一种LED光源组件、LED光电一体化模组和包含LED光电一体化模组的LED射灯。LED光源组件包括：金属散热盘（111）和光源（112），金属散热盘（111）的底部内表面上依次形成绝缘层（113）和金属图案层（114），金属图案层（114）包括互不连通的第一金属图案区（1141A、1141B）和第二金属图案区（1142），金属散热盘（111）的底部还开设有适于LED驱动电源模块（120）的输出引脚（123A、123B）穿越的通孔（1111A、1111B），以使输出引脚（123A、123B）与第一金属图案区（1141A、1141B）电气连接；光源（112）包含一个或多个设置在第二金属图案区（1142）的LED管芯（1121），LED管芯（1121）包含形成于顶部的电极且通过引线互连，以及与第一金属图案区（1141A、1141B）电气连接。
