Abstract
本发明提出了一种全角度高照度发光灯丝灯泡及其制造方法,其中所述全角度高照度发光灯丝灯泡包括全角度发光灯丝、芯柱、LED发光基板、灯罩、导热气体、灯头;所述芯柱的一端设有喇叭口以与所述灯罩口形成密封的灯体,且所述灯体设有芯柱排气管,所述灯体内充有导热气体;所述芯柱伸入所述灯罩内,所述芯柱通过导电引出线至少连接1条或1条以上的全角度发光灯丝;所述全角度发光灯丝的一端连接芯柱上的导电引出线,另一端连接LED发光基板以形成回路;所述全角度发光灯丝包括支架和固定在所述支架的表面的发光芯片;其中所述LED发光基板包括基板和设置在基板上的发光芯片;所述基板上设有导电层,所述导电层连接发光芯片的电极。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,尤其是指一种全角度高照度发光灯丝灯泡及其制造方法。
背景技术
LED(Light ing emit ting diode)照明技术以其工作电压低、工作电流小、抗冲击和抗震性能好、可靠性高、寿命长、便于调节等特点受到了欢迎,已经成为了当前广泛使用的照明技术。
现有的LED灯丝灯泡照明设备都是采用直条灯丝,且该直条灯丝的支架边缘呈直线状态。直条灯丝都是呈直线或微微倾斜装配在灯泡内,因每个灯丝特有的配光曲线,通过荧光粉反射(折射),灯泡的两边亮度会很高,而底部的照度则会很低,很难用于照明行业。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷和不足,本发明的目的是提出一种结构更为合理且能够提供全向照明的全角度高照度发光灯丝灯泡。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出了一种全角度高照度发光灯丝灯泡,包括全角度发光灯丝、芯柱、LED发光基板、灯罩、导热气体、灯头;所述芯柱的一端设有喇叭口以与所述灯罩口形成密封的灯体,且所述灯体设有芯柱排气管,所述灯体内充有导热气体;所述芯柱伸入所述灯罩内;所述芯柱导电引出线至少连接1条或1条以上的全角度发光灯丝;所述全角度发光灯丝的一端连接芯柱上的导电引出线,另一端连接LED发光基板以形成回路;所述全角度发光灯丝包括支架和固定在所述支架的表面的发光芯片;其中所述LED发光基板包括基板和设置在基板上的发光芯片;所述基板上设有导电层,所述导电层连接发光芯片的电极。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述全角度发光灯丝支架由玻璃、改性塑料、陶瓷、金属类、聚砜类、或其衍生物类材质制成。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述全角度发光灯丝支架的形状为直条、弧状或任意形状。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述LED发光基板的支架形状为圆形、方形、三角形,圆环或任意形状。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述支架通过PPA材料连接引脚,所述引脚与所述发光芯片电连接。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述引脚通过金属线与所述发光芯片焊接以电连接。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述支架外表面设有荧光粉层。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述灯头包括锥状顶部和螺旋状侧边;所述锥状顶部和螺旋状侧边分别连接驱动电源输入端的两极。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述灯头内设有驱动电源,驱动电源的正极与全角度发光灯丝正极连接的芯柱导电引出线连接,驱动电源的负极与全角度发光灯丝负极连接的芯柱导电引出线连接。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述灯罩的形状为球泡型、烛泡型、BR型、PAR型,T型或其他任意形状。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述灯罩为透明、磨砂、乳白、透镜类,带菱角类或其他任意结构的灯罩中的一种。
同时,本发明实施例还提出了一种如前任一项所述的全角度发光灯泡的制造方法,包括:
将发光芯片固定在灯丝支架上以形成全角度发光灯丝;
将发光芯片固定在基板支架上以形成LED发光基板;
将所述全角度发光灯丝一端连接LED发光基板,另一端连接芯柱上的导电引出线以形成回路后,将芯柱伸入所述灯罩;将灯体内抽真空并冲入导热气体后,将灯罩与芯柱上的喇叭口密封连接以形成灯体,并将灯体与灯头连接并使芯柱与灯头电性导通。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述将发光芯片固定在灯丝支架上以形成全角度发光灯丝具体包括:
将发光芯片固定在灯丝支架表面,并将发光芯片按照极性通过金属线与引脚焊接在一起,同时将引脚与支架固定;
将荧光粉与胶水混合后搅拌均匀并抽真空脱泡;将混合后的物质采用灌胶塑封方式包裹在灯丝支架表面以形成荧光粉层。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述将发光芯片固定在基板支架上以形成LED发光基板具体包括:
LED发光基板上镀有连接导电极性的镀银或镀金层或连接有金属,通过极性特性用金属线把芯片电极与LED发光基板上的镀银或镀金层或金属连接。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述将引脚与支架固定具体为:通过液体PPA材料进行注塑以将支架与引脚固定在一起。
本发明为了解决目前灯丝灯泡底部的照度低,很难用于照明行业的问题。根据需求,在若干条全角度灯丝上连接1颗或1颗以上的LED发光基板,点亮是可提高灯丝灯泡底部的照度,而被照明行业所接受。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明优选实施例一做进一步说明。
本发明提出了一种全角度发光灯泡,其结构如图1所示的,包括全角度发光灯丝3、芯柱4、LED发光基板2、灯罩1、导热气体5、灯头塑件6、灯头卡7;所述芯柱4的一端设有喇叭口以与所述灯罩1的灯罩口形成密封的灯体,且所述灯体设有芯柱排气管,所述灯体内冲有导热气体5,所述灯体连接灯头塑件6,在灯头塑件6外设有灯头卡7;所述芯柱4伸入所述灯罩1内所述芯柱4伸入所述灯罩1内,;所述芯柱导电引出线至少连接1条或1条以上的全角度发光灯丝;所述全角度发光灯丝的一端连接芯柱4上的导电引出线,另一端连接LED发光基板2以形成回路。其中所述LED发光基板包括基板和设置在基板上的发光芯片;所述基板上设有导电层,所述导电层连接发光芯片的电极。其中,该导电层可以为镀金层或镀银层或其他金属层,该导电层通过金属线连接发光芯片的电极。
如图1所示的,该灯头塑件6上设有灯头卡7,灯头卡7包括锥状顶部和螺旋状侧边;所述锥状顶部和螺旋状侧边分别连接驱动电源输入端的两极。
其中,所述灯头内设有驱动电源,驱动电源的正极与全角度发光灯丝正极连接的芯柱导电引出线连接,驱动电源的负极与全角度发光灯丝负极连接的芯柱导电引出线连接。
其中,所述全角度发光灯丝支架和所述LED发光基板2的基板是由玻璃、改性塑料、陶瓷、金属类、聚砜类、或其衍生物类材质制成。其中,述全角度发光灯丝支架的形状为直条、弧状或任意形状。LED发光基板的支架形状为圆形、方形、三角形,圆环或任意形状。其中,所述灯罩的形状为球泡型、烛泡型、BR型、PAR型,T型或其他任意形状。
如图2所示的,所述全角度发光灯丝包括支架31和固定在所述支架31的表面的发光芯片32;所述支架31表面设有贯穿上所述支架的透光孔33。其中,该透光孔33可以为圆形或方形或三角形,或是其他任何形状。如图2所示的,其中,所述支架31外表面成凹凸相间的成锯齿状或波浪状,且两个相邻的锯齿之间设有凹槽。或所述支架31为弧形。其中,所述发光芯片32包括红光芯片、蓝光芯片、紫光芯片、绿光芯片,或是其他任何光的芯片。该支架31通过PPA材料35连接引脚36,所述引脚36与所述发光芯片32电连接。具体的,且所述引脚36通过金属线与所述发光芯片32焊接以电连接。所述支架31通过PPA材料连接引脚36,所述引脚36与所述发光芯片32电连接。
为了提升照明效果,在所述支架的外表面设有荧光粉层(图中未示出)。具体的,该荧光粉层的生成方式可以具体包括:将荧光粉和胶水配在一起并搅拌均匀,并抽真空脱泡;将调配好的荧光胶通过塑封(mol ding)方式360°涂覆在所述支架上。其中,该荧光粉也可以是红光或蓝光或紫光或绿光,或是其他任何颜色。
在上述本发明实施例中,该支架可以通过由玻璃、改性塑料、陶瓷、金属类、聚砜类、或其衍生物类材料制成。
进一步的,该发光芯片可以为发出蓝光、红光、紫光、绿光的发光芯片或其他任意颜色的发光芯片,可以同时设有其中一种或多种可发光芯片,以激发荧光粉不停的反射、折射来提高发光效率,从而提高灯丝的发光效率。
进一步的,本发明直接利用玻璃、改性塑料、陶瓷、金属类、聚砜类、或其衍生物类材质而做成的灯丝支架和基板支架,通过充入导热气体解决散热问题。利用molding式360°全包裹技术把调配好的荧光粉胶水涂覆在支架上,点亮后灯丝两面发光均匀,点亮颜色及发光效果接近白炽灯灯丝点亮颜色及发光效果。
本发明实施例中,可以在支架表面设置多个LED的发光芯片。
同时,本发明实施例还提出了前述任一种全角度发光灯泡的制造方法,包括:
将发光芯片固定在灯丝支架上以形成全角度发光灯丝;
将发光芯片固定在基板支架上以形成LED发光基板;
将所述全角度发光灯丝一端连接LED发光基板,另一端连接芯柱上的导电引出线以形成回路后,将芯柱伸入所述灯罩;将灯体内抽真空并冲入导热气体后,将灯罩与芯柱上的喇叭口密封连接以形成灯体,并将灯体与灯头连接并使芯柱与灯头电性导通。
其中,所述将发光芯片固定在灯丝支架上以形成全角度发光灯丝具体包括:
将发光芯片固定在灯丝支架表面,并将发光芯片按照极性通过金属线与引脚焊接在一起,同时将引脚与支架固定;
将荧光粉与胶水混合后搅拌均匀并抽真空脱泡;将混合后的物质采用灌胶塑封方式包裹在灯丝支架表面以形成荧光粉层。
其中,所述将发光芯片固定在基板支架上以形成LED发光基板具体包括:
LED发光基板上镀有连接导电极性的镀银或镀金层或金属,通过极性特性用金属线把芯片电极与LED发光基板上的镀银或镀金层连接。
当然,本发明还可有其他实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,所属技术领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种全角度高照度发光灯丝灯泡,其特征在于,包括全角度发光灯丝、芯柱、LED发光基板、灯罩、导热气体、灯头;所述芯柱的一端设有喇叭口以与所述灯罩口形成密封的灯体,且所述灯体设有芯柱排气管,所述灯体内充有导热气体;所述芯柱伸入所述灯罩内,所述芯柱通过导电引出线至少连接1条或1条以上的全角度发光灯丝;所述全角度发光灯丝的一端连接芯柱上的导电引出线,另一端连接LED发光基板以形成回路;所述全角度发光灯丝包括支架和固定在所述支架的表面的发光芯片;其中所述LED发光基板包括基板和设置在基板上的发光芯片;所述基板上设有导电层,所述导电层连接发光芯片的电极。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全角度高照度发光灯丝灯泡,其特征在于,所述支架通过PPA材料连接引脚,所述引脚与所述发光芯片电连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的全角度高照度发光灯丝灯泡,其特征在于,所述引脚通过金属线与所述发光芯片焊接以电连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全角度高照度发光灯丝灯泡,其特征在于,所述支架外表面设有荧光粉层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的全角度高照度发光灯丝灯泡,其特征在于,所述灯头包括锥状顶部和螺旋状侧边;所述锥状顶部和螺旋状侧边分别连接驱动电源输入端的两极。
6.根据权利要求1所述的全角度高照度发光灯丝灯泡,其特征在于,所述灯头内设有驱动电源,驱动电源的正极与全角度发光灯丝正极连接的芯柱导电引出线连接,驱动电源的负极与全角度发光灯丝负极连接的芯柱导电引出线连接。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述的全角度发光灯泡的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
将发光芯片固定在灯丝支架上以形成全角度发光灯丝;
将发光芯片固定在基板支架上以形成LED发光基板;
将所述全角度发光灯丝一端连接LED发光基板,另一端连接芯柱上的导电引出线以形成回路后,将芯柱伸入所述灯罩;将灯体内抽真空并冲入导热气体后,将灯罩与芯柱上的喇叭口密封连接以形成灯体,并将灯体与灯头连接并使芯柱与灯头电性导通。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述将发光芯片固定在灯丝支架上以形成全角度发光灯丝具体包括:
将发光芯片固定在灯丝支架表面,并将发光芯片按照极性通过金属线与引脚焊接在一起,同时将引脚与支架固定;
将荧光粉与胶水混合后搅拌均匀并抽真空脱泡;将混合后的物质采用灌胶塑封方式包裹在灯丝支架表面以形成荧光粉层;
将玻璃、改性塑料、陶瓷、金属类、聚砜类、或其衍生物类材质的其中一种或多种作为全角度发光灯丝支架;
灯丝支架上的芯片包含蓝光芯片、红光芯片、绿光芯片、紫光芯片或其他所有课发光颜色的芯片。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述将发光芯片固定在基板支架上以形成LED发光基板具体包括:
LED发光基板上镀有连接导电极性的镀银或镀金层,通过极性特性用金属线把芯片电极与LED发光基板上的镀银或镀金层连接;
将玻璃、改性塑料、陶瓷、金属类、聚砜类、或其衍生物类材质的其中一种或多种作为LED发光基板支架;
将圆形、方形、三角形,圆环或任意形状,取决于各种形状中的一种或多种作为基板支架形状。
基板支架上的芯片包含蓝光芯片、红光芯片、绿光芯片、紫光芯片或其他所有课发光颜色的芯片。
10.根据权利要求7所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述将引脚与支架固定具体为:通过液体PPA材料进行注塑以将支架与引脚固定在一起。
