Description

搅拌刀组 技术领域
本发明与搅拌刀有关,特别是指一种用于搅拌及打碎食物的搅拌刀组。
现有技术
食物调理机及果汁机等机器普遍都通过马达高速转动搅拌刀,使搅拌杯内的食物随着液体流动,而被反复打击及切削,最终将食物打碎。
一般常见的搅拌刀都是一横向刀片或者四刀片,但这种结构的刀片无法有效率地将搅拌杯内的食物打至细碎。而若为了提高食物被打碎的机率,而增加刀片的数量,这样也会造成刀片密度过高,而影响到打碎食物的效率。
再者,搅拌刀是设在搅拌杯内,且通常略高于搅拌杯的杯底,因此,位于搅拌刀与搅拌杯的杯底之间的食物也不能被有效地打碎。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种的搅拌刀组,其可比先前技术更有效率地将食物打碎,来提高工作效率。
为达到上述目的,本发明所提供的一种搅拌刀组,用以安装于一搅拌杯,其特征在于包括:一刀轴;一刀组,连接所述刀轴,且包括一第一刀及一第二刀,所述第一刀具有一本体及五刀片,所述本体有一外周缘及所述外周缘定义的一水平面,所述五刀片分别自所述本体的外周缘朝外延伸,所述第二刀设于所述第一刀的本体上。如此,本发明的搅拌刀组可通过第一刀的五刀片及第二刀来提高搅拌及打碎的工作效率。
上述本发明的技术方案中,所述第一刀的五刀片包括一水平刀片、两上斜刀片及两下斜刀片,所述水平刀片与所述本体的水平面平行,所述两上斜刀片自所述本体的水平面向上倾斜,所述两下斜刀片自所述本体的水平面向下倾斜。如此,第一刀的本体与搅拌杯的底部之间的食物,也可以通过两下斜刀片来提高工作效率。
所述水平刀片、所述两上斜刀片及所述两下斜刀片分别有一刀刃,所述水平刀片的刀刃及所述两上斜刀片的刀刃朝下,所述两下斜刀片的刀刃朝上。
与所述水平刀片相邻的两刀片分别是所述上斜刀片及所述下斜刀片。
所述两上斜刀片的倾斜角度是从10度到30度的任一角度,所述两下斜刀片的倾斜角度是从负10度到负30度的任一角度。
所述两上斜刀片的倾斜角度分别是15度及20度,所述两下斜刀片的倾斜角度分别是负15度。
所述第二刀的两端向上延伸。
本发明的优点:采用上述技术方案,本发明的搅拌刀组可有效提高工作效率,且第一刀的各刀片及第二刀之间都不会发生干涉,故能有效率地将食物打碎。
本发明适用于餐饮行业及家用的食物料理机。

本发明最佳实施方式
现配合以下各附图列举对应的较佳实施例来对本发明的搅拌刀组的结构、特点及功效进行详细说明。然而各图式中搅拌刀组的构件、尺寸及外观仅用来说明本发明的技术特征,而非对本发明构成限制。
如图1所示,本发明的搅拌刀组10安装于一搅拌杯(图中未示),且包括一刀轴30及一刀组50。
如图2所示,刀轴30包括一外壳31、一转轴33及一螺母35。转轴33穿过外壳31,且用于连接一马达(图中未示),并可被马达带动。其中,刀轴30也可以是其它的结构组成,而不以本实施例所述为限。
刀组50连接刀轴30,且包括一第一刀51及一第二刀53。第一刀51具有一本体511及五刀片512、513、514、515、516。本体511有一外周缘5111及外周缘5111定义的一水平面5113。其中,图中为了清楚了解本发明定义的本体511的范围,因此,外周缘5111以虚线表示,但实际上,虚线是不存在的。
五刀片512、513、514、515、516分别自本体511的外周缘5111朝外延伸,本体511与五刀片512、513、514、515、516为一体成型的结构,第一刀51的 外观呈放射状。
第二刀53设于第一刀51的本体511上。其中,第二刀53的两端531、532为向上延伸,而形成两向上刀片。如此,本发明的搅拌刀组10共形成有七刀片。
在此实施例中,第一刀51及第二刀53分别有一穿孔517、533,以供刀轴30的转轴33穿过,并通过螺帽35螺紧,但第一刀51与第二刀53与转轴33的连接方式,也可以利用其他方式,故不以螺帽35螺接为限。
如此,本发明的搅拌刀组10可提高搅拌杯内食物被打碎的机率,而提高工作效率。
如图3及图4所示,第一刀51的五刀片包括一水平刀片512、两上斜刀片513、514及两下斜刀片515、516。水平刀片512与本体511的水平面5113平行。其中,与水平刀片511相邻的两刀片分别是上斜刀片513及下斜刀片516。两上斜刀片513、514自本体511的水平面5113向上倾斜。两上斜刀片513、514的倾斜角度A、B是从10度到30度的任一角度。本实施例中,两上斜刀片513、514的倾斜角度A、B分别是15度及20度。两下斜刀片515、516自本体511的水平面5113向下倾斜。两下斜刀片515、516的倾斜角度C、D是从-10度到-30度的任一角度。本实施例中,两下斜刀片515、516的倾斜角度C、D是-15度。
本实施例中,两上斜刀片513、514的倾斜角度A、B是不相同的,两下斜刀片515、516的倾斜角度C、D是相同的。但实际上,两上斜刀片513、514的倾斜角度A、B也可以是相同,两下斜刀片515、516的倾斜角度C、D也可以不同,所以,两上斜刀片513、514及两下斜刀片515、516的倾斜角度A、B、C、D是不以本实施例所述为限。
水平刀片512、两上斜刀片513、514及两下斜刀片515、516分别有一刀刃(knife edge)5121、5131、5141、5151、5161。刀刃5121、5131、5141、5151、5161分别由多个弧形斜面组成,弧形斜面可增加打碎食物的效率。水平刀片512的刀刃5121及两上斜刀片513、514的刀刃5131、5141朝下。
如此,由于第一刀51配置有上述的刀片,因此,水平刀片512可有效打碎水平方向的食物,两上斜刀片514、515可有效打碎位于本体511上方的食物,而两下斜刀片515、516则可有效打碎本体511下方的食物,而提高搅拌刀组打碎食物的工作效率。
实际中,第一刀的五刀片也可以是其他组合,例如,两水平刀片、两上斜 刀片及一下斜刀片的组合,或其他,故不以本实施例所述为限。其中,各刀片的刀刃朝向也是其它配置,故也不以本实施例所述为限。
此外,若五刀片是其它组合,则与水平刀片相邻的两刀片也可以是其它刀片配置,故也不以本实施例所述为限。
最后,再次强调,本发明在前述实施例中所揭示的构成元件,仅为举例说明,并非用来限制本案的专利保护范围,其他等效元件的替代或变化,也应被本案的专利保护范围所涵盖。
工业应用性
本发明提供的搅拌刀组,能够适用于各种家用食物料理机,以及餐饮行业使用,具有极为广阔的市场前景,适于工业应用。

  1. 一种搅拌刀组,用以安装于一搅拌杯,其特征在于包括:
    一刀轴;
    一刀组,连接所述刀轴,且包括一第一刀及一第二刀,所述第一刀具有一本体及五刀片,所述本体有一外周缘及所述外周缘定义的一水平面,所述五刀片分别自所述本体的外周缘朝外延伸,所述第二刀设于所述第一刀的本体上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的搅拌刀组,其特征在于:所述第一刀的五刀片包括一水平刀片、两上斜刀片及两下斜刀片,所述水平刀片与所述本体的水平面平行,所述两上斜刀片自所述本体的水平面向上倾斜,所述两下斜刀片自所述本体的水平面向下倾斜。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的搅拌刀组,其特征在于:所述水平刀片、所述两上斜刀片及所述两下斜刀片分别有一刀刃,所述水平刀片的刀刃及所述两上斜刀片的刀刃朝下,所述两下斜刀片的刀刃朝上。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的搅拌刀组,其特征在于:与所述水平刀片相邻的两刀片分别是所述上斜刀片及所述下斜刀片。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的搅拌刀组,其特征在于:所述两上斜刀片的倾斜角度是从10度到30度的任一角度,所述两下斜刀片的倾斜角度是从负10度到负30度的任一角度。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的搅拌刀组,其特征在于:所述两上斜刀片的倾斜角度分别是15度及20度,所述两下斜刀片的倾斜角度分别是负15度。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的搅拌刀组,其特征在于:所述第二刀的两端向上延伸。
