前記拭きスクイジーは、前記清掃面に対して90度以下の接触角度に設定されるようにしても良い。
清掃用スクイジー装置10は、例えば、建築物の窓ガラスを清掃する自動清掃装置の清掃ヘッドとして用いられる。清掃用スクイジー装置10は、建築物の屋上から吊り下げられたワイヤロープに沿って昇降される自動清掃装置本体に搭載される。清掃用スクイジー装置10は、自動清掃装置本体を下降させながら窓ガラスを清掃する場合に用いられる。清掃用スクイジー装置10の窓ガラスなどに対する清掃方向は、窓ガラスを上から下へ清掃する下降方向に限られない。左から右へ、あるいは右から左への左右方向を清掃方向とすることもできる。
清掃用スクイジー装置10のスクイジー30,40は、清掃幅方向Xと同一方向である水平方向に配置されている。スクイジー30,40は、清掃面Wである窓ガラスに押し付けられ、上側のスクイジー30を拭きスクイジーとして機能させ、下側のスクイジー40を受けスクイジーとして機能させ、清掃方向Yである窓ガラスの上から下に向かって移動する。スクイジー30,40を備える清掃用スクイジー装置10は、移動しながら窓ガラスを清掃することになる。清掃方向を左右方向とする場合のスクイジー30,40の配置と角度については、後述する(図5参照)。
ベースフレーム21の上下には、スクイジー30,40を取り付けるためのベース板22,23が取り付けられている。ベース板22,23は、清掃面W側に突き出して取り付けられ、横断面形状は略U字状となっている。これにより、支持本体部20には、ベースフレーム21と、上下のベース板22,23によって、清掃面Wの清掃幅方向Xに開口部24が形成される。
ベースフレーム21の内側の上下のベース板22,23の間には、補強用のリブフレーム25が、清掃幅方向Xに沿って一定の間隔で配置され、上下のベース板22,23の間隔を確保している。
上下のベース板22,23は、スクイジー30,40を取り付けるための部材である。上のベース板22に取り付けたスクイジー30と、下のベース板23に取り付けたスクイジー40とは、所定の角度を持って配置され、それにより、スクイジー30の先端部とスクイジー40の先端部とは、気密状態で接触する。例えば、上のベース板22と下のベース板23の間の角度が、略30~60度となるように設定し、下のベース板23の先端部のみを上方に曲げ加工する。
清掃用スクイジー装置10は、下降しながら清掃するので、清掃方向の後方側となる上のベース板22を略水平(清掃面に対して90度以下)に配置する。清掃方向の前方側となる下のベース板23の先端部は、上方に曲げ加工され、上のベース板22と下のベース板23との間の角度が、略30~60度となるように設定する。
支持本体部20は、ベースフレーム21と、上下のベース板22,23とで横断面形状が略U字状に形成される。支持本体部20の左右端部は、サイドプレート26で塞がれ、それにより閉空間27が形成される。
スクイジー30には、補強板31が取り付けられる。補強板31は、スクイジー30の上面の、ベース板22に取り付けられた位置から、清掃幅方向Xと直交する前後方向の長さの中間部まで、伸びて取り付けられる。補強板31によってスクイジー30を押さえることにより、スクイジー30が清掃面Wに押し当てられたときに生じる弾性反力を安定させながら、拭き取りができる。
スクイジー40は、下のベース板23の折り曲げ部に取り付けられる。スクイジー40の先端部は、スクイジー30の先端部と角度をなして接触し、気密状態を形成する。
スクイジー30とスクイジー40は、清掃面Wに押し当てられる前の状態では、各先端部同士が接触して気密状態を保持できる。清掃面Wに押し付けられた状態では、スクイジー30とスクイジー40との間が開口する。スクイジー30とスクイジー40との間の開口幅は、スクイジー30,40の先端部の形状や、ゴムの弾性力などによっても異なる。例えば、清掃面Wへの押し付け代を3mm程度とした場合に、開口幅が10mm程度となるように設定される。
支持本体部20の左右端部に設けられたサイドプレート26は、スクイジー30とスクイジー40との先端部より5mm手前まで伸びた寸法として形成されている。これにより、スクイジー30とスクイジー40が清掃面Wへ押し付けられたときの押し付け量を一定範囲に保ち、清掃面Wへの押し付けすぎを防止する。
上側のスクイジー30により掻き落とされた清掃結果物は、上下のスクイジー30,40の間に形成された開口から、先端部が清掃面Wに接触している下側の受けスクイジーとして機能するスクイジー40に沿って閉空間27内に回収される。
清掃面Wである窓ガラスの下端まで清掃した後、清掃用スクイジー装置10を清掃面Wである窓ガラスから離反させて引き離すことで、上下のスクイジー30,40の各先端部の撓みが弾性力で戻り、先端部同士が接触した状態となる。したがって、閉空間27に回収された清掃結果物が漏れ出すことなく保持される。
また、上下のスクイジー30,40の間に形成された開口を利用して、散水やエアブローなどを行うことができる。したがって、一層拭き残しをなくし、水切りをして清掃度を向上することができる。
散水管51の端部には、端部に設けたジョイントを介してワンタッチ管継手が連結され、図示しない清掃水供給装置から加圧した清掃水を、散水管52に供給できる。
回収機構60は、収容部61を備える。収容部61は、回収された汚水などの清掃結果物を収納する閉空間である。収納部61は、支持本体部20に形成された閉空間27と連通し、閉空間27の後部下方に突き出すように支持本体部20に取り付けられる。収納部61は、回収された清掃結果物が入る下部の回収受け部材62と、回収受け部材62を支持本体部20に支持させ、回収受け部材62の上部を覆って閉空間を形成する回収受けベース板63と、を備える。回収受け部材62は、清掃幅の長さに対応して設けられたベースフレーム21の後部下方に、樋状に設けられている。回収受け部材62の両端部には、略水平方向の後方に大きく突き出したメンテナンスホール部64が形成される。メンテナンスホール部64は、開口するホール部を備え、当該ホール部は、透明のメンテナンスホールカバー65で塞がれている。メンテナンスカバー65で塞がれたメンテナンスホール部64によって、清掃結果物の回収状態などを目視できる。
メンテナンスホール部64の後部壁には、管ジョイント66が連結される。管ジョイント66を介して、清掃結果物は、収容部61から自然落差で外部に回収されたり、ポンプなどの図示しない強制吸引装置で吸引して外部に回収できる。回収された汚水は、フィルタなどで浄化して循環使用される。
上下のスクイジー30,40を、清掃面Wである窓ガラスに押し付けることにより開口を形成する。この開口から、散水機構50の散水管51に形成された多数の散水穴52を介して、清掃面Wに清掃水を散水する。この散水と同時に、上側の拭きスクイジー30により、汚れおよび散水された水を拭き取りながら清掃する。清掃により生じた汚水を、下側の受けスクイジー40により受け、支持本体部20の閉空間27を介して、回収機構60の収納部61に回収する。収納部61に回収された汚水などの清掃結果物は、管ジョイント66を介して清掃用スクイジー装置10の外部に排出し、廃水処理をした後、廃棄又は、フィルタなどで浄化して再循環使用される。
散水して清掃することで、一層確実に清掃することができるとともに、汚水などの清掃結果物を回収することで、清掃結果物が周囲へ飛散するなどの影響を回避して清掃することができる。
1)2つのスクイジー30,40の役割について
2つのスクイジー30,40は、清掃方向によって、拭きスクイジーとして機能するか、受けスクイジーとして機能するか、機能が変化する。
すなわち、清掃方向の前方側が受けスクイジーを構成し、後方側が拭きスクイジーを構成する。
既に説明した実施の形態は、清掃方向Yを上から下へ下降しながら清掃する場合である。清掃方向の前方側(下側)のスクイジー40が受けスクイジーを構成し、後方側(上側)のスクイジー30が拭きスクイジーを構成する。
清掃方向を左右方向とする場合には、図5に示すように、1対のスクイジー30,40が上下方向に沿って配置される。左から右に移動しながら清掃する場合は、清掃方向前方側(右側)のスクイジー40が受けスクイジーを構成し、後方側(左側)のスクイジー30が拭きスクイジーを構成する(図5A参照)。
逆に、右から左に移動しながら清掃する場合は、清掃方向の前方側(左側)のスクイジー40が受けスクイジーを構成し、後方側(右側)のスクイジー30が拭きスクイジーを構成する(図5B参照)。
拭き取りや汚水などの清掃結果物の回収などの作用は、清掃方向による拭きスクイジーと受けスクイジーの変化により、何ら変化するものでない。
例えば、図6に示すように、清掃方向を上から下にした場合、拭きスクイジー30を清掃面Wに対して鈍角で接触させる。拭き終わり時に、清掃面Wからスクイジー30を引き離すと、拭きスクイジー30の先端が撓んだ状態から元に戻るときの戻り軌跡が円弧の頂点を越えるため、頂点を越えた時点でスクイジー30の先端と清掃面Wとは接触しなくなる。このため、スクイジー30が戻り軌跡の頂点を越えた時点で、スクイジー30が跳ねるように戻る現象が起こり、清掃面Wの完全な拭き取りや水切りができなくなる。
そのためスクイジー30の戻り軌跡の頂点と、スクイジー30による拭き終わり位置と、を少なくとも一致させる必要がある。押し当てたときの清掃方向の後方側の拭きスクイジー30と、清掃面Wとの接触角度は、90度以下にする必要がある。
こうすることで、拭きスクイジー30と清掃面Wとの接触を、拭きスクイジー30の先端が拭き終わり時まで維持し、完全な拭き取りと水切りを行うことができる。
拭きスクイジー30と清掃面Wとの接触角度は、清掃方向に関係ない。清掃方向の後方のスクイジーとして機能するスクイジーについて、清掃面Wに対して90度以下の接触角度に設定すればよい。
清掃用スクイジー装置10を、清掃用ロボットなどのエンドエフェクトとして使用する場合には、清掃用スクイジー装置10を清掃面Wに対して押し付け、押し付けた状態を保持して、予め定めた清掃方向に移動することで清掃が行われる。
清掃用スクイジー装置10を、ハンドツールとして作業者が手に持って清掃する場合には、清掃用スクイジー装置10を清掃面Wに対して押し付け、押し付けた状態を保持して予め定めた清掃方向に移動することで清掃が行われる。
いずれの場合も、清掃用スクイジー装置10を清掃面Wから引き離すようにして清掃を終了する。
したがって、これまでのスクイジー装置のように、拭き終わりの際に俯仰操作をする必要がなく、俯仰機構も不要となって装置の小型化、軽量化を図ることができる。
上側のスクイジー30で掻き落とされた清掃結果物は、上下のスクイジー30,40の間に形成された開口から、先端部が清掃面Wに接触し、下側の受けスクイジーとなるスクイジー40に沿って、閉空間27内に回収することができる。
清掃面Wである窓ガラスの下端まで清掃した後、清掃用スクイジー装置10を清掃面Wである窓ガラスから離反させて引き離すことで、上下のスクイジー30,40の先端部の撓みが弾性力で戻り、先端部同士が接触した状態となる。これにより、閉空間27に回収された清掃結果物を、閉空間27から漏れ出すことなく保持することができる。
上下のスクイジー30,40の間に形成された開口を利用して、散水やエアブローなどを行うことができので、一層拭き残しをなくし、水切りをして清掃度を向上することができる。
従来方式では、拭きスクイジー、受けスクイジーとして機能する1対のスクイジー30,40が別々に構成され、各々は別の駆動機構により駆動されていたので、ハンドツールへの応用は難しかった。本発明の清掃用スクイジー装置10は、1対のスクイジー30,40が一体化され、清掃面Wへの操作が接近離反だけで良いので、装置の小型化、軽量化を図ることができるとともに、清掃用スクイジー装置10としての応用範囲を大幅に広げることができる。

- 清掃面の清掃幅方向に沿って開口部が形成された支持本体部と、
前記開口部の周縁に前記清掃幅方向に沿って伸びて配置され、弾性体で形成された1対のスクイジーと、を備え、
1対の前記スクイジーの各先端部は、互いに角度を持って配置され、気密状態で接触されるとともに、前記清掃面へ押圧されることにより前記各先端部の間が開口可能に構成される、
ことを特徴とする清掃用スクイジー装置。 - 前記支持本体部には、1対の前記スクイジーの前記各先端部が気密状態で接触されることにより、閉空間が形成される、
