1)顶面上的嵌槽(11)设有嵌入块(21),所述各支撑梁(1)对应每一栈板(2)的嵌入块(21)设置有定位杆(3),该定位杆(3)沿支撑梁(1)宽度方向穿置于支撑梁(1),且穿过对应的嵌入块(21)将栈板(2)在沿嵌槽(11)的长度方向上锁定;其特征在于:
    所述嵌入块(21)包括一主体(211),该主体(211)在嵌槽(11)的宽度方向的至少一侧侧部上设有一锁钩(212),该锁钩(212)上端或下端与主体(211)转动配合形成支点,而另一端外侧设有钩部(2121)与嵌槽(11)的卡挡部(111)卡挡配合;并且,所述锁钩(212)上对应于定位杆(3)设有一台阶定位面(2122);
    在所述定位杆(3)穿置的状态下,所述定位杆(3)与台阶定位面(2122)相抵配合,将锁钩(212)定位,使锁钩(212)保持在其钩部(2121)与嵌槽(11)的卡挡部(111)卡挡配合的状态;而在所述定位杆(3)未穿置的状态下,锁钩(212)能够相对主体(211)向内转动使钩部(2121)避让卡挡部(111),以使嵌入块(21)能够在上下方向上嵌入或脱出嵌槽(11)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述锁扣式拼装组合式托盘,其特征在于:所述嵌槽(11)的两槽壁上均向槽内对称设有卡挡部(111),所述主体(211)在嵌槽(11)的宽度方向的两侧侧部上均对称设有锁钩(212)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述锁扣式拼装组合式托盘,其特征在于:所述主体(211)上设有通孔(2112)供所述定位杆(3)穿过。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述锁扣式拼装组合式托盘,其特征在于:所述主体(211)的底面中部与嵌槽(11)的槽底面两者间,一者上设有卡槽(2113),另一者上设有卡筋(112),卡槽(21121)与卡筋(112)卡嵌配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述锁扣式拼装组合式托盘,其特征在于:所述嵌入块(21)还包括弹簧(213),该弹簧(213)作用于锁钩(212),其作用力方向是使锁钩(212)朝外转动。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述锁扣式拼装组合式托盘,其特征在于:所述主体(211)上设有沿嵌槽(11)的长度方向的截面为大于半圆的圆缺形的凹槽(2114),所述锁钩(212)上对应设有凸出部(2123),该凸出部(2123)沿嵌槽(11)的长度方向嵌入凹槽(2114),凸出部(2123)与凹槽(2114)配合构成所述支点。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述锁扣式拼装组合式托盘,其特征在于:所述主体(211)上设有沿嵌槽(11)的长度方向的截面为小于或等于半圆的圆缺形的凹槽(2114),所述锁钩(212)上对应设有凸出部(2123),该凸出部(2123)沿嵌槽(11)宽度方向嵌入凹槽(2114),凸出部(2123)与凹槽(2114)配合构成所述支点。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述锁扣式拼装组合式托盘,其特征在于:所述台阶定位面(2122)位于锁钩(212)内侧,且面朝所述支点。
