Abstract

An LED light source assembly, an LED photoelectric integration module, and an LED spotlight including the LED photoelectric integration module. The LED light source assembly comprises: a metal heat dissipation plate (111) and a light source (112). An insulating layer (113) and a metal pattern layer (114) are sequentially formed on an inner surface of a bottom portion of the metal heat dissipation plate (111), the metal pattern layer (114) comprises first metal pattern areas (1141A, 1141B) and a second metal pattern area (1142) which are not in communication with one another, and the bottom portion of the metal heat dissipation plate (111) is also provided with through holes (1111A, 1111B) suitable for output pins (123A, 123B) of an LED driving power source module (120) to pass through, so that the output pins (123A, 123B) are electrically connected to the first metal pattern areas (1141A, 1141B). The light source (112) includes one or a plurality of LED dies (1121) arranged on the second metal pattern area (1142), the LED dies (1121) including electrodes formed on top portions, being interconnected via leads, and being electrically connected to the first metal pattern areas (1141A, 1141B).
