Description

一种LED灯芯及LED灯泡 技术领域
本实用新型属于LED照明技术领域,具体是涉及一种LED灯芯以及使用该LED灯芯的灯泡。
背景技术
与传统的白炽灯和荧光灯相比,LED灯具有省电节能和寿命长等优点,LED在发光原理、节能、环保的层面上都远远优于传统照明产品,其照明技术也得到高速的发展,未来LED照明逐渐成为新型绿色照明的不二之选。
现有的带LED灯丝的照明灯炮,其内部的灯丝多为平行结构或是简单的交叉结构放置,每根灯丝光强分布相互影响,由于LED芯片的单向性发光原理,无论采用不透明材料基板或是透明材料基板,点亮时在平行于芯片所固定的基板区域的光强分布上仍然存在一定的暗区,暗区显条形分布在灯泡的周边,不能使整个灯泡的光强均匀分布。
如授权公告号为CN204005447,公开日为2014年12月10日的中国实用新型专利说明书,公开了一种LED灯丝带和用LED灯丝带制作的灯丝灯,LED灯丝两端电连接点用导线相连接,其问题在于在灯炮的底部,LED灯发出的光不能直接照射到,使得该地区形成一个暗区,这种灯泡的光强分布很不均匀。
又如,授权公告号为CNCN204201570U,公开日为2015年3月11日的中国实用新型专利说明书,公开了一种大角度均匀发光的LED灯泡,从灯芯柱的顶部和下部引出两种电极支架,灯丝两端连接在电极支架上;所述灯丝朝侧面倾斜放置,灯丝绕灯丝轴向外旋转25~35度。该结解决了灯泡底部暗区的问题,但是其缺点是由于只有两条灯丝,其发光的亮度有限,当灯丝条数量大于2条时并没有公开。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现在技术中的问题,提供一种LED灯炮上使用的LED灯芯,亮度更高且灯泡的光强分布均匀,灯丝的发光形状美观及一致性好,适用于灯丝的自动化焊接,有效提高焊接生产良率。
本实用新型是通过以下的技术方案来实现的:
提供一种LED灯芯,包括灯芯柱与条状的LED灯丝,从灯芯柱的底部引出下支架,在下支架上固定一正多边形的下焊接支架;从灯芯柱的上部引出上支架,在上支架上固定一与下焊接支架结构相似的上焊接支架,上焊接支架大于下焊接支架;LED灯丝的两端分别电连接在上焊接支架与下焊接支架的相近的两条平行边上,LDE灯丝的发光面朝外且LDE灯丝侧面倾斜放置。
本技术方案针对多条LED灯丝的倾斜放置,在电极支架上固定一正多边形的焊接支架,如果采用现有技术中的圆形支架或单一引线固定,在LED灯丝倾斜放置焊接后,由于LED灯丝两端的焊接面不平行,会使LED灯丝在焊接时产生一定的内应力,容易产生隐患、或可能形成空焊或焊接不牢。当LED芯片通电发光产生热量后,会使内应力释放,使得LED灯丝或焊接点在释放应力时发生翘曲、变形或开裂,致使灯丝条内部连接的金线断裂,或是灯丝表面覆盖的荧光胶层与基板产生剥离,使得LED灯丝灯损坏失效,影响发光效果和灯丝的使用寿命。
以上所述的技术方案,其中,所述上电焊接支架与下焊接支架的正多边形的边数为三至八条。
以上所述的技术方案,其中,所述上焊接支架被断开成两段相同的部分,分别固定在两条上支架上。
以上所述的技术方案,其中,所述下焊接支架被断开成两段相同的部分,分别固定在两条下支架上。
以上所述的技术方案,其中,所述上支架为两条,分别连接电源的两个电极。
本实用新型技术方案的有益效果在于,制成的灯炮与现有技术的LED灯泡相比,灯泡的生产制造良率提升,LED灯丝灯泡的可靠性和稳定性更好,灯泡整体发光光强分布均匀,亮度在原有基础上提高;内部灯丝结构的发光形状更加美观。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图与具体实施例对本实用新型的技术方案做详细的说明。
图1是本实用新型的LED灯芯的一个具体实施例的立体结构示图,具有四条灯丝2和一灯芯柱1,图2为其正面视图,灯芯制成灯泡后,使用时其方向跟图中所示相反,本实施例以使用时来确定上下,可见从灯芯柱的底部11对称引出两条下支架12,下焊接支架13被断开成两段相同的部分,分别固定在两条下支架12上,同样的,从灯芯柱的上部引出两条上支架14,两条上支架分别连接电源的两个电极,上焊接支架15同样的被断开成两段相同的部分,分别固定在两条上支架上,LED灯丝的两端分别电连接在上焊接支架与下焊接支架的相近的两条平行边上,LDE灯丝的发光面朝外且LDE灯丝侧面倾斜放置。
图3是本实用新型的LED灯芯的另一具体实施例的立体结构示图,具有六条灯丝,上焊接支架和下焊接支架为正六边形的形状。
图4展示是第一个实施例中灯丝为四条时,灯丝的分布形状。图5展示的是第二个实施例中灯丝为六条时,灯丝的分布形状。
图6展示的是第三个实施例的结构示图,为了下支架12与下焊接支架的焊接操作,把下支架设置成L形,减少灯芯柱的长度,防止焊接时灯芯柱妨碍焊机的焊臂的伸入,适用于自动化作业。
以上实施例为本实用新型的优选实施例,本实用新型不限于上述实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员而言,在不背离本实用新型技术原理的基础上所做的任何显而易见的改动,都属于本实用新型的构思和所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种LED灯芯,其特征在于,包括灯芯柱与条状的LED灯丝,从灯芯柱的底部引出下支架,在下支架上固定一正多边形的下焊接支架;从灯芯柱的上部引出上支架,在上支架上固定一与下焊接支架结构相似的上焊接支架,上焊接支架大于下焊接支架;LED灯丝的两端分别电连接在上焊接支架与下焊接支架的相近的两条平行边上,LDE灯丝的发光面朝外且LDE灯丝侧面倾斜放置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯芯,其特征在于,所述上电焊接支架与下焊接支架的正多边形的边数为三至八条。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的LED灯芯,其特征在于,所述上焊接支架被断开成两段相同的部分,分别固定在两条上支架上。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的LED灯芯,其特征在于,所述下焊接支架被断开成两段相同的部分,分别固定在两条下支架上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯芯,其特征在于,所述上支架为两条,分别连接电源的两个电极。
  6. 一种采用如权利要求1所述的LED灯芯制成的LED灯泡。
