Description

一种洗衣机 技术领域
本申请涉及洗衣设备技术领域,例如涉及一种洗衣机。
背景技术
相关技术中,洗衣机的工作状态多是通过指示灯、文字和数字等相配合显示出来。如图1所示,滚筒洗衣机的完整外壁由壳体11、门体12、上盖板13和控制板14四大部分组成,所述壳体11的前端为前板111,所述门体12设置在所述壳体11的前板111上,所述上盖板13设置在所述壳体11的上端,所述控制板14设置在所述壳体11的前端,并位于所述前板111的上端。
其中,控制板14担负着洗涤程序选择和工作状态显示等操控。控制板14上设置有功能选择旋钮141、电源按键142、剩余时间显示区域143及工作状态显示区域144,分别用来实现不同的功能。其中,工作状态显示区域144通常由指示灯1441和文字描述子区域1442组成。当洗衣机运行至某一状态(例如漂洗)时,描述该状态文字旁边的指示灯亮,以告知使用者洗衣机目前的运行状态。另外,虽然相关技术的洗衣机设置有剩余时间显示区域,但是,该剩余时间显示区域通常也是借助单调的数字将剩余时间展示给使用者。
以上显示方式的显示效果不是太理想,例如用户距离洗衣机过远,由于指示灯对应的文字描述字体太小,用户不能够看清工作状态显示区域中哪组指示灯亮起,也不能看清指示灯旁边的文字描述,同样也不能看清剩余时间显示区域143中的数字,这时用户就不知道洗衣机目前所处的运行状态,则不能够及时做出相应的措施,非常不方便。
其次,相关技术中洗衣机的工作状态及剩余时间显示效果虽直观,但节奏 死板僵硬,缺乏灵动性和视觉冲击性,不够生动自然,很难融入产品的智能化概念。
另外,设置在门体上的需要供电的电器件,其线束需要连接至洗衣机内部的电源,这样就导致线束暴露在外面,一方面会影响美观性,另一方面,频繁的开关门易造成线束的损坏,影响电器件的正常使用。
基于以上描述,亟需要一种带有新的运行状态及剩余时间显示的洗衣机,以解决相关技术中存在的在用户距离洗衣机过远而导致不能够看清工作状态显示区域中哪组指示灯和文字描述亮起,同时也不能看清剩余时间显示区域中的数字的情况,进而不知道洗衣机目前的运行状态;另外线束暴露在外面影响美观性,易造成线束损坏的问题。
发明内容
本申请提出一种洗衣机,该洗衣机可以使得用户在距离洗衣机较远的情况下也能够掌握洗衣机目前的运行状态,方便使用,同时线束隐藏设置,外形美观,不易损坏。
本申请采用以下技术方案:
一种洗衣机,包括呼吸灯组、门体(22)、门铰链(26)、壳体(21)和电脑程控器,其中,所述呼吸灯组设置在所述门体上,所述呼吸灯组由多个呼吸灯组成;电脑程控器设置为根据洗衣机的工作进程变化改变所述呼吸灯组中多个呼吸灯的明暗数量比例;
所述门体通过所述门铰链连接于所述壳体上,所述门铰链具有容置所述呼吸灯组的线束穿过的通道,所述线束经所述通道穿过所述壳体连接所述洗衣机的电脑程控器。
可选的,所述门铰链包括铰链基座、设置于铰链基座上的支撑悬臂以及设置于支撑悬臂自由端部的旋转轴;
所述通道设置于所述支撑悬臂上并穿过所述铰链基座。
可选的,所述通道包括设置于所述支撑悬臂至少一侧面上的凹槽以及设置于所述铰链基座上的通孔,所述凹槽由所述支撑悬臂的自由端延伸至所述铰链基座并与所述通孔相连通。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明实施例的技术方案作详细描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。本申请提供了一种洗衣机,包括呼吸灯组、门体(22)、门铰链(26)、壳体(21)和电脑程控器,其中,呼吸灯组设置在门体上,呼吸灯组由呼吸灯组成;洗衣机还包括电脑程 控器,电脑程控器用于根据洗衣机的工作进程变化控制改变呼吸灯组中的多个呼吸灯的明暗数量比例。所以使用该洗衣机,用户即使距离洗衣机较远、无法看清显示屏的显示内容,亦可依据呼吸灯组件中呼吸灯的明暗数量比例容易地大致推断出洗衣机的实时运行状态;同时能观察到洗衣机的程序运行进度,例如距离程序结束的时间,改善用户体验,同时增强美观效果。
门体通过门铰链连接于壳体上,门铰链具有容置呼吸灯组的线束的通道,线束经通道穿过壳体连接至电脑程控器上。通过在门铰链上设置供呼吸灯组的线束穿过的通道,使得线束可隐藏在门铰链内,一方面使得线束得到有效固定,对线束起到了保护作用,另一方面,用户从外部看不到线束,使得洗衣机外形美观。
于本申请中,作为可选方案,所述工作进程的变化为所选择程序已运行的时间或剩余的时间与所选择程序的总运行时间的比例变化。
比如所选择的程序未运行时呼吸灯全部变暗或关闭,随着工作进程的变化,所述呼吸灯变暗或关闭的数量逐渐减少,点亮的数量逐渐增加,直至整个工作程序运行完成时,所有的呼吸灯都处于点亮状态。或者洗衣机未开始工作时呼吸灯全部点亮,随着工作进程的变化,所述呼吸灯点亮的数量逐渐减少,变暗或关闭的数量逐渐增加,直至整个工作程序运行完成时,所有的呼吸灯都处于变暗或关闭的状态。
其中工作程序根据用户的选择而定,洗涤过程、漂洗过程及烘干过程可以组成整个的工作程序,单个的洗涤过程、漂洗过程或烘干过程也可以称为一个工作程序。
以洗涤过程、漂洗过程及烘干过程作为一个工作程序为例,假设完成整个工作程序所用的时间为30min,完成洗涤过程所用的时间为15min,完成漂洗过 程所用的时间为10min,完成烘干过程所用的时间为5min。则所选择的程序未运行时呼吸灯全部变暗或关闭,洗涤过程结束时,点亮的呼吸灯的个数占整个呼吸灯组中呼吸灯数量的二分之一,漂洗过程结束时,点亮的呼吸灯的个数占整个呼吸灯组中呼吸灯数量的六分之五,烘干过程结束时,所有的呼吸灯都处于点亮状态。表明整个工作程序已经运行完。
以下通过几个实施例对洗衣机进行描述:
实施例一
如图2至图3所示,本申请所提供的洗衣机包括壳体21、门体22、上盖板23、控制板24,所述上盖板23设置在所述壳体21的上端,所述壳体21的前端为前板211,所述门体22设置在所述壳体21的前板211上,所述门体22为圆形门体,所述控制板24设置在所述壳体21的前端,并且位于所述前板211的上方。
所述控制板24上设置有功能选择旋钮241、电源按键242及工作状态显示区域244。于本实施例中,作为可选方案,所述工作状态显示区域244由指示灯2441和对应于所述指示灯2441的文字描述子区域2442组成。即每个指示灯对应一个文字描述。
除以上结构外,洗衣机上还设置有呼吸灯组,所述呼吸灯组为环状,环状呼吸灯组设置在所述门体22内侧的周边,呼吸灯组由若干个呼吸灯25按照一定规律依次均匀排列而成,每个呼吸灯25均与所述电脑程控器相连,所述电脑程控器可以控制所述呼吸灯25的开启或关闭。
可选的,当洗衣机通电后,门体22内侧周边的环形呼吸灯组会变暗但并不熄灭。当选定洗衣机的某一洗涤程序并启动时,随着洗涤程序的进行,门体22 内侧周边的环形呼吸灯组会由门体22内侧周边的某一位置开始逐渐变亮,直到保持最大亮度。例如,图2所示为洗涤程序进行至总时间的四分之一时呼吸灯组的发光状态,图中,暗区251占整个呼吸灯组长度的四分之三,点亮区252占整个呼吸灯组长度的四分之一,说明洗涤程序进行了四分之一,还有四分之三的洗涤程序没有进行,用户可以根据运行完该程序所用的总时间计算出洗涤程序运行完所需的时间。图3所示为洗涤程序进行至总时间的二分之一时呼吸灯组的发光状态,图中,暗区251占整个呼吸灯组长度的二分之一,点亮区252占整个呼吸灯组长度的二分之一,说明洗涤程序进行了二分之一,还有二分之一的洗涤程序没有进行。如此,即使距离洗衣机较远、无法看清显示屏的显示内容,用户亦可依据呼吸灯组的发光状态可以地大致地推断出洗衣机剩余的洗涤时间。
于本实施例中,呼吸灯25的设置方式有两种,作为可选方案一,相邻的两个所述呼吸灯25之间设置有导光体。导光体的两端分别与呼吸灯25接触,可以传导呼吸灯25所发的光,这样可以减少组成相同长度的呼吸灯组所需的呼吸灯25的数量,节省了呼吸灯25,由于呼吸灯25的数量减少,电脑程控器的控制过程更加简单。
作为可选方案二,门体22包括外框、中框以及玻璃窗,玻璃窗的外边缘设置于外框和中框之间以将玻璃窗固定。如图4和图5所示,中框222由外周向中心位置依次设置有外环面2221、中环面2222、环形凹槽2223以及用于固定玻璃窗的安装部2224。外环面2221为竖直面,中环面2222相对外环面2221倾斜设置,中环面2222上靠近环形凹槽2223的一侧向外框方向倾斜。环形凹槽2223向外框方向凹陷。呼吸灯25设置于环形凹槽2223上靠近中环面2222的侧壁上,且其光线出射方向朝向门体22的中心。于本实施例中,呼吸灯25为LED 灯珠,80颗LED灯珠沿圆周方向均匀设置于环形凹槽2223的侧壁上,通过倾斜设置的中环面2222以及竖直设置的外环面2221的折射和反射产生光晕效果,无需设置导光体。另外,中环面2222可设置为向内凸出的圆弧面,中环面2222的倾斜角度以及弧度由呼吸灯25的出射角度范围确定。
可选的,为保证剩余时间提醒的确切性,于本实施例中,作为可选方案,所述控制板24上仍设置用于显示洗涤程序剩余时间的剩余时间显示区域243。
如图7所示,门体22通过门铰链26与壳体21连接。如图6所示,门铰链26包括铰链基座261、设置于铰链基座261上的两个支撑悬臂262以及设置于支撑悬臂262自由端部的旋转轴263。铰链基座261固定于壳体21的前板211上,门体22转动设置于旋转轴263上。在支撑悬臂262上靠近相邻支撑悬臂262的一侧面上开设有凹槽264,凹槽264由支撑悬臂262的自由端延伸至铰链基座261,铰链基座261上与凹槽264相对应的位置处开设有通孔,凹槽264与通孔相连通,从而形成容置线束的通道。设置在门体22内侧周边的呼吸灯组的线束经门体22进入通道内,并穿过通道和壳体21的前板211进入洗衣机内部,与电脑程控器连接。
作为一种可选方式,在凹槽264的槽口处可拆卸设置有封盖,通过封盖可将凹槽264的槽口封闭,防止在开关门的时候线束产生弯折,对线束起到保护作用。封盖可采用橡胶、塑料等材料制成,封盖与凹槽264槽口处的配合方式不限,能够方便拆卸即可,如卡接、插接等方式。
可选的,可通过金属胶将线束与凹槽264的内壁粘接,可以对线束进行固定。
其中,不局限于在支撑悬臂262上开设凹槽264作为容置线束的通道,也可以将通道设置在支撑悬臂262的内部,这样即使不设置封盖也可保证开关门 时线束不会产生弯折;凹槽264不局限于设置在支撑悬臂262上靠近相邻支撑悬臂262的一侧面上,也可设置在支撑悬臂262的其他侧面上,凹槽264的数量不局限于一条,凹槽264的数量可根据线束的多少来进行设定。
实施例二
本实施例提供了一种洗衣机,其结构与实施例一基本相同,门体22通过门铰链26与壳体21连接。如图8至图10所示,门铰链26包括铰链基座261、设置于铰链基座261上的两个支撑悬臂262以及设置于支撑悬臂262自由端部的旋转轴263。铰链基座261固定于壳体的前板上,门体22转动设置于旋转轴263上。在支撑悬臂262上靠近相邻支撑悬臂262的一侧面上开设有凹槽264,凹槽264由支撑悬臂262的自由端延伸至铰链基座261,铰链基座261上与凹槽264相对应的位置处开设有通孔,凹槽264与通孔相连通,从而形成容置线束的通道。设置在门体内侧周边的呼吸灯组的线束经门体进入通道内,并穿过通道和壳体的前板进入洗衣机内部,与电脑程控器连接。
与实施例一的不同之处在于,本实施例中在凹槽264内还设置有线束固定结构,通过线束固定结构即可将呼吸灯组的线束固定在凹槽264内。于本实施例中,线束固定结构为凸出设置于凹槽264相对两侧壁上的多个筋条265,将呼吸灯组的线束卡入两侧的筋条265之间,实现对线束的固定。
作为一种可选方式,相对两个侧壁上的筋条265交错设置,可以提高对线束的固定效果。
实施例三
上述实施例一和实施例二中将呼吸灯设于门体周边,但所述呼吸灯组的位 置并不局限于上述实施例一和实施例二,亦可将呼吸灯设于洗衣机的其它部位。
于本实施例中,如图11所示,壳体31的前板311中心位置处设置有门体32,所述壳体31的前端设置有控制板34,并且所述控制板34位于所述前板311的上方。本实施例中所述洗衣机上也设置有呼吸灯组,与实施例一和实施例二的不同之处在于,本实施例中,所述呼吸灯组为由若干个呼吸灯35排列而成的带状呼吸灯,所述直线型呼吸灯设置在所述控制板34的下边缘处。
与实施例一类似的,本实施例中的门体32通过门铰链与壳体31连接,门铰链具有容置呼吸灯组的线束的通道,线束经通道穿过壳体31连接电脑程控器。
实施例四
于本实施例中,如图12所示,壳体41的前板411中心位置处设置有门体42,所述壳体41的前端设置有控制板44,并且所述控制板44位于所述前板411的上方。本实施例中所述洗衣机上也设置有呼吸灯组,与实施例一、实施例二和实施例三的不同之处在于,本实施例中,所述呼吸灯组为由若干个呼吸灯45排列而成的矩形呼吸灯,所述矩形呼吸灯设置在所述壳体41前板411的周边。
与实施例一类似的,本实施例中的门体42通过门铰链与壳体41连接,门铰链具有容置呼吸灯组的线束的通道,线束经通道穿过壳体41连接电脑程控器。
实施例五
于本实施例中,如图13所示,壳体51的前板511中心位置处设置有门体 52,所述壳体51的前端设置有控制板54,并且所述控制板54位于所述前板511的上方。本实施例中所述洗衣机上也设置有呼吸灯组,与实施例一、实施例二、实施例三和实施例四的不同之处在于,本实施例中,所述呼吸灯组为由若干个呼吸灯55排列而成的扇形呼吸灯,所述扇形呼吸灯设置在所述壳体51前板511的左下角。
与实施例一类似的,本实施例中的门体52通过门铰链与壳体51连接,门铰链具有容置呼吸灯组的线束的通道,线束经通道穿过壳体51连接电脑程控器。
实施例六
于本实施例中,如图14所示,壳体61的前板611中心位置处设置有门体62,所述壳体61的前端设置有控制板64,并且所述控制板64位于所述前板611的上方。本实施例中所述洗衣机上也设置有呼吸灯组,与装置实施例一、实施例二、实施例三、实施例四和实施例五的不同之处在于,本实施例中,所述呼吸灯组为圆形,由若干个直径不同的圆环状子呼吸灯组由内而外排列而成,所有圆环状子呼吸灯组的圆心相同,每个圆环状子呼吸灯组由若干个呼吸灯65依次连接而成,所述圆形呼吸灯组设置在所述壳体61前板611的左下角。所述呼吸灯组也可以为椭圆形,由若干个椭圆环状子呼吸灯组由内而外排列而成。
可选的,所述呼吸灯的形状并不局限于以上五种方式,还可以为其它形状,所述呼吸灯位于所述洗衣机外壁上的位置也并不局限于以上五种方案中的位置,用户可依据呼吸灯组中的呼吸灯的明暗数量比例、洗涤程序开始或者结束时呼吸灯组中的呼吸灯的明暗状况以及洗涤程序的总运行时间,可以大致推断出洗衣机剩余的洗涤时间,呼吸灯的结构和位置均属于本申请的保护范围。
与实施例一类似的,本实施例中的门体62通过门铰链与壳体61连接,门铰链具有容置呼吸灯组的线束的通道,线束经通道穿过壳体61连接电脑程控器。
本申请还提供了一种洗衣机控制方法,该方法应用在以上任一个装置实施例所提供的洗衣机上,洗衣机控制方法包括步骤:
S1、电脑程控器通过改变呼吸灯组中的呼吸灯的明暗数量比例以区别显示洗衣机不同的工作状态。
以下通过两个实施例对实现方法进行介绍:
实施例七
在该实施例中,步骤S1包括步骤:
S111、电脑程控器根据公式n=ΔT*N/T0计算出在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时所点亮的呼吸灯的个数n;
其中,
T0为所选择程序的总运行时间,ΔT为所选择程序已运行的时间;
N为呼吸灯的总数;
S112、工作程序运行开始后,电脑程控器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时点亮n个呼吸灯。
所选择的程序未运行时呼吸灯全部变暗或关闭,随着工作进程的变化,所述呼吸灯变暗或关闭的数量逐渐减少,点亮的数量逐渐增加,直至工作程序运行完成时,所有的呼吸灯都处于点亮状态。
可选的,以所述N个呼吸灯构成环形为例,工作程序运行开始后,电脑程控器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段以前的时间内按照预设的顺序点亮相邻的n个呼 吸灯,此时,其余的N-n个呼吸灯变暗或关闭,直到所有呼吸灯均点亮,呼吸灯组保持最大亮度时,可推断出工作程序结束。
以洗涤过程作为一个工作程序为例,假设完成整个洗涤过程所用的时间为30min。则所选择的程序尚未开始时呼吸灯全部变暗或关闭,洗涤过程进行到10min时,点亮的呼吸灯的个数占整个呼吸灯组中呼吸灯数量的三分之一,洗涤过程进行到20min时,点亮的呼吸灯的个数占整个呼吸灯组中呼吸灯数量的三分之二,洗涤过程进行到30min时,所有的呼吸灯都处于点亮状态,表明整个工作程序已经运行完。
于本实施例中,在步骤S112中,所述电脑程控器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段以前的时间内按照预设的顺序点亮n个呼吸灯。其中,可以每次点亮至少一个呼吸灯,只要在工作进程到达ΔT阶段以前的时间内依次均匀的点亮完n个呼吸灯即可。
于本实施例中,以实施例一、实施例二或实施例四所公开的呼吸灯的形状及其设置位置为例,可以以一个呼吸灯开始,按照顺时针或者逆时针方向依次点亮呼吸灯。或者也可以以一个呼吸灯开始,沿该呼吸灯两边的两个不同方向依次点亮呼吸灯。
以实施例三所公开的呼吸灯的形状及其设置位置为例,可以以左边的第一个呼吸灯开始,向右依次点亮呼吸灯。
以实施例五所公开的呼吸灯的形状及其设置位置为例,可以以某一列呼吸灯开始,按照顺时针或者逆时针方向依次点亮呼吸灯。
以实施例六所公开的呼吸灯的形状及其设置位置为例,可以以最内圈的呼吸灯开始,从内向外依次点亮呼吸灯。
实施例八
在该实施例中,步骤S1包括步骤:
S121、电脑程控器根据公式n=ΔT*N/T0计算出在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时所变暗或关闭的呼吸灯的个数n;
其中,
T0为所选择程序的总运行时间,ΔT为所选择程序剩余的时间;
N为呼吸灯的总数;
S122、工作程序运行开始后,电脑程控器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段时变暗或关闭n个呼吸灯。
所选择的程序未运行时呼吸灯全部点亮,工作程序开始后,随着工作进度的变化,所述呼吸灯点亮的数量逐渐减少,变暗或关闭的数量逐渐增加,直至工作程序进行完时,所有的呼吸灯都处于变暗或关闭的状态。
体现在步骤S122中,可选的,以所述N个呼吸灯构成环形为例,工作程序运行开始后,电脑程控器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段以前的时间内按照预设的顺序变暗或关闭相邻的n个呼吸灯,此时,其余的N-n个呼吸灯点亮,直到所有呼吸灯均变暗或关闭,呼吸灯组保持最小亮度时,可推断出工作程序结束。
于本实施例中,在步骤S122中,所述电脑程控器在工作进程到达ΔT阶段以前的时间内按照预设的顺序变暗或关闭n个呼吸灯。其中,可以每次变暗或关闭至少一个呼吸灯,只要在工作进程到达ΔT阶段以前的时间内依次均匀的变暗或关闭完n个呼吸灯即可。
所述呼吸灯变暗或关闭的顺序与实施例七中呼吸灯点亮的顺序相同,在此不做累述。
由于本申请提供的洗衣机控制方法应用于所述的洗衣机上,控制方法包括 步骤:S1、电脑程控器通过改变呼吸灯组中的呼吸灯的明暗数量比例以区别显示洗衣机不同的工作程序。所以使用该洗衣机,用户即使距离洗衣机较远、无法看清显示屏的显示内容,亦可依据呼吸灯组件中呼吸灯的明暗数量比例容易地大致推断出洗衣机的实时运行状态,同时能观察到洗衣机的程序运行进度,例如距离程序结束的时间,改善用户体验,同时增强美观效果。
同时,在洗衣机运行过程中,通过控制呼吸灯点亮长度实现洗衣机工作状态的灵活展示,除具有洗涤剩余时间提醒之外,在洗衣机上设置呼吸灯起到很好的视觉装饰效果,呼吸灯组由亮到暗的逐渐变化,犹如呼吸一般,可提供视觉提示,起到很好的视觉装饰效果,增加了用户体验效果,赋予洗衣机一种美观时尚、高智能化的外观。提高了洗衣机洗涤状态合洗涤剩余时间判断的灵活性和方便性,生动自然,赋有生命力。
注意,上述仅为本申请的可选实施例及所运用技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本申请不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本申请的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本申请进行了较为详细的说明,但是本申请不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本申请构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本申请的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的一种洗衣机,使用该洗衣机,用户即使距离洗衣机较远无法看清显示屏的显示内容,亦可依据呼吸灯组中呼吸灯的明暗数量比例容易地大致推断出洗衣机的实时运行状态,线束隐藏在门铰链内,一方面使得线束得到有效固定,对线束起到了保护作用,另一方面,用户从外部看不到线 束,使得洗衣机外形美观。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种洗衣机,包括呼吸灯组、门体(22)、门铰链(26)、壳体(21)和电脑程控器,其中,所述呼吸灯组设置在所述门体(22)上,所述呼吸灯组由多个呼吸灯组成;
    电脑程控器设置为根据洗衣机的工作进程变化改变所述呼吸灯组中多个呼吸灯的明暗数量比例;
    所述门体(22)通过所述门铰链(26)连接于所述壳体(21)上,所述门铰链(26)具有容置所述呼吸灯组的线束的通道,所述线束经所述通道穿过所述壳体(21)连接至所述洗衣机的电脑程控器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其中:所述门铰链(26)包括铰链基座(261)、设置于铰链基座(261)上的支撑悬臂(262)以及设置于支撑悬臂(262)自由端部的旋转轴(263);
    所述通道设置于所述支撑悬臂(262)上并穿过所述铰链基座(261)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其中:所述通道包括设置于所述支撑悬臂(262)至少一侧面上的凹槽(264)以及设置于所述铰链基座(261)上的通孔,所述凹槽(264)由所述支撑悬臂(262)的自由端延伸至所述铰链基座(261)并与所述通孔相连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机,其中:所述凹槽(264)内设置有线束固定结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其中:所述线束固定结构包括凸出设置于所述凹槽(264)相对两侧壁上的多个筋条(265);
    所述多个筋条(265)交错设置。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机,其中:所述凹槽(264)的槽口处可拆卸设置有封盖,以将所述凹槽(264)的槽口封闭。
  7. 根据权利要求3或6所述的洗衣机,其中:所述线束通过金属胶与所述凹槽(264)的内壁固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的洗衣机,其中:相邻的两个所述呼吸灯之间设置有导光体。
  9. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的洗衣机,其中:所述门体(22)包括外框、中框(222)以及玻璃窗,所述玻璃窗的外边缘设置于所述外框和所述中框(222)之间以将所述玻璃窗固定,所述中框(222)由外周向中心位置依次设置有外环面(2221)、中环面(2222)、环形凹槽(2223)以及用于固定所述玻璃窗(223)的安装部(2224),所述中环面(2222)相对所述外环面(2221)倾斜设置,所述中环面(2222)上靠近所述环形凹槽(2223)的一侧向所述外框方向倾斜;
    所述呼吸灯(25)设置于所述环形凹槽(2223)上靠近所述中环面(2222)的侧壁上;
    所述中环面(2222)为向内凸出的圆弧面。
  10. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的洗衣机,其中:所述工作进程的变化为所选择程序已运行的时间或剩余的时间与所选择程序的总运行时间的比例变化。
  11. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的洗衣机,所述洗衣机还在门体内侧的周边、控制面板上和/或壳体前板上设有所述呼吸灯组。
  12. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的洗衣机,其中,所述呼吸灯组中的呼吸灯为环状、带状、矩形、扇形、椭圆形或圆形设置。
  13. 一种控制如权利要求1-12任一项所述的洗衣机的方法,包括:
    所述电脑程控器通过改变呼吸灯组中的呼吸灯的明暗数量比例以区别显示 洗衣机不同的工作程序。
