下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
需要说明的是,本发明的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
在本实施例中提供了一种图片处理方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的图片处理方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,终端提取该终端中的第一图片上显示的预定图像;
步骤S104,该终端获取第二图片;
步骤S106,该终端将上述预定图像和第二图片组合成为一张图片。
其中,第一图片上显示的预定图像可以是用户的自拍照中的人像图像,或拍摄的家庭照中的家人图像,当然也可以是其他图像,如,宠物的图像,通过将上述预定图像和第二图片组合在一起能够实现更换更换背景图像的目的,并且,终端在随即获取第二图片后,若不满 意获取的图片,可以继续获取第二图片,也就是说,终端获取第二图片的步骤可以是一个循环的步骤,直到获取到满意的图片为止。并且,提取第一图片上显示的预定图像和获取第二图片这两个步骤可以没有先后顺序,先执行哪个步骤都是可以的,或者同时执行这两个步骤。通过上述步骤,解决了相关技术中存在的无法实现随机更换图片背景的问题,进而达到了随机更换图片背景的效果。
终端在获取第二图片时,可以通过多种方式获取,例如可以获取终端中存储的图片,获取通过蓝牙传输的方式获取其他终端中的图片,当然也可以通过服务器去获取图片,下面以终端通过服务器获取第二图片为例进行说明。在一个可选的实施例中,上述终端获取第二图片包括:该终端向第一服务器发送请求消息,其中,该请求消息用于请求获取第一服务器中存储的图片;该终端接收第一服务器发送的一张或多张图片,其中,该一张或多张图片是由第一服务器按照预定策略选择的图片;终端从该一张或多张图片中获取第二图片。当采用上述方式获取第二图片时,第一服务器中可以预先存储一些图片,或者第一服务器在接收到终端的请求消息后,再去获取图片。下面结合一个具体的实施例进行说明:其他终端的拍摄者,例如,风景拍摄者在拍摄后,可以选择将照片作为背景图片上传到第一服务器。第一服务器接收来自不同风景拍摄者的移动终端上传的背景照片,并将这些背景照片按照特定策略进行存储。人像拍摄者的移动终端(即上述的需要获取第二图片的终端)在完成拍摄后,提取照片中的人像信息,并根据用户操作向第一服务器发起背景照片请求,第一服务器根据特定策略向人像拍摄者的移动终端发送风景拍摄图片。移动终端收到第一服务器发送的风景拍摄图片后,可以在本终端完成人像与接收到的风景拍摄图片的合成。
在一个可选的实施例中,在上述终端向第一服务器发送请求消息之后,还包括:上述终端接收第一服务器发送的一张或多张图片的提供者信息;上述终端根据该一张或多张图片的提供者信息与一张或多张图片的提供者进行通信。也就是说,第一服务器在向终端提供图片的同时,也可以将图片的提供者的信息一并发送给终端,第一服务器可以再想终端发送图片的同时发送提供者的信息,也可以在发送图片之前发送提供者的信息,或者在发送完图片之后发送提供者的信息。从而实现了终端的使用者和图片的提供者之间进行通信的目的。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述终端向第一服务器发送请求消息包括以下至少之一:该终端在确定终端的运动速度和/或加速度超过预定阈值后,向第一服务器发送请求消息;该终端在接收到满足预定滑动轨迹的触摸信号后,向第一服务器发送请求消息。也就是说,用户可以通过晃动终端(例如,“摇一摇”的方式)的方式来向服务器发送请求消息,也可以通过在终端上滑动预定轨迹的方式来向服务器发送请求消息。并且,当终端的使用者对获取到的图片不满意时,可以随时通过上述的操作方式向服务器再次发起图片获取请求。当通过摇晃终端的方式发起图片获取请求时,是通过触发终端中的陀螺仪或重力感应器来启动请求的。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述预定策略可以包括以下至少之一:终端发送请求消息的时间信息、终端的位置信息、终端中记录的使用者个人信息、终端选择的地域信息、第一服务器中存储的图片的拍摄时间信息、第一服务器中存储的图片的拍摄位置信息、第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者的个人信息、第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者上传的图片的数量信息、 第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者上传的且被采用的图片的数量信息、第一服务器中存储的图片的喜好信息。其中,上述的终端选择的地域信息,可以使终端用户指定的需要获取哪个区域(例如,中国北京)的图片提供者提供的图片,或者是获取在预定区域中拍摄的图片。上述的终端中记录的使用者个人信息可以包括该使用者的年龄、学历、兴趣爱好,上述的图片的提供者的个人信息也可以包括提供者的年龄、学历、兴趣爱好,从而在为终端提供图片时,可以选择和该终端使用者年龄相当或学历相当的提供者提供的图片。上述的第一服务器中存储的图片的喜好信息是图片的被喜好程度,例如不同的终端的用户可以通过点赞的方式标记喜欢某张图片,这里所说的图片的喜好信息可以被点赞的次数,或者是被不同的终端的用户所使用的次数。需要说明的是,图片提供者在将图片上传至第一服务器的同时,可以将自己的个人信息一并上传到第一服务器中。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述一张或多张图片的提供者的信息可以包括该一张或多张图片的提供者的联系方式,除了包括联系方式外,该一张或多张图片的提供者的信息还包括以下信息至少之一:该一张或多张图片的提供者的个人信息、该一张或多张图片的拍摄时间信息、该一张或多张图片的拍摄位置信息,其中,个人信息是可以包括年龄、学历、兴趣爱好等等信息中的至少之一。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述终端根据一张或多张图片的提供者信息与该一张或多张图片的提供者进行通信包括:终端显示用于建立社交关联的操作接口;该终端在接收到点击上述操作接口的信号后,向用于建立通信连接的第二服务器发送通信请求消息,其中,该通信请求消息用于请求建立和该一张或多张图片的提供者之间的通信连接;在通信连接建立完成后,上述终端和一张或多张图片的提供者进行通信。其中,该第一服务器和第二服务器可以是一个服务器,也可以是各自独立的服务器。在和图片提供者进行通信时,可以选择仅和第二图片的提供者进行通信,当然,也可以和其他的未被选择的图片的提供者进行通信。在一个示例中,当上述终端的使用者选中某个图片后,终端界面会给出操作接口,使终端的使用者能够向对应图片的提供者留言并建立社交关联。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述的建立社交关联的步骤可以为:在终端的使用者选中图片界面并合成后,该终端界面上会给出建立社交关联的操作接口,终端会检测对该接口的操作。当终端检测到用户对社交关联操作接口的操作后,通过预习获取的图片提供者的个人社交信息寻找到图片提供者并建立即时通讯。其中,建立即时通讯的方法包括以下两种:1)终端向第一服务器提出建立通信连接(例如,即时通讯)的请求,第一服务器在收到该请求后将该请求转交给外部独立的社交通信管理模块(或独立服务器,同上述的第二服务器),由社交通信管理服务器根据双方的社交信息(如即时通信号码)建立起双方的即时通信。2)终端直接提取图片提供者的社交信息,并向与第一服务器不同的社交通信管理服务器(同上述的第二服务器)发送即时通信建立要求。社交通信管理服务器收到请求后,根据双方的社交信息(如即时通信号码)建立起双方的即时通信。从上述实施例可知,当第一服务器和第二服务器不是一个服务器时,终端可以利用第一服务器间接的向用于建立通信连接的第二服务器发起通信连接请求。
图2是根据本发明实施例的图片发送方法的流程图,如图2所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S202,第一服务器接收终端发送的请求消息,其中,该请求消息用于获取第一服务器中存储的图片,该第一服务器中存储的图片用于和终端中的第一图片上显示的预定图像进行组合;
步骤S204,上述第一服务器从存储的图片中选择一张或多张图片;
步骤S206,上述第一服务器将选择的图片发送给终端。
由上述步骤可知,当终端需要替换图片中的部分图像时(例如,背景图像),可以随时向第一服务器发送获取图片的请求,该第一服务器会根据终端的请求将选择的图片发送给终端,以使该终端进行图片的组合。通过上述步骤,解决了相关技术中存在的无法实现随机更换图片背景的问题,进而达到了随机更换图片背景的效果。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述第一服务器从存储的图片中选择一张或多张图片包括:该第一服务器根据预定策略从存储的图片中选择一张或多张图片,其中,该预定策略包括以下至少之一:终端发送请求消息的时间信息、终端的位置信息、终端中记录的使用者个人信息、第一服务器中存储的图片的拍摄时间信息、第一服务器中存储的图片的拍摄位置信息、第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者的个人信息、第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者上传的图片的数量信息、第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者上传的且被采用的图片的数量信息、第一服务器中存储的图片的喜好信息。其中,上述的终端选择的地域信息,可以使终端用户指定的需要获取哪个区域(例如,中国北京)的图片提供者提供的图片,或者是获取在预定区域中拍摄的图片。上述的终端中记录的使用者个人信息可以包括该使用者的年龄、学历、兴趣爱好,上述的图片的提供者的个人信息也可以包括提供者的年龄、学历、兴趣爱好,从而在为终端提供图片时,可以选择和该终端使用者年龄相当或学历相当的提供者提供的图片。上述的第一服务器中存储的图片的喜好信息是图片的被喜好程度,例如不同的终端的用户可以通过点赞的方式标记喜欢某张图片,这里所说的图片的喜好信息可以被点赞的次数,或者是被不同的终端的用户所使用的次数。需要说明的是,图片提供者在将图片上传至第一服务器的同时,可以将自己的个人信息一并上传到第一服务器中。其中,第一服务器在接收到来自图片提供者上传的图片后,也可以按照一定的策略存储图片,并且,第一服务器在接收图片提供者上传的图片的时候,还可以接收图片提供者上报的该图片提供者的相关信息,如上述的年龄、学历、兴趣爱好,或者是图片的相关信息。如图片的拍摄时间、拍摄地点。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述第一服务器从存储的图片中选择一张或多张图片之后,还包括:该第一服务器将选择的一张或多张图片的提供者信息发送给终端。其中,第一服务器在发送图片的提供者信息时,可以单独的将图片的提供者信息发送给终端,并且,发送图片的提供者信息和发送图片可以部分先后顺序的,先执行哪个操作都是可以的,或者同时发送图片和图片的提供者信息;第一服务器在发送图片的提供者信息时,也可以将该图片的提供者信息记录在图片中,从而可以发送图片的同时一并发送图片的提供者信息,从而无需额外发送图片的提供者信息,减轻服务器上的压力。
在一个可选实施例中,上述一张或多张图片的提供者信息包括一张或多张图片的提供者的联系方式,其中,一张或多张图片的提供者的信息还包括以下信息至少之一:一张或多张图片的提供者的个人信息、一张或多张图片的拍摄时间信息、一张或多张图片的拍摄位置信息。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述第一服务器将选择的一张或多张图片的提供者信息发送给终端之后,还包括:该第一服务器接收终端发送的通信请求消息,其中,该通信请求消息用于请求建立终端和一张或多张图片的提供者信息对应的提供者之间的通信连接;该第一服务器将通信请求消息发送给用于建立通信连接的第二服务器。当然,该第一服务器中也是可以具备建立通信连接的功能的,当第一服务器具备建立通信连接的功能时,该第一服务器可以根据通信请求消息直接建立终端盒图片的提供者之间的通信连接。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例的方法。

提取模块32,设置为提取终端中的第一图片上显示的预定图像;获取模块34,连接至上述提取模块32,设置为获取第二图片;组合模块36,连接至上述获取模块34,设置为将上述预定图像和第二图片组合成为一张图片。
图4是根据本发明实施例的图片处理装置中获取模块34的结构框图,如图4所示,该获取模块34包括发送单元42、第一接收单元44和获取单元46,下面对该获取模块34进行说明。
发送单元42,设置为向第一服务器发送请求消息,其中,该请求消息用于请求获取第一服务器中存储的图片;第一接收单元44,连接至上述发送单元42,设置为接收第一服务器发送的一张或多张图片,其中,该一张或多张图片是由第一服务器按照预定策略选择的图片;获取单元46,连接至上述第一接收单元44,设置为从一张或多张图片中获取第二图片。

图像处理单元102,负责将人像拍摄者的图片(同上述的终端中的第一图片)进行处理,提取图片中的人像信息,以及将人像信息与收到的风景拍摄者(同上述的图片的提供者)拍摄的背景图片进行合成。
拍摄显示单元104,负责将用户拍摄的人像信息与收到的背景信息进行显示。
社交管理单元106,负责根据用户的操作,完成人像拍摄者向服务器发送针对特定风景拍摄者的社交请求,以及进行社交内容的传递。
照片上传单元108,在用户作为风景拍摄者时,拍照后,能够通过该照片上传单元108将自己拍摄的背景图片上传到服务器。
下面以通过“摇一摇”的方式更换终端中的照片的背景图像为例对本发明进行说明。
目前,微信的应用已经越来越广泛,在微信应用中,用户可以通过摇一摇摇到对应的音乐或其他用户,那么,能否在用户拍照后也可以通过摇一摇摇到其他用户上传的背景图片,以替换自己的拍照背景来合成新的照片呢?下面就如何实现通过摄像头进行照片拍摄,并通过摇一摇功能实现照片背景更换,甚至进一步实现拍照者之间开放社交功能进行说明。
本发明的实施例主要针对如何解决目前用户自拍时无法随机更换背景的问题,并进一步提供一种在自拍用户和风景拍摄者之间进行拍照合成进而产生社交交流的方法进行说明。
本发明实施例中提出了如下方法(为方便区分描述,本发明下文将提供风景背景照片的用户称为风景拍摄者(同上述的图片的提供者),将提供人物照片的用户称为人像拍摄者(同上述的需要获取第二图片的终端的使用者)):
图11是根据本发明实施例的终端与网络侧交互的示意图。其中关键步骤如下:
S1102,风景拍摄者A,B,C分别将各自拍摄到的风景图片作为背景图片上传到相片资源及社交信息服务器上,同时可选的附带本人的社交信息与相片关联上传。
S1104,当人像拍摄者X拍摄并提取完人像后,向服务器发送获取背景图片的需求。
S1106,服务器接收到拍摄者X的请求后,从服务器端根据特定策略向拍摄者X推送背景图片。S1104与S1106的过程可能会不断重复,直到人像拍摄者X选择到合适的背景。
S1108,拍摄者X选择好合适的背景之后(假设该背景的提供者为C,并且C随背景图片上传了个人的社交信息),在本机上将提取的人像与C提供的背景合成后,在移动终端上点击C的社交信息,要求建立即时通讯关联。
S1110,相片资源及社交信息服务器收到用户X的请求后,将用户X与用户C建立即时通讯的要求转发给服务器侧的社交通信管理模块,由社交通信管理模块负责建立起用户X与用户C之间的即时通信。(附加的,可以在建立起即时通信之前加入用户C的认同判断,例如用户鉴权等)。
上述建立即时通讯时,可以使用点对点(Point to Point,简称为p2p)技术穿越防火墙进行音视频的传递,使用通用即插即用(Universal Plug and Play,简称为UPNP)协议自动搜索网络中的UPNP设备,主动打开端口映射等等。在此,对于在拥有双方账号后的建立即时通讯的过程以及双方通信过程不再进行赘述。
图12是根据本发明实施例的服务器侧推送背景图片的相关策略示意图,如图12所示:
服务器(同上述的第一服务器)可以根据人像拍摄者上传图片的时间参数来进行背景图片策略的推送,例如,可以自动需找距离当前时间最近的上传图片作为推送给人像拍摄者的背景图片,或以每日该时间段上传的背景图片作为优先选择对应进行随机推送。
可以根据位置参数来进行背景图片策略推送,(该策略需要风景拍摄者在上传图片与个人社交信息时,附带拍摄该图片时的位置数据。同时也需要人像拍摄者在上传背景图片请求时附带自己的位置信息)例如,可以根据风景拍摄者与人像拍摄者之间的距离关系进行图像推 送优先级策略制定,也可以根据人像拍摄者指定区域的风景图像作为高优先级推送背景图片。
可以根据用户个人信息之间的匹配程度来作为推送背景图片的策略依据,如性别,年龄,学历等。
也可以采取一些与历史数据相关的推送策略,如根据风景拍摄者的上传图片数量,被采用数量。或根据人像拍摄者的历史选择数据特征来制定推送背景照片的策略。
以上策略可以单个使用或混合使用,在能够成功的推送背景图片到人像拍摄者终端的前提下,相关策略的选择仅为实施方式上的差异。
图13是根据本发明实施例的终端侧相关界面示意图,该示意图以人像拍摄者手动选择风景位置作为风景图片上传的优先策略。如图13所示:
人像拍摄者在拍摄完图片后,通过摇晃操作启动本发明的请求背景图片的流程。在人像拍摄者摇晃手机后,照相界面以左右分屏的方式进行显示,左侧显示通过图像处理方式提取出的照片中的个人影像,右侧显示能够供人像拍摄者选择背景影像所限制地域的地图界面。
当人像拍摄者手动从地区中选择了限定地域后,终端侧把用户选择的地域信息发送到服务器,服务器根据所选地域向人像拍摄者的终端推送相关的背景照片。
人像拍摄者终端收到背景照片后,将其与个人影像予以合成,此时如人像拍摄者对收到的背景照片不够满意,可通过摇晃手机要求服务器更换新的照片。
在合成成功后,合成结果的界面上提供联系背景照片提供者的接口,当用户开启后,向服务器侧发送建立即时通信的请求,服务器建立人像拍摄者与背景照片提供者之间的即时通信后,双方可以进一步进行即时通信沟通。
本发明实施例中的技术方案可以通过人像拍摄者摇一摇(或者其他方式)的方式来不断从服务器下载新的背景风景图片,而服务器侧则可以通过时间/地域相关的策略,自动选择人像拍摄者感兴趣的背景照片进行随机发放。给用户一种体验新颖的背景更换方式。
本发明实施例中,在拍摄图片合成的基础上提出了在风景拍摄者与人像拍摄者之间的社交功能。该功能能够让人像拍摄者方便的联系到自己喜欢的风景照的风景拍摄者,实现了通过照片的匹配与合成进一步达成网络社交功能的效果。具有良好的实施价值和使用体验。
需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述模块分别位于多个处理器中。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,终端提取该终端中的第一图片上显示的预定图像;
S2,该终端获取第二图片;
S3,该终端将上述预定图像和第二图片组合成为一张图片。
可选地,存储介质还被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,第一服务器接收终端发送的请求消息,其中,该请求消息用于获取第一服务器中存储的图片,该第一服务器中存储的图片用于和终端中的第一图片上显示的预定图像进行组合;
S2,上述第一服务器从存储的图片中选择一张或多张图片;
S3,上述第一服务器将选择的图片发送给终端。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称为ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称为RAM)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种图片处理方法、发送方法、处理装置及发送装置具有以下有益效果:解决了相关技术中存在的无法实现随机更换图片背景的问题,进而达到了随机更换图片背景的效果。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种图片处理方法,包括:
    终端提取所述终端中的第一图片上显示的预定图像;
    所述终端获取第二图片;
    所述终端将所述预定图像和所述第二图片组合成为一张图片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述终端获取所述第二图片包括:
    所述终端向第一服务器发送请求消息,其中,所述请求消息用于请求获取所述第一服务器中存储的图片;
    所述终端接收所述第一服务器发送的一张或多张图片,其中,所述一张或多张图片是由所述第一服务器按照预定策略选择的图片;
    所述终端从所述一张或多张图片中获取所述第二图片。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在所述终端向所述第一服务器发送所述请求消息之后,还包括:
    所述终端接收所述第一服务器发送的所述一张或多张图片的提供者信息;
    所述终端根据所述一张或多张图片的提供者信息与所述一张或多张图片的提供者进行通信。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述终端向所述第一服务器发送所述请求消息包括以下至少之一:
    所述终端在确定所述终端的运动速度和/或加速度超过预定阈值后,向所述第一服务器发送所述请求消息;
    所述终端在接收到满足预定滑动轨迹的触摸信号后,向所述第一服务器发送所述请求消息。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述预定策略包括以下至少之一:所述终端发送所述请求消息的时间信息、所述终端的位置信息、所述终端中记录的使用者个人信息、所述终端选择的地域信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的拍摄时间信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的拍摄位置信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者的个人信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者上传的图片的数量信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者上传的且被采用的图片的数量信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的喜好信息。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述一张或多张图片的提供者的信息包括所述一张或多张图片的提供者的联系方式,其中,所述一张或多张图片的提供者的信息还包括以下信息至少之一:
    所述一张或多张图片的提供者的个人信息、所述一张或多张图片的拍摄时间信息、所述一张或多张图片的拍摄位置信息。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述终端根据所述一张或多张图片的提供者信息与所述一张或多张图片的提供者进行通信包括:
    所述终端显示用于建立社交关联的操作接口;
    所述终端在接收到点击所述操作接口的信号后,向用于建立通信连接的第二服务器发送通信请求消息,其中,所述通信请求消息用于请求建立和所述一张或多张图片的提供者之间的通信连接;
    在所述通信连接建立完成后,所述终端和所述一张或多张图片的提供者进行通信。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述终端向用于建立通信连接的第二服务器发送通信请求消息包括:
    所述终端通过所述第一服务器向所述第二服务器发送所述通信请求消息。
  9. 一种图片发送方法,包括:
    第一服务器接收终端发送的请求消息,其中,所述请求消息用于获取所述第一服务器中存储的图片,所述第一服务器中存储的图片用于和所述终端中的第一图片上显示的预定图像进行组合;
    所述第一服务器从存储的图片中选择一张或多张图片;
    所述第一服务器将选择的所述图片发送给所述终端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述第一服务器从存储的图片中选择一张或多张图片包括:
    所述第一服务器根据预定策略从存储的图片中选择一张或多张图片,其中,所述预定策略包括以下至少之一:所述终端发送所述请求消息的时间信息、所述终端的位置信息、所述终端中记录的使用者个人信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的拍摄时间信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的拍摄位置信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者的个人信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者上传的图片的数量信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者上传的且被采用的图片的数量信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的喜好信息。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述第一服务器从存储的图片中选择一张或多张图片之后,还包括:
    所述第一服务器将选择的所述一张或多张图片的提供者信息发送给所述终端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述一张或多张图片的提供者信息包括所述一张或 多张图片的提供者的联系方式,其中,所述一张或多张图片的提供者的信息还包括以下信息至少之一:
    所述一张或多张图片的提供者的个人信息、所述一张或多张图片的拍摄时间信息、所述一张或多张图片的拍摄位置信息。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述第一服务器将选择的所述一张或多张图片的提供者信息发送给所述终端之后,还包括:
    所述第一服务器接收所述终端发送的通信请求消息,其中,所述通信请求消息用于请求建立所述终端和所述一张或多张图片的提供者信息对应的提供者之间的通信连接;
    所述第一服务器将所述通信请求消息发送给用于建立通信连接的第二服务器。
  14. 一种图片处理装置,应用于终端中,包括:
    提取模块,设置为提取所述终端中的第一图片上显示的预定图像;
    获取模块,设置为获取第二图片;
    组合模块,设置为将所述预定图像和所述第二图片组合成为一张图片。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块包括:
    发送单元,设置为向第一服务器发送请求消息,其中,所述请求消息用于请求获取所述第一服务器中存储的图片;
    第一接收单元,设置为接收所述第一服务器发送的一张或多张图片,其中,所述一张或多张图片是由所述第一服务器按照预定策略选择的图片;
    获取单元,设置为从所述一张或多张图片中获取所述第二图片。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    第二接收单元,设置为接收所述第一服务器发送的所述一张或多张图片的提供者信息;
    通信单元,设置为根据所述一张或多张图片的提供者信息与所述一张或多张图片的提供者进行通信。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述发送单元包括以下至少之一:
    在确定所述终端的运动速度和/或加速度超过预定阈值后,向所述第一服务器发送所述请求消息;
    在接收到满足预定滑动轨迹的触摸信号后,向所述第一服务器发送所述请求消息。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,所述预定策略包括以下至少之一:所述终端发送所 述请求消息的时间信息、所述终端的位置信息、所述终端中记录的使用者个人信息、所述终端选择的地域信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的拍摄时间信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的拍摄位置信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者的个人信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者上传的图片的数量信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者上传的且被采用的图片的数量信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的喜好信息。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,所述一张或多张图片的提供者的信息包括所述一张或多张图片的提供者的联系方式,其中,所述一张或多张图片的提供者的信息还包括以下信息至少之一:
    所述一张或多张图片的提供者的个人信息、所述一张或多张图片的拍摄时间信息、所述一张或多张图片的拍摄位置信息。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,所述通信单元包括:
    显示子单元,设置为显示用于建立社交关联的操作接口;
    发送子单元,设置为在接收到点击所述操作接口的信号后,向用于建立通信连接的第二服务器发送通信请求消息,其中,所述通信请求消息用于请求建立和所述一张或多张图片的提供者之间的通信连接;
    通信子单元,设置为在所述通信连接建立完成后,和所述一张或多张图片的提供者进行通信。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其中,所述发送子单元包括:
    通过所述第一服务器向所述第二服务器发送所述通信请求消息。
  22. 一种图片发送装置,应用于第一服务器中,包括:
    第一接收模块,设置为接收终端发送的请求消息,其中,所述请求消息用于获取所述第一服务器中存储的图片,所述第一服务器中存储的图片用于和所述终端中的第一图片上显示的预定图像进行组合;
    选择模块,设置为从存储的图片中选择一张或多张图片;
    第一发送模块,设置为将选择的所述图片发送给所述终端。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述选择模块包括:
    器根据预定策略从存储的图片中选择一张或多张图片,其中,所述预定策略包括以下至少之一:所述终端发送所述请求消息的时间信息、所述终端的位置信息、所述终端中记录的使用者个人信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的拍摄时间信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的拍摄位置信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者的个人信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的提供者上传的图片的数量信息、所述第一服务器中存储 的图片的提供者上传的且被采用的图片的数量信息、所述第一服务器中存储的图片的喜好信息。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    第二发送模块,设置为将选择的所述一张或多张图片的提供者信息发送给所述终端。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,所述一张或多张图片的提供者信息包括所述一张或多张图片的提供者的联系方式,其中,所述一张或多张图片的提供者的信息还包括以下信息至少之一:
    所述一张或多张图片的提供者的个人信息、所述一张或多张图片的拍摄时间信息、所述一张或多张图片的拍摄位置信息。
  26. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    第二接收模块,设置为接收所述终端发送的通信请求消息,其中,所述通信请求消息用于请求建立所述终端和所述一张或多张图片的提供者信息对应的提供者之间的通信连接;
    第三发送模块,设置为将所述通信请求消息发送给用于建立通信连接的第二服务器。
