Abstract

一种客流量的统计方法及装置。其中,该方法包括:获取预设监控区域内的视频图像信息;对视频图像信息进行视频分析,根据分析结果确定出现在预设监控区域内的第一目标人员的运动方向,运动方向为进入无线探测器的实际探测区域的方向或从实际探测区域外出的方向,其中,实际探测区域覆盖预设监控区域;根据确定的目标人员的运动方向,统计得到实际探测区域的进入客流量或外出客流量;读取WiFi探测器探测到的第一目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识;判断第一终端标识是否在预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中;若是,则将进入客流量或外出客流量减1;若否,则不改变进入客流量或外出客流量。

客流量的统计方法及装置
本申请要求于2015年5月12日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510242960.3发明名称为“客流量的统计方法及装置”,以及于2015年6月9日递交中国专利局、申请号为201510313952.3发明名称为“客流量的统计方法及装置”的两个中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及监控摄像机领域,具体而言,涉及一种客流量的统计方法及装置。
背景技术
在相关技术中,视频客流统计网络摄像机IPC在统计进/出某个场合的客流量时,一般需要根据视频中某个人员的运动方向,判断出该人员是进入还是外出,从而可以得出某个区域的进入人次和外出人次,进而可以使用进入人次减去外出人次得到逗留人数,其中,利用该种技术所得的进入人次和外出人次的准确率基本上可以达到95%以上。
但是这种技术缺乏对人员信息的进一步确定,这样导致只要有人进入则进入人次加1,有人外出则外出人次加1,并无法识别出是谁进入或者外出。在商店的客流统计应用中,如果有商店的营业员反复从门口经过,则会造成客流统计中进入人次和外出人次不断增加,致使客流统计结果失真,即所得到的统计数与真正的客流量之间存在偏差,最终会导致商店的管理层因为获取到的客流量统计信息存在明显偏差而无法正确决策。
针对上述的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种客流量的统计方法及装置,以至少解决由于无法进一步确定被统计人员的人员信息而造成的统计结果不准确的技术问题。
根据本申请实施例的一个方面,提供了一种客流量的统计方法,包括:获取预设监控区域内的视频图像信息;对视频图像信息进行视频分析,根据分析结果确定出现在预设监控区域内的第一目标人员的运动方向,运动方向 为进入无线探测器的实际探测区域的方向或从实际探测区域外出的方向,其中,实际探测区域覆盖预设监控区域;根据确定的目标人员的运动方向,统计得到实际探测区域的进入客流量或外出客流量;读取WiFi探测器探测到的第一目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识;判断第一终端标识是否在预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中;若是,则将进入客流量或外出客流量减1;若否,则不改变进入客流量或外出客流量。
根据本申请实施例的一个方面,提供了一种客流量的统计方法,包括:获取预设监控区域内的视频图像信息;对视频图像信息进行视频分析,根据分析结果确定出现在预设监控区域内的第一目标人员的运动方向,运动方向包括进入或外出;通过WiFi探测器获取第一目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识,其中,WiFi探测器的实际探测区域覆盖预设监控区域;判断第一终端标识是否在预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中,若否,则根据第一目标人员的运动方向,相应将进入客流量数值或外出客流量数值加一;若是,则不改变进入客流量数值或外出客流量数值。
根据本申请实施例的一个方面,提供了一种客流量的统计方法,包括:获取预设监控区域内的客流量的当前统计值,上述客流量的当前统计值为到当前时刻为止检测到的出现在上述预设监控区域内的人员的数量与检测到的从上述预设监控区域内消失的人员的数量的差值;判断检测到的出现在上述预设监控区域内的人员和检测到的从上述预设监控区域内消失的人员是否满足预设属性条件;若判断出上述检测到的出现在上述预设监控区域内的人员和上述检测到的从上述预设监控区域内消失的人员满足上述预设属性条件,则调整上述客流量的当前统计值,得到客流量的调整值;以及将上述客流量的调整值作为上述预设监控区域内的客流量的实际值。
根据本申请实施例的另一方面,还提供了一种客流量的统计装置,包括:获取单元,用于获取预设监控区域内的客流量的当前统计值,上述客流量的当前统计值为到当前时刻为止检测到的出现在上述预设监控区域内的人员的数量与检测到的从上述预设监控区域内消失的人员的数量的差值;判断单元,用于判断检测到的出现在上述预设监控区域内的人员和检测到的从上述预设监控区域内消失的人员是否满足预设属性条件;调整单元,用于在判断出上 述检测到的出现在上述预设监控区域内的人员和上述检测到的从上述预设监控区域内消失的人员满足上述预设属性条件,则调整上述客流量的当前统计值,得到客流量的调整值;以及确定单元,用于将上述客流量的调整值作为上述预设监控区域内的客流量的实际值。
本申请实施例还提供了一种客流量的统计装置,包括:
第一视频图像获取单元,用于获取预设监控区域内的视频图像信息;
第一运动方向确定单元,用于对所述视频图像信息进行视频分析,根据分析结果确定出现在所述预设监控区域内的第一目标人员的运动方向,所述运动方向为进入无线探测器的实际探测区域的方向或从所述实际探测区域外出的方向,其中,所述实际探测区域覆盖所述预设监控区域;
第一客流量统计单元,用于根据确定的所述第一目标人员的运动方向,统计得到所述实际探测区域的进入客流量或外出客流量;
第一终端标识读取单元,用于读取WiFi探测器探测到的所述第一目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识;
第一判断单元,用于判断所述第一终端标识是否在预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中,若是,则将所述进入客流量或所述外出客流量减1;若否,则不改变所述进入客流量或所述外出客流量。
本申请实施例还提供了一种客流量的统计装置,包括:
第二视频图像获取单元,用于获取预设监控区域内的视频图像信息;
第二运动方向确定单元,用于对所述视频图像信息进行视频分析,根据分析结果确定出现在所述预设监控区域内的第一目标人员的运动方向,所述运动方向包括进入或外出;
第二终端标识读取单元,用于通过WiFi探测器获取所述第一目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识,其中,所述WiFi探测器的实际探测区域覆盖所述预设监控区域;
第二判断单元,用于判断所述第一终端标识是否在预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中,若否,则根据所述第一目标人员的运动方向,相应将进入客流量数值或外出客流量数值加一;若是,则不改变所述进入客流量数值或所述外出客流量数值。

本申请实施例所提供的任一种客流信息的统计方法,可以有效地防止由于商店的营业员反复经过门口而造成的客流量统计的进入人次和外出人次不断增加以及客流量统计结果失真等情况,使得所得到的统计数字真正表示顾客的进出数量。也即,通过本申请实施例,可以达到进一步确定被统计人员的人员信息的目的,从而实现消除了满足预设属性条件的人员对统计结果影响,达到提高统计结果的准确度技术效果。
在本申请实施例中,采用在网络摄像机中设置wifi探针的方式,通过获取预设监控区域内的客流量的当前统计值,客流量的当前统计值为到当前时刻为止检测到的出现在预设监控区域内的人员的数量与检测到的从预设监控区域内消失的人员的数量的差值;判断检测到的出现在预设监控区域内的人员和检测到的从预设监控区域内消失的人员是否满足预设属性条件;若判断出检测到的出现在预设监控区域内的人员和检测到的从预设监控区域内消失的人员满足预设属性条件,则调整客流量的当前统计值,得到客流量的调整值;以及将客流量的调整值作为预设监控区域内的客流量的实际值,达到了进一步确定被统计人员的人员信息的目的,从而实现了消除了的满足预设属性条件的人员对统计结果影响,达到了提高统计结果的准确度技术效果,进而解决了由于无法进一步确定被统计人员的人员信息而造成的统计结果不准确的技术问题。

实施例1
根据本申请实施例,提供了一种客流量的统计方法的方法实施例,需要说明的是,在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行指令的计算机系统中执行,并且,虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序,但是在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。
本申请实施例中,WiFi探测器是指可以探测到WiFi信号的器件或模块,例如WiFi探针。WiFi终端设备具体可以为设置有WiFi模块的移动终端,该WiFi模块可以为用户侧的WiFi模块,如移动终端、笔记本、平板电脑等使用的通用WiFi模块。基于此WiFi模块,WiFi终端设备周期性的发送WiFi信号,且该WiFi信号中会携带本WiFi终端设备的唯一标识信息。
图1是本申请实施例的一种可选的客流量的统计方法的流程图,如图1所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S101,获取预设监控区域内的视频图像信息。
步骤S103,对视频图像信息进行视频分析,根据分析结果确定出现在预设监控区域内的第一目标人员的运动方向,运动方向为进入无线探测器的实际探测区域的方向或从实际探测区域外出的方向,其中,实际探测区域覆盖预设监控区域。
步骤S105,根据确定的第一目标人员的运动方向,统计得到实际探测区域的进入客流量或外出客流量。
此处需要说明的是,本申请上述步骤S101至步骤S105的一种可选实施方案中,可以通过网络摄像机IPC的纯视频技术来对预设监控区域内的客流量进行监控和统计,得到当前预设监控区域的客流统计值,该客流统计值即为进入客流量或外出客流量。其中,IPC可以包括:视频采集模块和DSP运算模块,视频采集模块用于获取预设监控区域内的实时视频的视频图像信息,并可以对视频图像信息进行加亮以提高对比度等简单图像处理,以提高画面的清晰度,提高对人员的检测精度;DSP运算模块用于对采集到的视频图像信息进行模式识别,识别出视频中出现的所有人员(可以是任意一个第一目标人员)以及这些人员的运动方向,并根据他们的运动方向确定其是进入预设区域还是从预设区域出来。
步骤S107,读取WiFi探测器探测到的第一目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识。本申请实施例中WiFi终端设备的终端标识不限于该WiFi终端设备的MAC地址、IP地址、出厂序列号的唯一标识该WiFi终端设备的数据。WiFi探测器可以为内置在网络摄像机的WiFi探测器,也可以为与网络摄像机分离部署的WiFi探测器。
此处需要说明的是,本申请提供的一种可选方案中,在网络摄像机IPC监控并统计客流量的同时,与该网络摄像机IPC关联的WiFi探测器同时探测进入该实际探测区域的目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的信息,从而进一步排除不合理的客流量统计结果。
步骤S109,判断第一终端标识是否在预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中。
步骤S111,若是,则将进入客流量或外出客流量减1。
步骤S113,若否,则不改变进入客流量或外出客流量。
以下以设置在某商店门口的IPC为例,详细阐述上述步骤:
实施时,该IPC可以通过视频客流统计方式,使用视频模式识别进行智能分析,统计人员进出预设监控区域的数量,即获取商店内的客流量的当前统计值,其中,商店内的客流量的当前统计值为到当前时刻为止检测到的出现在该商店内的顾客的数量与检测到的从商店出来的顾客的数量的差值;进一步,IPC判断检测到的出现在商店内的人员和检测到的从商店出来的顾客是否是本商店的营业员;若是本商店的营业员,则调整客流量的当前统计值,得到客流量的调整值,具体地,在当前统计值的基础上减1即为客流量的调整值;以及将客流量的调整值作为本商店的客流量的实际值,并将该实际值上传至后台服务器。需要说明的是,以设置在某商店门口的IPC为例,实施时,IPC可以统计得到实际探测区域的进入客流量或外出客流量,进一步,IPC判断检测到的出现在商店内的人员和检测到的从商店出来的顾客是否是本商店的营业员,如果检测到的出现在商店内的人员(即人员的运动方向为进入无线探测器的实际探测区域的方向)是本商店的营业员,则将进入客流量减1,否则,不改变进入客流量;而如果检测到的从商店出来的人员(即人员的运动方向为从所述实际探测区域外出的方向)是本商店的营业员,则将外出客流量减1,否则,不改变外出客流量。
通过上述步骤,由于可以对预设监控区域内带来客流量的人员信息做进一步确定,不仅可以在有人进入时对进入人数加1,有人外出时对外出人数加1,而且可以识别出是谁进出该预设区域。尤其在商店的客流量统计应用中,
例如,WiFi探测器可以是wifi探针,其硬件模块可以包括:通信模块, 用于向预设区域提供网络接入功能,接收管理终端下发的手机MAC白名单信息等,以及上传客流统计数据和视频图像数据;wifi探测模块,用于实时感知探测是否有手机MAC地址等出现,具体地,可以对区域覆盖门口及商店内部进行感知;存储模块,用于存储手机MAC白名单信息等和存储一段时间内的客流量统计数据。需要说明的是,上述白名单可以为预先记录了wifi设备的MAC地址信息的列表。
通过本申请实施例,采用无线感知手段和视频获取判断手段相结合的方式,对商店等预设监控区域内人员的进入人次和外出人次进行调节,并将满足预设属性条件(如营业员等)的进入人次和外出人次剔除,达到了确保获取到的客流量的统计值的真实可靠的效果。
由此可知,使用本申请,可以有效地防止由于商店的营业员反复经过门口而造成的客流量统计的进入人次和外出人次不断增加以及客流量统计结果失真等情况,使得所得到的统计数字真正表示顾客的进出数量。也即,通过本申请实施例,可以达到进一步确定被统计人员的人员信息的目的,从而实现消除了满足预设属性条件的人员对统计结果影响,达到提高统计结果的准确度技术效果。
一种可选实施例中,本申请可以通过网络摄像机来执行上述步骤S101至步骤S113。另外一种可选实施例中,本申请可以通过服务器来执行上述步骤S101至步骤S113。需要强调的是,该服务器可以为后台服务器也可以为管理终端。
优选地,上述WiFi探测器可以设置在网络摄像机中,或者WiFi探测器也可以独立于网络摄像机之外。
一种可选实施例中,在运动方向为从实际探测区域外出的方向时,在相应将外出客流量减1之前,上述方法还可以包括:判断WiFi探测器检测第一终端标识从实际探测区域中消失的时间长度是否达到预设值,其中,若是,则执行相应将外出客流量减1的步骤。
优选地,本申请上述实施例中的无线探测器可以包括以下设备之一:wifi探针、RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,无线射频识别)设备、NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)设备、以及基于433/866协议的通信设备。 优选地,其可以是带有wifi探针的IPC。这样,既可以通过视频技术对客流量进行技术,又可以通过wifi探针对携带有具有wifi模块的设备的人员进行人份识别以调整客流量的当前统计值。需要强调的是,无线探测器可以与探测得到该第一目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识的WiFi探测器是同一设备,例如:WiFi探针;当然,无线探测器可以与探测得到该第一目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识的WiFi探测器是不同的设备。一种可选的应用场景中,如果出现目标人员出入该实际探测区域过于频繁,那么该目标人员出入该实际探测区域的统计结果是存在冗余的,为了删除冗余数据,本申请在统计得到实际探测区域的进入客流量或外出客流量之后,还提供了一种删除冗余出入次数的方案,可以通过如下步骤实现:
首先,读取第一目标人员在预定时间段内进入实际探测区域的进入次数或走出实际探测区域的外出次数。该步骤可以确定目标人员出入该实际探测区域的频率。
然后,判断进入实际探测区域的进入次数或走出实际探测区域的外出次数是否超过预设阈值。
若是,则将进入客流量减去进入次数,得到实际的进入客流量,或将外出客流量减去外出次数,得到实际的外出客流量;
若否,则不改变进入客流量或外出客流量。
通过上述方案可以去除冗余的客流量。
以下以设置在某商店门口的IPC为例,并结合图2详细阐述本申请:
具体地,可以在商家的管理终端202上对商店内所有营业员的终端204(如手机等)进行登记,如果一个营业员有多部终端同时使用,则这些终端需要全部登记,实施时,要求这些营业员在上班时间内必须保持他们所携带的WiFi终端设备204处于wifi开启状态。
另外,具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206可以通过商家的管理终端202将所有已经登记的营业员的终端204的信息下载到自身的内存中,进一步,IPC可以将这些信息作为白名单保存在内存中。当有人员进出商店时,具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206可以通过纯视频分析手段确定该人员是进入或者外出,从而计算出进入人次和外出的人次。而若是商店的营业员进入或者外出,同 样,具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206也会认为有人员进入或者外出,并且在具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206认为有人员进入时,将进入人次加1,在具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206认为有人员外出时,将外出人次加1。
使用时,具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206可以架设在商店门口,商家的管理终端202架设在机房或者商店内。商店的管理终端202上安装有软件平台,可以对营业员的基本信息进行管理,同时可以录入营业员的终端204(如手机)的MAC地址信息,并且能将这些MAC地址信息下载更新至具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206中。具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206可以通过视频进行模式识别,分析出人员的运动方向,判断出是进入还是外出,从而更新商店当前的进入人次和外出人次。同时,该网络摄像机206也可以检测到所有出现的终端的MAC地址信息,根据检测到的MAC地址信息,到网络摄像机206内部的白名单列表中去匹配,如果检索到该MAC信息属于白名单列表,则认为是营业员进入或者外出,进而对通过视频分析统计得到的进入人次和外出人次进行调节。
由于营业员的终端204的wifi被要求保持开启状态,因此,在营业员进入商店时,具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206会检测到一个终端的MAC地址出现,并且这个终端的MAC地址包含在具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206的白名单列表中,也即具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206可以根据白名单列表判断出当前是一个营业员进入了商店,因此具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206会认为当前的进入人次不应该计数,从而对进入人次进行调整,将视频分析统计的进入人次减1;同理,如果具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206新检测到一个终端的MAC地址出现,但是该MAC地址并不属于上述白名单列表,具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206会认为当前的进入人次应该计数,从而不对进入人次进行调整。
同样,当人员外出时,具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206采用视频分析手段会将外出人次加1,如果同时发现之前能检测到的营业员的终端204的MAC地址在最近的一段时间内(如10秒钟内)一直检测不到,则认为是一个营业员外出,对外出人次进行调整,即外出人次减1。具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206及时的将调整后的客流量的实际值上传至后台服务器或者管理终端。
通过本申请实施例,能够将商店内营业员的进出计数去除,从而得出基本准确的纯顾客进出商店的次数,使得统计结果更加真实有效。
另外,前述的网络摄像机IPC可以为wifi探针IPC,即融合wifi探针技术的网络摄像机,具备提供无线信号侦测与采集、视频采集、视频分析、目标计数、网络传输的设备,它包括:wifi探针。wifi探针可以检测到wifi设备的MAC地址信息。
此处需要说明的是,本申请还可以提供一种客流量的统计方法,该方法的实施步骤可以如下:
获取预设监控区域内的视频图像信息;对视频图像信息进行视频分析,根据分析结果确定出现在预设监控区域内的第一目标人员的运动方向,运动方向包括进入或外出;通过WiFi探测器获取第一目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识,其中,WiFi探测器的实际探测区域覆盖预设监控区域;判断第一终端标识是否在预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中,若否,则根据第一目标人员的运动方向,相应将进入客流量数值或外出客流量数值加一;若是,则不改变进入客流量数值或外出客流量数值。
其中,本申请所提供的该另一种客流量的统计方法中各个步骤的具体实现方式,可以参照本申请所提供的第一种客流量的统计方法;另外,本申请所提供的第一种客流量的统计方法中的优选步骤,也可以适用于该另一种客流量的统计方法。可见,通过该另一种客流量的统计方法可以可以有效地防止由于商店的营业员反复经过门口而造成的客流量统计的进入人次和外出人次不断增加以及客流量统计结果失真等情况,使得所得到的统计数字真正表示顾客的进出数量。也即,通过本申请实施例,可以达到进一步确定被统计人员的人员信息的目的,从而实现消除了满足预设属性条件的人员对统计结果影响,达到提高统计结果的准确度技术效果。
实施例2
根据本申请实施例,提供了一种客流量的统计方法的方法实施例,需要说明的是,在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行指令的计算机系统中执行,并且,虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序,但是在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。
图3是本申请实施例的一种可选的客流量的统计方法的流程图,如图3所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S202,获取预设监控区域内的客流量的当前统计值,客流量的当前统计值为到当前时刻为止检测到的出现在预设监控区域内的人员的数量与检测到的从预设监控区域内消失的人员的数量的差值;
步骤S204,判断检测到的出现在预设监控区域内的人员和检测到的从预设监控区域内消失的人员是否满足预设属性条件;
步骤S206,若判断出检测到的出现在预设监控区域内的人员和检测到的从预设监控区域内消失的人员满足预设属性条件,则调整客流量的当前统计值,得到客流量的调整值;以及
步骤S208,将客流量的调整值作为预设监控区域内的客流量的实际值。

实施时,该IPC可以通过视频客流统计方式,使用视频模式识别进行智能分析,统计人员进出预设区域的数量,即获取商店内的客流量的当前统计值,其中,商店内的客流量的当前统计值为到当前时刻为止检测到的出现在该商店内的顾客的数量与检测到的从商店出来的顾客的数量的差值;进一步,IPC判断检测到的出现在商店内的人员和检测到的从商店出来的顾客是否是本商店的营业员;若是本商店的营业员,则调整客流量的当前统计值,得到客流量的调整值,具体地,在当前统计值的基础上减1即为客流量的调整值;以及将客流量的调整值作为本商店的客流量的实际值,并将该实际值上传至后台服务器。

具体地,可以在商家的管理终端202上对商店内所有营业员的终端204(如手机等)进行登记,如果一个营业员有多部终端同时使用,则这些终端需要全部登记,实施时,要求这些营业员在上班时间内必须保持他们所携带的WiFi终端设备204处于wifi开启状态。
另外,具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206可以通过商家的管理终端202将所有已经登记的营业员的终端204的信息下载到自身的内存中,进一步,IPC可以将这些信息作为白名单保存在内存中。当有人员进出商店时,具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206可以通过纯视频分析手段确定该人员是进入或者外出,从而计算出进入人次和外出的人次。而若是商店的营业员进入或者外出,同样,具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206也会认为有人员进入或者外出,并且在具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206认为有人员进入时,将进入人次加1,在具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206认为有人员外出时,将外出人次加1。
使用时,具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206可以架设在商店门口,商家的管理终端202架设在机房或者商店内。商店的管理终端202上安装有软件平台,可以对营业员的基本信息进行管理,同时可以录入营业员的终端204(如手机)的MAC地址信息,并且能将这些MAC地址信息下载更新至具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206中。具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206可以通过视频进 行模式识别,分析出人员的运动方向,判断出是进入还是外出,从而更新商店当前的进入人次和外出人次。同时,该设备也可以检测到所有出现的终端的MAC地址信息,根据检测到的MAC地址信息,到设备内部的白名单列表中去匹配,如果检索到该MAC信息属于白名单列表,则认为是营业员进入或者外出,进而对通过视频分析统计得到的进入人次和外出人次进行调节。
由于营业员的终端204的wifi被要求保持开启状态,因此,在营业员进入商店时,具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206会检测到一个终端的MAC地址出现,并且这个终端的MAC地址包含在具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206的白名单列表中,也即具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206可以根据白名单列表判断出当前是一个营业员进入了商店,因此具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206会认为当前的进入人次不应该计数,从而对进入人次进行调整,将视频分析统计的进入人次减1;同理,如果具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206新检测到一个终端的MAC地址出现,但是该MAC地址并不属于上述白名单列表,具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206会认为当前的进入人次应该计数,从而不对进入人次进行调整。
同样,当人员外出时,具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206采用视频分析手段会将外出人次加1,如果同时发现之前能检测到的营业员的终端204的MAC地址在最近的一段时间内(如10秒钟内)一直检测不到,则认为是一个营业员外出,对外出人次进行调整,即外出人次减1。具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206及时的将调整后的客流量的实际值上传至后台服务器或者管理终端。
需要强调的是,以设置在某商店门口的IPC为例并结合图2,实施时,具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206可以通过视频客流统计方式,使用视频模式识别进行智能分析,统计人员进出预设监控区域的数量,即获取商店内的客流量的当前统计值,其中,商店内的客流量的当前统计值为到当前时刻为止检测到的出现在该商店内的顾客的数量与检测到的从商店出来的顾客的数量的差值;进一步,该具有wifi探针的网络摄像机206判断检测到的出现在商店内的人员和检测到的从商店出来的顾客是否是本商店的营业员;若是本商店的营业员,则调整客流量的当前统计值,得到客流量的调整值,具体地,在当前统计值的基础上减1即为客流量的调整值;以及将客流量的调整值作为 本商店的客流量的实际值,并将该实际值上传至后台服务器。
通过本申请实施例,能够将商店内营业员的进出计数去除,从而得出基本准确的纯顾客进出商店的次数,使得统计结果更加真实有效。
另外,前述的网络摄像机IPC可以为wifi探针IPC,即融合wifi探针技术的网络摄像机,具备提供无线信号侦测与采集、视频采集、视频分析、目标计数、网络传输的设备,它包括:wifi探针。wifi探针可以检测到wifi设备的MAC地址信息。

相应于上述方法实施例,本申请实施例还提供了一种应用程序,用于在运行时执行:本申请实施例所提供的另一种客流量的统计方法;具体的,本申请实施例所提供的该另一种客流量的统计方法,可以包括:
获取预设监控区域内的视频图像信息;
对所述视频图像信息进行视频分析,根据分析结果确定出现在所述预设监控区域内的第一目标人员的运动方向,所述运动方向包括进入或外出;
通过WiFi探测器获取所述第一目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识,其中,所述WiFi探测器的实际探测区域覆盖所述预设监控区域;
判断所述第一终端标识是否在预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中,
若否,则根据所述第一目标人员的运动方向,相应将进入客流量数值或外出客流量数值加一;
若是,则不改变所述进入客流量数值或所述外出客流量数值。
本实施例中,应用程序在运行时执行本申请实施例所提供的客流量的统计方法,因此能够实现:可以有效地防止由于商店的营业员反复经过门口而造成的客流量统计的进入人次和外出人次不断增加以及客流量统计结果失真等情况,使得所得到的统计数字真正表示顾客的进出数量。也即,通过本申请实施例,可以达到进一步确定被统计人员的人员信息的目的,从而实现消除了满足预设属性条件的人员对统计结果影响,达到提高统计结果的准确度技术效果。
相应于上述方法实施例,本申请实施例还提供了一种电子设备,包括:处理器、存储器、通信接口和总线;
所述处理器、所述存储器和所述通信接口通过所述总线连接并完成相互间的通信;
所述存储器存储可执行程序代码;
所述处理器通过读取所述存储器中存储的可执行程序代码来运行与所述可执行程序代码对应的程序,以用于执行:本申请实施例所提供的一种客流 量的统计方法;具体的,本申请实施例所提供的一种客流量的统计方法,可以包括:
获取预设监控区域内的视频图像信息;
对所述视频图像信息进行视频分析,根据分析结果确定出现在所述预设监控区域内的第一目标人员的运动方向,所述运动方向为进入无线探测器的实际探测区域的方向或从所述实际探测区域外出的方向,其中,所述实际探测区域覆盖所述预设监控区域;
根据确定的所述第一目标人员的运动方向,统计得到所述实际探测区域的进入客流量或外出客流量;
读取WiFi探测器探测到的所述第一目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识;
判断所述第一终端标识是否在预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中;
若是,则将所述进入客流量或所述外出客流量减1;
若否,则不改变所述进入客流量或所述外出客流量。
需要说明的是,该电子设备的具体产品形态可以为网络摄像机或管理终终端,当然并不局限于此,任何能够实现上述功能步骤的设备以及设备的结合均是可行的。

判断所述第一终端标识是否在预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中,
若否,则根据所述第一目标人员的运动方向,相应将进入客流量数值或外出客流量数值加一;
若是,则不改变所述进入客流量数值或所述外出客流量数值。

另外,需要强调的是,对于电子设备、应用程序以及存储介质实施例而言,由于其所涉及的方法内容基本相似于前述的方法实施例,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。

另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可为个人计算机、服务器或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请保护的范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种客流量的统计方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取预设监控区域内的视频图像信息;
    对所述视频图像信息进行视频分析,根据分析结果确定出现在所述预设监控区域内的第一目标人员的运动方向,所述运动方向为进入无线探测器的实际探测区域的方向或从所述实际探测区域外出的方向,其中,所述实际探测区域覆盖所述预设监控区域;
    根据确定的所述第一目标人员的运动方向,统计得到所述实际探测区域的进入客流量或外出客流量;
    读取WiFi探测器探测到的所述第一目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识;
    判断所述第一终端标识是否在预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中;
    若是,则将所述进入客流量或所述外出客流量减1;
    若否,则不改变所述进入客流量或所述外出客流量。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    通过网络摄像机获取所述预设监控区域内的视频图像信息;
    所述网络摄像机对所述视频图像信息进行视频分析,根据所述分析结果确定出现在所述预设监控区域内的第一目标人员的运动方向;
    所述网络摄像机根据确定的所述第一目标人员的运动方向,统计得到所述实际探测区域的进入客流量或外出客流量;
    所述网络摄像机判断所述第一终端标识是否在所述预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中;
    若是,则所述网络摄像机将所述进入客流量或所述外出客流量减1;
    若否,则所述网络摄像机不改变所述进入客流量或所述外出客流量。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述WiFi探测器设置在所述网络摄像机中,或者所述WiFi探测器独立于所述网络摄像机之外。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    通过管理终端获取所述预设监控区域内的视频图像信息;
    所述管理终端对所述视频图像信息进行视频分析,根据所述分析结果确 定出现在所述预设监控区域内的第一目标人员的运动方向;
    所述管理终端根据确定的所述第一目标人员的运动方向,统计得到所述实际探测区域的进入客流量或外出客流量;
    所述管理终端判断所述第一终端标识是否在所述预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中;
    若是,则所述管理终端将所述进入客流量或所述外出客流量减1;
    若否,则所述管理终端不改变所述进入客流量或所述外出客流量。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识为MAC地址信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述运动方向为从所述实际探测区域外出的方向时,在相应将所述外出客流量减1之前,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述WiFi探测器检测所述第一终端标识从所述实际探测区域中消失的时间长度是否达到预设值,
    若是,则执行相应将所述外出客流量减1的步骤。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在统计得到所述实际探测区域的进入客流量或外出客流量之后,所述方法还包括:
    读取所述第一目标人员在预定时间段内进入所述实际探测区域的进入次数或走出所述实际探测区域的外出次数;
    判断进入所述实际探测区域的进入次数或走出所述实际探测区域的外出次数是否超过预设阈值;
    若是,则将所述进入客流量减去所述进入次数,得到实际的进入客流量,或将所述外出客流量减去所述外出次数,得到实际的外出客流量。
  8. 一种客流量的统计方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取预设监控区域内的视频图像信息;
    对所述视频图像信息进行视频分析,根据分析结果确定出现在所述预设监控区域内的第一目标人员的运动方向,所述运动方向包括进入或外出;
    通过WiFi探测器获取所述第一目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识,其中,所述WiFi探测器的实际探测区域覆盖所述预设监控区域;
    判断所述第一终端标识是否在预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中,
    若否,则根据所述第一目标人员的运动方向,相应将进入客流量数值或外出客流量数值加一;
    若是,则不改变所述进入客流量数值或所述外出客流量数值。
  9. 一种客流量的统计装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一视频图像获取单元,用于获取预设监控区域内的视频图像信息;
    第一运动方向确定单元,用于对所述视频图像信息进行视频分析,根据分析结果确定出现在所述预设监控区域内的第一目标人员的运动方向,所述运动方向为进入无线探测器的实际探测区域的方向或从所述实际探测区域外出的方向,其中,所述实际探测区域覆盖所述预设监控区域;
    第一客流量统计单元,用于根据确定的所述第一目标人员的运动方向,统计得到所述实际探测区域的进入客流量或外出客流量;
    第一终端标识读取单元,用于读取WiFi探测器探测到的所述第一目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识;
    第一判断单元,用于判断所述第一终端标识是否在预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中,若是,则将所述进入客流量或所述外出客流量减1;若否,则不改变所述进入客流量或所述外出客流量。
  10. 一种客流量的统计装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第二视频图像获取单元,用于获取预设监控区域内的视频图像信息;
    第二运动方向确定单元,用于对所述视频图像信息进行视频分析,根据分析结果确定出现在所述预设监控区域内的第一目标人员的运动方向,所述运动方向包括进入或外出;
    第二终端标识读取单元,用于通过WiFi探测器获取所述第一目标人员所携带的WiFi终端设备的第一终端标识,其中,所述WiFi探测器的实际探测区域覆盖所述预设监控区域;
    第二判断单元,用于判断所述第一终端标识是否在预设的非客户人员终端标识数据库中,
    若否,则根据所述第一目标人员的运动方向,相应将进入客流量数值或外出客流量数值加一;
    若是,则不改变所述进入客流量数值或所述外出客流量数值。
  11. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,用于存储应用程序,所述应用程序用于在运行时执行:权利要求1和8所述的任一种客流量的统计方法。
  12. 一种应用程序,其特征在于,用于在运行时执行:权利要求1和8所述的任一种客流量的统计方法。
  13. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器、存储器、通信接口和总线;
    所述处理器、所述存储器和所述通信接口通过所述总线连接并完成相互间的通信;
    所述存储器存储可执行程序代码;
    所述处理器通过读取所述存储器中存储的可执行程序代码来运行与所述可执行程序代码对应的程序,以用于执行:权利要求1和8所述的任一种客流量的统计方法。
